This is an alert for those of you who can make it to Herreid, South Dakota at 1 PM this Friday and a heads up on the industrialization of food for the rest of us.
Agribiz, with its money and friends in Congress and the White House, to say nothing of its total ownership of the food section of the FDA (Fraud and Death Administration) and the USDA (US Department of Agribiz) is using the identical tactics John D. Rockefeller used to gain total world control of oil production: cut prices locally to levels which forced local producers and processors out of business, then buy up their companies for nothing or simply ignore them and replace their services with his own. Standard Oil, Rockefeller’s company, could afford do that without worrying about temporary losses because of its enormous resources elsewhere. Once he dominated a market segment, he raised prices to suit his desires.
The economic, social and personal chaos and destruction he wrought in the lives of the owners, workers and communities he destroyed bothered him not at all.
Tyson is using the same tactics in beef. Investigations have shown that commercial meat packing houses are sinks of filth and horrific working conditions. That will be all we have if the 4 meat packers have their way and drive out all competition and those beef farmers who raise clean, sustainable, healthy animals.
To make matters worse, it is the small cattle farmer who provides clean, organic, feedlot-free beef, not the 4 giants in the meat packing industry. Remember that Mad Cow Disease has NEVER been found in organic herds, that corn fed, drugged, hormone and antibiotic laced sick and dying animals produced by feed lots and slaughtered in filth are the product of industrial meat production. Eating sick animals makes you sick. Eating healthy food, makes you healthy. But it is not consistent with the Agribiz agenda which is cheap food at any price.
If you want this to continue, do nothing. This ties in perfectly with the food laws before Congress which will industrialize ALL food production and make the US, like Europe increasingly is, a place where herb gardens are illegal because you are growing drugs (!), where if you do garden, you follow Codex-compliant regulations and use the “correct” industrial poisons (like Roundup(C), see http://drrimatruthreports.com/?p=2915 concerning super Roundup(c) which is now 70% Agent Orange), keep onerous records or face fines of $500K TO $1M for each infraction, etc, and you have no access to supplements that will do any good since the FDA wants to overturn DSHEA.

What: On June 11, 2009, pursuant to a legal action by the nation’s largest beef packer, Tyson Fresh Meats, Inc. (Tyson), the U.S. Marshal posted a “No Trespassing” and “Warning” sign on the front door of the home of South Dakota rancher and cattle feeder Herman Schumacher. Schumacher did not violate any law. Instead, Tyson is retaliating against Schumacher because Schumacher tried to protect his fellow cattle producers by stopping Tyson from violating the Packers and Stockyards Act. A federal jury sided unanimously with Schumacher and found that Tyson violated the PSA and damaged Schumacher and other U. S. cattle producers by forcing cattle prices lower. But, in a bazaar twist the judicial system has enabled Tyson to seek vengeance against Schumacher who must now pay Tyson’s court costs in the amount of $15,881.38 or Tyson will use the U.S. judicial system to seize Schumacher’s home.
The news conference will highlight the ongoing injustice against Schumacher; will demonstrate that the Administration, Congress, and the U.S. judicial system has failed utterly to protect the safety and security of our nation’s food supply; and will reveal that the concentrated beef packing industry has accumulated such untouchable power that it can freely engage in anticompetitive and antitrust behavior to drive family farmers and ranchers from the U.S. cattle industry by the tens of thousands each year.
Background: The U.S. beef packing industry is among the most concentrated industries in America, with just four packers controlling approximately 88 percent of the nation’s fed cattle market. Congress passed the Packers and Stockyards Act (PSA) knowing that hundreds of thousands of family farmers and ranchers needed protection against the anticompetitive practices of the dominant packers in order to ensure the security and safety of our U.S. food system. The PSA prohibits packers from engaging in anticompetitive practices. However, two federal agencies recently found that the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) h as failed for nearly a decade to correctly enforce the PSA. Thus, cattle producers like Schumacher have been denied PSA protections and packers have been unrestrained in engaging in anticompetitive practices against Schumacher and others.
Because USDA would not enforce the PSA, Schumacher and two other plaintiffs took it upon themselves to seek PSA protections for all U.S. cattle producers when, in 2001, USDA erroneously underreported beef prices and packers took advantage of USDA’s mistake by driving cattle prices lower. In Schumacher’s legal action, a jury awarded $9.25 million to the class of cattle producers that were damaged by the packers’ violation of the PSA. However, on appeal to the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals the jury’s verdict was overturned on the basis that the packers’ violation of the PSA was not proved intentional. The packers then sought court orders compelling Schumacher and the other plaint iffs to pay the packers’ court costs for their successful circumvention of the provisions contained in the PSA.
This recent action demonstrates that family farmers and ranchers – our U.S. food producers – have no means of protecting either their livelihoods or their industry against the anti competitive and antitrust actions of the packers that are driving food-producer prices well below sustainable levels. Producers have sought relief from both the Administration and from Congress, but to no avail. And, producers and R-CALF USA have sought relief in the judicial system where, in three recent cases, they have won their cases before fact-finding juries and district court judges only to have their victories quashed by appellant courts that consistently side with the packers.
Meanwhile, U.S. cattle producers are exiting the U.S. cattle industry by the tens of thousands each year and consumers are continuing to pay at or near record beef prices while prices paid to cattle producers have fallen well below the cost of production. This spring, while cattle producers lost hundreds of dollars on each head of cattle sold, the share of the consumer’s beef dollar paid to the cattle producer has fallen to the lowest level since the third quarter of 2002, the year when cattle prices were severely depressed. The U.S. cattle industry is fast losing the critical mass of independent producers necessary to ensure the safety and security of the U.S. beef supply.

