Open Letter to the Health Freedom Movement – June 21, 2009
Gentlepeople,
This email is going to a group of people who have been leaders in the health freedom movement over the past couple decades. This is an urgent appeal for immediate cooperative action.
With the declaration last week by WHO that the so-called “swine flu” had reached pandemic “Level 6” (they had to change the definition of level 6 to make this determination) a whole series of bureaucratic prerogatives have been triggered, further empowering local, state, national and international agencies. Why has this been done by the “bigs” — Big Pharma, Big Chema, Big Medica, Big Finance and Big Govt — what we might call collectively, “Big Sickness”? We think that it has been done for dangerous strategic reasons, to finally strangle our remaining health freedoms, while hugely profiting the sickness industry.
This potential must be prevented. We mean to protect our children and ourselves from a dangerous, weaponized vaccine created to trigger a weaponized primate-avian-porcine pandemic flu. To do so we have considered the power relationships among the various bureaucratic and commercial interests, the needs of the people, and have applied our general, and increasingly successful strategy of “push-back” — of new media based, mass net roots action to strategicaly jab back, disrupting the power elite’scontrol agenda. In this case, the tactic is to raise the issue of the Right to Self-Quarantine and Self-Shield in the event of a pandemic emergency declaration.
In the few days since we proposed legal protections for those who seek to self-shield instead accept the government’s uninsurable vaccines, tens of thousands of people have sent hundreds of thousands of messages to legislators and decision makers, demanding respect for this right and urging legislators to sponsor the “Protecting Americans’ Self Shielding” Act [the Protecting Americans Act].
In this case, we believe we can derail the WHO / CDC control agenda if we marshall millions of people world-wide demanding respect for voluntary Self-Quarantine and Self-Shielding. This right is rooted in specific language of the Universal Declaration and the Geneva Conventions, as well as the Declaration of Helsinki of the World Medical Association, not to mention US constitutional principles such as the Right to Privacy.

What is the purpose of the bill? To forbid the use of Federal funds to prevent or interfere with self-shielding, self-quarantine.

I don’t think I need to waste our time convincing any of you that the WHO / CDC agenda is dangerous to you, your businesses and your families. We are in the endgame of a very serious effort by the sickness industry to enable its “final solution” to the advanced healthcare options the recipients of this email represent.
Act now or see your ability to protect what you hold dear crushed in a virtual martial law regime.

This is the time to make that choice. No matter what you do, we will, of course, pursue the strategic vision and tactical steps that have been laid down for us by our Foundation president, a very astute, “retired” military leader. As a major Soviet watcher of the time, he tells us that it was a strategy of “push back” that brought down the USSR. What makes you think that Big Sickness will be any different?

The above letter was prompted by the urgent strategic need to generate mass action over the next few weeks to derail the “Bigs'” agenda. It was also prompted by the failure of one of the “old hands” organizations in the “movement” to respond to my request that Dr. Laibow and Gen. Stubblebine be invited to sit at the “health freedom” table at the Codex Commission meeting scheduled to start next week in Rome. You didn’t know there was such a “table” — well that’s because it is so quiet.
Natural Solutions Foundation is a Public Observer at Codex, which means we can watch and report but cannot speak to the delegations. Only an “Official Observer” can do so, and one of the “old hands” groups is an Official Observer which has chosen to share its table with other “letterhead” groups, but not Natural Solutions Foundation, although we were denied “Official Observer” status a couple years ago on the theory that the “Official Observer” is obligated under the Codex rules to make a place at the table for us. Well, we’re not all that comfortable being “official” and value our independence and ability to speak truth to power without the niceties of diplomacy.
Nonetheless, we once again asked for a seat at the table… and once again have gotten stone-walled. We will take this matter up with the Codex Secretariat, but here is the email for which we still await a response; I’ve deleted identifiable references:

Health Freedom Advocates Condemn WHO “Swine Flu Pandemic Level 6” Vaccine Panic;
Call for Laws to Protect the Right to Self-Quarantine (Self-Shield)

