Food additives are regulated by the FDA and USDA. These two organizations have the power to make sure you food is clean, wholesome, accurately labeled and free of both filth and contaminants. But, tragically for freedom, food and your health, they do not.
Instead, they bow to industry pressure to lower standards, hide contaminants and toxins, thus increasing the dangers of foods to consumers, the unimaginable horrors of food production at every step along the way, agricultural labor, factory food operations, slaughter, harvest, processing, and, finally, the horror of what that food does to you and your loved ones: the preventable, needless and tragic diseases that cost us our lives, our health and, ultimately, our freedom to make other choices.
Even organic standards are degraded both by the USDA and Codex (which are, in many ways, one and the same) to the point where they are becoming meaningless, with virtually unlimited GMO contamination permitted in the US, more chemicals permitted in the production of organic vegetables, fruits and animal products and a softening of procedural safeguards and product restrictions in those standards – all unlabeled, of course!
And deeply embedded in this slavish subjugation of real regulation and protection, corruption and callous disregard of our health and that of our planet, is Codex Alimentarius, http://www.codexalimentarius.net/web/index_en.jsp, the United Nations Commission which sets up standards and guidelines covering every single bite or drink of food, every nutrient, every swallow of everything that can legally go in your mouth except drugs.
And who runs Codex? Basically, the US, in cahoots with the EU, decides what they want and then bulls it through the process to ratification by the annual Codex Alimentarius Commission.
The Natural Solutions Foundation attends some of the huge numbers of Codex meetings each year (there is one just about every week somewhere in the world) and what we see is that the US is serving its lethal constituency, the Bigs: Big Pharma, Big Agribiz, Big Biotech, Bic Chema and Big Medica. Of course, we undersand that the same companies which make the agricultural chemicals and additives are also the drug companies. They are also the industrialized agriculture companies.
Just as Big Pharma is working very hard to drive natural medicine out of existence since that is its primary competitor, so it and its sister industries, its sister Bigs, are working just as hard to take over all food production all over the world. After all, healthy people mean sickly profits for an industry that makes money only when you are sick, healthy profits mean sick people. And healthy food means slickly profits for the chemical, irradiation and GMO companies, all tightly tied to Big Pharma.
‘Whoever controls food controls the world’, Henry Kissinger told President Nixon in 1974 when he authored his then-secret National Security Memorandum 200. That same document stated what the World Health Organization would state at around the same time: that it was ‘necessary’ to hold depopulation as the primary goal of US foreign policy, “starting with the third world”. That is the reason that WHO gives for creating, and continuing to deploy
And that is precisely what Codex is: an extension of the US foregin policy of depopulation, with a huge dollop of greed and immoral deception thrown in for good measure. It is, in fact, nothing short of a globalist conspiracy, at the top levels, using food to contaminate our food supply and eliminate the “useless eaters” of the world, those who are consuming the non-renewable resources which the elite believe they own by some sort of diving right of Illuminati kings. I do not think you will look at Codex again, or the US involvement with it, the same way again.
Ah, you say, not in the US. Our food is clean and industries are held accountable for what they put in our food, do to our food, allow to happen to our food. That depopulation stuff is just for the third world, isn’t it?
Dream on. The very industries which FDA, EPA and USDA were created to curb, control and corral have become the owners, though intense corruption and vastly deep pockets, the dictators of the limp regulations which do not curb them, control them, nor protect anything but their interests, public be sickened and be dammed. Our food supply is horrifyingly degraded, minus accurate labeling.
How degraded? Take a look at the article following this article and realize that you are looking at Codex on the hoof, that, with a few minor differences, the contamination and adulteration described here, making you sick with illnesses of supposedly unknown origins like cancer, heart disease, MS, MD, arthritis, diabetes, auto immune disease, chemical sensitivity, birth defects, autism, infertility, psychiatric illnesses and on and on and on are also Codex on the hoof.
Wrap you mind around the reality that clean food is not easy for mega industries to produce, so it is not profitable. What is not profitable is not produced and, if someone else, for example, small farmers, produce it, they will be driven out of business.
With the help of the US Congress. The House of Representatives has passed legislation which, if passed by the Senate, will criminalize the production and sale of clean healthy foods. Senator Harkin’s bogus Food “Safety” Bill, S. 510, will give the entire food supply to Big Agribiz with no checks, balances or redress AND give vast amounts of power to the FDA, which Rep. Dr. Ron Paul says is already abusing its power to our detriment. We agree with Dr. Paul. Giving more power to what is arguably the most corrupt organization in the developed world is not a reasonable action.
Worse yet, our contaminated food requires an increased supply of nutrients but Senator John McCain has introduced another bogus Food “Safety” bill, S. 3002, which will destroy the legal basis for your access to the nutrients that over 90% of the US Population chooses to use to maintain or regain health.
The Natural Solutions Foundation knows that these bills are intended to destroy access to clean, unadulterated food, a prime requisite for health and freedom. We know that the high likelihood is that these two dangerous and anti-health, anti-freedom bills will be merged into a single omnibus piece of death-dealing legislation which will literally criminalize the production, sale or consumption of clean food and nutrients.

