“Release date: 09/27/2010: WASHINGTON – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) today announced it intends to propose a rule to reduce mercury waste from dental offices. Dental amalgams, or fillings containing mercury, account for 3.7 tons of mercury discharged from dental offices each year. The mercury waste results when old mercury fillings are replaced with new ones. The mercury in dental fillings is flushed into chair-side drains and enters the waste water systems, making its way into the environment through discharges to rivers and lakes, incineration or land application of sewage sludge. Mercury released through amalgam discharges can be easily managed and prevented.
EPA expects to propose a rule next year and finalize it in 2012. Dental offices will be able to use existing technology to meet the proposed requirements. Amalgam separators can separate out 95 percent of the mercury normally discharged to the local waste treatment plant. The separator captures the mercury, which is then recycled and reused. ”

“Release date: 09/20/2010: VOLCAN, PANAMA –Grappling with the serious problem of human repository toxic wastes, yesterday the US FDA, EPA, OSHA and WHO Joint Task Force on Toxic Humans and Their Impact on the Environment (USFSAEPAOSHAWHOJTFTHTIE) issued a Statement of Principle Report which indicates that all humans should be used as toxic waste repositories for as many toxins as possible to be stored in their bodies, starting before birth, in order to reduce the environmental stress that their release would otherwise cause on the fragile ecosystems of the planet.
Noting that depositing toxic wastes in human body compartments creating self-maintaining, self-propelled waste repository systems, the USFSAEPAOSHAWHOJTFTHTIE Report states:
1. Humans have evolved numerous detoxification pathways which allow them, unlike simpler organisms, to withstand multiple simultaneous toxic loads,
2. Total toxic load can play a serious role in the shortening of the length of time that the Human Waste Repository System (HWRS) could be expected to reduce the environmental burden
3. Humans are culturally and genetically prepared to attempt to prolong their life spans, rejecting inputs which shorten those spans or sicken them. This tendency can be countered by education and chemical alteration of thinking/reasoning potential.
4. Halides such as fluoride, coupled with sustained educational input can be used to effectively reduce such anti-social and anti-environmental tendencies.
Therefore, the USFSAEPAOSHAWHOJTFTHTIE Report recommends the following international policies:
1. All human compartments, including mouth, teeth, bones, nervous system, muscles and human-related bacterial populations (which as the ones in the gut and on the skins of HWRSs should be considered as long-term storage facilities for toxins including, but not limited to, the following classes of materials:
a. Heavy Metals
b. Organophosphate, Organophosphate and other Industrial Agriculture Compounds
c. Hydrogenated Hydrocarbons
d. Polyphenols including PCBs, BisPhenols and related compounds
e. Industrial Solvents, Effluvia and related compounds
f. Dioxin and Daughter Products
g.Unclassified Industrial Toxic Sludge and Slurries
h. Endocrine Disruptors of mixed or unclassified type
i. Antibiotics and metabolites from personal use, water contamination and food sources
k. Psychoactive Drugs and metabolites
l. Chemotherapy Drugs and their metabolites
m. Radioactive Medical and industrial waste.
2. Since, to date, potential HWRSs have been perplexingly slow to volunteer themselves and their children for inclusion in this ecologically powerful, humanitarian transnational program, it is important to create a sense of acceptance and trust in government agencies leading to two psychological and cultural outcomes:
a. Total trust in the regulatory agencies of the country and globe so that inquires and disputes are not raised by the active or future HWRSs leading to legal or public relations problems
b. Total trust in the good will of industrial actors so that food, water effluent, air quality, containers, waste management and processes will be assumed to be both advanced and safe
c. Sufficient halogen contamination (e.g., fluoride) of HWRSs nervous systems that protest or question not only appears futile, but irrelevant and unnecessary.
3. Recognizing that once a total body burden of multiple toxins has been reached in the physiology of HWRSs, functional breakdown occurs (“disease”), and recognizing further that the “treatment” of such “disease” is highly profitable to the manufacturers of the toxic wastes themselves (and of the symptom-focused “treatments” purveyed), it is important that the sense of trust engendered (see 2, a, b, c, above) extend to the “caring” illness management industry so that participation in the programs of “treatment” and “cure” will continue at a high rate.
4. All information concerning the capacity to detoxify HWRSs should be suppressed and invalidated to reduce the burden of such excreted toxic wastes on the environment.
5. Any HWRSs which succumb to the toxic loads they are so public-spiritedly bearing (that is, adopting the behavioral condition commonly referred to as “death”) will be disposed of in a way which is sensitive to the environment. Suggested methods include:
a. Multiple burials in non-biodegradable, hermetically sealable containers of manageable size (3 average weight/length HWRSs to a container offers maximum flexibility). Smaller HWRSs can be contained in greater numbers in the same containers while exceptionally bloated HWRSs may have to be assigned a container of their own or share one with a smaller than average HWRS. National agencies already partnering with the USFSAEPAOSHAWHOJTFTHTIE initiative such as FEMA (US) have begun to stock pile suitable containers at locations around that country,
b. Firing into outer space. Extraterrestrial diplomacy specialists, however, maintain that this method of HWRS disposal, while solving our own toxic environmental problems, shows us to be poor neighbors to our extraterrestrial brethren.
c. Extraterrestrial consumption by reptilian life-forms which have been known since human antiquity to consume and detoxify toxins using biological means as yet uncharacterized.
Sea monsters, for example, have been documented to consume entire sailing ships and their full complement of crew and passengers without apparent ill effect. Exceptionally large ape-like species have been documented to consume highly toxic (to human-related biosphere inhabitants) skyscrapers without obvious gastric complaint, assuming that there is, indeed a gastric system in place in these life-forms. Further study is required to confirm that hypothesis although such study is outside the remit of the Scope of Work provided for the USFSAEPAOSHAWHOJTFTHTIE.
In summary, the USFSAEPAOSHAWHOJTFTHTIE recognizes the environmental immediacy of the toxic materials waste storage and disposal problem created through current and anticipated future industrial contaminant generation and recommends
1. An accelerated program to create and utilize the toxic load-storing capacity of HWRSs and
2. A large-scale public-confidence program. The current public-confidence pilot program (Friendly Obliteration of Xenomaterials Newly Emitted Without Safety – Biological Program or “FOX NEWS – BP“) has shown itself to be highly effective so it should be increased in scope and size. For example, environmental protection agencies around the world could follow the lead of the US EPA to agree to impose filtration requirements on HWRSs whose mercury amalgam fillings are replaced with new mercury amalgam fillings.

