Reactions to my plea for an honorable retreat from Tokyo Olympic Games are substantial and encouraging. Togeteher with the reactions to my attached New York speech, It reflects a new stream that will give hope to consciencious people on the brink of despair under the present dangerously immoral situation.
The surfacing of the Tokyo Olympic issue is a matter of time. It will awaken the world to the fact that the Fukushima Daiichi constitutes a global security issue and thus start putting an end to Japanese nuclear dictatorship. It will oblige Japan to make maximum efforts to bring the worsening situation at the site under control.
I am sending you my message to UN Under-Secretary-General Malcorra. This reflects my efforts to awaken the international community to its responsibility to safegaurd the interests of future generations.

The topic of JUEMUN 2014 is the UN Secretary-General’s Global Education First Initiative that includes “Fostering a Sense of Global Citizenship.”
The world, facing a serious crisis, is more and more in need of citizens that are concerned about the future of mankind and the globe. You are expected to aim at becoming such citizens. Global citizens, in my mind, do what they must, going beyond what they can. The world must not lose ideals and convictions. You are promising future leaders.
I would like to remind you of the words of Charlie Chaplin in his film “The Great Dictator:”
“We think too much and feel too little. More than machinery, we need humanity; more than cleverness, we need kindness and gentleness.”
It is essential to nurture, in all sectors of society, such leaders who are equipped not only with intellect but also with sensibility. What is important can only be seen by the heart. Compassion and sensibility are indispensable for true leaders.
I believe that a sense of global citizenship emanates from a sense of solidarity founded on shared ethics.
Your language skills will be fostered through intercultural communication based on tolerance and respect for diversity. Your participation in this symposium will greatly contribute to promoting the sense of solidarity of global citizens badly need today.
Under the present difficult circumstances, you cannot foresee the future. What you can do is to shape it. If you have the firm determination to contribute to the betterment of the world, you cannot but succeed.

