A haunting image, indeed, showing enormous talent but, sadly, misdirected (the original image was intended as a “pro-vax” message). We all have been indoctrinated with the Jenner/Smallpox story. We need an antidote because it turns out not to be true. Small pox was renamed “Monkey Pox” so it could be said to have been eradicated. The graphs below are not so pretty.*

James Philips (shown in the image) died, as did Jenner’s own son, from the repeated inoculations Jenner performed on them. There is no such thing as “cowpox” into which Jenner dipped his needles. He was using open syphilitic sores and spread syphilis to healthy children and adults.

Mr and Mrs Gates (who paid for the original image) might instead of supporting vaccination spend their fortune helping the world’s unfortunate and vulnerable avoid disease by supporting the factors that have, according to irrefutable epidemiology, actually reduced the incidence of infectious disease BEFORE the introduction of any vaccine for them: clean water, improved hygiene, adequate nutrition including protein, and sanitation.

Or they could do as they are doing and contribute to, as Mr. Gates famously said, “reducing the world’s population 12-15%” through the use of vaccines and make an enormous amount of money in the process while damaging immune systems and more around the world. This is the cult of megadeath that the artist inadvertently expressed.

The graphs show us the truth behind the deceptively beautiful image. In the meantime, the takeaway is that the science of vaccination is far from settled since, for example, 5 separate studies of vaccinated children vs. vaccinated ones show that vaccinated ones are far more likely to die of all cause mortality, have far more chronic diseases (including cancer, allergies, asthma, diabetes and much more) and that no matter how haunting and beautiful the picture is, the reality is that vaccines are antiquated and dangerous pseudoscience.

Good nutrition (including immune-system support like Nano Silver) and good hygiene are what effectively combat infectious disease outbreaks.

I am a “JD” — scholar of the law, a Juris Doctor — not an “MD” — a medical doctor. When I look at vaccination I see a belief system, not a scientific reality. It is important to understand the roots of what is fundamentally an irrational practice which sacrifices the young (and increasingly the not-so-young) on the altar of the “common good” to the profound personal ‘not-good’ of the individual – the foreseeable and uninsurable harms of vaccination.

The tension between the alleged public good and the denied private harm has a long history plunging directly back to human sacrifice ‘for the good of the tribe’ which I believe it is instructive to consider carefully in order to understand the current vaccination hysteria and public unwillingness to consider the modern issues around vaccination. We have to look much deeper than immunology or public health.
.
When we look to ancient civilizations and sacrificial communal rituals to understand that with which we are all contending, we see strong similarities: anointed leaders presumed to be infallible pronounce the necessity of the sacrifice which, like the vaccination scenario, makes neither scientific nor rational sense. No matter how many scientific facts are arrayed against the practice, the true believers continue to believe truly.

In fact, the strange phenomenon of social demand for universal vaccination can only be understood fully in the context of ritual human sacrifice by the overlords of the State Religion.
.
While our ancestors bequeathed our cultural heritage to us, for which we should honor them, they also bequeathed ancient practices and customs which are absolutely reprehensible to modern, thinking humans. These must be repudiated, no matter how widely endorsed they may be by the priesthood and their faithful, but unthinking minions. Male and female genital mutilation, scarification, prolonged, enforced isolation, the use of terrifying sounds and costumes, potentially lethal tribulations were all used in bonding the younger generation to the immemorial customs of the tribe or other social group. Sacrificing children to Moloch for the “greater good” is an extreme example which made perfect sense to the adherents of that ritual . The widespread and venerable custom of forcing young men into rigidly hierarchical [military] organizations established for the purpose of killing more young men (and others) is just a modern version of age-old tribal customs.

Liberty Did Not Exist in the Tribal World or the Ancient City.
Liberty requires a concept of self-ownership. Advocates of liberty can look back to the earliest stirrings of human culture for the beginnings of that concept of self-ownership and the inalienable right to Liberty which it entails. Early cuneiform written about 2300 B.C. in the Sumerian city-state of Lagash included the word “amagi” which is generally translated as “freedom.”