Gelsemium. [Gels]
This remedy corresponds to the commencement of the trouble, when the patient is weak, tired and aches throughout the body. It removes speedily the intense aching and muscular soreness. There is constant chilliness and the patient hugs the fire; the fever is less acute than that of Aconite, and the cough is hard and painful. There are paroxysms of sneezing with excoriating discharge, and great torpor and apathy. An extensive experience with this remedy in the great Epidemic of 1918 proved its usefulness. Simple cases were speedily cured. Aconite will sometimes prove the better remedy for children, but the drug will never be a prominent one in influenza. Still it may be prescribed when indicated; it will, perhaps, soothe and moderate the subsequent attack, but its action is not quick here as in simple fevers, as we have to do with a blood affection.
#Baptisia.
Influenza with marked gastro-intestinal symptoms may need this remedy, especially when there are present putriddiarrhoea stools. Clarke considers this remedy the nearest specific for the disease; he prefers the 30th potency. Hughes also praises it, but uses it in the 1x and 2x dilutions, which seem to have more extensive testimony as to their efficacy.
#Eupatorium perfoliatum.
This remedy has much soreness and aching of the entire body; hoarseness and cough, with great soreness of the larynx and upper respiratory tract. Coryza with thirst and drinking causes vomiting. The cough is a very shattering one, hurts the head and chest, and as in Drosera, the patient holds the chest with the hands. The breakbone pains are characteristic of the remedy. Add to these symptoms acute bilious derangements, and it is all the more indicated. Many physicians rely on this remedy in influenza / flu almost exclusively in the early stages.
#Sabadilla. [Sabad]
Sneezing is the great keynote of this remedy. Sneezing and lachrymation on going into the open air. The throat is swollen and the pain is worse on empty swallowing; the sneezing is excessive, shaking the whole body. Shudderings, with gooseflesh chills creeping upwards, are also prominent symptoms. Frontal headache, dryness of mouth, without thirst and cough, worse on lying down, are additional symptoms. It suits well many cases of the catarrhal form of flu; other remedies having sneezing are Cyclamen and Euphorbia.
#Arsenicum. [Ars]
This remedy covers more phases of flu than perhaps any other remedy. Hughes believes that it will cut short an attack, especially when there is a copious flow, prostration and paroxysmal coryza. Its periodicity makes it suitable to epidemics, and it suits the early symptoms when the affection is in the upper portion of the respiratory tract. The burning dryness and copious watery excoriating secretion and the involvement of the conjunctiva are unmistakable indications. Langour and prostration are prominent symptoms.
#Arsenicum iodide.
Chills, flushes of heat and severe fluent coryza, discharge irritating and corrosive, sneezing and prostration. It corresponds to true influenza and is highly recommended by Hale. Sanguinaria nitrate is especially valuable when the trachea and larynx are affected. Phytolacca. Specific when the throat is inflamed and spotty, with great hardness and tenderness of the glands.
#Dulcamara. [Dulc]
This is one of our best remedies in the acute form; the eyes are suffused, the throat is sore and the cough hurts because of the muscular soreness. If brought on by damp, cold changes in the weather, so much the surer is Dulcamara indicated.
#Bryonia.
The trouble here is largely bronchial and going down. When a person is very grumpy and feels miserable with the flu, wanting only to lie still and be left alone, this remedy is likely to be useful. Headache, muscle aches, and cough or stomach pain may be the major symptoms. Everything feels worse from even the slightest motion. The person’s mouth usually is dry, with a thirst for long cold drinks.
#Phosphorus.
Especially when the trouble moves towards the chest. It is a very useful remedy for the debility following la grippe, as it is usually of the pure nervous type. It is the great post-influenza “tonic.”
#Rhus toxicodendron. [Rhus-t]
Influenza, with severe aching in all the bones, sneezing and coughing. The cough is worse evenings and is caused by a tickling behind the upper part of the sternum. Especially is it useful in cases brought on by exposure to dampness. There is much prostration and depression, and the patient may have some symptoms which are suspicious as pointing towards typhoid fever, such as burning tongue, stupor and delirium. Aching pains, nightly restlessness are keynotes symptoms. Causticum, like both Rhus and Eupatorium, has a tired, sore, bruised sensation all over the body and soreness in the chest when coughing, but it has in addition involuntary urination when coughing.
#Allium cepa. [All-c]
Profuse catarrhal coryza; the nose runs freely, there is sneezing, irritability cough, the face is swollen and looks inflamed. Camphora. This remedy is often sufficient at the outset to cut short an attack, or at least modify the severity.
#Sticta. [Stict]
Nasal catarrh; headache, thirst, nightly expectoration, great watering of eyes,running at nose, hoarseness of voice, frontal headache and depression of whole system. Tuberculous subjects attacked by influenza. “There is no better remedy,” says Dr. Fornias,”for the incessant wearing, racking cough of this class of patients.” Tuberculinum is an excellent prevention of recurring attacks of influenza /flu in those who have annual attacks.
#Ipecac
Adapted to cases where the gastric symptoms predominate; tongue clean or slightly coated. Nausea: with profuse saliva; vomiting of white, glairy mucus in large quantities, without relief; sleepy afterwards; worse from stooping. Low thirst. Cough: dry spasmodic, constricted, asthmatic. Difficult breathing from least exercise; violent dyspnoea, with wheezing and anxiety about the stomach. Cough, with rattling of mucus in bronchi when inspiring; threatened suffocation from mucus. Pains as if bones were all torn to pieces.
#Veratrum album
Adapted to diseases with rapid sinking of the vital forces; complete prostration; collapse. Cold perspiration on the forehead (over entire body, Tab. ); with nearly all complaints. Thirst: intense, unquenchable, for large quantities of very cold water and acid drinks; wants everything cold. Diarrhoea: frequent, greenish, watery, gushing: mixed with flakes: cutting colic, with cramps commencing in hands and feet and spreading all over; prostrating, after fright; < least movement; with vomiting, cold sweat on forehead during and prostration after. Fifteen Things You Can Do If You Are Forced to Take a Flu Shot