Time to Build a New Civilization

Introduction
In the midst of the current global crisis, I am reminded of the words of Plato of ancient Greece to the effect that, to better the world, kings should become philosophers; otherwise the unhappiness of humanity will not disappear. Due to the lack of philosophy, the world has lost its ideals.
“The maximum happiness for the greatest number of people,” which should be the essential objective of democracy, has been forgotten. Today’s materialism is based on greed, which is now threatening the future of mankind and the globe. The deterioration of the environment evidenced by increasingly frequent and destructive natural disasters is one clear example and the global security issue emanating from nuclear reactors is another.
Mahatma Gandhi said, “The earth can provide for every one’s need, but not for every one’s greed.” This may explain the problems encountered by globalization.
GDP economics
So-called GDP economics ignores all the important values that cannot be quantified and converted into monetary values, such as culture, tradition, family and social justice. And it makes a major mistake in regarding natural resources as “income” and not as “capital,” which requires preservation. Because of this mistake, economic growth is seriously damaging the environment.
Crisis of civilization
The prevailing supremacy of the economy has eroded the ethics of the present generation, which out of self-interest is building prosperity at the expense of future generations, abusing natural resources. This lack of ethical values is rampant on a global scale. Combined with the absence of a sense of responsibility and justice, this is cause for apprehension about the future of mankind and the globe. This lack of three senses, namely ethics, responsibility and justice, constitutes the sickness of Japan and the world.
The deeply-rooted cause of the crisis confronting mankind is the universally prevalent lack of ethics. It is against fundamental ethics to abuse and exhaust natural resources that belong to future generations and leave behind permanently poisonous waste and enormous financial debts. Nature and resources of the world are being exploited without regard for the consequences.
– The present crisis confronting mankind is a crisis of civilization. We should transform this civilization – the civilization of power based on ‘paternal culture or domination’ – into a civilization of harmony based on ‘maternal culture or cooperation’ that gives the supreme value to life.
A new civilization
.Without establishing global ethics, we cannot create future civilization of mankind that leaves behind the beautiful planet for succeeding generations.
Based on this understanding, it is time to consider how to create a new civilization, based on ethics and solidarity, respectful of the environment and the interests of future generations. This new civilization must transition from the present material-centered one to a spiritual-centered one. As the late French author and statesman André Malraux said, “The 21st century will be cultural and spiritual, otherwise it will cease to be.”
Here we are reminded of the importance of “contentment.” This concept was introduced by Eastern spiritual teachers Buddha and Lao Tzu, but this line of thinking was also advocated in the West by the stoics of ancient Greece, by the Italian artist Michelangelo and by British economist E. F. Schumacher, author of “Small is Beautiful.” It thus has universal appeal.
Contentment allows us to maximize happiness by reducing desires, as opposed to the maximization of consumption now being pursued.
This is in line with the teaching advocated by Buddha that happiness equals wealth divided by desire. In this numerical formula, desire is a denominator and wealth a nominator.
How should we proceed toward creating a new civilization that requires three transitions: from materialism to spiritualism, from greed to contentment, and from selfishness to solidarity?
We are confronted by three important tasks: establishing global ethics, forming true leaders, and counterbalancing the supremacy of the economy with culture.
Global Ethics
Concerning global ethics, the widely shared belief in the existence of a supernatural being, or a sense of providence, could be the common ground for those who hold religious beliefs and those who do not. The common ethical standards of major religions and the conscience of civil society could be integrated to constitute a valid basis for the establishment of global ethics. The will of heavens and the earth is my translation of providence. It is the law of history researched by philosophy. Examples are not a few. “The inevitable fall of the arrogant.” ”Absolute power corrupts absolutely.”?“You cannot deceive everybody forever.” “Good intentions are helped by heaven.” This will has witnessed the rise and fall of numerous civilizations, and has gone through the test of time.
Global brain
As to the formation of true leaders, capable of serving as a “global brain” to lead the new civilization, the importance of compassion and sensibility should be stressed. The words of Charlie Chaplin in his famous 1940 film, “The Great Dictator,” are impressive: “We think too much and feel too little. More than machinery, we need humanity; more than cleverness we need kindness and gentleness.”
True leaders must be accountable for the future of humankind and the planet Earth. It is essential to nurture in all sectors of society such leaders who are equipped not only with intellect but also with sensibility. Global brain is the term I have created to designate such leaders. Civil society has consequently a greater role to play. It is imperative to foster global brain with vision and ideals, in all sectors. Such global brains are capable of taking into account the future of mankind and the earth.
Cultural exchange
Lastly, let me touch upon the issue of counterbalancing the economy with culture. The concept of economic supremacy has brought about “human exclusion,” observable, for example, in “restructuring” in workplaces. The excessive pursuit of efficiency undermines and ignores human dignity.
The co-existence of diverse cultures and civilizations as well as various religions has become a problem of great challenge for the world. Cultural exchanges could be the key to resolving apparent conflicts. Human happiness cannot be considered without culture. Culture enhances basic ethical values. Cultural exchanges can contribute to creating solidarity. Amidst the prevailing tendency to exclude humanity, the counterattack of culture to restore humanity is badly needed.
Paternal and maternal cultures
In this process, there is an important point to bear in mind. It concerns the striking difference between paternal culture and maternal culture. The former values competition, confrontation and power, whereas the latter attaches importance to harmony, cooperation and compassion for the weak.
In the world of today, the gap between the rich and the poor is widening, and paternal culture seems to be predominant. There is a need to strike a balance between the two cultures. The need for balancing and harmonizing the two cultures is being increasingly recognized, as is evidenced by the growing pressure within Islamic societies to promote female values.
History has shown that paternal culture leads to catastrophe. Maternal way of thinking, if not maternal culture itself, is indispensable to secure world peace.
In this respect, I was deeply impressed to see the Chinese character meaning “harmony” depicted by Chinese dancers at the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympic Games on August 8, 2008 It was a reminder that maternal culture is widely shared in Asia and the best conserved in Japan. Originally Japan had a maternal culture characterized by harmony and solidarity. After the Meiji Restoration Japan introduced paternal culture characterized by competition and confrontation in military form. History shows that paternal culture leads to catastrophe in the end. Fukushima is a result of supremacy of economy, another form of paternal culture introduced after WW2. It has led to Fukushima.
Maternal culture of harmony is the remedy for the paternal culture of power.
Conclusion
Japan now has the historical mission to plead for the complete nuclear abolition, both military and civil. It is the lesson of Fukushima.
We must prepare to make the short term sacrifices in our life styles for the long term safety of mankind and the earth without nuclear energy. Natural and renewable energies could constitute the basis for a maternal civilization based on ethics and solidarity that respects the environment and the interests of future generations.
In this spirit, I join in the plea for holding a United Nations Ethics Summit and creating an International Day of Global Ethics as is called upon by WFUCA. I firmly believe that this Summit will pave the way toward the vision of President Obama for the” World without Nuclear Weapons”.
Secretary –General Ban Ki-moon wrote me in his letter dated 2 March, 2013 that he would gladly support it if member-states submit it to the General Assembly.
The trinity of global ethics, maternal civilization and true denuclearization should be pursued. In view of the realities full of difficulties, it is hard to remain hopeful.
However, it is the above-stated will of heavens and the earth, transcending human power that allows us to have hope for the future of humankind and the planet earth.

The Mental Health Act 2013, currently before the Western Australia Legislature, and generally seen as a model for the rest of the nation, gives the government absolute power to carry out treatment procedures on children in the total absence of parental permission, consent, notification, input or redress. There are no limits to these powers in the bill which might prevent or limit the following dangerous PEDIATRIC procedures on the recommendation of a psychiatrist or anyone appointed by a psychiatrist:
1. Sterilization
2. Lobotomy or other Psychosurgery
3. Psychiatric drugging
4. Electroshock “therapy”
5. Psychiatric incarceration (no time limit, no appeal)

Within a couple of years, the US FDA tried to sneak exactly the same thing into its regulations. Americans stopped that one. And last year, when Chile tried to grant the cronies a seed monopoly, Chilean social media used the web form we supplied to stop that assault on freedom there too.
These new bills are more of same, but this time it is our children they are after, not our food.