Sixth Century BCE Chinese philosopher Lao Tse championed personal freedom of conscience. During the subsequent millennia the idea of freedom became ever more a driving force in the development of human culture spreading from one cultural area to another with migration and trade.
.
The concept of personal Liberty has evolved, but not rapidly. It would, however, be an error to consider the Ancient City a place where what, say, 20th Century philosopher, Ludwig von Mises might have understood as Liberty any more than early tribal world-views would have allowed for protection of what we moderns understand as individual Liberty.
.
It is important to note that while we assume all people have felt the same way about personal Liberty, that assumption is not justified. One extraordinary work exploring the governance (which rests upon the personal status of the governed) of the Ancient City is the 1864 master work of jurist and scholar Fustel de Coulanges, The Ancient City. Considering Liberty he writes:
.
“The city had been founded on a religion and constituted a church. Hence its strength; hence, also, its omnipotence and the absolute empire which it exercised over its members. In a society established on such principles, individual liberty could not exist. The citizen was subordinate in everything, and without any reserve, to the city; he belonged to it body and soul. The religion which had produced the state, and the state which supported the religion, sustained each other, and made but one; these two powers, associated and confounded, formed a power almost superhuman, to which the soul and body were equally enslaved… There was nothing independent in man… Private life did not escape this omnipotence of the state… The state allowed no man to be indifferent to its interests… The ancients, therefore, knew neither liberty in private life, liberty in education, nor religious liberty
.
It is a singular error, therefore… to believe that in the ancient cities men enjoyed liberty. They had not even the idea of it. They did not believe that there could exist any right as against the city and its gods…… [Emphasis added – R. Fucetola] The government was called by turns monarchy, aristocracy, democracy; but none of these revolutions gave man true liberty, individual liberty. To have political rights, to vote, to name magistrates, to have the privilege of being archon, — this was called liberty; but man was not the less enslaved to the state…”

In contradistinction to the ancient past, the past half millennium has seen very significant advances in Liberty and, in the past century or so, a clear theory of human action, or praxeology, has developed which posits Freedom of Choice as a driving factor in the advance of human civilization, as “dissatisfied” individuals engage in purposeful human action. The Austrian economist and social theoretician Ludwig von Meises hypothesized that all human action is predicated upon dissatisfaction, as did Dr. Sigmund Freud, his contemporary.

The minions of State-mediated illness control seek to abolish our hard-won Freedom of Choice. Control over most humans has been maintained for millennia through the use of religious and, later, political ideologies inevitably justifying the dominance of the few over the many, even when the controllers pretend to speak for, and protect, the “majority”. Through the use of what early freedom theorists such as the American abolitionist and theorist Lysandor Spooner saw as the great monopolies created by political power, this strict social control dominated human society for most of its existence.

These included the monopolies over conscience embodied by state religions, over the bodies of certain people (e.g., chattel slavery; prisoners, war captives, caste system members, etc.), or the property rights of approximately half of the species (in Europe, the legal “infirmities” of women, etc.) and over property through regal claims to “own” the land and economic activities of a territory (feudalism and mercantilism).
.
But in more modern times the structure of bureaucracy itself has been redesigned to become, not just to serve, the control system. Consider, for, example, how the regulatory structure of the Military Draft was used in the USA during the 1960s and ‘70s to “channel” students into certain fields, such as science, engineering and weapons design, which were considered of benefit to the state.
.
Now we see the same process at work with the incessant demands for ever more vaccines, and for forcing adults and children to receive all the vaccines that crony corporatist-tainted science can concoct without regard for either scientific validation or personal rights.
.
Humans, including infants, instinctively react to assaults by powerful figures. Have you ever really looked in a maternity hospital at the differences between boys who were just subjected to genital mutilation, as compared to boys who were not so assaulted? You will see, in the former, fright, terror, complete shut-down of normal infant behavior. The unmutilated baby boys, on the other hand, are relaxed and open to experience, as are the girls.
.
The Vax Poke is similar to being circumcised. It is an often painful assault that must leave psychological scars, even as puts the child’s health at risk from adverse reactions, for the “greater good.”
.
In this way, we can see the vaccination ritual, repeated at intervals over the couple of decades of childhood, as mind-control training. “We in authority can stick needles into you, making you sick, belittling your discomfort and subsequent illness, compromising your genome and your life trajectory, risking your health while you must remain passive and allow the assault, coming to believe that since it is for the greater good, you do not matter. Then, later, you will present your own offspring for the ritual at increasingly frequent intervals. It is, after all, for the greater good.”

