An Open Letter to the President of the Russian Federation
Vaccines and GMOs = Genomicide

Dear President Putin,

Congratulations on your powerful declaration* against GMO “food” and vaccines identifying them as contaminants destroying the future of humanity and on your proclamation of 2017 as the Year of the Environment.
.
As the President of the Natural Solutions Foundation, an established global voice with a similar analysis, I am in strong support of your position. On behalf of the Natural Solutions Foundation we express our intent to support fully the Russian Federation’s position on these matters.

Allow me to introduce myself: I am a retired US Army Major General. My last command was as the Commanding General of the United States Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). I currently serve as the Founding President of the Natural Solutions Foundation which I established in 2004 along with our Medical Director, Rima E. Laibow, MD, who is my wife. We currently make our home in Santiago de Chile.

As part of our work against the depopulation and destruction efforts of the globalist forces, we coined the term “Genomicide” describing the process by which various technologies are used to disrupt and degrade the human genome, leading to what we have termed “Genome Disruption Syndrome.” That medical syndrome was first defined by Dr. Laibow, a world-recognized expert and educator in the areas of Environmental and Drug Free Medicine and Psychiatry.

In the West, the collaboration between State and Crony Corporation has grown so intimate and powerful that the fused nation/corporation can do what it likes in the absence of either regulatory restraint or scientific reason. As a result, for example, the United States, with the highest level of “recommended” infant vaccines, also has the highest first day, first year and first five years infant mortality of all the “advanced” industrialized nations.

We stand in firm and persistent opposition to the globalist intention to control, and reduce, the population of the planet.

Through internet-based political action, we generated 3.5 million emails in 11 days and stopped the US form instituting its mandatory H1N1 vaccine program for the alleged pandemic Swine Flu in 2009. This vaccine was to be adjuvanted with squalene at the precise level described in US-held patents to induce permanent, irreversible infertility and sterility. We made that information public, provided a method of communicating opposition to the government and the resultant public outcry stopped the program before it could begin.

5. Through another internet-based action, we generated enough opposition to prevent Chile from finalizing its ratification of UPOV 91, widely known in Chile as “the Monsanto Law”. To date, the persistent opposition which we generated has prevented that ratification, 2+ years later.

Dr. Keith Scott-Mumby, claiming to be “The Alternative Doctor,” wrote a newsletter urging people to get their polio shots because a condition indistinguishable from polio has shown up in California, killing two of the victims and sickening more than 50 others.

His conclusion? Run out and get your polio vaccines, folks.

WRONG!

Here is the letter I just sent off to him asking him to speak with me, either publicly or privately, because he is wrong, wrong, wrong about polio vaccines and about all vaccines.

People who should know better are giving out the wrong information. Is he misguided? Could be. After all, he is an MD.

You have it wrong* about the polio vaccine (and all other vaccines). If you take a moment to read the paper here, http://tinyurl.com/DrRimaIndiaPaper, which I presented by invitation in India at the All India Medical Education Congress at Netti University, Mumbai, on Feb. 9, 2015 you will see a VERY different picture.
.
India was DECLARED polio free by organizations with significant vested interests. In fact, in the 13 months following that bogus declaration, there were more than 53,000 confirmed cases of the renamed NON POLIO Acute Flaccid Paralysis.
.
In every case in which the cause was investigated, the same virus administered to the victims in the polio vaccine was identified.
.
So, no, polio was not eradicated. It was renamed.
.
The same is true, as the citations from the New England Journal of Medicine and elsewhere in the paper above, makes clear: it was NOT eradicated. It was renamed “Monkeypox” although the virus identified was the causative agent of smallpox found in vaccines.

And, yes, as the data presented from the government of Wales makes clear, it is ONLY hygiene, sanitation, education and dietary improvements which reduce and eliminate diseases including both those for which vaccines are now used and those for which vaccines are NOT used, such as scarlet fever.

Have you ever seen an adult autistic person? Not one who has been autistic from childhood, but a previously normal, healthy person whose mental-emotional-intellectual-social-physical function declines to a shadow of its former self?

