Before I share this new bonkers, let me observe that you have to hand it to the Pro Vaxxers.

Unlimited by science, sense or scruples, they come up with the most astounding drivel, put lipstick all over their logical pig and expect us to buy into it, paying for pus and poisons in our bodies, watching our little ones and ourselves slide into completely iatrogenic (doctor-caused) autism, cancer, infertility, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, diabetes, MS and more, so much more.

One kindergartner in 6 has a learning disability. One in 10 has asthma. 1 in 45 has autism. But, THANK GOD!!!! They are fully vaccinated against the ordinary diseases of childhood and the diseases that they will never get or that do not matter much if they do, like Roto virus.

Well, they are floating a new lead boat, kept afloat with inflated bladders because logic won’t hold it up.
.
You see, not content to push the “YOUR UNVACCINATED CHILD WILL MAKE MY VACCINATED CHILD ILL!!!” bogeyman to frighten the gullible (which is precisely all that it is since if you child is vaccinated and the vaccines work, it does not matter whether my child is vaccinated or not – IF they work, that is) they are working on another bigger, better bogeyman.

This new vax lie is so breathtakingly stupid that you have to sit down for this, take a deep breath and fasten your intellectual seat belt.

And let me assure you that I did not make that up. I am creative with a quirky sense of humor (less quirky people tell me) but for this one you have to be lunatic. It helps, I suppose, to be a well funded lunatic shill.

But the lunatic part is essential.

How Do I Catalog the Crazy? Let Me Count The Ways. OK…
.
First, if you our your kid are vaccinated and it does any good, it does not matter whether the peoples round you are or are not vaccinated. You are protected. Oh, wait. They don’t work. Guess you are not protected. But you certainly are more toxic than you were before you were vaccinated!
.
Second, if you chose to be vaccinated with an ineffective vaccine, that is your legal look out, not mine.
.
And if I chose to not put pus and poison into my body, that is my decision and has nothing to do with vaccinated you.
.
If you have passed mandates and I have legally exempted myself with the Advance Vaccine Directive, you may gnash your teeth and stamp your feet, but there is nothing you can do about it. However, allow me to recommend counseling to assist you with your grandiose need to control the lives and biologies of other people who are not your concern.
.
Moving right along, then there is the tort consideration. Some mad vaxxers think we unvaccinated could be sued for passing diseases to the vaccinated, leaving aside the issue of what does being vaccinated mean if it doesn’t “protect” the vaxxed from the unvaccinated, and leaving aside the fact that all recent “outbreaks” of diseases like measles and polio started with the vaccinated shedding the disease…
.

A tort is, as I understand it, harm which  for which you are entitled to compensation. That harm must be the result of  someone’s intentionally harmful act, neglect or other misdoing that is the proximate cause of injury where one has a duty to the harmed party. Like a doctor has a duty of care to his or her patients. To do no harm.
.
I am not a lawyer. Foundation Counsel Ralph is, though, and he tells me that my logic corresponds to the law in this case.
There is no rational way that my refusing to expose myself or my child to an unavoidably unsafe, uninsurable, possibly lethal risk (vaccination, in this case) is an act of tortuous harm to the vaccinated but you watch! You’ll be hearing that it is.

You’ll hear the pound of the drums of irrationality, as with Dr. Sanjay Gupta who tweeted that he vaccinates his kids because he loves them – and he loves your kids, too.
.
I challenged him to a debate via Twitter, by the way, because that was such a stupid and patently unscientific position saying that we should have an MD to MD public discussion of the failed science, failed safety and failed efficacy of vaccines.

Silence!

The same silence that I heard, by the way, when I challenged Dr. Mark Stengler to a debate over the failed science, failed safety and failed efficacy of the polio vaccines that he was humping in his e-newsletter.

But it won’t be silent as you hear the call for YOU to take legal responsibility for the failed health strategy of the pro vax crowd.

You need to have your keyboard at the ready to write comments, letters to the editor, the TV pundits who expound this idiocy-for-hire because it is coming down the road and the sooner we put this stupidity in its well-deserved grave, the better.

Dr. Rima Replies to Yet Another Measles Scare Story*

Let’s start with a question and some facts.
.
Question: was the child with measles (OH NO!! NOT MEASLES!) vaccinated?
.

