This is the second time I have written this blast tonight. When I pushed “Save” a few moments ago, the whole blast disappeared. Is that an attack? I don’t know, but keep reading to find out what the indisputable attacks look like today alone:
Here’s what Patrick, our computer guy, wrote to me in today’s report about why our links are not working and we can’t log in to our sites – and, often, neither can you:
“1. Fake donations are logged into the site which we have to spend time and effort sorting out from the real ones, and which we have to pay for as bad charges. Two years ago, this cost us over $10,000 when our bank account was invaded and the “charges” taken from from our account.
2. We have several problems with our sites ‘going missing’, meaning that one day we have the site and the links work correctly but the next day we don’t. See below to understand more of how that is happening.
3. Our Site Hosting was changed against our will and without our knowledge or permission
4. All Security Logs and Access Records were cleaned out, as in ‘the archives were wiped out’. These archive are our security records of who has accessed the site, which means that all of the records of who went into what file and did what to it – are now gone.
5. The Password to our main hosting and domain service was changed without our knowledge or wish
6. Someone changed all our name servers so that the site would not display properly.
While it is possible that this was merely the result of a poor setup, I don’t think this was an accident. We use the services of several different companies and all of them have been attacked in the ways I am describing. The items that were changed would have to have been done by someone with access to our systems, and with knowledge of who else we had web services through.” [Note from General Stubblebine: not necessarily: if the incursion is at a high level, there is no need to assume that someone knows our passwords and therefore can do this sort of damage. In fact, if NSA or high-level corporate espionage is involved, this type of incursion would be very, very easy for them.]
Patrick goes on to say, “Note: By ‘Web Services’ I mean Hosting, Domain Names, File Storage, Email, and the like.
7. The Healthfreedomusa.org site, on which I have been working, was hacked OR Cracked. There was no major damage done, that I can tell, but there was damage. Several files were deleted, some pictures, and some links were messed up making it harder for us to get products to the people who order them and to help people navigate to our other pages. These incursions are nothing that can’t be fixed, but are a definite time, money, and energy drain.”
Why is this happening? Because we are winning and the other side is running scared. That’s why our nearly 800,000 emails on S. 510, S. 3767 and GMOs to the Senate are so important.
Clean Phude? Phude Safety? Give the FDA more power so they can “protect” us? Take a look at what they are doing with the power they already have and ask yourself if giving an agency that says IN COURT that you do NOT have a right to eat food you want MORE power is OK. If not, then taking action against S. 510 and S. 3767 are imperatives for you.
“In the thirty years of Morningland Dairy operations NO ONE has become ill from consuming their products. Yet they have been ordered by the Missouri Milk Board to destroy ALL of their cheese without actual tests being performed on the cheese stock. This is nearly 50,000 pounds of cheese, or approximately $250,000.
Since the Milk Board and the FDA showed up at Morningland on August 26th, they have been “embargoed” from shipping or making any product. They dumped their milk for nearly six weeks before being approved to send it into homogenized, pasteurized distribution. All the while, they have had to pay the bill to keep the dairy and cheese plant operational….”

Supreme Court Grapples With How To Protect Vaccine Manufacturers, NOT Patients!
The Supreme Court is grappling with the question of how much protection the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act was meant to provide vaccine manufacturers against lawsuits. The case involves Hannah Bruesewitz, whose parents claim that a Wyeth-manufactured D.T.P. vaccine she received as an infant in 1992 led to developmental problems. At issue is whether Bruesewitz’s parents should be allowed to sue Wyeth on the premise that the drug maker could have offered a safer vaccine but opted not to do so. The case has moved from the “vaccine court” to the Pennsylvania state court to federal court; Wyeth has thus far prevailed.
Actelion Pharma Failed To Report 3,500 Deaths
The same FDA which has chosen to believe that more than 3500 in utero deaths following H1N1 vaccination, up from 7 potentially flu-related spontaneous abortions in an average year, is insignificant and therefore does not constitute a significant increase worthy of safety responses, says that 3500 unreported deaths by Actelion Pharma IS significant. Noting that doctors under report drug and vaccine reactions by about 97%, the agency says “we do not agree that a determination of a relationship between Traceable use and death by 3 percent of healthcare providers who did respond to Actelion is insignificant. And the agency adds that there is no suggestion that healthcare providers “who did not respond to Actelion did not also believe there was…a relationship” between death in individual cases.

