Natural Solutions Foundation has been an unofficial observer at many Codex Alimentarius (World Food Code) meetings world wide over the past half decade. Our presence and reports on YouTube and elsewhere have made this previously little-known UN Commission – and its degradation of the world’s food supply – a matter of intense discussion among health freedom advocates all over the world.
The US is the strongest force, and the biggest bully, in Codex. But the presence of the USA in Codex is not necessarily a positive thing, on at least two levels. On one hand, the US Government, expressed by the FDA, has a stated policy of “HARMonizing” our nutrient freedoms with international restrictions, including restrictions inherent in Codex’s insistence upon treating dietary supplements as though they were industrial toxins, while allowing all sorts of real toxins into the food supply, denigrating natural and organic products. This “HARMonization”, however, is illegal according to several statutes passed by the US Congress.
On the other hand, the presence of the US delegation, with its heavy Big Agra, Big Chema, Big Biotech and Big Biz presence, tilts the Codex process away from natural, local and sustainable food production, leading to global industrialization and degradation of the food supply, mandated under-nutrition and a host of other serious ills, creating massive food borne illnesses: Cancer, Cardiovascular Disease, Stroke, Diabetes, Obesity and a host of others from which we are dying.
So the US presence may benefit neither the American people or the people of the rest of the world.

Hi Dr J. I don’t know how closely you follow the legislation being considered in Washington DC, but we have consistently been RIGHT about what is being introduced to limit our use of nutrients It is real right now.
PUSH BACK WORKS!
It was because we SCREAMED over the McCain Bill last month, that he pulled it. He said he had received over 300,000 emails in 48 hours against the Bill (and he is running for re-election), so he decided to pull it.
Unfortunately, some of the worst in that Bill was added to the “Slap Wall Street on the Back of the Wrist and give the Fed Reserve more Power Bill”, even though that Bill allegedly had nothing to do with nutrients. We warned the industry about that Bill and they ignored the warnings — now they are scrambling to figure out how to protect themselves from it.
Attacks on health freedom increasing…
Usually we fight health freedom issues one or two at a time. Now we are being hit with many, many issues such as irradiation of foods; the spraying of foods with viruses; chemtrails; pharmaceuticals and toxins in water supplies; vaccines (we have received info on over two hundred women who passed stillborn babies within days of getting the shot); man-made diseases such as the swine flu; toxins fed to the meat supply; Bills in Wash DC that would control both our food supply and nutrients; the international Codex rulings (with which the FDA has already said they will comply) and the push by Monsanto to control the world food supply with their GM, very toxic seeds.
While some European countries are beginning to reject these seeds (having tested and seen the problems they create), the U.S. is pushing them, and insisting that GM “food” NOT be labeled GM, “or Americans will not eat it”. You will not hear this on the mainstream media because those in power own that media. They would love us to put the white gloves on and say “pretty please, can we still have a few of our vitamins?”
Instead, we are loudly exposing them for what they are doing. We do this as a small group, volunteering most of our hours to this effort and managing to get to as many people as we do AND to get several hundred thousand letters to Wash DC every month on very little funding. You should think more kindly of us.
Their hatred makes us stronger…
We have been told via the Washington grapevine, that there are those in power who hate us; that the swine flu was supposed to be a major pandemic. But we were doing our homework and realized that the patents for the vaccines existed BEFORE the “novel” virus. That is not possible in science land. Further research indicated that the virus was lab made. Did we SCREAM? You bet! All of a sudden the swine flu threat disappeared. You do not spread something when there is ample evidence being collected against you!
Is it “crying wolf” when your crying prevents something bad from happening?
Further, the louder we scream, the more emails go to Washington. We have done testing and that has proven to be true. And since the threats to our health freedom are very real, it is important that we fight each new regulation BEFORE it is set in stone. So think nice thoughts about us as you swallow that vitamin C each morning! And get MORE involved!