August 17, 2009 – Led by such health freedom luminaries as Gary Null, PhD, Human Nutrition & Public Health Science, Rima E. Laibow, MD, Medical Director of the Natural Solutions Foundation, www.HealthFreedomUSA.org, and Dr. Tedd Koren, DC of Citizens for Health Choice, we filed a formal Citizens Petition to the FDA today expressing our serious concerns about the approval of dangerous Swine Flu vaccines BEFORE ANY SAFETY TESTING IS COMPLETED. A Citizens Petition, unlike an internet petition, is a formal statement of grievance which challenges the government’s actions, asks for specific protection and redress, as provided for by the Constitution of These United States:
“Pursuant to the Constitution of the United States of America, First Amendment, Right to Petition for Redress of Grievances the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), 21 U.S.C. §§ 321 et seq., and the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), 5 U.S.C. § 553(e), to amend the FDA’s rules respecting the safety, effectiveness and availability of vaccines said to be useful for swine flu (A-H1N1-09)…”
The goal of this regulatory intervention is to stop FDA’s headlong, dangerous and unjustified rush to approve the so-called “swine flu” vaccination, even before safety testing has been completed. If FDA fails to act on our Petition in a timely fashion, a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) can be sought from the Federal Courts to stop the alleged “emergency” approval process.
The Petition details, in ten pages of carefully structured and well supported reasoning, the legal and factual basis for a formal stay of the approval process, citing issues of transparency and science-based decision making, which the President claims to be the hallmarks of his Administration. The FDA has failed to follow statutory and case law requirements for the emergency approval of these un-insurable, untested and unproven vaccines which have been recently cited for their potential dangers to health and safety here and abroad.
Within the next couple days, when a formal Docket Number is issued, Natural Solutions Foundation will set up an Action Item to allow the public to express support to “Stay the Shot”, Stop the Swine Flu Vaccine rush to approval. That link will be posted here.
FDA requires a snail-mail copy of a signed document to issue a Citizens Petition docket number. You can track the progress of the document sent today with this US Postal Service tracking number: EO 964 064 326 US.
Here is what the Petition demands:
(a) The first action sought is an emergency Temporary Stay of the pending Vaccine approval applications. The applications should be denied. Petitioners request a Public Hearing. Petitioners are in immanent peril of irreparable harm if the Temporary Stay is not granted immediately.
(b) Additionally, the Petitioners petition the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and/or the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to open and accept public comments and include, as part of any approval of the Vaccines, requiring strong warnings to the public of each age groups, geographic location and any other relevant demographics, that a process be developed for individuals to opt out of any mandatory program and that clear instructions be given on the risk and benefits of the vaccine:
“This Vaccine has not undergone FDA safety or efficacy testing and its risks are unknown in all age groups. This Vaccine contains ingredients previously rejected for use in the United State and/or never evaluated by the FDA which have been shown in animal studies to cause significant adverse biological response when injected.”
(c) Furthermore, the Petitioners petition the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and/or the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to recommend to all implementing agencies, such as State Departments of Health that the Vaccines not be subject to any legal mandate requiring their use by any class of persons in order for such persons to receive government services, or to work in particular employments, or to travel or to attend any public places or for any other purpose.
(d) The Petitioners petition the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and/or the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to recommend to all implementing agencies, such as State Departments of Health that these un-insurable, unproven and untested Vaccines not be subject to any legal mandate, whether direct or indirect, perceived or actual, requiring their use by any class of persons in order for such persons to receive government services, such as schooling, or to work in particular employments, such as first responders or health care workers, or to travel or to attend any public places or for any other purpose.
(e) The Petitioners petition the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and/or the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to recommend voluntary Self-Shielding at home in preference to vaccination or removal to FEMA or other relocation facilities in the event of a Declared Pandemic Emergency.