Every vaccination of a child or an adult which is required by State constitutes Involuntary Medical Intervention and violates the most basic principle of self-determination: the right to determine what happens to your own body.
.
Central to that right is the basic human right of Informed Consent which absolutely and non-negotiably requires the right to say no to any, or every, medical or non-medical intervention. While we like to think that the right of Informed Consent includes the capacity to understand the risks that is not necessarily true. Who decides if the patient truly understands the risks if the doctor (or other State agent) believes so strongly in the procedure (perhaps making a living for him) that in his mind, anyone who refuses could not POSSIBLY understand the treatment being offered. Therefore, in the mind of this hypothetical, but all too frequently encountered, doctor the patient does not understand the risks because he/she is STILL saying “No thank you.” to treatments.
.
The fact is that there can be every reason, or no reason at all, to reject the proffered medical intervention under the doctrine of Informed Consent. Once the patient has been informed, it is up to him/her to consent. If that consent is not forth coming, the consequences must lie with the patient. But if a harmful treatment is given, the consequences must lie with the doctor and the provider – but, with vaccines, the government has abrogated that responsibility by providing manufacturer and purveyor with absolute immunity so they can harm by vaccination with impunity. There is no legal recourse against the harming doctor or harming vaccine manufacturer. There is therefore no incentive not to harm.

Informed consent means, in its most fundamental aspect, that it may lead to a decision NOT to accept the intervention.
.
The Right to Refuse is a cornerstone of any definition of personal Liberty since without it, Liberty dissolves.
.
There can be no right more sacred or hallowed, in fact, than that of defining the conditions of servitude, activity and resistance for the free human being by either accepting or declining the proffered intervention, offer, job, food, spouse, etc.
.
In the case of State v Biggs (46 SE Reporter 401, 1903) the North Carolina Supreme Court dealt with what we today would call “natural health.” That Court held that there could be no “state system of healing” p.402 and while “Those who wish to be treated by practitioners of medicine and surgery had the guaranty that such practitioners had been duly examined…those who had faith in treatment by methods not included in the ‘practice of medicine and surgery’ as usually understood, had reserved to them the right to practice their faith and be treated, if they chose, by those who openly and avowedly did not use either surgery or drugs in the treatment of diseases…” p.402.
.
The Court concluded, over a century ago, “Medicine is an experimental, not an exact science. All the law can do is to regulate and safeguard the use of powerful and dangerous remedies, like the knife and drugs, but it cannot forbid dispensing with them. When the Master, who was himself called the Good Physician, was told that other than his followers were casting out devils and curing diseases, he said, ‘Forbid them not.'” (p.405).
.
The lesson that the painful and illness producing jab, for which the child is presented by its trusted parents (or the adult who is led by authority figures to trust and submit to vaccination him/herself) is to teach the child, and the adult, receiver of the Jab(s), is that only (sic) “experts” matter; those in authority have the power to hurt without recourse (vaccination is an uninsurable risk) and that your knowledge of your body is far less important than anyone else’s. Further, your pain and suffering are not real. Only the premises and promises of the authorities mean anything even if what they mean requires faith, not science, to understand.
.
Modern bureaucracy, the hallmark of the “Therapeutic State,” needs mass, involuntary vaccination to maintain its power. Children, and now adults, must be offered to the fires of Moloch… or the (Therapeutic State’s) world will end.

Vaccination is violation. Everyone has the fundamental human right of Informed Consent to say “No!” to vaccination. #vaccinationISviolation

Yes the ingredients in vaccines make them an abomination; not kosher; haram… But there is another moral imperative that must be considered. Vaccines are an uninsurable risk. They are, according to the Supreme Court “unavoidably unsafe” and have a foreseeable risk of harm. Vaxx shots kill children (more have died from the measles jab than from the measles in the past decade).
.
This means that when you offer your child up for vaccination the child might die. While you have the right to sacrifice yourself for what you might believe is a higher good, you have no right to sacrifice your children. Not for the false god of herd immunity.
.
Placing your child at such risk is a clear violation of the injunction not to offer your children to the fires of Moloch [Lev. 18:21].

Thomas Scott-Phillips wrote a breathtakingly idiotic article called “Why Anti Vaxxers Just Know They’re Right” on a site called Ïnfections of the Mind (which might just as well be called “Why Evolutionary Anthropologists Just Know They’re Right”.

