“The ultimate Global Catastrophe…” Murata-san

Not surprisingly, the same overwhelming stupid incompetence which has defined the response of TEPCO to safety issues since before —

1. The sea bluff on which Fukushima would be built was LOWERED 30 feet to save money on pumping cooling water up to the reactors.

2. The sea wall TEPCO was warned was far too low to protect the desel auxilliary power system (placed at ground level for easy flooding!) was not increased in height so that an average sized tsunami would swamp it, to say nothing at all of a massive one.

3. An international disaster mitigation report in the 1990’s predicted precisely the consequences of the March 11, 2011 events if mitigation steps were not taken (which were, of course, not taken).

4. The astonishingly stupid “wall of ice” which consumed amazing amounts of money and which won’t freeze, despite throwing 58 tons of ice into the water (I am NOT making this up!) continues unabated, or, if anything, actctually accelerates as the Japanese government announced on August 29 that “Fukushima waste would be stored for 30 years in Fukushima prefect, in an “interim facility” to be built probably in nearby Okuma or Futaba (now evacuated)” and then “vowed to secure a site outside the prefecture for final disposal of the radioactive waste after the 30-year period, although the site has not been decided.” according to William Boardman two days ago.
Clean water flows into the sinking Fukushima site and then winds up in the Pacific Ocean which means that radioactie elements continue to pour into our food chain and the planet’s life blood.

Mutations are showing up in Japanes vegitation, cancers and thyroid abnormalities are rising. Blood counts are going down in monkeys and people while the UN and international agencies mimic the denialist insanity of Japan’s government which seeks to conduct nuclear business as unusual.

Global security issue
.
Fukushima has shown that the presence of nuclear reactors itself constitute a security problem, because, if the cooling system of the pool containing used fuel rods gets out of order for more than 3 days, a meltdown could start. This applies to more than 440 nuclear reactors in the world. There is no doubt that Fukushima constitutes a global security issue.

Suffice it to say that we can only pray that no mega earthquake happens at the site to cause the collapse of the unit 4 reactor that could lead to a global catastrophe.

You will be surprised to know how precarious Japan’s future is, in view of the fatal defects of the current system under the leadership of the government and Tokyo Electric Company (TEPCO).

The basic nuclear law does not prescribe clearly where lies the responsibility of assuring the safety of the population. The restart of nuclear reactors is being delayed by the surfacing of this basic problem.
.
After the Accident, a new nuclear regulatory commission was created to secure its independence from the Ministries concerned. Recently, such rules as that of no return for the staff of the secretariat, are being neglected.

The members of the commission are no longer chosen from those having no prior link with electric companies.
.
The Commission has publicly denied its responsibility as regards the safety of the residents. It is criticized by the public for concentrating its efforts to realize the restart of nuclear reactors. Under such circumstances, how can nuclear security be assured ?
.
There is no guarantee that another severe accident will not take place. The next one could be much more destructive. We should remember that, only 20 percent of Fukushima’s airborne radiation leases blew inland, while 80 percent streamed out to sea. If the wind had blown in the opposite direction, Tokyo would have been evacuated.

The problem of contaminated water
.
The problem of contaminated water has no solution in sight. The situation is worsening. Decommissioning the plant will be impossible until Tepco surmounts the contaminated water crisis.
.
The plant’s water-treatment facility, which can remove all radioactive nucleotides except tritium, has been suspended several times and remains problematic.
.
It has been confirmed that the recently completed bypass that reroutes clean groundwater directly into the Pacific, and underground wells does not contribute to reducing the flow of ground water into the sea.
.
The attempt to freeze the water in the trenches has been unsuccessful. The water inside the trenches isn’t freezing properly because it is circulating inside at higher speeds than the groundwater.
.
The groundwater bypass project to reduce the inflow of the groundwater into the reactors underground has not worked. The amount of the inflow of groundwater from the mountain side is so enormous. The groundwater is thus massively contaminated.
.
Reliable experts estimate that the daily inflow of contaminated water into the sea amounts to 1000 tons, of which 600 is groundwater. In addition to this, frequent torrential rain falls wash away into the sea radiogenic materials heavily accumulated at the site.

To make the matter worse, global warming seems to have brought about the climate change in Japan. Local downpours of rain causing landslides or mudslides are now so frequent. The latest typhoon has given rise to more than 90 victimes in Hiroshima. Enormous amount of rain washes away radioactive materials of numerous hot spots at the site into the sea.

A year ago, when Tepco removed the debris and rubble of the unit 3, the wind scattered radiogenic materials all around. According to Tepco, the amount of radiation amounted to 400million Becquerels. Some experts suspect the number is diminished by 10 times.
.
As it enters a critical phase of the Fukushima Daiichi clean-up, Tepco is contending with low morale among employees, about 3,000 of whom have quit or taken early retirement since the March 2011 disaster. Many have turned their back on nuclear power to take better-paid, less stressful jobs in other parts of the energy industry.

