Dear Dr. Stanninger,
War has been declared against the people of Earth. But we are not ready to be the Every year for the past few years, Natural Solutions Foundation has brought people together at the beginning of the year for a War Council, to discuss where we have been and where we will be.
It was our pleasure to have you as one of our distinguished presenters at the First Annual War Council in 2010. I know that no one who heard you speak has forgotten your presentation!
This year, the 3rd Annual War Council will take place on January 8, 2012: People can attend live, via Webinar or Internet Radio. We would be honored to have you as one of our guests.
Our Mission is, in sum, “…to discover, develop, document, demonstrate and disseminate natural solutions to the impediment surrounding health and food coupled with achieving and maintaining a healthy self, community and world.”
But first, a bit of history: Gen. Bert (Maj. Gen. Albert N. Stubblebine III [US Army, Ret.]), our Foundation President and I had been growing increasingly distressed and concerned over the loss of our health freedom, briefly defined as our ability to exercise sovereign control over our own bodies through access to clean, unadulterated food, natural health options, the right to refuse coercive medial or other treatment and the free flow of information about health options.
We saw that the clearly articulated population reduction intentions of the globalists were being expressed through deadly and infertility-inducing drugs and vaccines (e.g., FDA, CDC, WHO, etc.), a degraded world food supply (e.g., USDA, Codex Alimentarius,WTO, WHO, FAO, ETC.), suppression of nutrients and related information (e.g., EFSD, FDA) and other genocidal tools deployed globally at an ever-accelerating pace.
We became so concerned, in fact, by the escalating developments and the fact that the people “on our side” appeared to be incapable of strategic analysis coupled with tactical deployment BEFORE the fact that we decided to close our highly successful medical practice (I was graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1970 and have practiced totally drug free medicine and psychiatry since then), create the Natural Solutions Foundation in late 2004 and, quite literally, marshal the forces and resources necessary to derail the genocidal globalist agenda.*
Codex Alimentarius, by the way, was created as an intentionally genocidal tool by the newly-released German genocidalist heads of IG Farben, the gigantic German civilian war machine. See my video, Nutricide, and my detailed article examining its development, The Killing Fields of Codex.
Since I had been watching the steady, and deadly, progress of Codex Alimentarius for more than a decade, and since the wildly destructive Codex Vitamin and Mineral Guideline was due for ratification on July 4, 2005, a mere half year away, one of the first things we did was approach Counsel Ralph Fucetola, JD, and ask him to solve the Codex Alimentarius problem at the legal level, creating a solution which any nation in the world, including the most nutritionally and economically fragile, could apply without engendering WTO trade sanctions.
He agreed and, with the able participation of Jim Turner, JD, these remarkable gentlemen put together the Codex Two Step Process. I turned it into a book, The Codex Book, which serves as a step by step guide and case study for the development of WTO Trade Sanction-Proof deviation from any of the Codex Standards and Guidelines for every nation which chooses this path for itself. Once the book was complete and the legal strategy was perfected (and nations which have followed our Codex Two Step Process have, indeed, prevailed at the WTO dispute resolution level), Gen. Bert and I took to the road, visiting those countries which had not yet become the practical property of the Uber Cartel: Big Pharma and Big Medica which are Big Agribiz, which is Big Chema, which is Big BioTech, which is Big Pharma and Bigt Medica. We selected those countries which we felt still had a capacity to make their own food autonomy and sovereignty decisions.
We traveled widely in Africa and Asia meeting with heads of State, Ministers of Agriculture, Education and Health. When in India, for example, we had a private meeting with then-president Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalaam through the good offices of our dear friend, Dr. Monapa Hegde, MD in which we informed Dr. Kalaam about the problem, the WTO trade sanctions, etc. In fact, we were invited to help develop the regulations for the new Food Bill passed within a few weeks of our visit.
While traveling, I might add) in those countries which we felt could break away from the stranglehold of Codex and its industrially degraded food supply we realized that the Natural Solutions Foundation needed to create an Eco Demonstration Project which we could use as a school and training center for the BeyondOrganic BioDynamic Zero Emissions™ system of agriculture which can literally feed the world’s population without the use of chemicals, increasing crop yield, decreasing water use, increasing storage life, producing positive energy flow by generating more power than used from inexpensive, safe, intuitive, totally non-contaminating technologies and accomplish two things:
1. create a local inexpensive clean food supply at the highest standards and
2. create an international market for those clean foods at a premium market.We have been gifted by a supportive universe, it would seem, with a number of technologies with which to do exactly that and they are available for deployment at minimal cost, requiring no education, no special machinery, no replacement, but requiring attention to restoration of the fertility and diversity of the microcosm of the soil. Fortunately, we have technologies for that as well to rapidly and safely clean the soil of petrochemical residues and restore high level fertility to it.
We understand, as I know you do, that the health of a populace is directly related to the life sustaining capability and capacities of its food supply, which includes its herbs and nutrients.
We anticipate that not only will the widespread application of this program increase the effective wealth of the society, starting with its farmers, enabling them to stay on the land and earn a decent wage (thus thwarting one of the major thrusts of the globalist genocidal agenda: the industrialization of food and food production) because of the decrease in the cost of seed and supplies, but the actual wealth of the society will be increased by the decline in health care costs and the sale of affordable food on the domestic market and premium food on the international market.
Additionally, through the support of market strategies which provide a ready, and fairly priced, market system for the farmers, and a connection to their customers, the social fabric of the local and larger communities will be strengthened.
And we believe, based on our investigation of the most promising food production regions of the planet, that one of the two most important potential food production areas in the world is the Indus-Ganges Basin, despite the considerable challenges which its sustainable, responsible, clean and socially responsible exploitation presents.
Fine theory, of course, but useless unless put into action. When we established our Valley of the Moon Eco Demonstration Project in Volcan, Chiriqui, Panama, we decided to incorporate clean food technologies and techniques, natural health technologies and techniques and social structure support (including farmer education, market strategies, land reclamation, etc.
Since premium Panamanian coffee is a critically important cash crop, heavily sprayed and contaminated to prevent crop loss (and resulting in horrific health problems for workers and consumers alike, to say nothing of the ecological devastation caused by conventional coffee growing techniques), we purchased an abandoned, derelict coffee “finca”or farm and reclaimed it according to our principles, sharing then freely with all interested parties.

