Santiago de Chile, September 7, 2013 – The President of the Natural Solutions Foundation, Major General Albert (Bert) Stubblebine III (US Army, Ret.), issued a clear and prophetic warning in the wake of the March 2011 disaster at Fukushima, regarding the genomicidal threat of radioactive toxins flooding the Northern Hemisphere. Despite compelling evidence of the nature and gravity of the threat, little international attention has been directed toward it.

As predicted, the Fukushima crisis has escalated in recent days with the revelation that over 300 tons per day (60,000 gallons) of highly radioactive water is leaking into the Pacific Ocean from the site of the disaster, some 150 miles from Tokyo, and contaminating the aquifer that supplies Tokyo’s drinking water.
Yet, shockingly, Tokyo has just been chosen as the site for the 2020 Olympics.
In fact, moving well beyond the issues of the Games, the Fukushima crisis is so intense and severe that we must find a path to biosphere survival or perish, globally.
Seeing that, General Bert stated,
“My urgent call for immediate public discussion focused on collaboration of all non-governmental advocates for health and food freedom, focusing squarely on the threat which Fukushima presents. As Ambassador Murata (Former Japanese Ambassador to Switzerland) has repeatedly pointed out, ‘the lamentable lack of urgency about Fukushima, and the continuing disaster which Fukushima is escalating into, must be turned around as fast as human ingenuity can accomplish that planet changing requirement.’
The Natural Solutions Foundation, a prominent independent NGO, proposes to work with advocates like Ambassador Murata to address the risks that continue to radiate from Fukushima by creating a unique public private partnership in which governments provide funding on a massive scale while independent scientists and others use that funding to fine, exploit and deploy meaningful solutions to the situation.
These solutions lie dormant in the underfunded realm of independent science. We must find and nurture them since conventional science and administration have made it cataclysmically clear how little they have to offer us to protect our survival.”

Urgent Appeal to Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon
“I am extremely worried about the lack of the sense of crisis in Japan and abroad, as regards the worsening situation at the Fukushima Daiichi.
The international community is required to prevent the Fukushima accident from developing into the ultimate catastrophe of the world, a possibility the collapse of the Unit 4 by a mega earthquake could turn into a reality. It could happen at any moment!
Faced with this unprecedented crisis, the mobilization of human wisdom is required on the widest possible scale. The full assumption of responsibilities by the Japanese Government is urgently needed.
The present abnormal lack of the sense of crisis is due to the fact that inconvenient truth is not disclosed.
The international community has the duty, for example, to grasp correctly the precise volume of the continuous release of radiation from Fukushima.
In this connection, the official numbers published by Tepco, 10 million BQ/H, unchanged for the last year and half, could hardly be trusted. They remain unchanged even after the revelation by Tepco that, since the accident in 2011, 400 tons of contaminated water daily leaked into the sea. Now the Government admits that 300 tons daily flow into the sea. The situation is worsening. And no solution in sight!
The so called international strategy to consider that Fukushima accident did not happen, as some papers writes, is doomed to failure. This strategy is evidenced by the continued promotion of nuclear reactors worldwide, and their restarting and exporting by Japan.
Conscientious citizens are now calling for the withdrawal of the invitation for 2020 Olympic games by Japan.
Even if it succeeds to hide the head, it cannot hide the tail that is the contamination of the ocean on a planetary scale.

The 2020 Games represent a serious threat to athletes, spectators and other visitors to Tokyo, even at current levels of radiation exposure.
Every indication is that the levels will continue to rise until visitors and residents alike will be exposed to nearly unimaginable levels of dangerous radiation.
The levels of radioactivity on the streets and in the soils of Tokyo are currently well in excess of recognized international radiation safety standards – and no end to the leaks and releases at Fukushima is in sight. Sufficient remediation by the 2020 Olympic Games can only be accomplished with adequate funding and without government interference of any type.
Therefore, the Natural Solutions Foundation proposes the creation of a Private International Commission for Planetary Fukushima Rescue and Remediation.
We call for international remediation response at Fukushima and its surrounding territory, wet and dry, on an immediate basis.
Governments and governmental agencies have clearly shown themselves incapable of the swift, decisive and focused response which the situation requires. Therefore, although they must provide the funding, the actual research must be completely separate from, and not carried out by, controlled by, governmental, corporate or multinational bodies since they are already controlled, to a great extent, by the same forces which brought us these problems.
Therefore, we propose that the while the funding must come from international actors, all of the research effort must be carried out by leading edge scientists who are entirely free from industry or government ties and controls. In fact, the combination of citizen-scientists and citizens offers the only likely path to a lasting, meaningful and effective solution to this crisis which threatens us all.
A Private International NGO Commission must be established which will oversee this effort and it must be kept strictly free of ANY industry and/or government control.
Our problem is global. Natural Solutions Foundation’s communications abilities are, likewise, global. This gives us the power to manifest our requirements and create our solutions globally as well.