Findings Damaging to Drugs Suppressed, Drug Ineffective
October 14, 2010 — Data from industry-sponsored trials published in peer review journals are misleading the public about the safety and efficacy of their drugs, according to 2 reports published online October 13 in the British Medical Journal (BMJ).
In a meta-analysis that looked at all of the published and unpublished data on the antidepressant reboxetine (Pfizer) for the short-term treatment of major depression, investigators concluded that the drug was not only ineffective but also potentially harmful.
They also report that 74% of the data on patients who took part in the trials of reboxetine were not published because the findings were negative and that the data that were published about reboxetine overestimated its benefits and underestimated its harm.
“This meta-analysis provides a striking example of publication bias, in which the previously favourable risk-benefit profile of reboxetine shown in published trials is reversed by the addition of unpublished data,” Beate Wieseler, MD, deputy head of the Department of Drug Assessment at the Institute for Quality and Efficiency in Health Care, Cologne, Germany, told Medscape Medical News.

The House passed the so-called “Food Safety” bill, HR 2749, in July 2009, sending it to the Senate where it is being considered as S. 510. After your strong Push Back opposition, a companion bill, S. 3002, touting so-called “Dietary Supplement Safety” was abandoned by its own sponsor, Sen. John McCain. HR 2749’s criminalization of true food health-related speech was left out of S. 510 but S. 3767, with an unprecedented extension of criminal penalties for “food crimes” was rushed forward in the last days of the September Senate session to correct that “oversight”.
The Senate HELP committee “marked-up” S. 510 and the Manager’s Amendments revision was sent to the Floor just as the Senate went into recess, with the threat that the bills would be pushed after the Election by the ‘lame-duck” Congress.
You and I know that these bills, both S. 510 and S. 3767, must not pass. To rush them through the lamest of lame duck sessions is a true abuse of power.
Despite Congressional maneuvering, to make them into “non-controversial” bills that can be rammed through via “Unanimous Congressional Approval”, these bills remains very controversial and should reconsidered by the new Congress being elected this year. The Congress is in recess, campaigning for their own, or party members’ reelection — so NOW is the time to educate those new members-to-be and NOW is the time to get their public commitment to support health and food freedom!
We, together, can do that by visiting your candidates and incumbents, especially the Senate ones, with groups of people who all come armed with the following “Talking Points” and who discuss them rationally, briefly and very, very directly. Print out one Talking Point copy for each member of your group and half a dozen for the Congressman or candidate and his/her staff. And mention that you are part of the largest Health Freedom Organization in the world. As I write this, there are more than 305,000 supporters on our primary list. Each of them has contacts and are willing to share this information to preserve our health freedom.

‘GM formula poses superbug risk’ (AAP Newsfeed, 9/30/10) – “Baby milk formula containing untested genetically modified ingredients poses a potential risk of creating antibiotic resistant superbugs, a leading medical researcher says. “Release date: 09/27/2010: WASHINGTON – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) today announced it intends to propose a rule to reduce mercury waste from dental offices. Dental amalgams, or fillings containing mercury, account for 3.7 tons of mercury discharged from dental offices each year. The mercury waste results when old mercury fillings are replaced with new ones. The mercury in dental fillings is flushed into chair-side drains and enters the waste water systems, making its way into the environment through discharges to rivers and lakes, incineration or land application of sewage sludge. Mercury released through amalgam discharges can be easily managed and prevented.
EPA expects to propose a rule next year and finalize it in 2012. Dental offices will be able to use existing technology to meet the proposed requirements. Amalgam separators can separate out 95 percent of the mercury normally discharged to the local waste treatment plant. The separator captures the mercury, which is then recycled and reused. ”