Facts:
.
1. Measles is a minor disease in childhood where there is clean water, decent diet, sanitation and hygiene typically found in the developed world. I believe that Plano TX is in the developed world. Children have a 3 day rash and fever and feel miserable. They get over it.
.
2. Community acquired measles (not from the vaccine, which can cause measles as one of its many, many side effects) not only confers life-long immunity (which not even the most ardent supporters of the vaccine claim for their product) and confers protection against a large number of cancers in the 30s, 40s and later for the measles experiencer.
.
3. Measles vaccines are know to have serious side effects which the literature makes abundantly clear. It is neither a safe, effective nor benign procedure. Sub-acute Sclerosing Pan Encephalitis, for example, is a well-known fatal consequence of the vaccine.
.
4. Vaccinated people spread the disease and can do so for extended periods of time. In fact, Science documented that the New York outbreak was due to that phenomenon in a fully vaccinated woman. The Disneyland outbreak appears to have been caused by a recently vaccinated person.
.
5. Vaccinated persons put both the vaccinated (who can come down with the disease) and the unvaccinated at risk.
.
6. The risk of serious complications is much greater in the already vaccinated who develop the disease.
.
7. Neurological, gut and other consequences of the individual measles shot (no longer available) and the MMR shot are well documented although demonized and denied. Talk to a parent of an autistic child who regressed immediately after their MMR shot. And watch their home videos which have now been scientifically documented to show that the children were, indeed, normal before the shot and autistic afterwards.

8. Merck has been accused, among other major malfeasance, of adding dog antibodies to its mumps preparation, part of the MMR, to beef up the effectiveness to its absurd, but widely touted, 95% effectiveness.
.
For those who do not wish to be vaccinated, the good news is that you already have a legally protected right to refuse all vaccines, no matter what the law says (for example, California) IF and ONLY IF you assert that right properly. This is true in every country which has signed the Geneva Convention, all 126 of them.

I did not make that up while I was wearing a collander on my head, by the way. I learned it from the CDC which identified, for example, the fact that the index case in a recent NYC outbreak of measles was a fully vaccinated young woman who shed the infective virus.

That’s a universal and one poor guy in the UK was recently identified as shedding infective polio virus 30 years after he was vaccinated.

And why would I vaccinate my darned kids when I know that flu shots have mercury, that there are stealth viruses like SV-40 which CDC admits it allowed to contaminate 310,000,000 courses (not doses) of polio vaccine because it was too much of a burden to require them to spend less than a dime on single pass filtration so CDC and FDA gave them a pass.

As the Freedom of Information documents included in the formal complaint filed and announced by New Zealand pathologist and immunologist, Dr. S. The legally protected and established Right of Informed Consent requires accurate information from those who seek our permission for ANY medical interventions. It has long been the law in all civilized countries that a doctor who engages in medical interventions (such as vaccination) without informed consent commits assault and battery as well as malpractice.

When public health officials in international and national agencies, like the WHO and CDC, actively and secretly conspire to hide vital health information from the public, they, both as organizations and personally as the critical decision-makers, are aiding and abetting nothing short of a Crime Against Humanity. We remind the agency officials that the Nazi Doctors were hanged for the same Crime Against Humanity of violating the right to informed consent.

In the case of the HPV vaccine, Dr. S Lee has now exposed a chain of emails (through a New Zealand Freedom of Information Act request) among colluding “experts” and officials proving irrefutably  —

1. Gardasil HPV vaccine is contaminated with HPV DNA, which is not supposed to be there, and this contamination is likey the cause of the extraordinary number of Adverse Events, including sudden death, this vaccine is causing young men and women.

Dr. Lee had previously demonstrated the presence of these contaminant DNA elements in the tissues and fluids of a young woman who collapsed and died following Gardasil administration, and so notified the FDA.

FDA acknowledged the presence of the particles, but refused to examine their impact or the subsequent questions on the safety of the vaccine.

2. International agencies and “scientists” knowingly and actively colluded to withhold material information on the ineffectiveness of the HPV vaccine, and the damages, from government inquiries into its safety. They manipulated the data to disguise and confuse the regulatory commission and they presented intentionally fraudulent information to that commission.

This collusion is international and takes place at the highest levels of so-called public health, regulatory and policy agencies.