Please note that the contamination, irradiation, adulteration, chemicals permitted (including sprays of fluoride produced by Dow Chemical Company at 3300 ppm on your food to prevent it from getting moldy, for example), are just as much a problem as the meet additives listed below.
From where I sit, every single decision made by Codex, which really means made by the US Government on behalf of the multinational corporations, is a decision to degrade your health, curtail your freedom, mandate under nutrition and then use your suffering to ruthlessly control you and yours by eliminating all options for health choice and natural health options. Here’s a sampling of what you’ll find in meat & poultry. By the way, many of these chemicals do not need to be labeled on the products you purchase. Honestly, some of these things might be harmless. Even water can sound like a dangerous chemical if you refer to it as dihydrogen oxide. But the sheer length of this list as well as the fact that consumers are in the dark about most of them makes me very glad that I’m a vegetarian and that what little meat I’ve eaten in the past several years came directly from farmers I know.
Acidifiers: Ammonium hydroxide, an aqueous solution of acidic calcium sulfate, an aqueous solution of hydrochloric and acetic acid, an aqueous solution of citric and hydrochloric acid, an aqueous solution of citric acid, hydrochloric acid, and phosphoric acid, an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid, citric acid, and phosphoric acid, sodium bisulfate, and sulfuric acid.
Anticoagulants: Sodium tripolyphosphate
Antimicrobials: An aqueous solution of sodium diacetate (4%), lactic acid, (4%), pectin (2%), and acetic acid (0.5%); an aqueous solution of sodium octanoate or octanoic acid and either glycerin and/or propylene glycol and/or a Polysorbate surface active agent (quantity sufficient to achieve the technical effect of octanoic acid emulsification) adjusted to a final solution pH of 1.5 to 4.0 using sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, or an acceptable GRAS [generally regarded as safe] acid;… (the list goes on for many pages and includes such gems as anhydrous ammonia and chlorine gas)

When the Natural Solutions Foundation calls a spade a spade and identifies what is taking place on a global basis as a war against the people we are not speaking lightly. We mean it literally.

Consider: even though the bogus Swine Flu Level 6 Pandemic fizzled, the genocialists STILL want you to take your Swine Flu shots. Why?

Consider the H1N1 vaccine, which is causing a rising tide of spontaneous abortions in perfectly healthy pregnancies.
Consider: despite the fact that mercury is a known neurotoxin, 800,000 doses of mercury free Sanofi Pasteur vaccines intended for very young children have been withdrawn for sub optimal potency. Another 4.7 million doses of Medimmune’s (Astra Zenica) Nasal Spray vaccine have been withdrawn for the same reason.
Is the vaccine cabal getting ready to announce that squalene, the incredibly dangerous adjuvant which, in large doses, causes not only profound and lethal auto immune disease, but sterility when injected is “needed” to “save” the potency which has “mysteriously” dropped below previous levels? Remember that the US government inexplicably purchased over 1/2 billion dollars worth of this unapproved and very, very dangerous injectable adjuvant.
(By the way, it is not clear if the women who miscarry will ever be able to carry a pregnancy again.)
No one, we are told, knows why the potency dropped after manufacture. Of course, we are not told that there is not a shred of evidence that high OR low potency vaccines have any protective impact. That they are dangerous and do not prevent infection is quite clear.
There is, however, a huge body of knowledge which says that the mercury-rich doses that the babies will receive (if their parents are naive enough to trust the government!) will damage them, possibly forever.
And we know enough to understand that a substance which is a known toxin for fetuses, often causing fetal death (which may be the reason that so many pregnant women are loosing their babies after being vaccinated) is also a toxin for the babies who will be unlucky enough to receive the replacement 800,000 doses WITH mercury and the kids who will receive the 4.7 million replacement doses for the “sub potency” H1N1 vaccines.
Consider: H1N1 Vaccine, has NEVER been tested for safety…
Consider: There is zero evidence that the immune titer (response) associated with H1N1 vaccine (or any vaccine, for that matter) actually provides any protection against the disease). Sub optimal or not, the stuff is, at best, useless, and, at worst life threatening…
Consider: WHO, a private corporation like the FED, receives more than 2/3 of its funding from Big Pharma, whose products it creates global markets for and whose interests it serves. WHO created this organism, this pandemic and this vaccine danger.
The same organization has been researching and USING sterilization vaccines against women since 1974 all over the world. Why not in the US now?