Dr Blaylock’s List of suggestions on How to Reduce the Toxic Effects of the A/H1N1 Vaccine, is as follows:
1. Number one on the list says Dr Blaylock, is to bring a cold pack with you and place it on the site of the injection as soon as you can, as this will block the immune reaction. Once you get home, continue using a cold pack throughout the day. If you continue to have immune reactions the following day, have cold showers and continue with the cold press.
2. Take fish oil. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), one of the omega 3 fatty acids found in fish oil supplements, is a potent immune suppressant. If you take high dose EPA you will be more susceptible to infections, because it is a powerful immune suppressant. However, in the case of an immune adjuvant reaction, you want to reduce it. Studies show that if you take EPA oil one hour before injecting a very powerful adjuvant called lipopolysaccharide (LPS), it would completely block the ability of the LPS to cause brain inflammation. Take a moderate dose everyday and more if needed to tame a cytokine storm.

4. Vitamin E, the natural form that is high in gamma-E will help dampen the immune reactions and reduces several of the inflammatory cytokines.
5. An important ingredient on the list is Vitamin C at a dose of 1000 mg, taken four times a day between meals. It is a very potent anti-inflammatory and should be taken in a buffered form, not as absorbic acid, says Dr Blaylock.

7. Likewise, it was found that children who were deficient in zinc had a high mortality rate. Zinc is very protective against vaccine toxicity. (Do not use zinc mixed with copper however, as copper is a major trigger of free-radical generation according to Dr Blaylock).
8. Ensure you avoid all immune-stimulating supplements, such as mushroom extracts, whey protein and < http://www.betaglucan.org/>beta-glucan.
9. Take a multivitamin-mineral daily one that does not contain iron. This multivitamin-mineral is to make sure your body has plenty of B vitamins and selenium. Selenium, said Dr Blaylock, is very important for fighting viral infections and it reduces the inflammatory response to vaccines.
10. Magnesium citrate/malate 500 mg of elemental magnesium two capsules, three times a day. (This was not mentioned during the show, but was posted at Dr Deagle’s website,
11. What is very important is vitamin D3, which is the only ‘vitamin’ the body can manufacture from sunlight (UVB). It is a neural hormone, not really a vitamin says Dr Blaylock and helps if you are over-reacting immunologically by cooling down the reaction. Similarly, if you are under-reacting, it helps to boost your immune response. In addition it also protects against microorganism invasion.
Black people and those in colder climates are particularly deficient, so they will almost certainly require supplementation.
Dr Blaylock recommends that following vaccination it will help to keep the immune reaction under control if:
i) All children get 5,000 units a day for two weeks after the vaccine and then 2,000 a units a day thereafter;
ii) Adults get 20,000 units a day after the vaccine for two weeks, then 10,000 units a day thereafter;
iii) And with that adults should take 500-1000 mg of calcium a day and children under the age of 12 years should take 250 mg a day, as vitamin D works more efficiently in the presence of calcium.
12. Ensure you avoid all mercury-containing seafood or any other sources of mercury, as the heavy metal is a very powerful inducer of autoimmunity, is known to make people more susceptible to viral infections and will be in H1N1 vaccines.
13. Avoid the oils that significantly suppress immunity and increase inflammation – such as corn, safflower, sunflower, soybean, canola and peanut oils.
14. Drink very concentrated white tea at least four times a day. It helps to prevent abnormal immune reactions.
15. Pop parsley and celery in a blender and drink 8 ounces of this mixture twice a day. Dr Blaylock says the parsley is very high in a flavonoid called apigenin and that celery is high in

A BILL
To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 and the Project BioShield Act of 2004 concerning the use of Federal funds, self-quarantine and self-shielding, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ‘Protecting Americans’ Self-Shielding Act’ – the Protecting Americans Act.
SEC. 2. DEFINITIONS.
1. A ‘declaration of pandemic emergency’ under this Act shall include any declaration of pandemic or similar medical emergency by any International, National, Regional, State or Local authorities, including a “Level 6” pandemic declaration by the World Health Organization.
2. ‘Self-quarantine’ is when an individual, group or family chooses to temporarily remain at home or other voluntarily chosen location, after exposure to a pathogen.
3. ‘Self-shielding’ is when an individual, group or family chooses to temporarily remain at home or other voluntarily chosen location, to avoid exposure to a pathogen.
SEC. 3. CONGRESSIONAL FINDINGS REGARDING SELF-QUARANTINE (SELF-SHIELDING).
The Congress of the United States has determined:
1. The common law practice of voluntarily self-quarantining or self-shielding in the event of a declaration of pandemic emergency is the preferred public health response to such pandemic.
2. The right of the people to self-quarantine or self-shield should not be abridged by any governmental authority.
3. Self-quarantine or self-shield is a reasonable alternative to mandatory inoculations with uninsurable vaccinations.
SEC. 4. PROTECTION FOR SELF-QUARANTINE (SELF-SHIELDING).
In the event of any declaration of pandemic emergency, nothing in Federal law or regulation shall be interpreted by any agency of the United States, or any Court thereof, to forbid self-shielding or self-quarantine at home, nor shall any Federal funds, or materials, supplies, and support materials purchased with Federal funds be expended to remove any person involuntarily from his or her home, place of residence, school, work or other location in order to prevent or interfere with self-shielding or self-quarantine. The Armed Forces of the United States, their agents or any agent of the US Government, Department of Homeland Security, any Department of Public Health, State or local authorities, shall not remove any person involuntarily from his or her home or other location voluntarily chosen for self-shielding or self-quarantine while such person is self-shielding or under self-quarantine.

