With increased pressure in recent months from official and semi-official agencies to again force health care workers to expose themselves and their patients to the uninsurable risks of vaccination, the New York group has increased its PUSH BACK as well. We salute them on those efforts!

Planned for October 15, 2011, the NY advocates decided to bring the Health & Food Freedom & Justice message to those occupying Wall Street, #OWS. The Natural Solutions Foundation agreed to support the action to help educate decision makers about public opposition to forced vaccination. The trustees prepared a statement from the President of the Foundation, General Bert. The statement was to be read to the rally by Counsel Ralph, as he did for General Bert in 2008 at the End the Fed Rally, which was held near the scene of the current events. “War is not good for children or other living things…” said those who protested and resisted the Viet Nam war, at a time when I was commanding US Army intelligence units in the jungles of Viet Nam – and being doused with Agent Orange, because of which I subsequently developed three separate cancers, while my government denied they had harmed me – or the people of Viet Nam.
Today we are at war in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Libya, and, increasingly involved in expansive, and expensive, imperial entanglements around the world. But there is another war being waged against US, right here at home. “Trillions and trillions wasted…” as Dr. Ron Paul says.
There is another war being waged right now, right here in America and the rest of the world; it is not a war for territory or gold or oil: this is a war for EVERYTHING! This is a war fought by the corporate state for your minds and bodies: the combatants are you and I, facing the forces of greed and corruption, the linked state and corporatist forces that want you ill and, should they chose to make it so, dead. And they do chose those fates for you and your loved ones.
This war, conceived and conducted by agents of the worst of the crony companies like Monsanto and the rest of Big Ag, Big Biotech and Big Pharma, working with their buddies in Big Oil and Big Banking, and their minions in big, bigger, even biggern government, is rapidly transforming our beautiful world into a World Weaponized Against Humanity.

Today I want to talk to you about intentional, carefully planned “genomicide”, the alteration of our very DNA so that it cannot support reproduction, health or, indeed, life itself. There are three genomicidal technologies which have the capacity to damage or destroy the genome – the DNA – of all life on earth which are the principle weapons in this war.
These technologies are also heavily subsidized and supported by the bought and paid for political leadership; they are the crony technologies which are, in truth, the Weapons of Mass Destruction which you and I must fear, and must eliminate:
Nuclear Power, Vaccines and other environmental toxins and the GMOs or genetically modified organisms.
These are the Technologies of Genomicide and they are, daily, without the sound of bombs bursting in air, without the rockets’ red glare, weaponizing the world against humanity – against you, and me and our children’s children, if there are any.
The genomicidal Weapons of Mass Destruction represent unthinkable, and, in fact, uninsurable risks to our entire world. That they are dangerous to children and other living things should be obvious to all thinking people.
Vaccines are the first threat to our children – even before they are born, now that our insane public policy is to demand that pregnant women receive vaccines! Vaccines must, MUST, be rejected by any caring, knowledgeable parent. Propaganda to the contrary not withstanding, injecting toxins into living organisms, adult, juvenile, infant or fetus, is quite literally insane. It is that simple. Although not defined as such, the reality is that doing so is child abuse. And adult abuse. And elder abuse (and, for those who are thinking about their pets, animal abuse as well!)
Vaccines have NEVER prevented or cured a single disease except the dreaded PPD, Pharmaceutical Poverty Disease. Let’s be clear: vaccines are a hoax, just as the safety of mercury or of squalene is a hoax. The “science” upon which vaccines rest is as corrupt as any pseudoscience has ever been. The health care impact of this pseudoscience is enormous. The risk-free profits are enormous.
The battle is joined. Your life and mine are under attack. Our freedoms, our survival, are literally at stake.
We demand an end to all mandated vaccines.
We demand unambiguous freedom to chose, or reject vaccines in our schools, our workplaces, in our lives, for ourselves and for our children.
We demand that the US Government and its political class, people like Gov. Rick Perry of Texas, stop supporting the voodoo “science” of vaccination and allow the People to take total control of their own health care decisions. NO MORE FORCED VACCINES! NO FORCED DRUGGING! NOW!
Nuclear Power, another of the Genomicidal technologies, is another unthinkably dangerous and uninsurable threat to our children. We mourn with the parents of Japan, faced as they are with the escalating dangers of the reactors that continue to spew forth in Fukushima and elsewhere, spreading death everywhere throughout this world. We mourn with them as they watch their children sicken and die, while their government tells them all is well… and the radiation mounts that will kill them AND their beloved children.
While the FDA tries to make nutritional supplements as unavailable as they are in the EU, taking away yet more options from you for your own health and health choices, Natural Solutions Foundation is moving in exactly the opposite direction – we know nutrition is a powerful tool for wellness and are using that tool in Japan.