Welcome to 2010, the year we either win our freedom or lose it for at least the next millennium.
Think that’s an exaggeration? We don’t.
The War on the People was declared long ago in the halls of Globalist power brokers, but it has, until recently, been one of the best, the most well-kept secrets on the globe.

Each is a battle well financed and well planned to make it harder and harder for each of us to do what we want to do: live in health and peace, watching our lives and families prosper based on our personal and community needs and wishes.

Pardon me? Excuse me? Third wave? What “third wave”? What “second wave”? Other than media hype and despicable non-science, what “first wave”?
Instead, the Globalist plan, their Agenda is just the opposite:
– Contaminate our food [e.g., Codex, GMOs, pesticides, toxic waste as fertilizer, etc]
– Control our health choices (e.g., Government control of our resources, choices, pharmaceutical medicine only, eliminate natural medicine and health choices, including high potency supplements)
– Control our information (e.g., mainstream media “poison press” re: nutrition, eliminate information through FDA, FTC censorship of claims so that, for example, “Nano Silver, www.Nutronix.com/naturalsolutions, can kill the pandemic organisms” becomes an illegal statement, “Cancer is a preventable disease of under nutrition and is best cured through low cost, non toxic strategies like intensive nutrition” becomes an illegal statement, etc.)
– Discredit opposition concepts (e.g., there is a global conspiracy to depopulate the planet, supported by incontrovertible proof, global warming is a sham concept supported by flawed science for political purposes) as “conspiracy theory” through the power of the Main Stream Media, a Weapon of Mass Deception)
Instead of a globalist agenda for depopulation and slavery (which is what any fair-minded person must call the state of affairs when someone else makes your health, food and illness-care decisions for you and your children in spite of your wishes), the Natural Solutions Foundation joins you in supporting a Planetary Agenda, one where
– Each of us has the choice to seek, obtain and maintain health in the ways that make the most sense to us
– No one has the right to compel us to accept vaccination, medication or contamination which is unacceptable to us
– We are free to access information without restriction
– Clean, unadulterated food is available to us as we choose
– No medication or treatment (including any vaccine) may be forced upon us for any reason
– Governmental and non-governmental policies which accept and support depopulation must be canceled and those responsible for them must be removed from positions of authority
National and international agencies dealing with issues which touch on food, health and security must be made answerable only to people and the influence of corporations must be eliminated through restoring full legal liability to corporations and removing corporate “personhood” behind which corporations hide their culpability. No corporate shield for willfull misconduct!
Too much to expect for 1 year? Perhaps. But since the thrust to solidify Globalist policies and impact is moving so rapidly, the Trustees of the Natural Solutions Foundation believe that 2010 will be the year in which we, those with a Planetary Agenda for Freedom, either gain the high ground or loose it to those with a GLOBALIST Agenda for depopulation and slavery.
We will not accept the World Health Organization, a private corporation like the Federal Reserve Board, taking world control of world governance via a make-believe pandemic of their own creation.
We will not accept the US Government taking control of the US food supply to turn it into a Weapon of Mass Destruction while the Illness Care Industry preys upon our induced weakness and disease with dangerous and ineffective vaccines, drugs and procedures while ending the right of each of us to grow or access clean food.
We will not accept the US Government rationing our health and our disease for its own purposes.

Oldest “Useless” Eaters To Die First, But It Will Not Stop There

For the Germans, national pride was everything. Purity was their obsession. Are we the nation so besotted by gold, goods and gewgaws that we will allow ourselves to go down in history as a nation that committed mass murder to make ourselves wealthier? If so, then only God alone is able to help us.

LEGALIZED EUTHANASIA …
….CULLING THE OLD AND SICK
Hello all …
There is a very clear and emerging policy of seeking to kill people once they get into what we call old age. That is quite a statement, but perfectly supportable by the evidence.
The Control System sees humans as cattle or slaves who are only here to serve their masters, the bloodline families, who have no empathy or compassion whatsoever for the human population.