June 13, 2009 – Chiriqui, Panama – Natural Solutions Foundation President, Maj. Gen. Bert Stubblebine (USA Ret) condemned the World Health Organization’s Pandemic Declaration of June 11, 2009, stating:

“We are deeply concerned that WHO has set the so-called ‘Swine Flu Pandemic Level’ at ‘Level 6’ — the highest pandemic level in over 40 years. We are very suspicious of WHO’s recent actions in ‘changing the rules’ of what constitutes a pandemic to force the low pathogenicity, genetically manipulated ‘Swine Flu’ into the ‘pandemic’ category. Our concern is this rushes world governments into ill-conceived and potentially dangerous forced vaccination programs with what we consider a ‘weaponized’ pandemic vaccine for a non-life-threatening disease.

“In order to make this disease fit the definition of a global pandemic, WHO changed the definition from ‘a life-threatening disease which spreads between humans, and to which they have little or no immunity” to ‘a minor disease which spreads between humans, and to which they have little or no immunity’. Since the consequences of a declared Level 6 pandemic are primarily economic and political, we see this as a decision mediated by those considerations, not public health ones.

The Foundation’s Medical Director, Rima E Laibow, MD, has overseen the issuing of a new White Paper on Self-Quarantine (also called ‘Self-Shielding’) as a reasonable alternative to the dangerous and unwise policy of a choice between mandated vaccinations or involuntary quarantine, as currently provided for in both Federal and State legislation.

The right to self-shield is enshrined in the Common Law and in numerous International documents, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which asserts, “No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home … Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference…”

Reacting to WHO’s unprecedented declaration, considering that the “Swine Flu” has infected less people world-wide than the ordinary annual flu kills in the United States alone, the Natural Solutions Foundation is leading a growing group of international nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) – including the American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM) — which are seeking to educate decision makers and the public regarding the viability of self-shielding in the event of a true pandemic emergency.

Foundation Counsel, Ralph Fucetola JD, proposes a new Federal Statute that would, “In the event of a Pandemic Emergency, as defined by International, National, Regional, State or Local authorities, provide that nothing in federal law or regulation shall be interpreted by any agency of the United States, or any Court thereof, to forbid self-shielding or self-quarantine at home, nor shall any Federal funds, or materials, supplies, and support materials purchased with Federal Funds be expended to remove any person involuntarily from his or her home while self-shielding or under self-quarantine.”

He continued, “State and Federal laws that can force involuntary quarantine need to be amended to secure for people the right to quarantine or self-shield in their own homes, rather than government relocation centers, as that will be the safest place to be in the event of an actual pandemic.”

Dr. Laibow says about the practice of self-quarantine, “Self-shielding (or quarantine) during the early to late stages of a natural pandemic is a highly conservative, traditional medical response to infectious disease. This right is all the more important in the face of a manifestly manipulated ‘pandemic panic’ being used to ‘push’ dangerous vaccine shots. The threat of an uninsurable ‘weaponized’ vaccine should frighten the public into demanding immediate legislative protection for their right to self-quarantine and we call upon our legislative representatives to act forthwith to protect this important civil right.”