My message to you today is simple, and similar to the message I asked my Co-Trustee Counsel Ralph Fucetola, JD, who is speaking to you today on my behalf to deliver back in 2008 at the End the Fed rally that was held a short distance from Wall Street, at the Federal Reserve Building.
At that time the Natural Solutions Foundation joined Dr. Ron Paul in warning of a pending economic crisis. That crisis is now upon us. It is a crisis created by political greed and wrong-headed economic policies.
We joined Ron Paul then calling for an end to the Federal Reserve System and a return to Constitutional Money. Those important monetary reforms are more necessary now than ever before. I urge you to become educated about Dr. Paul’s Monetary Reform Bills HR 1094, 1098 and 2768 and to help educate decision makers about them.
Yes, there is a war for, no let me correct that, AGAINST your minds and bodies. You are the front line troops in that undeclared but ultimately lethal war. It is a war where the perpetrators, the US ruling class of political cronies, claim all they need is more power over our lives and they will “save” us from the disasters their power has carefully unleashed upon us.
We reject that centralizing tyranny over our bodies, choices and minds. We reject the notion that only more power in the hands of Federal authorities will save us from the harms caused by amalgamated Corporate/Federal power.
As Dr. Paul says of the FDA, giving that agency more power over our Health and Food is giving it more “power to abuse.”
We call for the end to the abuse of power!
We call for an end to the excessive political power exercised by Wall Street and its corporate cronies in Washington.
We demand the restoration of the Constitutional Republic.
We declare sovereignty over our bodies and our lives, as the Constitution of these United States documents that we already have. And we declare an end to forced vaccination and drugging.
Our lives, the lives of our children and the survival of all living things depend on it!

Introduction to the Fund
The Fund for Natural Solutions is established through the Natural Solutions Corporation, a Panamanian corporation which acts on behalf of the Foundation.
Natural Solutions Foundation (NSF) is an international NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) founded in 2004 by Maj. Gen. Bert Stubblebine (US Army, ret.) and Dr. Rima E. Laibow, MD. The Foundation and its associated entities are registered in several countries. The Foundation is a not for profit 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization in the United States, and a separate private interest foundation in Panama. This Statement of Intent is an expressive association, private communication to persons and entities interested in participating in the work of the Foundation through the Fund for Natural Solutions — Clean, Green & Meaningful Investments.
The Mission of the Foundation is to discover, develop, document, demonstrate and disseminate natural solutions to pressing issues of world-wide concern, achieving and maintaining a healthy self, community and world. The Fund is sponsored by the Natural Solutions Foundation of Panama, a Private Interest Foundation in the Republic of Panama through and its Panamanian Corporation, Natural Solutions Corporation.
As part of our nonprofit, expressive association activities, the Panamanian Foundation has purchased several properties and initiated several enterprises. NSF has formed global strategic alliances, including with the Songhai Foundation, in Porto Nuveau, Benin, West Africa. Songhai Center is Fr. The intent of the Foundation is to marshal the intellectual and financial resources necessary to establish BeyondOrganic™ BioDynamic Zero Emission demonstration and teaching farm facilities in the Panama Highlands and in locations like Benin, Serbia and elsewhere and to support worthy projects in Panama and around the world which, like the Valley of the Moon Project and its sub-projects, further the goals of the Foundation.
We have two properties in Panama and a third in process (working in close cooperation with MITA, the Panamanian government organics program), while in Benin we have a cooperative relationship with Fr. Godfrey’s UN Center of Excellence Songhai Community.
The overall Objective is to establish a national, regional and global training system to reclaim the production of clean, unadulterated food and natural health strategies.
The overall Panama Eco Demonstration project consists of several Phases:
[1] The acquisition of the initial agricultural property to demonstrate natural solutions; this was accomplished with the purchase and rehabilitation of the 20+ hectare Coffee Finca (farm), with its 20 acres of all natural coffee that contributes several about 15,000 thousand bags of coffee to the Foundation’s annual fund raising program; this phase continues with the development of the site as a tourist attraction and multi-use agricultural test station and seed propagation station.. Based on advice from Natural Solutions Foundation’s advisers, including professional, seasoned, managers and strong supporters of the Foundation’s expressive association activities, the Panama Foundation has established a The Fund for Natural Solutions through our Panamanian corporation, Natural Solutions Corporation, to support these and related activities, while providing a “safe haven” for IRA, 401, trust, retirement, church or other funds, which may be considered for expatriation. Herein and elsewhere the Fund is referred sometimes to as The NSF Fund or the Fund for Natural Solutions.
Half of the Fund (Part A) will be invested by the professional fund management in approved advanced farming, health, energy and other “green” investments and half (Part B) will be invested through the Foundation in longer-term projects and Joint Ventures which are expected to become self-sustaining. The Fund management will seek to generate sufficient return on the Part A investments to meet the obligations of the Fund.
The Fund will bear 5% simple interest payable annually. In addition, current supporters of the Foundation will receive a 6% bonus for any funds they bring into the system during the 90 days after the Form D is filed [ex: if you bring $1,000 to the Fund, you are credited with $1,060]. Minimum continuing participation for Natural Solutions Foundation supporters is $500 per month. Minimum lump sum participation is $10,000 (each Fund Unit is $10,000). There is no maximum participation level. The participation is guaranteed by a Bond issued by our Panama Corporation, backed by its land holdings.