People are only useful when they are young and well enough to work and serve and once those days are over they want to eliminate them. This is the plan and we are seeing it introduced by stealth and steps all over the world, especially, as usual, in Britain and the United States.
I have mentioned before the story about Dr Richard Day, the head of the Rockefeller-created-and-controlled Planned Parenthood that was founded by eugenicists. Day told a meeting of doctors in Pittsburgh in 1969 to turn off all recording equipment and stop taking notes before detailing a long list of appalling plans to transform human society.
One doctor did take notes and he exposed what was said in a series of taped interviews before he died a few years ago. Today all that Richard Day said in 1969 has either happened or is happening – everything.
Day was an insider closely connected to the Rockefellers and therefore had access to the projected agenda. This is why people like Zbigniew Brzezinski, co-founder of the Trilateral Commission and mentor of Barack Obama, could write books 40 years ago that predicted with such accuracy today’s fast-emerging global dictatorship.
One of the predictions that Richard Day made in 1969 was that the elderly would be culled by blocking their health care. ‘Limiting access to affordable medical care makes eliminating the elderly easier’, as he put it. This is now clearly happening.
Obama’s health policies hand decisions about patient care to presidential appointments who would decide what medical plans covered, what doctors can and cannot do and the extent of treatment allowed for elderly people.

There were also laws to this effect hidden away in the Obama ‘stimulus’ package and one of the main people involved in this was Tom Daschle, the former U.S. Senate Majority Leader, who was Obama’s nominee for Secretary of Health and Human Services, but he had to withdraw over non-payment of taxes.
Daschle wrote in his book, Critical: What We Can Do About The Health-Care Crisis, that ‘seniors’ should be forced to sacrifice their heath care in favour of younger people by denying them treatment. He added that seniors who receive a ‘hopeless diagnosis’ need to accept their condition and not seek treatment for it.
Obama himself has stressed that ‘the chronically ill and those toward the end of their lives are accounting for potentially 80 percent of the total health care bill’ and when asked how he proposed to deal with this he said ‘ …you have to have some independent group that can give you guidance’.
‘Independent’ group?? Oh yeah, sure. Obama said that various options would be
’emerging out of the various health care conversations that are taking place on the Hill right now’. It is so obvious where this is all meant to go.
One of Obama’s presidential appointees to dictate ‘health care’ for Americans is, well, well … Dr Ezekiel Emanuel, the brother of White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel. They are both the sons of an operative with the Irgun terrorist group, funded by the Rothschilds, that bombed Israel into being.
Another brother is Ariel ‘Ari’ Zev Emanuel, the Hollywood agent who represents people like Martin Scorsese, Jude Law and film-maker, Michael Moore.
Dr Ezekiel Emanuel was appointed to the key position of health-policy adviser at the Office of Management and Budget to advise Budget Director, Peter Orszag. Emanuel has been quoted as saying the following:
* Cost savings would require changing the way doctors thought about their patients.
* Doctors take their Hippocratic Oath too seriously and treat it as an imperative to do everything for the patient regardless of the cost or effects on others.
* Doctors should look beyond the needs of their patients and consider other issues like whether the money could be better spent on somebody else.
* ‘Communitarianism’ should guide decisions on who gets care and it should be reserved for the non-disabled and not given to those ‘who are irreversibly prevented from being or becoming participating citizens’. An example would be not guaranteeing health services to patients with dementia.
He is further quoted as saying:
‘Unlike allocation by sex or race, allocation by age is not invidious discrimination; every person lives through different life stages rather than being a single age. Even if 25-year-olds receive priority over 65-year-olds.’
Emanuel says his words were taken out of context, but it’s hard to see how. The theme of removing health care for the elderly is becoming common. A group of experts caring for the terminally ill wrote a letter to the London Daily Telegraph highlighting the way that people, mostly the elderly for obvious reasons, were wrongly being diagnosed as ‘close to death’.
This is extremely important because the UK National ‘Health Service (NHS) is introducing a policy of withdrawing food, fluid and treatment once the close-to-death judgement has been made to put them on what they call the death ‘pathway’. The patient is also fed sedative drugs continually until death which can mask the fact that their state of health has improved.
The letter was signed by, among others, Professor Peter Millard, Emeritus Professor of Geriatrics, University of London, and Dr Peter Hargreaves, a consultant in Palliative Medicine at St Luke’s cancer centre in Guildford.
It said that patients are being diagnosed as being close to death ‘without regard to the fact that the diagnosis could be wrong’. Dr Hargreaves said that some patients were being wrongly put on the ‘pathway’, which created a ‘self-fulfilling prophecy’ that they would die.
He said that he had personally taken patients off the pathway who went on to live for ‘significant’ amounts of time and warned that many doctors were not checking the progress of patients enough to notice improvement in their condition.
‘I have been practising palliative medicine for more than 20 years and I am getting more concerned about this “death pathway” that is coming in’, he said.
Hazel Fenton, an 80-year-old British grandmother, had her drugs and food stopped under this ‘scheme’ when doctors said she had days to live and yet nine months later she was still alive after her outraged daughter, Christine Ball, fought with doctors for four days to have the drugs and food restored.

