You are obviously a man of droll humor capable of engaging in deep and complex fantasy without the usual guideposts of reality which steer most of the rest of us out of the shoals and maelstroms of madness.

I would really have liked to know what your real objections to the concept of “Malignant Oscillations” is, since it is abundantly clear that you find the concept uncongenial.

All the reader can discern from your post, however, is that you do not hold retired military personnel in high regard.

I would propose to you that there might be SOME pre-retired Army people who prove to be major scientific experts and that not all on-duty tasks in the military (since I presume that you make no meaningful distinction between “Army” and “Military”) are administrative. I’m a West Point trained engineer.

I know an oscillation when I see one…

You might find it useful to learn that there are really very few pencils consumed these days – we tend to use pixels.

However, more to the point, as mentioned, your objection to the concept of Malignant Oscillation appears to be to my career vector, not to the concept itself.
.
The concept is actually a very useful one in both explaining and in predicting, system failure and discontrol.
.
Let me explain it to you since, aside from disliking me, you do not appear to grasp the idea.
.
When a system has the capacity to absorb cyclic perturbations around a central point (“oscillations”) and correct for them, the oscillations do not bring the system to a state of instability and, under certain conditions, can actually cause the system to become more flexible for the next oscillation.
.
The mammalian immune system would be a good example.
.
But if the oscillations exceed the capacity of the systems’ adjustment capabilities, the oscillations are neither damped nor contained and the adaptive capacity of the mega system is disrupted or damaged.
.
The next perturbation is therefore undamped and it further disregulates the system, making its control capacity weaker and less functional.
.
This progressive disregulation ultimately allows the perturbations to carry so much impact on the system that it breaks down altogether.
.
The graph at the top of my posting is an actual example of a Malignant Oscillation. It shows the escalating wave of disease to be expected when failing vaccines are piled on top of failed vaccines. And it is a testable hypothesis. The next oscillation will be, I predict, higher than the last. We shall see.

Whatever my background and career, Exotoxicologist, the question is whether I am right or not.

Sustainability, Ethics and GHSI Tyranny
- (economics) ability to be sustained, without causing problems such as inflation
- (ecology) (of economic development, energy sources, etc) ability to be maintained at a steady level without exhausting natural resources or causing severe ecological damage*
While a rather straight-forward concept, akin to, if not “making a profit” at least “not making a loss” the idea of “sustainability” has become a political rallying cry for those who seek a restrained and restricted future for greatly reduced humanity — in the name of “sustaining” a pre-industrial natural order that has been gone for centuries.

Or, as one of our sustainability mentors, Fr. Godfrey tells us, humanitarian projects need to be done “with passion, perfection and profitability…”**

If the globalist elite’s plan to “sustain” nature requires the early deaths of 90% of all humans alive right now, we have a clear example of unethical “sustainability.” Mega-death is not conducive to sustaining life! To believe otherwise is to wander into the nightmare of psychopathology.

I do not exaggerate! Take, for example, the Global Health Security Initiative (GHSI) — one of those “public/private partnerships” beloved of the globalist elite. In this GHSI initiative we see the true (sic) moral attitude of the globalist elite. We see the economics not of the Misean Market, seeking to satisfy consumer demand, but rather of Hitler’s Economics Minister Speer who oversaw the Nazi State devouring the accumulated wealth of conquered Europe. Like the Roman Imperial State, the globalist elite are nothing but violent looters.

We, the human population, in the expressed view of the globalist elite,*** are viewed as chattel to be disposed of as the elite finds convenient and economical.

Another catch-word for this hideous process is “Agenda 21” – the globalist depopulation agenda.

True ethics seeks to sustain humanity on this, our home world, while addressing social problems with natural solutions.

For example, contrary to GHSI, the best natural solution for pandemics is better nutrition and natural remedies like Nano Silver (see: www.DrRimaKnows.com) not genomicide engendered by the technologies of death: GMOs, drug/vaccine toxins, “phude” toxins, radiation and geo-engineering!

Thus, we seek an ethics of sustainability that recognizes the primacy of the individual and that person’s inalienable rights. This is, of course, the opposite of collective claims to restrict, restrain and reduce individual choice.