The author of the astonishingly smarmy piece which says that Anti Vaxxers are naive because they do not understand science or, for that matter, reality, is one Thomas Scott-Phhillips, PhD. His advanced degree, which apparently confirred upon him the right to know that he is always right (something no anti vaxxer I know would claim) is in Cognitive Psychology and comes from the University of Edinburgh.

Here is what Thom has to say about himself in a paroxysm of modesty:

I have published many academic articles in high-profile, peer-reviewed publications, and have received multiple awards and prizes for my research, including the New Investigator Award from the European Human Behaviour and Evolution Association in 2011. My first book, Speaking Our Minds, was published in November, and has been called “the most important and best book ever written on the evolution of language”.”

He does not list those high profile publications, nor their location, nor the prizes and awards, nor the publisher of his book. How very endearingly modest of him to not give us enough informaiton to validate his modest self assessmennt.

When I read Thom’s astonishingly condescending piece, I wrote a reply and posted it three times on his article’s site. Why three times? Because it was removed twice. The third was apparently a charm and it stuck. But then I thought, who is this Thom and what is he all about? Maybe he is just ill informed, arrogant and foolish with an academic’s prediliction for pompous nonsense. Maybe the lad is not really a shill for the globalist Big Pharma Agenda 21 Crony Corporatist psychopaths at all, just a misguided little lost academic in way, way, way over his head.

So I thought I would look up his site and write him a personal note that incorporated and expanded my reply.

I responded to your article on why anti vaxxers think they know more than the “experts.”

Remember Phlogiston? Anyone, including Priestly, the discoverer of oxygen, who did not believe in Phlogiston as the explanation for combustibility was a fool since it was so well established and “the Science Was Settled”.

How about bloodletting and purging, which were the height of modern medicine and good enough for kings to die from at one time. Then there’s symphysiotomy, first advocated for pregnant women first advocated by the French surgeon Severin Pineau in 1597. Never heard of it? That could be because it turned out to be both dangerous and totally unnecessary. But the experts took a long time killing a lot of women in figuring it out (sort of like the dirty coats that spread puerperal fever so well that Semmelweis lost his license and his life over even though he turned out to be absolutely correct.

Mercury as a treatment for infections, including syphilis and red lead impregnated gauze for burns? State of the art in their time.
.
Vaccines are powerfully adhered to but woefully poorly supported by independent, reproducible science.

I am an anti vaxer because of science, not in spite of it. I am not naive. But I do not follow, herd like, where others want me to go just because they tell me I should.

I ask questions like whether the 100 year morbidity and mortality rates for infectious diseases, with and without vaccines developed and deployed somewhere along the way, do, indeed, show that the decline in incidence, deaths and adverse events only occurred after the introduction of vaccines or if the decline was precipitous before the vaccines were introduced.

Why are pro vaxxers so absolutely nuts/bonkers? Hate filled? Irrational? Filled with the same zeal that fed the fires of the Inquisition burning millions of “witches” for God all over Europe?

Why are vaccines not debated, but diatribed?

Let’s be very clear here: vaccines have absolutely no real scientific justification. They do not exist because of the science. They exist IN SPITE of the science which, in condensed form, is contained on the Package Inserts: not tested in pregnant women, massive numbers of disastrous side effects, more unanswered questions than answered ones, toxic ingredients with poor results.

But they serve multiple agendas so the hype has been massive, unrelenting and deafening for decades.

Claire Harvey, a poor excuse for a journalist in Australia published a ridiculous article called “Anti-vaxers, you are baby killers…” in the Sunday Telegraph on March 22, 2015.

My good friend Adam Crazz, of the Crazz Files Podcast, sent me the link and I responded in depth.

Right into the middle of the predictable feces-storm.

The emotions, lack of science, nasty names, irrelevant and illogical personal stories (“my kids had vaccines and the’re fine so you should all get your kids vaccinated to protect my kids” [say WHAT????] are out in full force.
.
I can tell you why from a social, psychological and psychiatric point of view. But it doesn’t matter.
.
I can, and did in my response, cite powerful refutations to their bought-and-paid-for science but it doesn’t matter.