A nurse even asked Christine what she wanted to do with her mother’s body. Christine was exactly right when she said: ‘My mother was going to be left to starve and dehydrate to death. It really is a subterfuge for legalised euthanasia of the elderly …’ It is indeed the drip, drip, drip to forced euthanasia.
Age Concern, the British charity for the elderly, called for a government inquiry over claims that health officials are practicing ‘involuntary euthanasia’ on elderly patients to free up beds in overcrowded hospitals. Many societies throughout history have had a policy of the voluntary or involuntary killing of old people and it is covertly being practiced now.
The Dutch introduced legalised euthanasia in 2002, the first country to do so, but this week it was revealed that the law has led to a severe decline in the quality of care for terminally-ill patients. Dr Els Borst, the former Health Minister and Deputy Prime Minister who guided the legislation through the Dutch parliament, now says it was brought in ‘far too early’ and not properly thought through.
Dr Anne-Marie The, author of a history of euthanasia, Redeemer Under God, says that many old people in the Netherlands now ask to die ‘out of fear’ because of an absence of effective pain relief.
Dr The, who has studied euthanasia for 15 years, said that a crisis had developed and ‘to think that we have neatly arranged everything by adopting the euthanasia law is an illusion’.
A constantly-repeated Illuminati technique to enforce its agenda is to arrange for protest groups to campaign on its behalf while claiming to be righting wrongs and injustices. This is what happened in the Netherlands.
Phyllis Bowman of Right to Life, a British group opposed to euthanasia, said she saw pro-euthanasia campaigners picketing Dutch hospices. ‘People were marching round the building shouting and roaring and were screaming that the hospice was denying people their right to die,’ she said.
‘The pro-euthanasia campaigners set out to smash the hospice movement. People can no longer get palliative care when they need it – they just get an injection.’
She said it was so bad that Amsterdam, with a population of 1.2 million, now has just two tiny hospices. Doctors in the Netherlands have immunity from prosecution if they help to kill patients over the age of 12 who are suffering from ‘unbearable’ pain from incurable illnesses or who repeatedly request euthanasia.
But, of course, the system is open to manipulation. It has been claimed there have been thousands of cases of involuntary euthanasia since the law was introduced and dozens of killings of disabled new born babies.
Patients are normally killed by administering a strong sedative that puts the patient in a coma, followed by a drug to stop breathing, and this is happening to more and more people every year. Assisted deaths in the Netherlands have increased from 1,626 in 2003 to 2,331 in 2008.
As Dr Peter Saunders, from the UK group, Care Not Killing Alliance, said: ‘If you introduce guidelines that help people to avoid prosecution then you will get a huge escalation of cases.’
We are seeing the stepping-stones appearing in many countries for the introduction of Netherlands-type euthanasia laws. Quebec in Canada is now holding ‘roving public consultations’ on the question of euthanasia. The national assembly’s standing committee on health and social services is hearing from ‘experts’ and preparing a consultation document.
Keir Starmer, the UK’s Director of Public Prosecutions, was asked to ‘clarify’ when someone would be prosecuted for assisting suicide and in September he said that prosecution was likely if the ‘victim’ was under 18, had a mental illness or was in good physical health. Anyone involved in more than one case or those paid to do it would also be prosecuted, he said.
But that leaves a wide open door with prosecution unlikely if the person has a ‘grave’ illness or disability and the killer is a close friend or helper motivated by compassion. This is just asking to be abused and it is another step on the road to legalised euthanasia and, the long-term goal, forced euthanasia.
I can see the case of assisted suicide for those in great pain with no hope of recovery, but that is not the motivation for the force that is covertly pressing the euthanasia agenda and we need to be aware of that.
They don’t say ‘we are going to invade Iraq because we want to takeover the country for our own ends’. They say there are weapons of mass destruction that threaten the world and they have to be removed.
In the same way, they don’t say we want to introduce euthanasia or death ‘pathways’ to kill as many old people as we can’. They say we want to do it for compassionate reasons.
So many facets of the Control System have been sold to the public in benevolent terms when a malevolent agenda lie behind them. Euthanasia is another.