Big Pharma is part of a mega-cartel that makes its money when you are sick. We might want to call it “Big Sick.” The FDA serves the needs of that super cartel without so much as a second thought; it’s built into the bureaucratic structure. It is an agency that Dr. Ron Paul says engages in “abuses of power.” It is increasingly blatant about it, though, as if there is nothing that can be done to stop it.
Well, there is, but it takes a lot of effort. Push-back works. We’ve proven it!
The FDA has, for a long time, banned truthful claims and information about the health benefits you can expect from foods and nutrients. Nutrient benefits will cut into the drug pushers’ market substantially, after all. Unless you do not know the good things you can expect from those items, leaving you all the more vulnerable to the drug pushers who are permitted to sell their deadly wares to you over the TV, in magazines and through your doctor’s prescription pads.
Remember that the 1994 law which gives us the right to nutrients in whatever dose we want them, the Dietary Supplements Health and Education Act (DSHEA) also gives us the right to truthful information about nutrients, herbs and food components. In clear violation of that law, and the First Amendment of the Constitution, however, the FDA uses a variety of powers, real and assumed, to suppress both science and facts. Take away the information and you effectively kill the alternatives to the deadly drugs the Big Pharma cartel pushes…
To make matters worse, this same gag rule on truthful speech concerning nutrient health benefits has been brought — by the FDA, of course, to Codex Alimentarius (the “world food code”) where it has been globalized through the efforts of the US delegate (previous Hall of Shame “Honoree” Dr. Barbara Schneeman, head of the FDA’s Department of Dietary Supplements, no less!) and approved by the Codex Committee on Food Labeling and then by the Codex Commission.
Codex says that any information offered to consumers about the health benefits of food or food components is illegal because it is advertising as if advertising were banned. The whole thing lacks logic, but has reason: the reason is to kill nutritional medicine in favor of drugs. This process has gone dangerously far in the EU and is advancing through FDA “HARMonization” of US rules with Codex restrictions.

Big Pharma and the FDA: Suppress the Science, Ban the Natural Substances, Sell the Drugs!

In 2005, an up-and-coming pharmaceutical company made a big mistake: they invested millions of dollars into developing a drug only to discover that the only active ingredient of the drug, pyridoxamine, was really a common, naturally occurring substance that has been sold for decades at low cost to consumers in the form of a dietary supplement, and has always been available in commonly consumed foods such as chicken and brewer’s yeast.
We’re taught as children that when you make a mistake, you should own up to it and face the consequences. Apparently the pharmaceutical company in question, Biostratum, Inc., has yet to learn that lesson. Instead of owning up to their mistake, Biostratum tried to game the system to their advantage by asking the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to declare supplements containing pyridoxamine “adulterated” and effectively ban anyone but Biostratum from selling pyridoxamine.
Sadly, Biostratum’s desperate ploy to save their investment worked. Earlier this year the FDA agreed to ban companies from selling pyridoxamine as a dietary supplement. They denied the request to declare products containing pyridoxamine “adulterated,” but instead they declared that such products are not dietary supplements at all—claiming they are excluded from the definition of dietary supplements under the “prior market clause” [21 U.S.C. 321(ff)(3)(B)(ii)] and so may not be marketed as such.