Landfill Health Program
“Release date: 09/20/2010: VOLCAN, PANAMA –Grappling with the serious problem of human repository toxic wastes, yesterday the US FDA, EPA, OSHA and WHO Joint Task Force on Toxic Humans and Their Impact on the Environment (USFSAEPAOSHAWHOJTFTHTIE) issued a Statement of Principle Report which indicates that all humans should be used as toxic waste repositories for as many toxins as possible to be stored in their bodies, starting before birth, in order to reduce the environmental stress that their release would otherwise cause on the fragile ecosystems of the planet.
Noting that depositing toxic wastes in human body compartments creating self-maintaining, self-propelled waste repository systems, the USFSAEPAOSHAWHOJTFTHTIE Report states:
1. Humans have evolved numerous detoxification pathways which allow them, unlike simpler organisms, to withstand multiple simultaneous toxic loads,
2. Total toxic load can play a serious role in the shortening of the length of time that the Human Waste Repository System (HWRS) could be expected to reduce the environmental burden
3. Humans are culturally and genetically prepared to attempt to prolong their life spans, rejecting inputs which shorten those spans or sicken them. This tendency can be countered by education and chemical alteration of thinking/reasoning potential.
4. Halides such as fluoride, coupled with sustained educational input can be used to effectively reduce such anti-social and anti-environmental tendencies.
Therefore, the USFSAEPAOSHAWHOJTFTHTIE Report recommends the following international policies:
1. All human compartments, including mouth, teeth, bones, nervous system, muscles and human-related bacterial populations (which as the ones in the gut and on the skins of HWRSs should be considered as long-term storage facilities for toxins including, but not limited to, the following classes of materials:
a. Heavy Metals
b. Organophosphate, Organophosphate and other Industrial Agriculture Compounds
c. Hydrogenated Hydrocarbons
d. Polyphenols including PCBs, BisPhenols and related compounds
e. Industrial Solvents, Effluvia and related compounds
f. Dioxin and Daughter Products
g.Unclassified Industrial Toxic Sludge and Slurries
h. Endocrine Disruptors of mixed or unclassified type
i. Antibiotics and metabolites from personal use, water contamination and food sources
k. Psychoactive Drugs and metabolites
l. Chemotherapy Drugs and their metabolites
m. Radioactive Medical and industrial waste.
2. Since, to date, potential HWRSs have been perplexingly slow to volunteer themselves and their children for inclusion in this ecologically powerful, humanitarian transnational program, it is important to create a sense of acceptance and trust in government agencies leading to two psychological and cultural outcomes:
a. Total trust in the regulatory agencies of the country and globe so that inquires and disputes are not raised by the active or future HWRSs leading to legal or public relations problems
b. Total trust in the good will of industrial actors so that food, water effluent, air quality, containers, waste management and processes will be assumed to be both advanced and safe
c. Sufficient halogen contamination (e.g., fluoride) of HWRSs nervous systems that protest or question not only appears futile, but irrelevant and unnecessary.
3. Recognizing that once a total body burden of multiple toxins has been reached in the physiology of HWRSs, functional breakdown occurs (“disease”), and recognizing further that the “treatment” of such “disease” is highly profitable to the manufacturers of the toxic wastes themselves (and of the symptom-focused “treatments” purveyed), it is important that the sense of trust engendered (see 2, a, b, c, above) extend to the “caring” illness management industry so that participation in the programs of “treatment” and “cure” will continue at a high rate.
4. All information concerning the capacity to detoxify HWRSs should be suppressed and invalidated to reduce the burden of such excreted toxic wastes on the environment.
5. Any HWRSs which succumb to the toxic loads they are so public-spiritedly bearing (that is, adopting the behavioral condition commonly referred to as “death”) will be disposed of in a way which is sensitive to the environment. Suggested methods include:
a. Multiple burials in non-biodegradable, hermetically sealable containers of manageable size (3 average weight/length HWRSs to a container offers maximum flexibility). Smaller HWRSs can be contained in greater numbers in the same containers while exceptionally bloated HWRSs may have to be assigned a container of their own or share one with a smaller than average HWRS. National agencies already partnering with the USFSAEPAOSHAWHOJTFTHTIE initiative such as FEMA (US) have begun to stock pile suitable containers at locations around that country,
b. Firing into outer space. Extraterrestrial diplomacy specialists, however, maintain that this method of HWRS disposal, while solving our own toxic environmental problems, shows us to be poor neighbors to our extraterrestrial brethren.
c. Extraterrestrial consumption by reptilian life-forms which have been known since human antiquity to consume and detoxify toxins using biological means as yet uncharacterized.
Sea monsters, for example, have been documented to consume entire sailing ships and their full complement of crew and passengers without apparent ill effect. Exceptionally large ape-like species have been documented to consume highly toxic (to human-related biosphere inhabitants) skyscrapers without obvious gastric complaint, assuming that there is, indeed a gastric system in place in these life-forms. Further study is required to confirm that hypothesis although such study is outside the remit of the Scope of Work provided for the USFSAEPAOSHAWHOJTFTHTIE.
In summary, the USFSAEPAOSHAWHOJTFTHTIE recognizes the environmental immediacy of the toxic materials waste storage and disposal problem created through current and anticipated future industrial contaminant generation and recommends
1. An accelerated program to create and utilize the toxic load-storing capacity of HWRSs and
2. A large-scale public-confidence program. The current public-confidence pilot program (Friendly Obliteration of Xenomaterials Newly Emitted Without Safety – Biological Program or “FOX NEWS – BP“) has shown itself to be highly effective so it should be increased in scope and size. For example, environmental protection agencies around the world could follow the lead of the US EPA to agree to impose filtration requirements on HWRSs whose mercury amalgam fillings are replaced with new mercury amalgam fillings.
