DEFENDING THE FDA
This note is from one of our Health Freedom Warriors: “In case you are having trouble getting lawyers to volunteer to defend the FDA, it’s not that hard, really, for a well-trained lawyer to set aside his or her feelings, thoughts and humanity to just express the client’s inner truth. Sort of like channeling… Their case is practically ready-made, they’d just need to fill in the details. Basically it boils down to the following, which came to me in a dream… where I thought I saw a 40-foot stone owl in some dark Grove somewhere, acting as the FDA’s counsel and intoning…”
“Members of the Jury of our Peers,
1) You can understand that my client (the FDA) needed the money, and the only really good source of money happened to be the drug dealers. These drug dealers are not some kind of illegal street dealers selling deadly drugs on the street. Certainly not! We despise such people! No, they are highly respected pillars of business and civilization, selling deadly drugs in the medical system, where they are all legal, and recognized as advanced science. Fair warnings were given to the doctors and patients that these drugs would kill those who took them; it was never a secret to those who knew where to look for the information. My clients are, after all, legitimate businessmen and none of their fathers were charged at Nuremberg… well, hardly any of them.
2) Defendant Agency understands that the Earth today is way too crowded for the comfort of folks like us. Just ask any impartial source, such as, say, the Georgia Guide Stones, or any of the academics ensconced in their corporate-sponsored University Chairs. When you understand that even all our efforts during WWII and the Cold War, killing only about two hundred millions, barely slowed population growth (they just don’t die as young as they used to) you’ll understand that my client is actually performing an extraordinary public service by helping mother Earth escape from this crushing burden.
3) Doctors today are extremely tired (could it be their chronically poor nutrition — no, not possible, since we know scientifically that nutrition has nothing to do with health and well-being). So these duly licensed illness-care processors must be relieved of having to think so much. My client makes sure that doctors get to rest more, as under Obamacare we can now make all of their decisions for them. We run the national illness payment system. We give the docs the drugs they can use to stop every patient complaint. And if those symptoms get replaced with a more serious, more lucrative problem, well, aren’t you glad we’re there to help? Why study physiology and diagnosis when you can just read our suggested list of products and how to use them? You know, one product to suppress the symptoms of, say, heart disease brought about by a life of poor nutrition and little exercise, then another drug to cover-up the side-effects of the first drug, and on, and on, to our mutual profit. Ah! I get little tingles up my spine whenever I contemplate it… or are those mini strokes We have a drug for that too!
4) A few physicians don’t “get it” and insist on old-fashioned preventative medicine, avoiding toxic overload (as from vaccines and our other wonderful drugs) and eating wholesome food. The medical authorities usually take care of those malcontents. We make it easy for illness-care personnel. Now anyone can figure out which of those two paths is easier: work with us, or else… And if doctors are more rested, and less stressed by having to think all the time, they will feel better and prescribe even more drugs, which we know have been scientifically proven to not kill more than 150,000 American a year when properly prescribed in a hospital setting. Thus we are helping to raise the level of medical care one doctor at a time (well, actually one million doctors at a time, but you get the idea).
5) We have saved the nation millions of dollars by making it unnecessary to write the curriculum for medical schools. We offer this service in the spirit of humanitarianism, and we do it for free, showing young doctors how our drugs suppress any symptoms a patient may exhibit, so the doc doesn’t have to worry. Instead, the doc can prescribe more drugs to deal with side effects. You know, all drugs have effects on the body, distorting normal function, and those effects we are marketing are the “therapeutic effects” and those that we’d like to ignore are the “side effects” — you do see the logic in that, members of the Jury, don’t you?
6) We are helping young people to understand health at a far earlier age, by seeing drug ads every day on TV. In fact with improved access to drugs available for children of younger and younger ages, we are letting them actually experience the great enjoyment of being able to get rid of the confusion of growing-up without having to understand the cause. This can be the foundation of the wise life philosophy known as avoidance, which has saved millions of people countless hours of agonizing thinking and analysis, and replaced it with instant removal of any discomfort with pharmaceuticals and the deep satisfaction of unconsciousness. We do not endorse the use of illegal street drugs and deny that the culture of drug-taking, advertising for which we spend billions annually, has anything to do with the pandemic of drug use… and aren’t you relieved that there is no autism epidemic caused by vaccines and other toxins? The FDA has made that scientific finding which none may question. But don’t worry; we have plenty of drugs to keep those distracting autistic and otherwise neurologically damaged kids quiet!