As autonomous, independent human actors we have a choice. We can accept the myth that to sustain this planet’s ecosystem in a particular configuration, the elite must be allowed to destroyhumanity, or we can insist on our prior right to live in a world that allows freedom of action, so long as one does no harm to the equal rights of others.

The massive interference being imposed on the conditions necessary for human survival are causing increasingly destructive disorientation of the equilibrium and built-in regulation of each of these systems.

Each time a disturbance of regulation (e.g., an outbreak of disease in the vaccinated which is more severe than the wild type of that disease and a collapse of immune response to that organism with further vaccination leading to another, larger outbreak after a period of low case numbers, with each phase of the cycle becoming larger and harder to control, climate engineering causing extreme weather which causes food supply failure and an eco- system less able to compensate for extreme weather followed by more geo-engineering which causes yet more extreme weather, etc).

These disturbances are so massive that they equilibrium-restoring mechanisms of the system, whether it is the immune system or the atmospheric system or the economic system or any of the life-support systems we depend upon and their consequences are so detrimental to our adaptive survival mechanisms that I have coined the term “malignant oscillations” to describe the phenomenon.

In medicine, a malignant condition can kill you. That’s about right in this situation. Malignant Oscillations can kill us all if we do nothing to stop them.

You and I have both come to realize that the “politically correct” crowd is usually wrong. They are dead wrong this time as they scramble to parrot the latest lies from the globalist elite. They almost got it right this time, though: not only is the climate (the weather, the economy, all the systems around us) changing (they admit that), but the part they leave out is that those changes are so extreme that they may no longer be compatible with the survival of humanity.

Human activity plays an enormous role in what happens in every aspect of the planet (look at animal extinctions and deforestation, mining run-off devastation and the growth of cities for clear examples of that). But the changes that are spiraling out of control are not caused primarily by ORDINARY human activity. Rather, they are the DIRECT RESULT of inept interventions by governments around the world, often in partnership with multinational corporations. Those interventions include what is generally known as “chemtrailing” or “geo-engineering” as well as what should be has named “Neo Geo-Engineering” — the use of politically inspired interventions in the climate, economy, agriculture and social systems which inevitably leads to ever more disastrous “unintended consequences” which are met with further interventions. What Ludwig von Mises noted with regard to the economy, that every statist intervention forces more interventions, leading to inevitable collapse, applies to government climate and other interventions.

The rapid conversion of farming from heritage cultivars grown under mostly natural conditions to massive monoculture, factory Agribiz where thousands of square miles are devoted to just a few GMO staples (corn, soy and wheat mainly) represents ore neo-geo-engineering… changing the surface of the planet and the atmosphere, to say nothing of the gene pool) in ways that will have “unintended” consequences. We saw that a few years ago when a drought nearly collapsed the entire GMO soy and corn crops in North America. Non GMO crops, especially organic ones, on the other hand, were not destroyed. Oops! Let’s make organic agriculture illegal, as the FDA is now attempting to do by banning traditional methods of fertilizing and composting, driving organic farmers out of agriculture.

If that’s not enough to crash the system, consider the geo-engineering of the human genome. I am pleased to share the news of a May ruling by the Fukui District Court in Japan that prohibits the restart of two nuclear reactors on grounds of safety and health risk. Coinciding with this ruling, Mr. John D. Coates, the International Olympic Committee representative who is overseeing the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, has returned Dr. Helen Caldicott’s letter and assures us the health and safety of the athletes is his priority.

But the IOC cannot continue to rely on reports prepared by the Japanese government — the country has too much at stake in ensuring these Games go on. An IOC-mandated independent review would show us, objectively, the challenges the Japanese face regarding Fukushima and the Tokyo Games.