JUDGE THROWS EAR CANDLE CASE OUT OF COURT:
“TARGET EAR CANDLE COMPANIES HAVE NO STANDING TO DEFEND THEMSELVES AGAINST BEING PUT OUT OF BUSINESS”
Our employee, the FDA is, once again, wreaking havoc and terror on you and me – on We the People!
Having declared Ear Candles a Medical Device, the Fraud and Death Administration then stated that under no circumstances could Ear Candles ever be APPROVED as a Medical Device and issued “Cease and Desist” orders against the manufacture or sale of Ear Candles.
Whether or not you use Ear Candles, it is clear that this assault on a safe, time-honored and danger-free modality is the first in a new campaign of terror –yes, terror – against the manufacturers, marketers and consumers of anything but dangerous, expensive and easily replaced pharmaceuticals.
FDA is vigorously attacking Ear Candle Manufacturers while, for example, supporting Pfizer and reversing the FDA position on antibiotics: Pfizer new vaccine “for” ear infections killed 4 more children in Japan shortly before the Tsunami. AMA has reversed their long held, science based position against antibiotics in ear infections and now are claiming that antibiotics “cure” ear infections despite the lack of clinical evidence to suggest that it is true. The press, however, is not touting this “breakthrough”.
Although claims are sharply prohibited by FDA in this war of terror, the truth as Dr. Laibow and other holistic practitioners know from their clinical experience is that Ear Candles have a significant efficacy rate in ear infections. None of the companies adopt this position, of course.
And the Supreme Court tells us, in the leading case of Thompson vs Western States (535 U.S. 357, 2002) that –
“If the First Amendment means anything, it means that regulating speech must be a last – not first – resort … We have previously rejected the notion that the Government has an interest in preventing the dissemination of truthful commercial information in order to prevent members of the public from making bad decisions with the information… Even if the Government did argue that it had an interest in preventing misleading advertisements, this interest could be satisfied by the far less restrictive alternative of requiring … a warning that the [device] had not undergone FDA testing and that its risks were unknown.”
This nonmedical device example is just one in a long, long line of shameful distortions and persecutions of natural products health and wellness manufacturers and those who disseminate and purvey the information about what they are and how to work with them. Because Ear Candles are less known than other modalities like, for example, Chelation therapy or Vitamin C drips for treatment of cancer, we believe that the FDA sees them as a good place to start this new assault. The strategy is to declare them untested medical devices and then prevent them from being made or sold through Cease and Desist orders without taking a final action. It is this lack of final action which the Judge says prevents the companies from having standing to defend themselves.
We believe that if we do not file a successful appeal, we, the health freedom community, will see a blizzard of these Cease and Desist orders, none of them final action, but all of them definitive: “Keep making the product, or selling it, and go to jail.”
We have no choice but to fight as long as it takes to stop the FDA. Ear Candles are the tip of the iceberg: fighting and winning the Ear Candle issue is identical to fighting and winning a major portion of the health freedom battle: the right to decide what methods you use to gain and maintain health.