7) My client has demonstrated an unswerving devotion to the greatest good for the greatest number of shareholders, by helping to eliminate those who will not be among that greatest number, in a way that is most humane to them, in spite of the fact that they are lower level life forms, compared to us, the initiated elite. If that is not compassion, let me know what is.
8) In short, my client, the FDA, should not only be acquitted of all charges, but should be recognized as the first ever US Agency recipient of the Nobel Prize for peace through euthanasia (albeit gradual in most cases). The agency is a glowing example of our Globalist Eugenicidal Agenda. This is obviously the most direct path to world peace.
And finally, my client reminds you to look for the wise bumper sticker (you may have seen it) that summarizes the most direct solution to our ecological problems. It says “Save the Planet. Kill yourself.” It was created specifically for members of the lower classes of humans (i.e. the 90% of whom we know are “useless eaters”). Such deep meaning, such eloquence! [Ah! Reminds me of when I was initiated into the Order… but that’s another matter.]
And, in case you, the little people, don’t have the guts to act on what that bumper sticker suggests, we, the elite, understand, and we’ll help you, through the actions of my client and its esteemed associated agencies and corporations, get it done.
Now if that’s not public service, there is no such thing. The Defense rests.”

You of the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) leadership are little more than political hacks, which means that you are little more than prostitutes for the Multi-National Corporate Persons who would poison you and your children while they poison us and ours.
You have blood on your hands, FDA officers and agents, blood mixed with chemicals. Your scientists tell you that mercury amalgams have no place in children and you choose to ignore their pleas telling you that patients need protection; instead you aid and abet mass poisoning of children and adults with toxic mercury and with toxic fluoride; you merely offer to cover-up the harm by having people sign more abusive waivers to protect the dental and corporate interests who poison their brains and bodies.
Your experts told you that “GMO” genetic modification of plants and animals was tinkering with life itself and, once released, this particularly malignant genie could never be re-contained in its flask. “Do not do this!” they said, but you rushed not to judgment, but to the condemnation of our biosphere, one nuclear DNA bundle of precious genes at a time, throwing out bouquets of infertility, cancer, brand new lethal allergies, strangely mutated bacteria, weeds that will not die, babies that cannot live and a plague of contagious genes never before seen – or experienced – on this planet. You have conspired to allow the poisoning of the biosphere.
Your bloody hands, hearts and heads have no capacity to contain all the guilt for deaths and suffering, losses and heartbreak caused by poorly tested (or in the case of flu vaccines, not safety tested at all), deceptively reported and dishonestly labeled drugs and vaccines which you had every reason to know will kill and main, but from which you make money or receive research position and money. Such a small amount of money, FDA, for so many lives despoiled and destroyed.
You are baby-killers. We accuse you of purchasing, approving, recommending, allowing, distributing and promoting the 2009 H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccine which has resulted in thousands of miscarriages. Your dishonest and self-serving regulations make food the stuff of death and drugs the stuff of suffering. The fluoride in the water which you criminally flood us with – for genocide and mind control is a crime against humanity – is not there for us and our well being. It is there for the profit of those who would poison us and the comfort of those who would dominate us through apathy and slack-witted mindlessness.
FDA, you know that we know how to control disease and remove its underlying causes and you know that such removal and control strikes deeply at the heart of the Uber Cartel, those drug lords who will sell their contaminating agra-chemicals and provide their death-dealing seeds in order to make short term money, gain long-term control and accomplish forever-term depopulation of those of us deemed unnecessary, the “Useless Eaters”.
So J’Accuse FDA. We accuse you of murder, of graft, of extermination, of inhuman acts committed against the civilian population of the Earth, the military population of the Nation, unborn generations of the planet. I accuse you of Crimes Against Humanity through knowingly perpetrating these acts. I accuse you of fast-tracking death because it brings fast-track profits and because it brings fast-track infertility, suffering, disease and death.
We accuse you of having neither shame, compassion nor any humanity worthy of the name. You have sold your soul, FDA leadership, for a mess of guilt, crime and money.
For the brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, sons, daughters and others of the Earth, We accuse you of genocide.