Using more of same as our sole input, we have created a stunningly good coffee. We are now expanding our production to more derelict farms in the area (farmers here cannot afford the chemical sprays so increasing numbers are simply forced to abandon their fields, a situation not unlike many world-wide). Our coffee is seriously under-priced, according to the experts. Our crop has doubled each of the 4 years we have harvested and roasted our coffee.
The possibilities for other food production, animal and plant based, in Panama and around the world, is virtually limitless.
We envision a series of linked classrooms, market structures, health systems and educational inputs which are, literally, globe- and game-changing — and we look forward to discussing all this with you.

The Congressional lame duck “leadership” have used every maneuver allowed by their parliamentary procedures to push through the fake “food safety” bills; what will be, essentially, a law that sets the stage for regulatory imposition of industrialize “farming” methods on our local, natural food production and distribution while implementing the worst of Codex Alimentarius’ international restrictions on our freedoms. It would allow imposition of what we have called “Food Fascism” and be a continuation of the Federal Administration’s policy of “seizing the commanding heights” of the economy.
One of those maneuvers has been to tempt several Senators who are normally on the side of local food production to “go along” with this Big AgBiz-written bill in exchange for some changes in the new farm order to be imposed. Those amendments, even if adopted in their most local-food-friendly versions barely begin to allay our fears of Federal Food Fascism.

