It is both statutory law in the US and treaty law (to which US law MUST confirm) that every single person living in any of the 126 countries which have ratified the Geneva Convention has the absolute right to refuse any medical intervention, which, of course, includes vaccines.

How do you do that? Easy. You use an Advance Vaccine Directive which, like any other Advance Health Directive, must be honored if the medical or paramedical person does not wish to be liable to charges of malpractice, assault and battery.

The US Supreme Court has upheld this right repeatedly, most recently in 2013.

Megan Duncan, Alanda Watson and Denisse Mercurius used to work for Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey, an agency that helps the elderly and the disadvantaged throughout the state.

Their jobs were non clinical ones but that did not stop their employer from violating their legally protected right to Informed consent by requiring them to have flu shots (which don’t work and contain mercury along with cellular DNA from mammalian cells, by the way. Those mammalian cells include cancer cells. They share their DNA with you when you foolishly open yourself to them by accepting a vaccine.)

I do not know Megan, Alanda and Denise, nor the growing numbers of others who are being threatened with economic consequences, loss of their children, loss of the guaranteed right to a public education and more if they do not submit to the illegitimate and illegal control of their bodies by the State.

They hoped you would not realize that whether the vaxx mandates are public (aka the horrifying bills now on the books in California and coming fast in other States, the No Pay No Jab illegal and unconstitutional bills in Australia, etc.) or private (such as the unconstitutional and illegal mandates to maintain employment only if vaxxed), no State, no Nation, no employer can overturn your legally protected right to exercise control over what goes into your body or your child’s body. They simply do not have the authority to do that, no matter what they tell you.

ANYONE who asserts their right to reject vaccines in any Geneva Convention country (including the US, Canada, Australia, the countries of the EU, Russia, etc., etc., etc.) and asserts it properly, has the right to do so.

BUT the right must be asserted in advance of the threat.

And it must be asserted correctly.

Every person needs their own documented Informed Consent Right assertion and it needs to be signed and dated.

I cannot urge you strongly enough to make sure that you have your exemption in place. The doctor, nurse, PA, paramedic, policeman, military person who comes at you or your child with a syringe, the administrator or nursing supervisor, Medical Director or HR person who comes at you with a syringe, all of them need to be shown your legal assertion which they are then bound by.

If they violate it, they are opening themselves up for charges of malpractice, assault and battery (with a deadly weapon? Perhaps. After all, death is one of the known adverse events of vaccination).

The vaccine manufacturers and their minions may be immune from liability for the harm that the vaccines do, but the useful idiots who administer the poison are NOT immune from criminal charges like the ones above if they violate a properly asserted Advance Health Directive. And that includes the Advance Vaccine Directive.

Why wait until it is too late to assert that right because you’ve already been either vaccinated or fired?

I am confident that if Megan Duncan, Alanda Watson and Denise Mercurius had pulled out their Advance Vaccine Directive wallet cards, they would be both unvaccinated and employed.