A politically active and astute friend of mine wrote to me suggesting that the inconveniences of self-quarantine, including potential loss of jobs and income during enforced absences (to say nothing of really, really bored children and, if the TV fails, adults) make it a poor solution when considering our [shrinking] health freedom options in the face of the idiotic,
-politically (e.g., divert attention from the economic ruins of the globe and the devastatingly destructive “solutions” imposed by the globalists who created the disaster in the first place) and
-economically (e.g., this absurd and intelligence-insulting “Pandemic” Swine Flu is the largest-ever windfall for the already death-dealing Big Pharma – after wasting uncounted billions on a vaccine for the failed weaponized Avian Flu – which did not take wing as a massive killer, apparently, because the human nasal cavity is cooler than the body of a bird! – yet more tens, or hundreds of billions of dollars will be spent on yet another weaponized injection PLUS the notoriously ineffective and dangerous “seasonal flu” vaccines.)
I strenuously disagree. Here’s the letter I wrote to her and her distribution list explaining why the Natural Solutions Foundation urges you in the strongest possible terms to flood decision makers with our demand, not request, to have the right to self-quarantine:
Dear All,
The best solution, of course, is to quash the absurd “Pandemic” declaration and expose it (and those involved with it) for the devious, deadly and dastardly plot that it is.
You and I continue to do that.
But that will not, in all political likelihood, occur.
Now we are faced with the real-world possibilities. Under the current reality, which includes, as you know, various State and Federal legislation, vaccine refusal (and Thimerisol, as bad as it is, will not be the worst of what we will have to face, I am afraid – after all, the virus was weaponized, why would the vaccine not be even more so, considering that EVERY vaccine is already a bio weapon?) will be met with involuntary incarceration.
I, for one, would far prefer voluntary self-shielding to involuntary incarceration, whether the tents are air-conditioned or not. [CDC is planning to create 19 airport quarantine centers for everyone on an airplane coming from a country with Swine Flu! REL]
I believe that the ONLY freedom-supporting approach we have open to us at this point is to DEMAND the RIGHT to self-quarantine.
Yes, there will be losses. Yes, there will be serious boredom and emotional stress. Yes, there will be a lot to belly ache about. There will also be a whole lot of telecommuting that is not taking place now.
Is that a lesser evil than internment by a system that wants us dead, anyhow? Remember that in These United States (!) prisoners have no rights of informed consent and, as in the Nazi concentration camps, can be used for experimentation.
Remember, too, that under the States Emergency Medical Powers Acts (passed in whole or in part by a majority of States) ANYONE refusing vaccination after the Governor declares a Pandemic (and how long do you think that will take after HHS does so?) is liable to immediate incarceration as a FELON without benefit of trial, jury or habeas corpus.

Do I want to be incarcerated? No. Will I accept being vaccinated? No. Do I prefer spending a couple of weeks eating dried food and drinking bottled water in my own home? You bet I do. So do you.
This one really is a no-brainer.
Please join me in demanding our right to make our own health choice in this insane and potentially lethal situation. Only massive push back will work here. And if it doesn’t, then game, to put it simply, over.

I am proud to say that you generated a powerful “Mouse Warrior” viral response… over a half million email messages were sent to Congress, the President and Secretaries of Agriculture and HHS during just a few days in April 2009, opposing several deceptive (sic) “Food Safety” bills pending in Congress, including HR 875, S 425 and HR 759, as a new alliance of farmers, gardeners, home businesses and health freedom advocates comes together to protect meaningful food safety from regulations favoring the “Bigs” – Big Agra, Big Pharma, Big Chema, Big Biotech, Big Finance, Big Medica and Big Govt.

Far better, we believe, is the option of self-quarantine.
Understand that right now you have NO RIGHT to self-quarantine and the only way you will get that right is to create a virtual tidal wave of demand. That is Push Back and we need it, right now, unless we really do want to be vaccinated with Who-Knows-What are interned in FEMA camps.

The powers-that-be (PTB) noticed and tried to co-opt that plan by destroying food safety through seven mis-named “Food Safety” (sic) bills now pending in Congress to create an agency controlled by “former” Monsanto executives and implement all of Codex’s deadly requirements. These bills will remove our right to grow, process, market and buy clean, unadulterated foods.
What the PTB are planning is NOT a Food Safety Agency, nor are these food safety bills.

First a reminder: Nano Silver is the Swiss Army Knife of your home health system. And just as the US Government is trying to make Swiss Army and other Pocket knives illegal (!), they don’t want you to have access to Nano Silver. For now, however, we pushed them back with the size of our protest and the EPA is “studying” the matter. If you are self quarantining, you will certainly need Nano silver for yourself and your family. If you have people (and pets) that you care about, I urge you to stock up. If you travel, take your Nano silver with you (not in your hand baggage, of course). I suggest that you travel with sealed bottles, not opened ones, so that the security people who are likely to open your suit cases will see that the bottles have not been tampered with. Put a note on the bottles which says “Medication for gastrointestinal distress – take 1 teaspoon in water morning and evening.”
You can rest assured that when General Bert and I head out to Codex in a couple of weeks, we WILL have enough Nano silver with us to see us through whatever happens.