Well, you soon will.

It may be a person dear to you, or — YOU!

Or perhaps that person will just be on the VDS, the “Vaccine Disorder Spectrum” and rather than full-blown autism, they will “just” have cancer (from the vaccine damage to the immune system), cardiovascular disease (autoimmune and toxic metal damage), Alzheimer’s Disease (aluminum), MS (autoimmune response to the foreign proteins, many from aborted fetuses and cancer cells), infertility (polysorbate 60, polysorbate 80), declining mental prowess (mercury in flu and other shots, aluminum, autoimmune response), arthritis and allergies (squalene now permitted in flu vaccines for people over 65), shingles (chicken pox vaccines and shingles vaccines), etc.

This is just a small part of the spectrum of vaccine adverse reactions — the Vaccine Disorder Spectrum, a term I am defining here for the first time, for you and for the health care community.
.
The US Senate has passed an illegal law (which violates your legally protected Informed Consent Rights ) to force all Veterans to receive all vaccines on the vaccine schedule.
.
Currently there are 90 vaccine on the Adult Schedule. That is a staggering toxic load, simply staggering. But there are numerous new vaccines for everything from gum disease to behavioral control (immunological and chemical lobotomies!) which will be forced on adults. That bill, S1203 is now on its way to the House of Representatives and, soon, to the President’s desk.

There is only so much human biology can take. And while the biological individuality which defines each of us will protect some of us longer than others, it will not be long before not only the “conventional” diseases escalate even further than currently, but we will start hearing about novel syndromes in adults.
.
Here’s what is about to happen: Large numbers of adults will receive new hyped and mandated vaccines. They will start becoming ill if healthy, or rapidly become sicker if they already, like more than 70% of US adults, have sufficient chronic illnesses so that they are taking 5 or more prescription drugs (we are already seeing the Vaccine Holocaust, we just don’t call it that — although its profiteering and predatory perpetrators know exactly what is happening).
.
There will be some articles in various medical journals detailing the sudden worsening or new onset of serious diseases and then the debate will begin.
.
The learned greybeards of both genders will start proclaiming that the increase is due solely to better diagnosis, better awareness on the part of doctors, etc. They will try to convince us that we’ve always been this sick; we just didn’t notice.
.
Then the psychiatrists will chime in and declare that this is a response to chronic stress and a type of hysteria because it is really all in people’s heads and is both a new form of malingering and another form of hypochondriasis.
.
Then some earnest doctors will document that there are blood profiles, antibody changes and other phsyical factors that are common to large subsets of the newly collapsing population.
.
Next, someone will describe Adult Onset Autism (AOA) and it will be talked about as a “genetic deficit” that has come to light through better diagnosis and public health surveilance.
.
Of course, they will ignore the fact that in more than 20 years of searching for adult autistics in institutions, researchers found just 19 people who met those criteria.
.
If this were an issue of better diagnosis, of course, there would be many, many, many such people.
.
They are simply not there because before the onset of the vaccine insanity, autism in general, and thus AOA, was very, very rare.
.
Oh, yes, there will be another precipitating factor: industrial food with damaged genes generally contains Roundup ( R ) residue. Roundup, which is Monsanto’s name for glyphosate, is not only the second most toxic non-radioactive compound known, it is synergystically much more toxic with aluminum.
Virtually all GMO crops have been modified to withstand the application of large (and ever larger) amounts of Roundup. The very bacteria of your gut produce Roundup after their genes are changed by the introduction of GMO materials through your diet.

Aluminum, used in virtually every vaccine, and Roundup increase each other’s toxicity since the aluminum sequesters the Roundup and both acummulate in the body. When they are released, they are present in very large amounts, inevitably triggering brain, endocrine and other system damage.
.
In fact, Dr. Stephanie Sennef of MIT predicts that in just a few years, because of this insupportably toxic mixture found in virtually everyone’s diet in the developed countries and, increasingly, in the Third World as well, by 2020, fully 1 child in 2 will be autistic.