Some few adherents typically drift away but the studies of such cults show that most of them remain, as tightly bound to their illogic as ever: they just make a couple of minor tweaks to their passionately-held beliefs and go on believing even though, in this case, the pertussis vaccine has failed, the measles vaccine has failed, the flu vaccine has failed,, the tetanus vaccine has failed, the rotovirus vaccine has failed, the shingles vaccine has failed, the meningitis vaccine has failed….. It’s OK. Just get a booster or use the new one or even just keep on using the old one.

Can you force me to risk my life?

How do I know if they contain infertility chemicals? Can you force me to give up my reproductive rights?

How do I know that they will not cause me a serious adverse event or terminate my life? Can you force me to accept the risk that you assign me but that I do not accept?

Will I allow you to do that? Informed Consent is only meaningful if you can refuse the medical intervention!

The science is settled: vaccines are an uninsurable risk because they are so dangerous. The debate is irrational. The ONLY rational aspect of the otherwise hysterical debate is freedom. Mine, yours, your neighbor’s and the guy across the country.

I recently presented a paper to the First All India Congress on Medical Education (Feb 7, 2015, Nitte University, Mangalore, India) in which I looked at the widely available and well-substantiated data that shows beyond a shadow of a doubt that the ONLY thing that has decreased the incidence of infectious disease is a combination of hygiene, clean water, sufficient protein and other nutrition and sanitation. ALL childhood and other infectious diseases, and their associated morbidity and mortality, Claire, were radically reduced BEFORE the introduction of a single vaccine.

In every case, the slope of the decrease either remained the same or the decrease slowed down when the vaccines were introduced. In the case of smallpox, when the British government enforced its vaccine mandate, the incidence of death from smallpox increased by nearly 300%.

Here are some cold, hard facts:
- Dr. Andrew Wakefield did NOT say that MMR vaccine causes autism. He said that 12 autistic children had the same virus that was in the vaccine in their GI tracts, a finding that has been replicated by others.
- The books have been repeatedly cooked over vaccines and mercury. When the data, the actual science, not the cover up, politicalized make-believe-science is examined, the results are absolutely clear: Yes, vaccines, with or without mercury, cause a host of ills, including autism. Mercury, as a recent highly credible MIT study showed, is not the only heavy metal culprit: aluminum, with which vaccines are adjuvanted, causes serious brain and other organ damage as well.
- Vials of vaccine that do not contain mercury are washed with Thimerasol, leaving a residue of biological significance. According to the renowned Dr. Paul G. King, PhD, the total amount of mercury received by children who are fully vaccinated today in the US is GREATER THAN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MERCURY THEY RECEIVED BEFORE THE WILDLY ACCELERATED CURRENT VACCINE SCHEDULE WAS IMPLEMENTED. MUCH GREATER.
- The Council on Foreign Relations recently released a detailed study on national health status around the world. They showed conclusively that the more vaccinated a nation is, the worse the health of its people in terms of chronic degenerative disease and the higher the infant mortality. Um, that would make vaccination advocates baby killers and terrorists according to your irrational and rabid schema.
- Under US law, and I would imagine that the same is true in Australia, a vaccine MUST, by statute, be shown to be BOTH safe AND effective before it can be deployed. The number of vaccines which have been shown to be EITHER safe or effective is a shocking zero. That’s right. Only one placebo controlled, double blind study of vaccines, in this case, the flu vaccine, has EVER been done. The results? People who got the vaccine were not protected against the flu and were, in fact, nearly 5 times as likely as non-vaccinated or placebo recipients, to have serious complications, pneumonia, hospitalizations and other major consequences including, rather embarrassingly, death.
- Vaccinated people infect others. The New York City measles outbreak a couple of years ago was due entirely to vaccinated people shedding viruses and infecting other vaccinated people. In China, where virtually every single member of the society is fully vaccinated, measles outbreaks occur regularly. In South Korea where pertussis vaccination is a mandated procedure with 97% coverage of the population, pertussis deaths have more than tripled since the achievement of full population coverage and those who contract pertussis are sicker and have more complications than was seen before vaccination was implemented.
- The lock and key, stimulated antibody response is now known to be very poor, outdated and inaccurate science, which might explain the fact that vaccines actually do not (see my paper for the citations) prevent disease and actually spread it.
- The notion that vaccines prevent disease outbreaks has no basis in fact. Like the Gardasil/Cervarix nonsense, it was made up out of the whole cloth to sell vaccines, an uninsurably dangerous procedure.
- Vaccines CAUSE diseases that they are supposed to prevent, they do not prevent or eradicate them. That’s marketing, not science, no matter how widely believed it is.
The CDC’s website says that the cause of polio is polio vaccination. In India, in the 13 short months before it was declared to be Polio Free by WHO, more than 53,300 cases of the newly “discovered” Non Polio Acute Flaccid Paralysis which only occurs in children who had been vaccinated against polio and whose incidence is in direct, linear proportion to the vaccine coverage. How do we know it really is polio? Because the virus found in those kids is the exact same one as they received in the vaccine. Sort of like the Measles virus in the guts of the kids whom Andy Wakefield studied.