The serious problems of procuring workers and financial resources would be decisively affected by Tokyo Olympic Games that will mobilize a great deal of labor and funds.

Effects of Fukushima crossing the Pacific Ocean

Last January, a renowned peace pacifist sent me an article she had received from someone in California. It refers to a paper attributed to be a “Russian Ministry of Defense Report”. The following excerpt deserves serious attention.

“With experts now estimating that the wave of radiation from Fukushima will be 10-times bigger than all of the radiation from the entire world’s nuclear tests throughout history combined, and with new reports stating that dangerous radiation levels have been detected in snows found in Texas, Colorado and Missouri, this report warns the US, indeed, is going to face the severest consequences of this historic, and seemingly unstoppable, nuclear disaster.
And not just to human beings either is this nuclear disaster unfolding either, this report grimly warns, but also to all biological systems as new reports coming from the United States western coastal areas are now detailing the mass deaths of seals, sea lions, polar bears, bald eagles, sea stars, turtles, king and sockeye salmon, herring, anchovies, and sardines due to Fukushima radiation.”

The report also points out that large amounts of fish, seaweeds, and everything in ocean has been already been polluted, and that these products are the main danger for mankind as they can end up being eaten by people on a massive scale.

What is stated above certainly needs serious verification. In this connection, a survey is being made by an American expert on the consequences of Fukushima being suffered by the West Coast of the United States. It is said that “NATURE” is to publish it next autumn. Its impact will be great.

This report further writes that two “low-level” underground atomic explosions occurred in the Fukushima disaster zone on 31 December, 2013, the first measuring 5.1 magnitude in intensity, followed by a smaller 3.6 magnitude explosion moments later.

When I read it,?I just shivered. Fortunately, I could immediately clarify the situation, by contacting the responsible director of the relevant Ministry. It was earthquakes that had happened nearby, but not at the site, and that, on 31 December, no accident had taken place. If not, it would have been a too shocking news.

Japan is laboring under the consequences of the Accident never experienced by humanity.

It is now obvious that Japan is seriously in need of an international help.

You can see how vulnerable is Tokyo Olympic Games, being prepared, ignoring the deteriorating situation at the Fukushima Daiichi.

New international system
.
A new international system is needed to minimize the consequences of nuclear accidents.
.
Fukushima is revealing the limitations of a government facing a national crisis, its longevity being but of a few years. Nuclear accidents have shown the necessity of coping with their consequences quasi- permanently.

By dint of procrastination, the government of a country where a severe nuclear accident has broken-out, could avert the crucial duty to make maximum efforts to cope with the accident by an operation of diversion with the collaboration of the media.
I would like to urge the international community to take up this new problem. Since Fukushima is a global security issue, we need a new system to cope with it.

We need a special international system that that obliges governments to carry out certain prescribed duties. I would like to propose the following two minimum requirements.

- To make maximum efforts to bring the consequences of the accident under control.
. - To concretize international cooperation to mobilize human wisdom on the widest possible scope.

“Tokyo Should No Longer Be Inhabited”

Urges fellow doctors to promote radiation protection describes changes in blood tests and symptoms of radiation poisoning of people in Tokyo.Doctor Shigeru Mita, who recently moved to Okayama-city, Okayama prefecture, to open a new clinic there, wrote a short essay in the newsletter published by Association of Doctors in Kodaira, metropolitan Tokyo..
Although the target readers for this essay were not the general public, it has been cited in a weekly e-mail magazine published by journalist Kota Kinoshita, who has been organizing actions to urge people to leave radiation affected areas (including Tokyo) since 3.11, 2011.

On many occasions, public talks and gatherings, both Dr. Mita and Mr. Kinoshita have acknowledged the danger of radiation and they have called out for immediate action for radiation protection.

I had been a member of the board of directors in the Kodaira medical association since the 1990’s, the time I started practicing medicine at my father’s clinic. For the last 10 years, I had worked to establish a disaster emergency response in the city.

In Tokyo, the first mission of the disaster response concerns how to deal with earthquakes.
.
In the event of a South Eastern Earthquake, which is highly expectable, it is reasonable to assume a scenario of meltdown in the Hamaoka nuclear power plant in Shizuoka prefecture, followed by radiation contamination in Tokyo.
.
I have been worried about the possibility of radiation contamination in Tokyo, so I had repeatedly requested the medical association, the municipal government and the local public health department to stock medical iodine. However, every time my request was turned down; the reason given was that Tokyo did not expect such an event. Hence there was no plan for preparing for the event.
.
In the afternoon of March 11, 2011, Tokyo experienced slow but great motions in the earthquake. I thought, “now this is what’s called long-period seismic motions. The South Eastern Sea earthquake, with the following Hamaoka NPP accident, are finally coming”. Instead, the source of the earthquake was in Tohoku. The temperature of the reactors in Fukushima Daiichi NPP rose and it caused massive explosions, followed by meltdowns and melt-through.