Landmark Court Ruling Puts Safety First in Japan, Olympics Should Do the Same

A district court in Japan has ruled that the two Oi nuclear reactors cannot be restarted by the Kansai Electric Power Company, citing structural deficiencies . The Fukui District Court said in its ruling, according to an editorial in the Mainichi Shimbun:

“Individuals’ personal right to protect their lives and livelihoods are of the highest value under the Constitution. The court then concluded that ‘it would be only natural to suspend nuclear plants if they pose specific risks of danger — though it would be an extreme argument to say the existence of such plants is impermissible under the Constitution.’”
.
Until this ruling, Japan’s federal government and legal system had made decisions in favor of strengthening its economy and minimizing imports. This court ruling emphasized caution and prioritized human and environmental health above trade balances.

Summarizing further, the Japan Times wrote:
.
The crucial point of the ruling is its contention that it is inherently impossible to determine on scientific grounds that an earthquake more powerful than assumed in the operator’s worst-case scenario would not happen. It noted that since 2005, four nuclear power reactors around the country have experienced quake shocks more powerful than the maximum level anticipated on their sites. It is “groundless optimism” in this quake-prone country that such a temblor would never hit the Oi plant, the ruling stated.

We will have to wait and see whether Japan respects the Fukui Court’s decision or proceeds with its planned restarts.

I have often heard from Japanese opinion leaders that the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games are vital to boost the GDP and morale of Japan and its people. Like the court, I say that ensuring the safety of our world class athletes is more important than bringing business opportunities to Tokyo.

It is fortunate that there are those looking on who worry about the health and safety of athletes at the Tokyo Olympic Games. In a previous article I introduced Dr. Helen Caldicott’s letter to Mr. Thomas Bach, president of the International Olympic Committee, urging the IOC to assemble an independent assessment team of biomedical experts.

On May 16, 2014, Dr. Caldicott received an official response from Mr. John Coates, vice president of the International Olympic Committee and chairman of the IOC’s Coordination Commission:

“The health and safety of the athletes at the Games is a top priority for the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and as Chairman of the IOC’s Coordination Commission – the body responsible for overseeing the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games for the IOC – you can rest assured that I will do my utmost to ensure that the athletes are able to compete in a safe and secure environment during the Tokyo Games… From their answers, it is clear that the Japanese authorities are implementing a number of important measures to protect their citizens…”

The Japanese report in annex opens by saying, “A wide range of stringent tests are being conducted with regard to health risks associated with radiation by several related government ministries and agencies.”

Of course, the reports and monitoring have had no independent verification. Mr. Coates and the rest of the IOC are entirely dependent on Japanese information in their evaluation of Japan’s preparations and the challenges they face in cleaning up the Fukushima accident.
.
In the context of this exchange, I would like to introduce the opinion of Dr. Scott Jones, a retired career naval officer. He was qualified as a nuclear weapons delivery pilot and served in the Korean and Vietnam Wars. Dr. Jones was also Executive Assistant to Senator Claiborne Pell, a former Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and, in the words of Vice President Biden, a “leader in the fight to stop the spread of nuclear weapons”.

Dr. Jones writes:

Increasingly the horrible but predictable consequences of the earthquake and tsunami have been made more unbearable for the citizens of Japan and now the world.
.
When lives are at stake, the greatest protection for a politician is to be able to affirm that political decisions involving health are being made in faithful accord with the best available scientific and medical knowledge.
.
This clearly has not been the case concerning Fukushima, and there is a procedure available to correct this situation. It is overdue for the government of Japan, the International Olympic Committee, all supportive governments of Japan and the future of the Olympic system, to stop and seek independent engineering, medical and scientific assessments of what has happened, what can and must be done to protect life in Japan and the world.

This directly addresses current and future concerns about the health of Japanese children and elderly, and will erase any ambiguity about the safety of Olympic athletes and global visitors to the anticipated 2020 Olympic Games.
.
Indeed, an independent review would be in line with the spirit of the Fukui district court’s findings. The safety of the local Japanese and the world’s top-notch athletes should not rely on an evaluation undertaken in “groundless optimism”, but with caution and scrutiny. Mr. Coates and the International Olympic Committee can make sure of this by making the Tokyo Olympic Games conditional on an independent and international review of the challenges — scientific, engineering, and medical— around the Fukushima nuclear site and of Japan’s progress in addressing them. Until such a review is ordered, the IOC should be less confident that our athletes will find a “safe and secure environment during the Tokyo Games.”