Please note that nowhere in the FDA’s response letter is anything said about safety concerns. In fact, the FDA’s letter specifically says that “to allow such an article to be marketed as a dietary supplement would not be fair to the pharmaceutical company that brought, or intends to bring, the drug to market.” Fair to the pharmaceutical companies? What about fairness to consumers, some of whom rely on affordable pyridozxamine supplements to provide the levels of vitamin B-6 required for their survival? Is it fair to force those consumers to pay for expensive prescription drugs and doctors’ visits to supply their B-6 needs when they could get the exact same thing for a fraction of the cost in the form of a supplement? Isn’t this why our health care system is so ineffective?
This is hardly the first time the FDA has attacked naturally occurring substances. On October 17, 2005, the FDA banned information about the health benefits of cherries from appearing on websites—scientifically proven benefits, such as tart cherries’ ability to reduce the risk of colon cancer because of the anthocyanins and cyanidin contained in the cherry. Cherries, according to the latest research, help ease the pain of arthritis and gout; reduce risk factors for heart disease and diabetes; help regulate the body’s natural sleep patterns, aid with jet lag, prevent memory loss, and delay the aging process; and helps lower body fat and cholesterol—risk factors associated with heart disease. Moreover, Scientists at Johns Hopkins have found that tart cherry anthocyanins reduced painful inflammation as well as a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, indomethacin.
When the 2005 ban was instituted, the FDA sent warning letters to twenty-nine companies that market cherry products. In these letters, they ordered the companies to stop publicizing scientific data about cherries. According to the FDA, when cherry companies disseminate this peer-reviewed scientific information, the cherries become “unapproved new drugs” and are subject to seizure. The FDA warned that if those involved in “cherry trafficking” continue to inform consumers about these scientific studies, criminal prosecutions would ensue.
But fresh fruit and vegetables are not the FDA’s only target: As we reported in this newsletter recently, General Mills was recently issued a warning letter by the FDA for illegally marketing Cheerios Toasted Whole Grain Oat Cereal. The problem was the claim on the cereal box that Cheerios can lower cholesterol 4% in six weeks, and the statement on their website that “diets rich in whole grain foods can reduce the risk of heart disease.” The letter, dated May 5, 2009, called the above claims “serious violations” of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and applicable regulations. FDA stated that based on the claims made, Cheerios is now an unapproved drug, and must go through FDA new drug approval process. Note that the FDA isn’t disputing the claim. It’s disputing the company’s right to make the claim.
As one newspaper columnist humorously put it, “One of these things is not like the others: morphine, penicillin, aspirin, Cheerios. Most drugs, if taken improperly, will kill the consumer or cause substantial bodily harm. An entire bottle of aspirin at one sitting will harm or kill. If Cheerios is a drug, therefore, one should be able to commit suicide by consuming the entire box.”
For years, the FDA barred health claims about the benefits of fish oil for heart, cancer, depression, body pain, and various other conditions until a drug company paid a great deal of money to go through the approval process. This type of enforcement effectively censors scientific information and greatly restricts consumer access to scientific studies that provide valuable information.
In the case of pyridoxamine, the FDA did not act out of concern for public safety. This is about money, and about a profit-seeking corporation taking advantage of what is supposed to be a public health organization in order to save their skins.

