The Natural Solutions Foundation (NSF) is an international NGO (Non Governmental Organization) founded in 2004 by Maj Gen Bert Stubblebine (US Army, ret) and his wife, Dr Rima E Laibow, MD. NSF is focused on comprehensive health solutions and access, including the primary importance of access to clean, unadulterated food within the context of functional social systems. We are a not for profit 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization in the United States and are active and registered in several countries. The Mission of the Foundation is to discover, develop, document, demonstrate and disseminate natural solutions to the impediment surrounding health and food coupled with achieving and maintaining a healthy self, community and world.
Since its founding, the Natural Solutions Foundation has pursued a vigorous program on many fronts, including natural solutions to significant social problems centering around access and human rights focusing on food, information and technology dissemination and the resultant increased personal and community wellness. With the internationalizing of food supplies, we see our Eco Development Community in Panama as part of the global solution to global issues that strongly impact Americans – thus, the Valley of the Moon Eco Demonstration Community: www.MyValleyoftheMoon.org
From its inception, VotM has been designed to be inclusive along a number of different parameters, rather than an enclave of isolated people. To further that inclusiveness, the Trustees have created a new program for people in small households (no more than 2-3 persons) who would like to share BICs. That means that two couples, or a 3 person household and a single person, or a single person and a couple) could combine their resources to build a duplex home (in whatever creative way works) and share the opportunities conferred by the BIC.
A BIC is a Beneficial Interest Certificate and indicates participation in the community, carrying with it certain rights and commitments. For example, if two households share the cost of the BIC equally (and how you want to do it would be up to the people involved), then when the sharing of interest took place annually, each partial BIC holder would get 1/2 of the distribution. Both households would be able to access the VotM goods and services at coop prices, would be able to participate in the governance although if it came to a vote, the BIC UNIT would cast a single vote and how that vote was cast would be for the households sharing it to decide before that vote was cast. The infrastructure costs for the duplex (water, electricity, internet) might have to be a bit higher than for a single household, but that is a detail which the design aspects of the community will sort out.
The Trustees are really excited about this possibility. What it means is that we can expand the number of people who are able to participate in this wonderful community without increasing the environmental pressure on the land. It means to more IRAs and 401s can get protected, increasing our funds so we can purchase our land sooner and move to Phase III, our permanent home!
So, in essence, the Trustees are now running a limited BIC Sharing “Dating Service” since we know that you want to have neighbors with whom you are comfortable.

We will post both in a slide show along with contact information. Once you “meet” electronically, you can decide whom you would like to talk to to see if it’s a good match. You can, of course, “meet” as many other households as you like.

1. Email a photo of the person or people who will be involved in a shared BIC with the names and ages of each indicated along with the photo.
2. Indicate the name of the person who will be the contact point for the household and how to contact you (e.g, Skype, email, phone) and the best times to call, including those times NOT to call. Remember to indicate your timezone!!!!
3. Answer the following questions as completely as possible

We’ll put your pictures and contact information up on a slide show so that others who fill out the questionnaire but are not able to attend the seminar on October 27, 2010 at 9 PM Eastern Time can access it later.
If you are concerned about security issues, the Trustees suggest that you set up a new email specifically for this purpose and for these correspondences. You need to be comfortable before you release your information to anyone.

This is the second time I have written this blast tonight. When I pushed “Save” a few moments ago, the whole blast disappeared. Is that an attack? I don’t know, but keep reading to find out what the indisputable attacks look like today alone:
Here’s what Patrick, our computer guy, wrote to me in today’s report about why our links are not working and we can’t log in to our sites – and, often, neither can you:
“1. Fake donations are logged into the site which we have to spend time and effort sorting out from the real ones, and which we have to pay for as bad charges. Two years ago, this cost us over $10,000 when our bank account was invaded and the “charges” taken from from our account.
2. We have several problems with our sites ‘going missing’, meaning that one day we have the site and the links work correctly but the next day we don’t. See below to understand more of how that is happening.
3. Our Site Hosting was changed against our will and without our knowledge or permission
4. All Security Logs and Access Records were cleaned out, as in ‘the archives were wiped out’. These archive are our security records of who has accessed the site, which means that all of the records of who went into what file and did what to it – are now gone.
5. The Password to our main hosting and domain service was changed without our knowledge or wish
6. Someone changed all our name servers so that the site would not display properly.
While it is possible that this was merely the result of a poor setup, I don’t think this was an accident. We use the services of several different companies and all of them have been attacked in the ways I am describing. The items that were changed would have to have been done by someone with access to our systems, and with knowledge of who else we had web services through.” [Note from General Stubblebine: not necessarily: if the incursion is at a high level, there is no need to assume that someone knows our passwords and therefore can do this sort of damage. In fact, if NSA or high-level corporate espionage is involved, this type of incursion would be very, very easy for them.]
Patrick goes on to say, “Note: By ‘Web Services’ I mean Hosting, Domain Names, File Storage, Email, and the like.
7. The Healthfreedomusa.org site, on which I have been working, was hacked OR Cracked. There was no major damage done, that I can tell, but there was damage. Several files were deleted, some pictures, and some links were messed up making it harder for us to get products to the people who order them and to help people navigate to our other pages. These incursions are nothing that can’t be fixed, but are a definite time, money, and energy drain.”
Why is this happening? Because we are winning and the other side is running scared. That’s why our nearly 800,000 emails on S. 510, S. 3767 and GMOs to the Senate are so important.
Clean Phude? Phude Safety? Give the FDA more power so they can “protect” us? Take a look at what they are doing with the power they already have and ask yourself if giving an agency that says IN COURT that you do NOT have a right to eat food you want MORE power is OK. If not, then taking action against S. 510 and S. 3767 are imperatives for you.
“In the thirty years of Morningland Dairy operations NO ONE has become ill from consuming their products. Yet they have been ordered by the Missouri Milk Board to destroy ALL of their cheese without actual tests being performed on the cheese stock. This is nearly 50,000 pounds of cheese, or approximately $250,000.
Since the Milk Board and the FDA showed up at Morningland on August 26th, they have been “embargoed” from shipping or making any product. They dumped their milk for nearly six weeks before being approved to send it into homogenized, pasteurized distribution. All the while, they have had to pay the bill to keep the dairy and cheese plant operational….”