Bloomberg, we should point out, is the media outlet of the wealthy Michael Bloomberg, Mayor of New York City. Just as a reminder, New York City is not what most people would call a farming community. It does not raise food and is not the home of any significant number of small farms. Just why is Bloomberg organization positioning itself as a Company Man in the food wars which have been thrust upon us by the likes of Monsanto Man, Michael Taylor, now our Food Safety [sic!] Czar? And why would the Natural Products Association take the position that industrializing the US Food Supply is a good thing? We believe that their lawyers are as capable as ours of reading the bills and discerning the disastrous consequences and stipulations. We’ve quoted specific language from the Manager’s Bill that would allow secret regulations, would pave the way to full implementation of Codex Alimentarius (the so-called ‘world food code’ that serves the globalists’ interests) and have shown how the “exemptions” will hardly protect significant proportions of local food production.
Could it be because their membership is heavily weighted to Big Pharma? Given that Big Pharma makes most of the nutrients and “natural products” with which they deal, and given the fact that clean food is a direct threat to Big Pharma, whose income rests on your impaired nutrition and immune system, and given the fact that Big Pharma is also Big AgraBiz and Big Chema and Big Biotech, could it be that NPA (formerly the NNFA) has once again acted the whore to its powerful members as it did when it produced its expensive (rumored to have cost $800,000) “Report” assuring wellness companies that Codex would prove not threat to them or their businesses? see http://drrimatruthreports.com/?page_id=180 for a detailed analysis of that report.
Make no mistake: $.510 will not only hurt small farmers, it will eventually criminalize their activity, and yours if you are growing your own food, and put them out of business. Done. Finished. Over. Ended.
But consider our $.510 Talking Points,http://drrimatruthreports.com/?p=6910, first published weeks ago, to see the truth is that only a small percent of local food production and distribution would be exempt from Federal controls under the best of the amendments; only partially protecting a few small family farms, representing a small percentage of local food production, and as inflation kicks in, without indexing, the “protections” will become meaningless. Under one version of the “let them eat cake” amendment, only farms grossing less than $500,000 annually would be exempt… and as inflation kicks in, even with “indexing” pegged to the manipulated CPI, the “protections” will become meaningless.
“In 2009, the majority of family farms (60 percent) had gross sales of less than $10,000, but they accounted for only 2 percent of the total value of agricultural production… Family farms with gross sales of $10,000 to $249,999 were 30 percent of the family farms and were responsible for 18 percent of production. What percent of local food production would be protected? The above Federal figures do not reveal that, but applying a reasonable distribution curve suggests less than 40%.
Bloomberg’s and NPA’s headlines are misleading and the threat from S.510 is far worse than they imagine.
But we do not need to let that happen. Here’s the plan to STOP S.510!!!
1. Flood Senators’ home offices with calls over the Thanksgiving holiday week; if you know the Senator personally, call him/her direct, or talk to him/her over the Thanksgiving Day table!
2. Begin to flood the Senate with emails starting Sunday 11.28 and peaking throughout 11.29 — our system reached over 5,000 emails an hour for several hours a day, several days last week. Other groups were similarly engaged. We need to do much better.
No time for Thanksgiving yet, no time to pat ourselves on the back! Our Senators are home… it’s time for the Home Folks to tell them what we want: Vote “No!” on S. 510. Even Sen. Testor or Dr. Coburn’s well-intentioned amendments do not go far enough to protect local, organic, family, community food production and distribution!
If the lame duck “leadership” forces this bad bill through the Senate, we will flood the House of Representatives with opposing emails; if it is sent to the White House, we will petition the current occupant to veto the bill; if he signs it, we will demand that the new Congress refuse to fund its provisions, including any funding for more FDA inspectors or for any “HARMonizing” with Codex Alimentarius, or any other provision that restricts Food Freedom!

S.510, the horrific, fake “food safety” bill (and possibly its evil companions, $.3767 and the discredited S.3002) will be pushed through the Lame Duck Congress this week. It is definitely on the Obama Lame Duck Agenda. Our friends in DC have confirmed this.
Today there will be a cloture vote on Senate bill $.510. But there are two other bills whose cloture (choking off debate) votes will occur first. IF cloture passes for the first one, a “cooling off” period of 30 hours of debate must pass before the next one can be voted on for cloture and before the vote can take place, we have been informed. If the second cloture vote passed, then an additional 30 hours of debate must occur before the vote on it can take place.
On the other hand, it is possible that $ 510 will be voted upon without cloture or that a cloture vote will be taken and then it is voted on after the required 30 hours of debate.
So the exact schedule of voting is not clear. What is clear is that this bill, and its horrific companion pieces MUST NOT be allowed to pass despite the determination of the worst combination of Lame Duck destructiveness, Corporate greed and Regulatory irresponsibility.
The delays, if they occur, may, in fact, be exactly what we need. The President, Secretary Sebelius and the US Senate have been bombarded with more than 600,000 emails from you and more from the supporters of the many, many health and food freedom groups who have followed our leads and asked their supporters to send the same message to the same recipients: DON’T YOU DARE!
So we may have hours or days to make sure that we still have food freedom without having to fight for repeal or use other strategies to make sure that we control the quality of the food that we eat. Health Freedom, including food freedom, IS our first freedom.
IT IS URGENT THAT EVERY HEALTH AND FOOD FREEDOM GROUP WARN THEIR SUPPORTERS AND FLOOD CONGRESS WITH “NO $.510!” MESSAGES, NOW!