Health Freedom Advocates Condemn WHO “Swine Flu Pandemic Level 6” Vaccine Panic;
Call for Laws to Protect the Right to Self-Quarantine (Self-Shield)

June 13, 2009 – Chiriqui, Panama – Natural Solutions Foundation President, Maj. Gen. Bert Stubblebine (USA Ret) condemned the World Health Organization’s Pandemic Declaration of June 11, 2009, stating:

“We are deeply concerned that WHO has set the so-called ‘Swine Flu Pandemic Level’ at ‘Level 6’ — the highest pandemic level in over 40 years. We are very suspicious of WHO’s recent actions in ‘changing the rules’ of what constitutes a pandemic to force the low pathogenicity, genetically manipulated ‘Swine Flu’ into the ‘pandemic’ category. Our concern is this rushes world governments into ill-conceived and potentially dangerous forced vaccination programs with what we consider a ‘weaponized’ pandemic vaccine for a non-life-threatening disease.

“In order to make this disease fit the definition of a global pandemic, WHO changed the definition from ‘a life-threatening disease which spreads between humans, and to which they have little or no immunity” to ‘a minor disease which spreads between humans, and to which they have little or no immunity’. Since the consequences of a declared Level 6 pandemic are primarily economic and political, we see this as a decision mediated by those considerations, not public health ones.

The right to self-shield is enshrined in the Common Law and in numerous International documents, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which asserts, “No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home … Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference…”

Reacting to WHO’s unprecedented declaration, considering that the “Swine Flu” has infected less people world-wide than the ordinary annual flu kills in the United States alone, the Natural Solutions Foundation is leading a growing group of international nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) – including the American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM) — which are seeking to educate decision makers and the public regarding the viability of self-shielding in the event of a true pandemic emergency.

Foundation Counsel, Ralph Fucetola JD, proposes a new Federal Statute that would, “In the event of a Pandemic Emergency, as defined by International, National, Regional, State or Local authorities, provide that nothing in federal law or regulation shall be interpreted by any agency of the United States, or any Court thereof, to forbid self-shielding or self-quarantine at home, nor shall any Federal funds, or materials, supplies, and support materials purchased with Federal Funds be expended to remove any person involuntarily from his or her home while self-shielding or under self-quarantine.”

He continued, “State and Federal laws that can force involuntary quarantine need to be amended to secure for people the right to quarantine or self-shield in their own homes, rather than government relocation centers, as that will be the safest place to be in the event of an actual pandemic.”

Dr. Laibow says about the practice of self-quarantine, “Self-shielding (or quarantine) during the early to late stages of a natural pandemic is a highly conservative, traditional medical response to infectious disease. This right is all the more important in the face of a manifestly manipulated ‘pandemic panic’ being used to ‘push’ dangerous vaccine shots. The threat of an uninsurable ‘weaponized’ vaccine should frighten the public into demanding immediate legislative protection for their right to self-quarantine and we call upon our legislative representatives to act forthwith to protect this important civil right.”