2. Waxman’s Bill Threatens to Kill Dietary Supplements Through Hostile Regulation. Thousands Have eMailed Their Senators! We Need Millions!
The Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2009 (H.R. 4173), just adopted by the House of Representatives (and sent to the Senate as S.3217) includes language giving more power to the Federal Trade Commission to make general rules for interstate commerce that could be used to restrict truthful information about dietary supplements, by requiring expensive, “drug company” level clinical trials before vitamin companies could make claims about their products. This “reform” could hand-over the natural products industry to Big Pharma, which, over the past few years, has bought up most of the larger vitamin companies. The new rules could become a “barrier against entry” driving many smaller companies out of business.

There has been a 10,000% increase in the incidence of autism spectrum disorders over the past few decades. Few people get to attend a Codex meeting although the meetings are, theoretically, transparent and open. In fact, every week, somewhere in the world, there is likely to be a Codex meeting of one Committee or Task Force or Working Group taking place…
Only major players like the US, EU, Australia and China – and, of course, the interested industries – have the resources to do the necessary research and send the delegates to each of these meetings. Developing nations often can only attend a few meetings each year by depending on the largess of the Codex Trust Fund. Gen. Bert and I have twice been sitting with Codex delegates in their home countries on the day before their departure to attend a Codex meeting when they received word that their financial support had been canceled by the Trust Fund so they would not be attending the Codex meeting, after all. In other words, not behaving like a good serf gets a country punished by Codex.

The Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2009 (H.R. 4173), just adopted by the House of Representatives (and sent to the Senate as S.3217) includes language giving more power to the Federal Trade Commission to make general rules for interstate commerce that could be used to restrict truthful information about dietary supplements, by requiring expensive, “drug company” level clinical trials before vitamin companies could make claims about their products. This “reform” could hand-over the natural products industry to Big Pharma, which, over the past few years, has bought up most of the larger vitamin companies. The new rules could become a “barrier against entry” driving many smaller companies out of business.

There is a GMO showdown occuring at the Codex Committee on Food Labeling. But from the actions of the US delegation, you wouldn’t know it, since they do not want the phrase “Genetically Modified” in the title of the Codex guideline document that is supposed to address labeling GMO products, and GMO-Free products. The United States is vigorously pursuing its policy to prevent the labeling or identification of GMOs (or GMO-Free) anywhere in the world. That means that no one on this planet will be able to protect self or family from the dangers of GMO plants or animals. No one will ever be able to determine that the fact that they cannot have children is due to the GMO food they have been eating, unknowingly. Or their Cancer, or their Lupus, or the death of their babies. Without detailed traceability, Muslims, Hindus, Jews, Jains and others whose religion teaches that the must not eat certain foods will ever again be able to determine that they have avoided the foods that will make them religiously impure.
Organic will cease to have any meaning whatsoever and all food will be contaminated, given sufficient time.
This is what is at stake at the Codex committee meeting beginning this weekend. Codex is the battleground for the future of food — will the pro-GMO Globalist Agenda prevail, or will enough nations stand up for their traditional agriculture and customs and refuse to engage in a false “consensus” that benefits only the Bigs — Big AgBiz, Big Pharma, Big Finance and Big Govt?
The United States FDA approves GMO foods and feeds without any safety testing of significance. Early on in the process of releasing GMOs, the company which owns the patented gene provides the FDA with whatever edited data it chooses to show that the organism is “safe”, no matter how weak, contrived or meaningless that data may be.
No further safety testing is carried out by the FDA, nor are further safety data reviewed, if they exist.
But, in the largest involuntary human experiment ever conducted, with zero informed consent possible, the world’s food, as it comes through the US food system, its seed system and its feed system, is contaminated with unlabeled, un-traceable GMOs. Any long term (or, for that matter, short term) effects will never be known because who is eating what GMO gene, promoter virus or bacterial marker sequence is totally unknowable. This is the effect of FDA refusing to require “truthful and not misleading” GMO labeling. In deed, the agency, in a true display of the arrogance of power, believes it has authority to censor even “GMO Free” labels!