GlaxoSmithKline, the British drug giant, has agreed to pay $750 million to settle criminal and civil complaints that the company for years knowingly sold contaminated baby ointment and an ineffective antidepressant — the latest in growing number of whistle-blower lawsuits that drug makers have settled with multimillion dollar fines. Altogether, GlaxoSmithKline sold 20 drugs with questionable
safety that were made at a huge plant in Puerto Rico that for years was rife with contamination. Cheryl Eckard, the company’s quality manager, asserts in her whistle-blower suit that she warned Glaxo of the problems but the company fired her instead of addressing the issues. Among the drugs affected were Avandia, Bactroban, Coreg, Paxil and Tagamet. No patients are known to have been sickened by the quality problems although such cases would be difficult to trace.

FDA Announces Sibutramine Has Been Withdrawn From the Market
The agency asked Abbott Laboratories to pull the drug from the market after it evaluated data from a postmarketing study of the drug’s cardiovascular safety. The study, called the Sibutramine Cardiovascular Outcomes Trial (SCOUT), demonstrated a 16% increase in the risk for serious cardiovascular events such as nonfatal heart attack, nonfatal stroke, the need for resuscitation after the heart stopped, and death in a cohort of patients given sibutramine compared with another given a placebo.

Low Testosterone Associated With High Mortality in Men With CHD
October 22, 2010 (Sheffield, United Kingdom) — Among men who have coronary heart disease, mortality was doubled in those with low testosterone levels compared with those who had normal levels, a new observational study has shown. Dr Chris J Malkin (Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Sheffield, UK) and colleagues report their findings in Heart. [1]

A Friend of Health Freedom Writes to Diane Feinstein – Sometimes Health Freedom Is Just Plain Hilarious!
A good friend of health freedom wrote to Diane Feinstein (D CA) about his flu vaccine concerns. He received the predictable form letter containing such idiocy as “Several studies have been conducted, by the CDC and other agencies, in response to concerns that thimerosal, a mercury-containing component of the influenza vaccine, is linked to autism. These studies did not find such a link, noting that the amount of thimerosal in the vaccine was too low to have an effect. One study found that, even after thimerosal was removed from vaccines in Denmark, the rate of autism in children continued to rise.
The influenza vaccine is the safest, most effective method of preventing the spread of a disease which, according to the CDC, leads to an average of 36,000 deaths each year. Please know that I will keep your thoughts in mind should legislation regarding the influenza vaccine come before the Senate.

Thank you so much for your email regarding the use of the deadly mercury in the H1N1 vaccine and other injections given even to newborn babies with no regard to the long term neurological consequences and the damage that will be done to millions of families across our country and around the world. I appreciate your need to do all you can for the reputation of the WTO, after their complete exposure as a fraudulent organization when they issued a pandemic alert of the highest level last year (level 6) in order to convince (or coerce) millions of people to take the toxic vaccines.
I sympathize with you that the otherwise well-coordinated scam did not work, and the “pandemic” had to be canceled, with millions of unused injections sitting on the shelves, waiting for a pandemic to be created fast enough to use them before they have to be thrown away. No one realizes how hard the poor drug dealers work with their government servants to pull off one of these global scams, and how much hard-extorted money they lose when one does not work. I realize that as a busy senator, you have no spare time to waste on things like learning what the CDC and the FDA are, or that they are fully controlled by and take their orders from, the drug companies. Later, when you are retired, perhaps you can take the time to study these things, instead of just repeating what you have been told. If you eventually become honest, and perhaps develop a conscience, you will find that the current “health care” system, overseen and controlled by the respectable drug lords that you know as “pharmaceutical companies” has become the number two cause of death in American today (something like 750,000 deaths a year from “properly” used drugs).
I look forward to the time you become interested in what good you could actually do for the people you are supposed to represent. There is still time for you to drop the party and political nonsense, and take up humility, honesty, and a sincere interest in truth instead. Millions of us are waiting for that time and wishing you well in getting there.