The International Criminal Court statute (echoing the Nuremberg Code) provides, in Article 7 of the Rome Treaty that Crimes Against Humanity, even when practiced against one’s own people, include “Other inhumane acts … intentionally causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health.”
We therefore accuse the FDA and its officers and agents of conspiracy to cause “serious injury to body or to mental or physical health…”
FDA: how do you plead?
The Trustees will announce the membership of the Citizens’ Commission over the next few weeks and will then develop the case against the FDA for presentation to the Commission and their Moral Decision. We need a lawyer to volunteer to defend the FDA. Any volunteers?

Open letter to Michelle Obama from Dr. Rima
I am writing to you because you are a mother, a champion of childhood health and the wife of the current President of the United States. One of your first acts upon assuming the third of those roles, as First Lady, was to install an organic garden on the White House grounds. We applaud that demonstration of intent.
Although there were problems — (the EPA said that the ground in which the garden was planted was too toxic for human agricultural use because of the chemicals used on it previously, in order to manicure the lawn) — and opposition (the pesticide industry felt – correctly – that your decision to grow an organic garden indicated that chemical-free food was healthier than food produced using those chemicals). Thus, your decision to plant an organic garden was an act of wise, even courageous, leadership.
We note your background interest in wholesome food and decry the much-weakened, but still unacceptable mis-named “Food Safety” bill, passed [after being passed back and forth between House and Senate, like the hot-potato is was].
This new law industrializes food production in the United States. The weak local farm distribution exemptions are, in fact, nearly meaningless and the playing field is sharply tilted against the only source of clean food in the United States: the small grower who might, until the implementation of this bill, have chosen to grow clean, unadulterated food, but now will find ever more expensive barriers against continuing in business.
To be truly clean food it must be free of chemicals, genetic modification and odious secret regulations by the Department of Homeland Security. That locally produced and distributed clean food is, in fact, a food source which has NEVER produced a single major outbreak of food borne illness, while commercial, industrialized, GMO and chemically gown “phactory phud” [“It taste something like real food, but it ain’t.”] is responsible for every single episode of such illness.
Not counted in the statistics on food borne illness, however, is what the World Health Organization and the Food and Agricultural Organization list in their joint 2003 publication (http://www.who.int/hpr/NPH/docs/who_fao_expert_report.pdf) as PREVENTABLE, NON COMMUNICABLE DISEASES OF UNDER-NUTRITION: cancer, cardiovascular disease and stroke, diabetes and obesity.
These are also food borne diseases, Mrs. Obama, and they are killing us, and our children, at increasing rates because the oversight of the FDA, now newly empowered by this new legislation with 4000 new agents intruding on small farmers to bring their practices into “compliance” with those of the same agribiz operations which are killing us by damaging our food. This will not improve food safety!
Secret regulations (permitted in section 104) promulgated by the most inefficient and non-transparent organ of the US Government will not improve food safety. Relying on local inspectors with local interests, and on local producer organizations would continue the best food safety record in the world, from which our localities already benefit. If this bill is signed into law, the regulations issued under the new law will determine whether local production and distribution can continue to meet consumer needs. These regulations need to protect important interests, including:
a. Implementing the exemption for local production and distribution in the least burdensome way.
b. Assuring that Section 104’s “in the interest of national security” clause is not used to create secret regulations favoring Big AgBiz and,
c. No “back-door” HARMonization of our food freedoms with international Codex Alimentarius restrictions.
What will improve food safety is for the President of the United States, who, like you, is a parent, and who eats food which either makes him sick or promotes his health, to veto this bill. That would be the best outcome for the People, but not for Big AgBiz.
The industrialization of the food supply, which this bill accelerates, has brought the US epidemic degenerative, preventable, tragic and costly disease. The acceleration of this process through this unnecessary and profoundly unwise bill will aid the pharmaceutical companies and their agricultural/biotech arms, but will hasten and intensify the incidence and prevalence of the preventable illness and death, including the epidemics of diabetes, obesity, cancer and cardiovascular diseases killing us at younger and younger ages.
Mrs. Obama, I urge you in your capacities as wife, mother and First Lady, to bend every effort to urge President Obama to veto this legislation and bend his every effort to create true food safety in the United States by supporting clean agriculture, banning the use of GMO foods in the United States and restoring health to the American people by preserving their Food Freedom — restoring clean food on their tables.