Well, although there are differences between adult and child biology, there are many more similarities. Just as huge, unthinkably huge, numbers of children will collapse into autism, so too will huge, unthinkably huge, numbers of adults do so.

Who will care for them?
Who will treat them?
Who will house them?
How will they work?
How will they parent?
What happens to their children?
How will they pay taxes?

Oh. Right.

That’s where the depopulation agenda comes in, isn’t it?

So let me be clear: The question of Informed Consent IS the defining issue of the 21st Century. It defines whether you chose to live or others chose for you to die.

Within just days of my warnings the FDA acted against us in yet another way, approving, for the first time, the use of the deadly adjuvant squalene in a vaccine meant for the civilian market. The expensive over 65 Useless Eater crowd. This flu vaccine, widely acknowledged to be completely worthless for people over 65 (we believe useless for all!) will now have squalene approved in the version for that age group! This adds a dangerous auto-immune-disease-creating toxin to an already useless and dangerous drug, to create an immune system “storm” that might mimic the appearance of an immunity response, at least at first.

“The U.S. Food and Drug Administration today approved Fluad, the first seasonal influenza vaccine containing an adjuvant. Fluad, a trivalent vaccine produced from three influenza virus strains (two subtype A and one type B), is approved for the prevention of seasonal influenza in people 65 years of age and older.” http://www.fda.gov/NewsEvents/Newsroom/PressAnnouncements/ucm474295.htm

What Does This Actually Mean? Let’s Listen to Dr. Rima on Squalene.

“Squalene is a normal part of the human central nervous system. But it is never released into the general circulation since, once there, it stimulates cataclysmic reactions in an immune storm that can kill the victim.

“As an ingested nutrient, squalene has some value and it is useful as an ingredient in cosmetics. But when injected into the mamillian body, it causes a deadly cascade of immune system hyperactivity. This response is so complete and so predictable that squalene is actually used in laboratories to create overwhelming auto-immune responses before sacrificing test animals. It is known in the lab as “Freund’s Complete Adjuvant”.

Squalene had never before been approved for use in American civilians with the exception of the “National Health Emergency” Swine Flu vaccine of 2009. Dr. Rima continues:

“Squalene was, however, an adjuvant in the military’s infamous Vaccine A, the supposed anthrax vaccine which has now been identified as a major contributor to “Gulf War Syndrome” although a brave federal judge had delayed its deployment until a higher court allowed the military to override conscientious objections from soldiers ordered to take the vaccine. They were denied their right of Informed Consent.

“Later, in 2009, there was a plan to “stretch” the supply of the Swine Flu Vaccine by adding squalene, but, as the Secretary of HHS testified before Congress, the government’s own scientists would not sign-off on the use of squalene, so it could not be used except during a National Health Emergency.

“Within a week, the White House occupant issued the emergency declaration and plans were layed to admix the squalene with the vaccine in 90,000 locations around the country (none of which would have been qualified to handle such drugs in the absence of the declaration) so every single American would get a dose, “starting with those who volunteer” according to the Secretary of HHS.

“Americans refused the vaccine by the millions (this was before the current propaganda push to abolish our vaccine conscientious objector rights) and, without all those recently vaccinated people shedding viruses and spreading the flu, there was no Swine Flu pandemic… and no mass use of squalene, with the resultant infertility, dementia and death.”

Along with refusing the Swine Flu vaccine, millions of Americans (over 3.5 million by our records) also used Natural Solutions Foundation’s web form action item and told Congress and the FDA that we would not cooperate with their dastardly plans. And those plans, and the Swine Flu (sic) pandemic, evaporated. The US government simply dropped its mandatory vaccine plans on the basis of our Push Back.

Consider Dr. Rima’s review of the history of squalene in vaccines, and then consider the very real possibility that the two “21st Century” Health Tyranny Acts will be combined in a congressional conference committee to be passed into law without further debate, we are now all at great risk.