Mega Corruption Scandal At The WHO

The man with the nickname “Dr Flu”, Professor Albert Osterhaus, of the Erasmus University in Rotterdam Holland has been named by Dutch media researchers as the person at the center of the worldwide Swine Flu H1N1 Influenza A 2009 pandemic hysteria. Not only is Osterhaus the connecting person in an international network that has been described as the Pharma Mafia, he is THE key advisor to WHO on influenza and is intimately positioned to personally profit from the billions of euros in vaccines allegedly aimed at H1N1.
Earlier this year the Second Chamber of the Netherlands Parliament undertook an investigation into alleged conflicts of interest and financial improprieties of the well-known Dr. Osterhaus. Outside of Holland and the Dutch media, the only note of the sensational investigation into Osterhaus’ business affairs came in a tiny note in the respected British magazine, Science.
Osterhaus’s credentials and expertise in his field were not in question. What is in question, according to a short report published by the journal Science, are his links to corporate interests that stand to potentially profit from the swine flu pandemic. Science carried the following brief note in its October 16 2009 issue about Osterhaus:
” For the past 6 months, one could barely switch on the television in the Netherlands without seeing the face of famed virus hunter Albert Osterhaus talking about the swine flu pandemic. Or so it has seemed. Osterhaus, who runs an internationally renowned virus lab at Erasmus Medical Center, has been Mr. Flu. But last week, his reputation took a nosedive after it was alleged that he has been stoking pandemic fears to promote his own business interests in vaccine development.Last week, his reputation took a nosedive after it was alleged that he has been stoking pandemic fears to promote his own business interests in vaccine development. As Science went to press, the Dutch House of Representatives had even slated an emergency debate about the matter.”
On November 3, 2009 it appeared that Osterhaus emerged with at least the damage somewhat under control. An updated Science blog noted, “The House of Representatives of the Netherlands today rejected a motion asking the government to sever all ties with virologist Albert Osterhaus of Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam, who had been accused of conflicts of interest in his role as a government adviser. But Dutch health minister Ab Klink, meanwhile, announced a “Sunshine Act” compelling scientists to disclose their financial ties to companies.”
The Minister, Ab Klink, reportedly a personal friend of Osterhaus, subsequently issued a statement on the ministry’s website, claiming that Osterhaus was but one of many scientific advisers to the ministry on vaccines for H1N1, and that the Ministry “knew” about the financial interests of Osterhaus. Nothing out of the ordinary, merely pursuit of science and public health, so it seemed.
More careful investigation into the Osterhaus Affair suggests that the world-renowned Dutch Virologist may be at the very center of a multi-billion Euro pandemic fraud which has used human beings in effect as human guinea pigs with untested vaccines and in cases now emerging, resulting in deaths or severe bodily paralysis or injury.
The ‘Bird Shit Hoax’
Albert Osterhaus is no small fish. He stands at the global nexus of every major virus panic of the past decade from the mysterious SARS deaths in HongKong, where current WHO Director Margaret Chan got her start in her career as a local health official. According to his official bio at the European Commission, Osterhaus was engaged in April 2003, at the height of the panic over SARS (Severe Acquired Respiratory Syndrome) in investigation of the Hong Kong outbreak of respiratory illnesses. The EU report states, “he again showed his skill at moving fast to tackle a serious problem. Within three weeks he had proved that the disease was caused by a newly discovered coronavirus that resides in civet cats, other carnivorous animals or bats.”
Then Osterhaus moved on as SARS cases vanished from view, this time publicizing dangers of what he claimed was H5N1 Avian Flu. In 1997 he had already began sounding the alarm following the death in Hong Kong of a three-year-old who Osterhaus learned had had direct contact with birds. Osterhaus went into high gear lobbying across Holland and Europe claiming that a deadly new mutation of avian flu had jumped to humans and that drastic measures were required. He claimed to be the first scientist in the world to show that H5N1 could be transferred into humans.
In a BBC interview in October 2005 on the danger of Avian Flu, Osterhaus declared, “if the virus manages indeed to, to mutate itself in such a way that it can transmit from human to human, then we have a completely different situation, we might be at the start of the pandemic.” He added, “there is a real chance that this virus could be trafficked by the birds all the way to Europe. There is a real risk, but nobody can estimate the risk at this moment, because we haven’t done the experiments.” It never did manage to mutate, but he was ready to “do the experiments,” presumably for a hefty fee.
To bolster his frightening pandemic scenario, Osterhaus and his lab assistants in Rotterdam began assiduously assembling and freezing samples of, well, bird shit, in an attempt to build a more scientific argument. He claimed that at certain times of the year up to 30% of all European birds acted as carriers of the deadly avian virus, H5N1. He also claimed that farmers working with hens and chickens were then exposed. Osterhaus briefed journalists who dutifully noted his alarm. Politicians were alerted. He wrote papers proposing that the far away deaths in Asia from what he termed H5N1 were coming to Europe, presumably on the wongs or in the innards of deadly sick infected birds. He claimed that migratory birds were carrying the deadly new disease as far west as Rügen and Ukraine. He conveniently ignored the fact that birds do not migrate east to west but rather north to south.