The petitioners believe that halting these approvals is literally a matter of life and dealth since the new vaccines are made with adjuvants based on injected oil-in-water preparations based on squalene which are known to cause profound, chronic inflammatory response throughout the body, leading to ailments similar to those known was “Gulf War Syndrome”. These adjuvants, or immune system irritants, are so toxic that they have been rejected for testing in the US previously and no vaccine containing them has ever been approved in the US.

During the next three weeks, while:

Right now, you have an outstanding opportunity to act decisively and powerfully to speak for Liberty, and protect her – and yourself. The next three weeks, while Congress is on recess, can be the time when we, the net roots of health freedom, act in such compelling numbers that we do, indeed, protect our health and our freedom from the forces that are trying to overwhelm both of them.
* Vaccine “testing” began yesterday at St. Louis University although the FDA said on July 23, 2009 that it would approve the Swine Flu vaccine for general use BEFORE safety tests were completed – and this for a disease which is “less severe than the seasonal flu.”
Reality check: while you are being reassured that vaccination will be voluntary, two facts bear recalling:
1. As we have previously documented, in 2005 the World Health Organization gave itself the authority to dissolve sovereign governments and take control should there be a “pandemic”. That determination did not stipulate a real pandemic, any pandemic will do.
That declaration states, ” Under special pandemic plans enacted around the world including the USA, in 2005, national governments are to be dissolved in the event of a pandemic emergency and replaced by special crisis committees, which take charge of the health and security infrastructure of a country, and which are answerable to the WHO and EU in Europe and to the WHO and UN in North America.”
This suggests very strongly that the faux pandemic was orchestrated disease or no disease and therefore represents a serious threat to liberty as well as to the social order.
2. Although HHS Secretary Sibelius, Dr. Fauci, head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and other government officials repeated on CSPAN today that there will be no forced flu vaccinations, the situation is a bit more complex: If Pandemic Emergency powers are invoked, you could be given the “choice” to accept a flu shot or not. If you do, whatever the consequences are, you can sue no one, and no one is liable for your damages (or death). If you “choose” not to accept the “voluntary” flu shot, you will very likely then be faced with incarceration/quarantine/detention.
Despite the legalism, I would call that mandatory vaccination, wouldn’t you?
You Are the Key.