Supreme Court Grapples With How To Protect Vaccine Manufacturers, NOT Patients!
The Supreme Court is grappling with the question of how much protection the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act was meant to provide vaccine manufacturers against lawsuits. The case involves Hannah Bruesewitz, whose parents claim that a Wyeth-manufactured D.T.P. vaccine she received as an infant in 1992 led to developmental problems. At issue is whether Bruesewitz’s parents should be allowed to sue Wyeth on the premise that the drug maker could have offered a safer vaccine but opted not to do so. The case has moved from the “vaccine court” to the Pennsylvania state court to federal court; Wyeth has thus far prevailed.
Actelion Pharma Failed To Report 3,500 Deaths
The same FDA which has chosen to believe that more than 3500 in utero deaths following H1N1 vaccination, up from 7 potentially flu-related spontaneous abortions in an average year, is insignificant and therefore does not constitute a significant increase worthy of safety responses, says that 3500 unreported deaths by Actelion Pharma IS significant. Noting that doctors under report drug and vaccine reactions by about 97%, the agency says “we do not agree that a determination of a relationship between Traceable use and death by 3 percent of healthcare providers who did respond to Actelion is insignificant. And the agency adds that there is no suggestion that healthcare providers “who did not respond to Actelion did not also believe there was…a relationship” between death in individual cases.

Findings Damaging to Drugs Suppressed, Drug Ineffective
October 14, 2010 — Data from industry-sponsored trials published in peer review journals are misleading the public about the safety and efficacy of their drugs, according to 2 reports published online October 13 in the British Medical Journal (BMJ).
In a meta-analysis that looked at all of the published and unpublished data on the antidepressant reboxetine (Pfizer) for the short-term treatment of major depression, investigators concluded that the drug was not only ineffective but also potentially harmful.
They also report that 74% of the data on patients who took part in the trials of reboxetine were not published because the findings were negative and that the data that were published about reboxetine overestimated its benefits and underestimated its harm.
“This meta-analysis provides a striking example of publication bias, in which the previously favourable risk-benefit profile of reboxetine shown in published trials is reversed by the addition of unpublished data,” Beate Wieseler, MD, deputy head of the Department of Drug Assessment at the Institute for Quality and Efficiency in Health Care, Cologne, Germany, told Medscape Medical News.

The Food Freedom Amendment
We strongly urge decision makers to consider adopting the Food Freedom Amendment to redress our grievances. This amendment can be added to pending bills, or adopted by the national or state legislatures as a separate law, to protect the people.
Maybe, if Congress wants to criminalize distributing things that are harmful to the public… maybe it should criminalize “knowingly” introducing dangerous drugs (including vaccines) into commerce! Like Vioxx, Avandia, Flu Vaccines, Bextra, for a very few examples, But, then, there might be a lot of drug company executives and maybe even some FDA officials who would face criminal charges… Certainly, we need to continue to oppose S.3767, Sen. Leahy’s bill that could criminalize commercial speech about food (or at least food distributed in interstate commerce), whenever FDA or FTC decides subsequently that the claims about the food were not substantiated to the liking of some bureaucrat. Companion bills like S.510 (the fade “food safety” bill) and S.3002 (the discredited “dietary supplement safety” bill) that would be “enforced” by the criminal sanction bill must also be stopped both in the 2010 lame duck congress and the new congress convening in 2011.
The “serious” harm amendment (HEN10891) added to S.3767 by the Judiciary Committee on September 23, 2010 is not sufficient to protect food distributors from bureaucratic and criminal harassment.
We the People, need protection against over-zealous regulators who will destroy small producers while big companies can afford the legal talent needed to escape penalties.
Instead, our communities need to be protected by law from Federal Government interference in local and natural food production and distribution. We need a Food Freedom Amendment, such as we proposed last year when the House was considering its version of S.510 and which we have continued to urge; the state and federal legislatures need to adopt this language:
Food Freedom Amendment
“No provision of Federal Law giving regulatory oversight to any Federal department or agency shall be deemed to apply (a) to any home, home-business, homestead, home or community gardens, small farm, organic or natural agricultural activity, (b) to any family farm or ranch, or (c) to any natural or organic food product, including dietary supplements, as protected under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994.”
Food Freedom is part of Health Freedom, and an essential part of the Liberty that all free people have a right to expect. Legislators have a responsibility to protect that freedom from the bureaucracy they foist on us. Local oversight of local food production would be far superior to big govt poking into all our local activities. Reducing central govt power would enhance the overall health of our society.