It is clear that Eastern Japan and Metropolitan Tokyo have been contaminated with radiation.
.

I recommend all of you to watch the NHK program, “ ETV special: Chernobyl nuclear accident: Report from a contaminated land”, which is available on Internet. I think it is important to acknowledge what people who visited Belarus and Ukraine, and heard the stories of the locals, have seen and felt there, and listen to those who served in rescue operations in Chernobyl in the past more than 20 years.

Their experience tells them that Tokyo should no longer be inhabited, and that those who insist on living in Tokyo must take regular breaks in safer areas.

Issues such as depopulation and state decline continue to burden the lives of second and third generation Ukrainians and Belarusians today, and I fear that this may be the future of Eastern Japan.
.
Since December 2011, I have conducted thyroid ultrasound examinations, thyroid function tests, general blood tests and biochemical tests on about 2000 people, mostly families in the Tokyo metropolitan area expressing concerns on the effects of radiation. I have observed that white blood cells, especially neutrophils, are decreasing among children under the age of 10. There are cases of significant decline in the number of neutrophils in 0-1 year-olds born after the earthquake (<1000). In both cases, conditions tend to improve by moving to Western Japan (Neutrophils 0–>4500). Patients report nosebleed, hair loss, lack of energy, subcutaneous bleeding, visible urinary hemorrhage, skin inflammations, coughs and various other non-specific symptoms.

Kodaira, in western Tokyo, is one of the least-contaminated areas in Kanto; however, we began to notice changes in children’s blood test results around mid-2013 even in this area. Contamination in Tokyo is progressing, and further worsened by urban radiation concentration, or the effect by which urban sanitation systems such as the sewage system, garbage collection and incineration condense radiation, because contaminated waste is gathered and compressed. Data measured by citizens’ groups showed that radiation levels on the riverbeds of Kawabori River in Higashiyamato and Higashimurayama in Tokyo have increased drastically in the last 1-2 years.

Other concerns I have include symptoms reported by general patients, such as persistent asthma and sinusitis. The patients show notable improvement once they move away.
.
I also observe high occurrences of rheumatic polymyalgia characterized by complaints such as “difficulty turning over,” “inability to dress and undress,” and “inability to stand up” among my middle-aged and older patients. Could these be the same symptoms of muscle rheumatism that were recorded in Chernobyl?
.
Changes are also noticeable in the manifestation of contagious diseases such as influenza, hand-foot-and-mouth disease and shingles.
.
Many patients report experiencing unfamiliar symptoms or sensing unusual changes in their bodies. Perhaps they feel comfortable speaking to me, knowing that my clinic posted signs informing of possible radiation-related symptoms immediately after the nuclear accident. Many young couples with small children and women worried about their grandchildren visit my clinic and earnestly engage in the discussion, and there is not a single patient who resists my critical views on the impacts of radiation.

Ever since 3.11, everybody living in Eastern Japan including Tokyo is a victim, and everybody is involved.
.
We discovered that our knowledge from the discipline of radiology was completely useless in the face of a nuclear disaster. The keyword here is “long-term low-level internal irradiation.” This differs greatly from medical irradiation or simple external exposure to radiation. I do not want to get involved in political issues; nonetheless, I must state that the policies of the WHO, the IAEA or the Japanese government cannot be trusted. They are simply far too distanced from the harsh realities that people in Chernobyl still face today.

The patients from Eastern Japan that I see here in Okayama have confirmed the feelings that I have had for a long time, since I was based in Tokyo. People are truly suffering from this utter lack of support. Since 3.11, mothers have researched frantically on radiation to protect their children. They studied in the midst of their hostile surroundings in Tokyo, where they could no longer trust either government offices or their children’s schools. Family doctors were willing to listen about other symptoms, but their faces turned red at the slightest mention of radiation and ignored the mothers’ questions. Mothers could not even talk openly to friends anymore as the atmosphere in Tokyo became more and more stifled.

I believe that it is our duty as medical doctors to instruct and increase awareness among the Japanese public. This is our role as experts, having knowledge of health that the general public does not possess. Three years have quickly passed since the disaster. No medical schools or books elaborate on radiation sickness. Nevertheless, if the power to save our citizens and future generations exists somewhere, it does not lie within the government or any academic association, but in the hands of individual clinical doctors ourselves.