There has been a lot of discussion about why celebrities should not be taken seriously when they say they distrust/fear vaccines because they are not scientists or physicians. Well, I am a scientist and a physician and therefore, by this logic, should be taken seriously when I say that I am an Anti Vaxxer and proud of it.
In fact, once you understand what is science and what is pseudoscience in the magical mystery tour which is vaccine propaganda, you will become a proud Anti Vaxxer right along with me.
Let’s start with the fact that in science, as opposed to, say, politics or religion, the answer must make sense. And injecting known toxins like mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde and foreign protein (including stealth viruses like the SV40 virus which causes leukemia and which the CDC has publicly acknowledged they knew was contaminating the polio vaccines that 98 million American’s received) and other dangerous compounds into humans simply does not make sense.
If you trust the government to regulate industries like the pharmaceutical and vaccine industry, then you must be comfortable with the following facts:
1. Regulators move from industry to the FDA and CDC, etc., on a revolving door basis and back again. They make lots ad lots of money in their industry positions and the take government positions at a lot less money where they show their loyalty to their corporate buds and are rewarded with even higher paying jobs
2. There is no such thing as a conflict of interest in their world. Someone like Dr. Paul Offit (rhymes with profit) can hold the patent for a vaccine and then sit on the panel that approves it, garnering himself at least $25 million (a very conservative estimate) the next year alone and bringing the vaccinated children serious pneumonia and meningitis complications.
3. Vaccination is so risky that no insurer in the world will provide insurance coverage. To deal with this problem, the FDA and the US Congress have exempted the vaccine manufacturers from ANY financial liability for any damage their products cause, regardless of its severity or how clear a vaccine adverse event it is.Instead, every antigen is taxed – in a tax paid by the recipient or parent – to fund the Special Masters Vaccine Court which has already paid out more than $2 Billion to compensate victims of vaccine injury.
4. Every infectious disease for which a vaccine has been introduced was in decline BEFORE the introduction of the vaccine because of the generalized availability of clean water, clean and more nutritious food, better general hygiene and living conditions. Most infectious diseases showed a meaningful increase in incidence AFTER the vaccine was introduced.
5. Every vaccine in the US must, under US law, be tested both for safety and efficacy. No vaccine has ever been evaluated for either. If studies are done, the placebo is invariably a toxic substance (often mercury itself or another known high-toxicity vaccine like the rabies vaccine). In the ONLY methodologically meaningful placebo controlled double blind study EVER conducted on a vaccine (a current flu vaccine), the level of protection did not reach statistical significance (meaning it was accounted for by chance) but those who received the vaccine had nearly 5 times the incidence of serious pulmonary infections (pneumonia).
6. There is no possibility of a genetic trend asserting itself in less than 45 years. When I graduated from medical school in 1970, autism occurred 1 time in 10,000 children, world wide. The latest figures are horrifying: 1 Somalian child in 36 in Minneapolis is autistic while CDC tells us that 1 child in 68 in the general population is autistic and, no, the criteria are pretty much the same. Since vaccines are what have changed, not genes, the CDC muddied the water on March 28th of this year by saying “US data shows autism rates up 30%, but condition not necessarily ‘more common'”. Still trusting that ol’ gubb’ment o’ yours?
7. Vaccines do not prevent disease. To “prove” that vaccines generate antibodies in the people who receive them (which is inaccurately believed to be the same as the development of immunity) Merck fraudulently added canine antibodies to “beef up” the antibody count to blood supposedly taken from humans who had received the mumps vaccine. Aluminum and squalene, both highly dangerous substances when in your bloodstream, are added to vaccines to increase the number of antibodies produced although they add nothing to immunity and vaccine antibody count does not equate to enhanced immunity.
In fact, immunity is damaged, decreased and diminished by the injection of these immune irritants (“adjuvants”) resulting in high increases of chronic degenerative disorders, just as we see wherever vaccine rates rise. The statistics are abundantly clear.
As a scientist, I could go on and on and on. It would be wonderful if we could dismiss the reality of vast and deadly cover up collisions between indemnified manufacturers and industry regulators. Tragically, we have endless documentation on this collusion from Simpsonwood, FOIA documents and the real data behind the cooked books of “scientific” studies showing that vaccines do not work, do cause damage and are, in essence, probably the largest scam in the history of science or pseudoscience.
So, there you go: I am not a celebrity. I am a doctor and scientist and I am a proud and enthusiastic Anti-Vaxxer!