Osterhaus’ Avian Flu alarm campaign really took off in 2003 when a Dutch veterinary doctor became ill and died. Osterhaus claimed the death was from H5N1. He convinced the Dutch government to order slaughter of millions of chickens. Yet no other infected persons died from the alleged H5N1. Osterhaus claimed that that was simply proof of the effectiveness of the preemptive slaughter campaign.
Osterhaus claimed that bird feces were the source, via air bombardment or droppings, onto populations and birds below. That was the vehicle for the spread of the deadly new Asian strain of H5N1 he insisted.
There was only one problem with the now voluminous frozen samples of diverse bird excrement he and his associated had collected and frozen at his institute. There was not one single confirmed example of H5N1 virus found in any of his samples. At a May 2006 Congress of the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE), Osterhaus and his Erasmus colleagues were forced to admit that in testing 100,000 samples of their assiduously saved bird feces, they had discovered not one single case of H5N1 virus.
At a WHO conference in Verona in 2008 titled “Avian influenza at the Human-Animal Interface,” in a presentation to scientific colleagues undoubtedly less impressed by appeals to pandemic emotion than the non-scientific public, Osterhaus admitted that “A proper risk assessment of H5N1 as the cause of a new pandemic cannot be made with the currently available information.” By then, however, his sights were already firmly on other possible pandemic triggers to focus his vaccination activities.
Swine Flu and WHO corruption
When no mass wave of human deaths from Avian Flu materialized and after Roche, maker of Tamiflu and GlaxoSmithKline had banked billions of dollars in profits from worldwide government stockpiling of their dangerous and reportedly ineffective antiviral drugs, Tamiflu by Roche, and Relenza by GlaxoSmithKline, Osterhaus and other WHO advisers turned to other greener pastures.
By April 2009 their search seemed rewarded as La Gloria, a small Mexican village in Veracruz, reported a case of a small child ill with what had been diagnosed as “Swine Flu” or H1N1. With indecent haste the propaganda apparatus of the World Health Organization in Geneva went into gear with statements from the director-general Dr Margaret Chan, about a possible danger of a global pandemic.
Chan made such irresponsible statements as declaring “a public health emergency of international concern.” The further cases of outbreak at La Gloria Mexico were reported on one medical website as, “a ‘strange’ outbreak of acute respiratory infection, which led to bronchial pneumonia in some pediatric cases. According to a local resident, symptoms included fever, severe cough, and large amounts of phlegm.”
Notably those were symptoms which would make sense in terms of the proximity of one of the world’s largest pig industrial feeding concentrations at La Gloria owned by Smithfield Farms of the USA. Residents had picketed the Smithfield Farms site in Mexico for months complaining of severe respiratory problems from the fecal waste lagoons. That possible cause of the diseases in La Gloria apparently did not interest Osterhaus and his colleagues advising the WHO. The long-awaited “pandemic” that Osterhaus had predicted ever since his involvement with SARS in the Guandgong Province of China in 2003, was now finally at hand.
On June 11, 2009 Margaret Chan of WHO made the declaration of a Phase 6 “Pandemic Emergency” regarding the spread of H1N1 Influenza. Curiously in announcing it, she noted, “On present evidence, the overwhelming majority of patients experience mild symptoms and make a rapid and full recovery, often in the absence of any form of medical treatment.” She then added, “Worldwide, the number of deaths is smallwe do not expect to see a sudden and dramatic jump in the number of severe or fatal infections.”
It later was learned that Chan acted, following heated debates inside WHO, on the advice of the scientific advisory group of WHO, or SAGE, the Strategic Advisory Group of Experts. One of the members of SAGE at the time and today was Dr. Albert “Mr Flu” Osterhaus.
Not only was Osterhaus in a key position to advocate the panic-inducing WHO “Pandemic emergency” declaration. He was also chairman of the leading private European Scientific Working group on Influenza (ESWI), which describes itself as a “multidisciplinary group of key opinion leaders in influenza [that] aims to combat the impact of epidemic and pandemic influenza.” Osterhaus’ ESWI is the vital link as they themselves describe it, “between the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva, the Robert Koch Institute in Berlin and the University of Connecticut, USA.”
What is more significant about the ESWI is that its work is entirely financed by the same pharma mafia companies that make billions on the pandemic emergency as governments around the world are compelled to buy and stockpile vaccines on declaration of a WHO Pandemic. The funders of ESWI include H1N1 vaccine maker Novartis, Tamiflu distributor, Hofmann-La Roche, Baxter Vaccines, MedImmune, GlaxoSmithKline, Sanofi Pasteur and others.