1. Swine Flu Vaccination: Big Pharma wants you vaccinated. The US government wants you vaccinated. Baxter, Novartis, Glaxo-Smith Kline, and Sanofi Pasteur executives are members of the advisory group that on July 13th recommended mandatory H1N1 vaccination of everyone in all 194 countries that belong to the WHO.
The plans for the final globalization of the planet needs you to be vaccinated.*
You, of course, do not need to be vaccinated for a trivial disease which has been inflated into a Level 6 Pandemic by the agency which can then take command of the political power of the world.
But here in the US, you have already sent 1.3 MILLION emails to Congress, State Legislators, Governors, Secretary Sibelius of HHS, Secretary Napolitano of DHS and the White House demanding the right to self shield.
Think for a moment what actually happens if, in addition to submitting an email for each member of your family, you mobilize your circle of influence to do the same, and they spread this populist demand further still? What happens is that we get what we demand: the right to NOT take a vaccine for Swine Flu if we don’t want it AND the right not to be incarcerated if we reject the vaccine.

2. End FDA/FTC Gag Rule on Health and Food: Dr. Ron Paul has given us two new bills that go to the heart of the FDA/FTC violation of our right to learn, and to share, what benefits food components like supplements and herbs can give us.
These bills need to be supported by asking your members of Congress to become co-sponsors and return our Constitutional Rights to us.
3. Prevent Total Industrialization of US Food Supply: The House has passed HR 2749, which allows the corrupt and deadly FDA to declare martial law, invade your home, degrade your food supply and forbid you to save seeds or grow clean, wholesome foods.

As Mark Twain is alleged to have opined, “No Man’s Life Liberty or Property is Safe…While the Legislature is in Session” – and certainly no person’s health freedom and food freedom are safe either. Well, Congress is not in session at the moment, and we have about three weeks to educate our representatives while they are home. And as you may have noticed in the media, they are hearing these freedom truths from their constituents!
Please attend any “town hall meetings” held by your representatives and let them know that your personal health freedom is as important an issue the “health care” debate, which is really mostly about who will pay for conventional medical treatment, and how will it be rationed. To the contrary, we’re concerned about Natural Solutions, so we need to concentrate on protecting people from toxic drugs (including vaccines) and from toxic foods as well. Our agenda is not the same as the agenda being portrayed on the mass media. The 3 Leaflets have bullet point information for you to use in educating your representatives about our Health Freedom Agenda.

Gag Rule on Swine Flu options is a perfect example of FDA violation of our rights. I am not allowed to tell you that Nano silver, Vitamin C, MSM, and other immune boosters and enhances are good for dealing with Swine Flu and coming out the other side of it, quite literally.

You probably know that the FDA currently literally forbids telling you truthfully that anything other than vaccines and Tamiflu or Relenza can “treat” the Swine flu. That type of gag regulation is exactly what Ron Paul’s two bills are designed to eliminate. But until they do, all I can do is tell you that IF I could exercise my First Amendment rights as a free American, I would tell you about the fantastic effectiveness and safety record of nano silver and colloidal silver in dealing with all pathogens.
Meanwhile, it is clear that the forces arrayed against our health freedom will not rest until they either destroy those freedoms or we win this enormous war.