What we gained although we lost…
While we ultimately may not have stopped this Federal power-grab in the Congress, the law that was adopted is a different creature than we would have faced had we not opposed it every step of the way. Recall, the first version of the bill that passed the House in July ’09 had severe penalties and no exemption for local production and distribution. The version that passed the Senate at the end of November 2010 not only had no such severe penalties, but did have a rather weak exemption for some local production and distribution.
It also did not have, as it might have, without our Push Back, provisions from two draconian bills that had been introduced in the Senate to prepare the way to add their terms to the final “food safety” bill; these were Sen. McCain’s discredited S.3002 which would have brought Dietary Supplements under even greater Federal control and the “criminalization of speech about food claims” bill, S.3767, introduced by the majority party “leadership” late in the session. The criminal penalty bill, while remaining a future risk, went nowhere, after over a hundred thousand messages of opposition. Opposition to McCain’s attempt to legislate Codex compliance was so great that he withdrew his own support from his own bill a month and a day after introducing it in February 2010. And the final bill adopted in December has a stronger local food exemption, with an inflation escalation clause, so the exemption may become somewhat meaningful, depending on how the final regulations are written.

This is what happened in the House, after the GOP Senators turned their back on us (see: http://timyurl.com/GOPbetrayal) letting the majority party have its way late Sunday night, 12.19.10: the House gave cursory consideration to the matter and our representatives were given a few minutes to cast their votes, today, Tuesday. The vote was 216 to 144 with many Republicans failing to even vote “No!” to show their support for Food Freedom. A few brave Democrats also stood with the voters in voting against 4,000 new FDA inspectors; secret regulations; effective Federal take-over of State food inspection agencies; HARMonization with Codex Alimentarius’ restrictions one step closer…
Of course, we cannot allow this to stand. What are our next steps?
1. We are starting a campaign asking Michelle Obama, as an organic gardener, to help veto the bill and for the White House to intervene in the FDA regulation-making process to make sure that certain concerns get addressed ifthe bill is not vetoed:
a. Implementing the exemption for local production and distribution in the least burdensome way.
b. Assuring that Section 104’s “in the interest of national security” clause is not used to create secret regulations favoring Big AgBiz and,
c. No “back-door” HARMonization of our food freedoms with international Codex Alimentarius restrictions.
2. We will seek to prevent any funding for this increase in Federal power in the new Congress.
3. We continue to urge families to develop their own square foot gardens and become as independent as possible from the attempt to control our food to restrict our freedoms. See: www.FoodFreedomeJournal.org.
We are so deeply grateful for the support that the Health and Food Freedom Movement received from so many individuals and organizations across the educational/political/civic spectrum. Groups as diverse as Organic Consumers, Farmers and Gardeners; family ranch, dairy and farm groups; major Tea Party alliances, including Tea Party Patriots; Freedom Advocates (like Campaign for Liberty, Downsize DC) joined with health freedom groups such as Health Freedom USA, Natural News and Citizens for Health. There are other significant issues about which members of this transpartisan coalition will no doubt work together over the next months and years. This is an inestimable benefit in the long struggle for Liberty…

Our so-called friends in the Senate had assured us they would object to any effort to pass S.510, the fake “food safety” (really, “food control”) in the last days of the lame-duck congressional session. We feel betrayed. We pledge not to forget! S.510 has been attached to HR.2751 and has the unconstitutional revenue raising clause removed.
The office of Sen Coburn, who failed to live up to his pledge to refuse any unanimous consent, tells us the majority party had enough GOP support to close off debate and force the bill through anyway. We say, that’s no excuse! Sorry Senator, the GOP has lost our trust. By making a dirty deal to avoid a recorded vote the GOP failed the test of transparency.
THE HOUSE NEXT MEETS TUESDAY… HOURS TO SAVE FOOD FREEDOM!
“Why,” one writer asked us, “did you say betrayed as though the GOP Senators were traitors to the cause of Freedom?” Why? Because that is the truth and we always seek to speak truth to power! We didn’t expect protection for our Liberties from the majority party, but the wimp-out by the GOP, which promised us so much, is not acceptable. We will not forget!