Not to lose the point, the world-leading virologist, official adviser on H1N1 to the governments of the UK and Holland, Dr Albert Osterhaus, head of the Department of Virology at the Erasmus Medical College of Rotterdam, also sat on the WHO’s elite SAGE and served as chairman at the same time of the pharma industry-sponsored ESWI, which in turn urged dramatic steps to vaccinate the world against the grave danger of a new Pandemic they insisted could rival the feared 1918 Spanish Flu pandemic.
The Wall Street bank, JP Morgan, estimated that in large part as a result of the WHO pandemic decision, the giant pharma firms that also finance Osterhaus’ ESWI work, stand to reap some ¤7.5 to ¤10 billion in profits.
A fellow member of WHO’s SAGE is Dr Frederick Hayden, of Britain’s Wellcome Trust and reportedly a close friend of Osterhaus. Hayden also receives money for “advisory” services from Roche and GlaxoSmithKline among other pharma giants involved in producing products related to the H1N1 panic.
Chairman of WHO’s SAGE is another British scientist, Prof. David Salisbury of the UK Department of Health. He also heads the WHO H1N1 Advisory Group. Salisbury is a robust defender of the pharma industry. He has been accused by UK health citizen health group One Click of covering up the proven links between vaccines and an explosive rise in infant autism as well as links between the vaccine Gardasil and palsy and even death.
Then on September 28, 2009 the same Salisbury stated, “There is a very clear view in the scientific community that there is no risk from the inclusion of Thiomersal.” The vaccine being used for H1N1 in Britain is primarily produced by GlaxoSmithKlilne. It contains the mercury preservative Thiomersol. Because of growing evidence that Thiomersol in vaccines might be related to autism in children in the United States, in 1999 the American Academy of Pediatrics and the US Public Health Service called for it to be removed from vaccines.
Yet another SAGE member at WHO with intimate financial ties to the vaccine makers that benefit from SAGE’s recommendations to WHO is Dr. Arnold Monto, a paid consultant to vaccine maker MedImmune, Glaxo and ViroPharma.
Even more, the meetings of the “independent” scientists of SAGE are attended by “observers” who include, yes, the very vaccine producers GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, Baxter and company. One might ask if the SAGE are supposed to be the world’s leading experts on flu and vaccines, why they would ask the vaccine makers to sit in.
In the past decade the WHO, in order to boost funds at its disposal entered into what it calls “public private partnerships.” Instead of receiving its funds solely from member United Nations governments as its original purpose had been, WHO today receives almost double its normal UN budget in the form of grants and financial support from private industry. The industry? The very drug and vaccine makers who benefit from decisions like the June 2009 H1N1 Pandemic emergency declaration. As the main financiers of the WHO bureaucracy, naturally the Pharma Mafia and their friends receive what has been called “open door red carpet treatment” in Geneva.
In an interview with Der Spiegel magazine in Germany, epidemiologist Dr. Tom Jefferson of the Cochrane Collaboration, an organization of independent scientists evaluating all flu related studies, noted the implications of the privatization of WHO and the commercialization of health:
“one of the extraordinary features of this influenza — and the whole influenza saga — is that there are some people who make predictions year after year, and they get worse and worse. None of them so far have come about, and these people are still there making these predictions. For example, what happened with the bird flu, which was supposed to kill us all? Nothing. But that doesn’t stop these people from always making their predictions. Sometimes you get the feeling that there is a whole industry almost waiting for a pandemic to occur.
SPIEGEL: Who do you mean? The World Health Organization (WHO)?
Jefferson: The WHO and public health officials, virologists and the pharmaceutical companies. They’ve built this machine around the impending pandemic. And there’s a lot of money involved, and influence, and careers, and entire institutions! And all it took was one of these influenza viruses to mutate to start the machine grinding…
When asked if the WHO had deliberately declared the Pandemic Emergency in order to create a huge market for H1N1 vaccines and drugs, Jefferson replied,
“Don’t you think there’s something noteworthy about the fact that the WHO has changed its definition of pandemic? The old definition was a new virus, which went around quickly, for which you didn’t have immunity, and which created a high morbidity and mortality rate. Now the last two have been dropped, and that’s how swine flu has been categorized as a pandemic.”
Conveniently enough, the WHO published the new Pandemic definition in April 2009 just in time to allow WHO, on advice of SAGE and others like Albert “Dr Flu” Osterhaus and David Salisbury, to declare the mild cases of flu dubbed H1N1 Influenza A to be declared Pandemic Emergency.
In a relevant footnote, the Washington Post on December 8 in an article on the severity, or lack of same, of the world H1N1 “pandemic” reported that, “with the second wave of H1N1 infections having crested in the United States, leading epidemiologists are predicting that the pandemic could end up ranking as the mildest since modern medicine began documenting influenza outbreaks.”
Russian Parliamentarian and chairman of the Duma Health Committee, Igor Barinow has called on the Russian Representative to WHO in Geneva to order an official investigation into the growing evidence of massive corruption of the WHO by the pharmaceutical industry. “There are grave accusations of corruption within the WHO,” said Barinow. “An international commission of inquiry is urgently required.”