How, then, can we say that polio (or small pox, for that matter) have been eradicated? Read my paper. The answers are there and they will shock and dismay you. Perhaps you will then turn your fury to the deception with which you have been intentionally misled. That would be a good use of your outrage, in which I would definitely support you!

Epidemiologist Professor Maniotis of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine showed in his seminal paper on predicting epidemics and pandemics that the best way to do that is to track where vaccination programs take place. There’s your next epidemic of that disease. Sorry to burst your bubble with a syringe needle, Claire, but those are the facts. And facts do not yield to hysteria whether you like them or not.

By the way, pertussis is easy to treat with Vitamin A supplementation. Vitamin C helps the kids out, too. The pediatrician who allowed the baby to die left that out of the regimen, did s/he? Not surprised, since there has been a war against natural options in Australia for some years now and most physicians are afraid to use nutrients, I understand, since they can be deregistered if they do. Now that is second hand knowledge, Claire, so if it is wrong, please correct me.
- The vaccine schedule is nothing but marketing. Take boosters, for example. Or rather, don’t take them. There is absolutely no science backing up the idea that if you give another shot of a vaccine that your response to is poor, it will increase your response.
People who receive boosters are back to the same antibody levels as before the booster within a year or less. Much less usually. Why give boosters, then? Simple. Anytime a vaccine has been shown, like the measles vaccine (Mayo Clinic Journal) or the Pertussis Vaccine (numerous professional journal articles) the every-compliant conflict of interest ridden Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices of the US CDC, a leader in marketing useless and deadly vaccines, adds a “booster” shot to the schedule. And it does boost. Profits.
- The downstream harm of vaccines is enormous. The reporting system is weak and voluntary in the US and is generally acknowledged to capture between 1-10% of all adverse events, but if you give even that weak reporting data set a cursory glance you will see clearly that vaccines cause enormous harm to large numbers of people. Oh, yes, the US government has paid out nearly $3 Billion US to families of vaccine injured or killed people. And most people never even make it to the vaccine court because of the high barriers set for entry and success in the system, which is, by the way, a US national scandal. Vaccine makers in the US are virtually totally free of any liability and are free to profit with whatever unclean and unsafe products they choose to. And they are free to profit from the downstream gain as well.
Like, for example, childhood leukemia.

CDC has publicly admitted that it knew that the polio vaccines (safe? effective? ) that 98 million Americans received were contaminated with the CV40 virus which causes leukemia. But in order not to increase the financial burden of manufacturers, they chose not to require the simple one pass filtration process that would have eliminated the virus. Baby killers? Terrorists? Looks like it to me, Claire. How about to you?

There are baby killers among us. They are on the payroll of Big Pharma and various governments as regulators. Then they leave those jobs and go back to their large salary Big Pharma jobs, by the way. And we, you and I and the babies, pay the heavy personal, social and financial price.

Oh, yes, one more thing, Claire: infertility. The UN commissioned WHO in 1974 to find ways to render the undesirable population infertile through vaccines. They were successful and their witches’ brew has shown up in the Philippines, for example, where the High Court found WHO guilty of genocide because of the involuntary sterilization of more than 3 million women there. How many more? Only WHO and the US government knows. And Kenya. And India.

How about Australia? Really, when you think about it, the only thing you know about what’s in a vaccine is what you read on the label. Is that good enough for you to trust your health and your child’s health to, knowing that stealth viruses, toxic heavy metals, infertility agents and other poisons are intentionally added to vaccines which, as it turns out, don’t work?