This is the second time I have written this blast tonight. When I pushed “Save” a few moments ago, the whole blast disappeared. Is that an attack? I don’t know, but keep reading to find out what the indisputable attacks look like today alone:
Here’s what Patrick, our computer guy, wrote to me in today’s report about why our links are not working and we can’t log in to our sites – and, often, neither can you:
“1. Fake donations are logged into the site which we have to spend time and effort sorting out from the real ones, and which we have to pay for as bad charges. Two years ago, this cost us over $10,000 when our bank account was invaded and the “charges” taken from from our account.
2. We have several problems with our sites ‘going missing’, meaning that one day we have the site and the links work correctly but the next day we don’t. See below to understand more of how that is happening.
3. Our Site Hosting was changed against our will and without our knowledge or permission
4. All Security Logs and Access Records were cleaned out, as in ‘the archives were wiped out’. These archive are our security records of who has accessed the site, which means that all of the records of who went into what file and did what to it – are now gone.
5. The Password to our main hosting and domain service was changed without our knowledge or wish
6. Someone changed all our name servers so that the site would not display properly.
While it is possible that this was merely the result of a poor setup, I don’t think this was an accident. We use the services of several different companies and all of them have been attacked in the ways I am describing. The items that were changed would have to have been done by someone with access to our systems, and with knowledge of who else we had web services through.” [Note from General Stubblebine: not necessarily: if the incursion is at a high level, there is no need to assume that someone knows our passwords and therefore can do this sort of damage. In fact, if NSA or high-level corporate espionage is involved, this type of incursion would be very, very easy for them.]
Patrick goes on to say, “Note: By ‘Web Services’ I mean Hosting, Domain Names, File Storage, Email, and the like.
7. The Healthfreedomusa.org site, on which I have been working, was hacked OR Cracked. There was no major damage done, that I can tell, but there was damage. Several files were deleted, some pictures, and some links were messed up making it harder for us to get products to the people who order them and to help people navigate to our other pages. These incursions are nothing that can’t be fixed, but are a definite time, money, and energy drain.”
Why is this happening? Because we are winning and the other side is running scared. That’s why our nearly 800,000 emails on S. 510, S. 3767 and GMOs to the Senate are so important.
Clean Phude? Phude Safety? Give the FDA more power so they can “protect” us? Take a look at what they are doing with the power they already have and ask yourself if giving an agency that says IN COURT that you do NOT have a right to eat food you want MORE power is OK. If not, then taking action against S. 510 and S. 3767 are imperatives for you.
“In the thirty years of Morningland Dairy operations NO ONE has become ill from consuming their products. Yet they have been ordered by the Missouri Milk Board to destroy ALL of their cheese without actual tests being performed on the cheese stock. This is nearly 50,000 pounds of cheese, or approximately $250,000.
Since the Milk Board and the FDA showed up at Morningland on August 26th, they have been “embargoed” from shipping or making any product. They dumped their milk for nearly six weeks before being approved to send it into homogenized, pasteurized distribution. All the while, they have had to pay the bill to keep the dairy and cheese plant operational….”

Supreme Court Grapples With How To Protect Vaccine Manufacturers, NOT Patients!
The Supreme Court is grappling with the question of how much protection the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act was meant to provide vaccine manufacturers against lawsuits. The case involves Hannah Bruesewitz, whose parents claim that a Wyeth-manufactured D.T.P. vaccine she received as an infant in 1992 led to developmental problems. At issue is whether Bruesewitz’s parents should be allowed to sue Wyeth on the premise that the drug maker could have offered a safer vaccine but opted not to do so. The case has moved from the “vaccine court” to the Pennsylvania state court to federal court; Wyeth has thus far prevailed.
Actelion Pharma Failed To Report 3,500 Deaths
The same FDA which has chosen to believe that more than 3500 in utero deaths following H1N1 vaccination, up from 7 potentially flu-related spontaneous abortions in an average year, is insignificant and therefore does not constitute a significant increase worthy of safety responses, says that 3500 unreported deaths by Actelion Pharma IS significant. Noting that doctors under report drug and vaccine reactions by about 97%, the agency says “we do not agree that a determination of a relationship between Traceable use and death by 3 percent of healthcare providers who did respond to Actelion is insignificant. And the agency adds that there is no suggestion that healthcare providers “who did not respond to Actelion did not also believe there was…a relationship” between death in individual cases.

Findings Damaging to Drugs Suppressed, Drug Ineffective
October 14, 2010 — Data from industry-sponsored trials published in peer review journals are misleading the public about the safety and efficacy of their drugs, according to 2 reports published online October 13 in the British Medical Journal (BMJ).
In a meta-analysis that looked at all of the published and unpublished data on the antidepressant reboxetine (Pfizer) for the short-term treatment of major depression, investigators concluded that the drug was not only ineffective but also potentially harmful.
They also report that 74% of the data on patients who took part in the trials of reboxetine were not published because the findings were negative and that the data that were published about reboxetine overestimated its benefits and underestimated its harm.
“This meta-analysis provides a striking example of publication bias, in which the previously favourable risk-benefit profile of reboxetine shown in published trials is reversed by the addition of unpublished data,” Beate Wieseler, MD, deputy head of the Department of Drug Assessment at the Institute for Quality and Efficiency in Health Care, Cologne, Germany, told Medscape Medical News.