Earlier this week we were told that our pressure on the Chilean Senate had forced them to postpoine their vote on the “Monsanto Law” until after the national elections in November.
We wondered at the time if they would sneak a vote in once we let up on our pressure.
The Chilean Senate intends to vote on the bill tomorrow, Monday, September 3, from what we have just heard. So it looks like that is exactly what they intend and we cannot afford to let that happen. Your food and your future are at stake here.
What can we do? Push back with renewed vigor NOW.

The Chilean Senate responded to your pressure to NOT adopt the so-called ‘Monsanto Law’. We marshaled more than 1.5 MILLION emails to every relevant decision maker in Chile telling them that Chileans are firmly opposed to the privatization of their seed and that the International Community is watching to see if they destroy the quality of the food they export, killing their growing international market!
Today, a Senator raised the issue of whether the bill should be discussed at all – YES! and then the Senate announced that they would put the vote off until after the elections in November!HOME RUN, at least for now.

Second, there is another law in the offing in Chile which will make it legal to use GMOs in the food supply here (right now it is only legal to propagate the seeds for foreign sale). So we need to build a huge army of activists ready and wiling to take that law down next. That would be each and every one of us.
When we speak for food an freedom, we must speak loud and clear. So far, we have done that in Chile.
Why is Chile so important to you and your family?Well, more and more of Northern Hemisphere food comes from this agriculturally rich country on the other side of the weather (Summer is winter here and vice versa) so if Chile’s food is GMO, you’ll be eating it whether you like it or not.
Second, Chile is a test bed for the rest of the world. New policies, practices and technologies are tried out here. If it works here, it will soon be in a store or a computer near you.
So if we can control what happens here with GMOs, we can put Monsanto and its evil twins where they belong: in the garbage heaps of economic and biological history.
Food, real food, is at stake. Freedom, real freedom, is at stake, too.
GMOs are a part of the plan to control us all (see www.TRUTHAboutAgenda21.com if you are not aware of that yet). And Chile is, thanks to you, resisting that surge into slavery.

And now, for bit of background: to control the world food supply, you have to control the world’s seed supply. Simple logic, really: QED.
Enter the Biotech Boys. Patent seeds. Monopolize. Own life. Centralize food. Depopulate.
Little by little, a little-known UN organization called UPOV (a French acronym for Intellectual Property Rights Organization) promulgates and limits the rights of people to own seeds and expands the rights of corporations to do that.
Countries agree to levels of UPOV control such as UPOV 1978 and UPOV 1991. Once they agree, they can never go back.
UPOV 78 allows people to retain and improve seeds. The US left UPOV 78 behind and traded it in for UPOV 91 years ago.
And UPOV 91 is the basis upon which Monsato and other marauders have destroyed both small family farming and US agriculture for their own purposes.
The battle here in Chile was whether Monsanto would turn Chile into a miniature version of the US in this regard.
God knows they have been trying! But we, you and I, aligned ourselves with seed and soil and safety and sanity.
We created 2 Action items, one in Spanish, http://www.tinyurl.com/SalvaSemillaChilena, and one in English, http://www.tinyurl.com/SaveChileanSeed and asked you to send them to the decision makers in Chile. (After all, huge amounts of your winter fruits and vegetables come from Chile – you don’t want them to be GMOs, right?)
And we asked everyone in Chile we could reach, as well, to reach out and touch someone – in this case, touch 66 critical decision makers each time they clicked “submit” demanding that Chile NOT pass a law moving from UPOV 78 (OK) to UPOV 91 (disastrous).
The vote was supposed to be weeks ago. But the email deluge was tremendous so the Senate put it off until today. And they made it number 27 on the voting agenda so everyone would be long gone from the TV and the Senate Chamber when the vote came up.
We kept on pounding them so that, by the time the vote was CANCELLED for now, at least, we had sent 1,287,500 emails to these folks. They had no choice but to back off.
So congratulations to us all for winning this battle in the health freedom war.
But the war is still on.
They WILL be back!
Here is what I would like you to do: commit, now, to help 100 people, yes, 100 people, to take these Action Items either in Spanish or English (or both) and to train each of them to get another 10 people to do the same.
You see, each click gives us 66 emails. You do the math.
There are 17.5 million people in Chile. We should be able to marshall at least that many emails from Chile, the US, Canada, Nigeria, England, France, Benin, India – we are all threatened by GMOs. Chile is a test case.
Oh, did I mention that most of the world’s GMO seeds are grown here in Chile? If we raise our voices loud enough, they won’t be. Fewer death seeds. More life food.