GlaxoSmithKline, the British drug giant, has agreed to pay $750 million to settle criminal and civil complaints that the company for years knowingly sold contaminated baby ointment and an ineffective antidepressant — the latest in growing number of whistle-blower lawsuits that drug makers have settled with multimillion dollar fines. Altogether, GlaxoSmithKline sold 20 drugs with questionable
safety that were made at a huge plant in Puerto Rico that for years was rife with contamination. Cheryl Eckard, the company’s quality manager, asserts in her whistle-blower suit that she warned Glaxo of the problems but the company fired her instead of addressing the issues. Among the drugs affected were Avandia, Bactroban, Coreg, Paxil and Tagamet. No patients are known to have been sickened by the quality problems although such cases would be difficult to trace.

FDA Announces Sibutramine Has Been Withdrawn From the Market
The agency asked Abbott Laboratories to pull the drug from the market after it evaluated data from a postmarketing study of the drug’s cardiovascular safety. The study, called the Sibutramine Cardiovascular Outcomes Trial (SCOUT), demonstrated a 16% increase in the risk for serious cardiovascular events such as nonfatal heart attack, nonfatal stroke, the need for resuscitation after the heart stopped, and death in a cohort of patients given sibutramine compared with another given a placebo.

Low Testosterone Associated With High Mortality in Men With CHD
October 22, 2010 (Sheffield, United Kingdom) — Among men who have coronary heart disease, mortality was doubled in those with low testosterone levels compared with those who had normal levels, a new observational study has shown. A Friend of Health Freedom Writes to Diane Feinstein – Sometimes Health Freedom Is Just Plain Hilarious!
A good friend of health freedom wrote to Diane Feinstein (D CA) about his flu vaccine concerns. He received the predictable form letter containing such idiocy as “Several studies have been conducted, by the CDC and other agencies, in response to concerns that thimerosal, a mercury-containing component of the influenza vaccine, is linked to autism. These studies did not find such a link, noting that the amount of thimerosal in the vaccine was too low to have an effect. One study found that, even after thimerosal was removed from vaccines in Denmark, the rate of autism in children continued to rise.
The influenza vaccine is the safest, most effective method of preventing the spread of a disease which, according to the CDC, leads to an average of 36,000 deaths each year. Please know that I will keep your thoughts in mind should legislation regarding the influenza vaccine come before the Senate.

Thank you so much for your email regarding the use of the deadly mercury in the H1N1 vaccine and other injections given even to newborn babies with no regard to the long term neurological consequences and the damage that will be done to millions of families across our country and around the world. I appreciate your need to do all you can for the reputation of the WTO, after their complete exposure as a fraudulent organization when they issued a pandemic alert of the highest level last year (level 6) in order to convince (or coerce) millions of people to take the toxic vaccines.
I sympathize with you that the otherwise well-coordinated scam did not work, and the “pandemic” had to be canceled, with millions of unused injections sitting on the shelves, waiting for a pandemic to be created fast enough to use them before they have to be thrown away. No one realizes how hard the poor drug dealers work with their government servants to pull off one of these global scams, and how much hard-extorted money they lose when one does not work. As far as your reassurance that CDC and FDA have made sure these toxins are really good and healthy for us to inject into our bodies, thank you that makes me feel so much better. I realize that as a busy senator, you have no spare time to waste on things like learning what the CDC and the FDA are, or that they are fully controlled by and take their orders from, the drug companies. Later, when you are retired, perhaps you can take the time to study these things, instead of just repeating what you have been told. If you eventually become honest, and perhaps develop a conscience, you will find that the current “health care” system, overseen and controlled by the respectable drug lords that you know as “pharmaceutical companies” has become the number two cause of death in American today (something like 750,000 deaths a year from “properly” used drugs).
I look forward to the time you become interested in what good you could actually do for the people you are supposed to represent. There is still time for you to drop the party and political nonsense, and take up humility, honesty, and a sincere interest in truth instead. Millions of us are waiting for that time and wishing you well in getting there.