Residents of Tokyo are unfortunately not in the position to pity the affected regions of Tohoku because they are victims themselves. Time is running short. I took an earlier step forward and evacuated to the west. My fellow doctors of medicine, I am waiting for you here. And to the people in Eastern Japan still hesitating, all my support goes to facilitating and enabling your evacuation, relocation, or a temporary relief in Western Japan.

Kids, Ebola and HPV: The US Government’s Deadly Game

First, let me qualify what I am about to say: I am a licensed physician holding licenses in 3 States in the US.

The article you wrote, Tim, is full of both useful information and egregious errors of fact. First, deadly disease: yes, the children streaming across the border might harbor all sorts of diseases, just as the people streaming off airplanes, buses and boats at every port of entry into the US. The sudden flood of children is very worrisome because it has quite obviously been engineered, I suspect, by the same or similar people to those who decided to supply the drug cartel murderers with high power weaponry to make weapons appear more dangerous than otherwise and build public support (among those still left alive, of course) for cancelling the right to bear arms.

My suspicion, of which the preliminary data is supportive, but I cannot assert it with certainty, is that the presence of supposedly disease-bearing children (can’t deport the tots, can’t execute them, can’t do much of anything with them – after all, they are children) is a door opener to “protect” us through the implementation of the Global Health Security Initiative, which I have called “Agenda 21 in a Syringe” — http://drrimatruthreports.com/agenda-21-in-a-syringe-global-health-security-initiative/.

You will not be very happy with what you find there since unelected and uncontrollable agencies have anointed themselves with the power to vaccinate, remove, incarcerate or otherwise treat anyone on the planet to “protect” them from infectious diseases. One of the favored way to reduce both victims AND vectors of infectious disease, the program holds, in writing, is to reduce the population. Voila! Fewer potential vectors, fewer potential victims and either of those classes of now dead people can have offspring who would become vectors, victims or both.

Second, vaccines: you write as if vaccines work. The science is quite clear (as long as it is not paid for by drug companies and conducted by people with conflicts of interest who will gain or loose by reason of the results.

Both the measles and whooping cough vaccine are now officially conceded to have failed by leading scholars in the field (you can look up my articles on their peer reviewed papers) and there is no statistical evidence in untampered-with data that vaccines have reduced the incidence of a single communicable disease. There is powerful epidemiological information that shows conclusively that every infectious disease was declining BEFORE the introduction of the relevant vaccine and that most of them actually INCREASED SHARPLY after those vaccines were introduced.

Polio? The poster child for disease eradication? Even the CDC’s own website states that the cause of polio is vaccination with polio.

Any genuine comparison of vaccinated and unvaccinated people shows the same result: there is literally no comparison between people in those two categories in the incidence of autism (yes, vaccines actually DO cause autism), asthma, neurological function including attention, Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of dementia, infertility, autoimmune disorders (some of which are, quite literally lethal), fetal loss, and on and on.

Of course, that makes sense because vaccination introduces massively toxic materials directly into the body. And the mistaken belief that vaccine-related antibodies are the same as those antibodies produced by exposure to the unaltered disease-causing organisms has been shown repeatedly in peer reviewed studies to be incorrect. Bottom line? Those children from Central American countries where vaccines are virtually universal have compromised immune systems by virtue of those vaccines, as do any vaccinated individuals.

This is not the party line, but it is what un-corrupted science shows over and over again.

I am a staunch liberal politically (I believe that the State has meaningful responsibility to the aged, the infirm, the vulnerable, the environment and other areas of public trust and that I am also a staunch believer in the concept that each of us owns our own bodies and has the absolute right to make the health choices that we feel are right for us. Therefore, I, too, although anything but a far right political person, have been a member of the AAPS and supported vigorously, in my role as the Medical Director of the Natural Solutions Foundation, the amendment to allow parents to block their children from getting the HPV vaccine which is designed to make money and which does NOT prevent cervical cancer.

What it does do is damage women and girls in astonishing numbers and, perhaps, reduce their fertility permanently, driving some adolescents into irreversible menopause and INCREASE the incidence of cervical cancer by 46.7% in women who already have HPV when they receive the vaccine.

Since HPV is a self limiting disease which has NEVER been shown to cause cervical cancer and resolves spontaneously in more than 98% of cases within 2 years, that means that this dangerous vaccine is actually leading to more cervical cancer cases, and deaths, than occurred before its introduction.

During the past several months there have been continuing threats that could “bring down the house” – collapsing further the radioactive assembly rod staging pools (which are several stories above ground, filed with radioactive fuel rods, and leaking) and thereby further threatening the Northern Hemisphere with ever more lethal levels of radioactivity.

Governments can put off till tomorrow what should be done today.
