PS — let me tell you a bit about what happened to me earlier today. I just finished an online conference when I felt, suddenly, terrible.  My body became extremely chilled, though it is not at all cold here in Arizona.  I started shaking and needed to wrap myself in blankets with a heating pad.  I was clearly coming down with “something.”