Summary findings of Dr. Lee and His Team
.
Dr. Lee’s team first documented the presence of foreign viral DNA bound to the aluminum (itself a dangerous toxic metal component in vaccines) http://sanevax.org/sane-vax-inc-reports-human-papillomavirus-hpv-dna-contamination-in-gardasil-to-fda-requests-public-safety-investigation/]. Although FDA stated that the vaccine was approved because no such viral DNA contamination was possible, the documentation of this contamination was not of sufficient interest to the agency to investigate safety issues of Gardasil.
.
Using Freedom of Information requests, Dr. Lee was able to demonstrate that the biological and health consequences of such contamination was intentionally suppressed and withheld from government safety hearings in Japan through the active conspiratorial collusion of officers and representatives of the Japanese Government, World Health Organization, Global Alliance for Vaccine and ….[name], US FDA, CDC and a number of “independent” scientists who were both apparently ill-equipped intellectually and very willing to collude, change data, allow their data to be edited before presentation to a Japanses government fact finding commission on the safety of Gardasil and more.

The officials and scientists colluded to confuse the presence of viral DNA bound to aluminum with human protein bound to aluminum. The consequences of both are severe in the human body. But, the presence of viral DNA/aluminum complexes means that the mechanism of action by which an aluminum adjuvanted vaccine induces the production of antibodies (local cell death leading to release of self-DNA causing increased antibody production, including antibodies to the viral protein coat fragments or whole virus in the vaccine) is actually defeated by the presence of the viral DNA injection because the human immune system can differentiate.
.
The presence of the viral DNA/aluminum complex means that while inflammatory responses take place to the vaccine and its contaminants, the body does not respond with supposedly protective antibodies. It’s repsonse is to release inflammatory and dangerous cytokines and to make antibodies to the viral DNA, making the vaccine both useless and dangerous.
.
The results of this cytokine storm can be lethal. The “experts”, defying all accepted science, accepted the unfounded statement that Gardasil causes NO cytokine release.
.
NOTE: This absurd denial of ANY cytokine activity makes less than no scientific sense since if this were factual, there would be no possible clinical utility to the injection since cytokine release is necessary for any antibody response at all.
.
At least one mechanism to explain the extreme toxicity of Gardasil is now clear: aliuminum/viral DNA/aluminum complexes as well as the multiple cytokines (inflammatory signalling molecules) they evoke are strongly pro inflammatory, leading to consequences ranging from cardiac suppression and death to auto immune and inflammatory damage to nerves, muscles, brain, heart and many other systems.
.
This information, of course, if shared with governments and the public, would lead to immediate and resounding rejection of the vaccine. The cover-up of this information has now been exposed.
In fact, immediate and resounding rejection of this, and all other unsare and scientifically distorted vaccines is precisely what the Natural Solutions Foundation is proposing.

Advance Vaccine Directive Card
Don’t Leave Home Without It!

I am getting a lot of emails asking me exactly how to assert your right of Informed Consent for yourself or your children.
.
Here is a detailed direction sheet. Use it and do not skip any steps: they are all important.
.

Counsel Fucetola and I advise that you follow the following procedure —

.

[1] As soon as you receive your card(s), sign and date one for each person you want to protect.
.
[2] Make 3 Photocopies of the front and back of each card.
.
[3] Bring one  copy to the doctor who takes care of the signatory (or the person that you signed on behalf of) and tell the doctor that you want it inserted it into the Permanent Medical Record stating that all vaccines are refused on the basis of the legally protected Informed Consent rights under US and International law.
.
[4] Both you and the doctor should sign the copy of the front and back of the card.
.
[5] Video the entire interaction.
.
[6] If the doctor will not sign the copy of the card, make sure that you get a recording of the doctor refusing.
.
[7] A signed copy of the card should now be in the permanent record of the person whose card it is.
.
[ Note: If the card is for a child, go to the child’s school and repeat the process with the principal of the school, insisting that the Advance Vaccine Directive card, front and back, be inserted into the child’s record and that the principal and you have both signed it. Video the visit.]
.
[8] Go to the post office and mail yourself another copy of the front and back of the card which you have signed. Send it to yourself return receipt requested and put it, unopened, into your file to use later if you have to.
.
[9] From your email account, write a detailed email to your doctor and/or the principal detailing and memorializing the interaction you had. Scan the photocopy of the card and include it in the email.
.
NOTE: In the event that one or both refused to allow the video to be made, state that. If they did not insert the Advance Directive into the appropriate record, note that in the email.
.
IMPORTANT: This email document should be PURELY factual: no interpretation, no protest, just cold, hard facts, including date, time and location of the interaction; identify any witnesses.
.
[10] Send the emails (a separate email for each recipient) and then print them out and put them in your file, too. You may need this email for later documentation.
.
If you are dealing with an employer, you may have to take the copy of the Advance Vaccine Directive to the employer and register your intention NOT to receive vaccines.  Follow the same procedure.
.
