Despite international neglect and disinterest, the situation grows steadily more destructive to both Japan and the globe. While the incident is local, the impact is local, regional, national, international and planetary.

TEPCO owns Fukushima but it neither owns, possesses, nor it can access, the technologies and resources necessary to contain, let alone, permanently correct, the disaster.

Daily fast-breaking news stories detail more and more serious errors, breeches, failures and dangers as the energy giant continues to fall further behind in the required control measures. The assertions that the government of Japan was now firmly in control of the situation have proven to be nothing more than empty rhetoric.

While Fukushima becomes more of a threat on a daily basis, TEPCO is seeking to restart the largest nuclear station in the world and the government of Japan becomes more invested in the pretense that there is no problem associated with radiation to the people or the planet touched by that radiation – an increasingly large population of the earth.

The necessary control measures do not, in fact, currently exist within the orbit of the technology TEPCO relies upon, nor that which the embarrassed Japanese government is willing to access for reasons of special interest concerns and finances.

In fact, the control exerted by the Nuclear industry, economic interest and national pride is so great that no rational long term solutions are being explored. Admitting the magnitude of the problem would force Japan to cancel the 2020 Olympics and halt its nuclear ambitions totally.

It is clear that the forces that created the nuclear problem are too conflicted-riddled to solve it.

But neglecting it means that we all share the cataclysmic results.

A general cry for a new force to solve the problem effectively has risen simultaneously from several quarters. A reality-based risk consciousness has arisen which understands clearly that neither TEPCO nor the Japanese government has the will or the skill to contain, remediate and resolve the radiation hazards at Fukushima.

The only logical option, given 2.5 years of stunning international silence and inaction is the creation of an new international body with no conflict of interest comprised of world-recognized experts and advocates to conduct a crash program (a sort of anti-Manhattan Project) to intensively explore and rapidly exploit novel and partially developed technologies which hold great promise for permanent remediation and nuclear control at Fukushima and elsewhere.

Commonplace nuclear engineering has not used these technologies extensively despite their strong research base and application potential.

This international body must be adequately funded to allow massive and rapid development of these promising technologies. Governmental agencies must provide adequate funding to allow rapid, efficient and totally non-government or –industry controlled, and therefore compromised, development and deployment of these developing technologies.

Considering that the most renowned experts in radiation remediation and nuclear engineering currently agree that there is no known solution to the disaster at Fukushima using the currently available technologies, and agree as well that it is essential to find one, the Natural Solutions Foundation, Ambassador Murata and Professor Chis Busbe have come together to create just such an independent organization and seek support for its activities through ample funding and rapid research implementation.

The several strong candidate under exploited technologies which can be brought to bear in order to solve the problem for the present and the long range future must be rapidly activated so they can be deployed quickly.

We believe that this plan may offer the only hope for planetary survival.

But for a Japan and TEPCO to allow an international agency to deal with its embarrassing and inconvenient truth – that it cannot control its cataclysm, let alone remediate it, will require enormous international pressure.

The case with funding is no different: nuclear lobbies are not going to favor handing over money to solve their unspoken and hidden dirty secrets: that there is no safe disposal system for nuclear waste known and that there is no such thing as an acceptable or safe dose of radiation and that every nuclear plant could be the next Fukushima.

We urge you, as unwitting targets for nuclear harm, to take the following Action Item calling upon the Prime Minister of Japan, the President of the United States, the Prime Minister of Canada and the President of TEPCO to accept independent international scientific input to solve the Fukushima disaster before the consequences become so fixed that remediation no longer has any meaning.

I warned you about the potential for a weaponized flu as the data points have pointed to that possibility.

They noted that the viruses took the same trajectory from animal to animal and later from animal to human as both flourished in “cosmopolitan megacities that were increasing in human population and poultry consumption before the outbreaks”, and both are on bird migration routes.

However, the researchers also raised the possibility that the widespread use of H5N1 vaccine in East Asia might have predisposed the emergence of H7N9 and other related viruses.

If vaccines worked, the “vaccinate your child so mine won’t get sick” argument might make some sense.

They don’t. Most measles, whooping cough and other disease outbreaks occur in the fully, or nearly fully, vaccinated people and communities. The whooping cough vaccine is so ineffective, for example, that the relevant committee in CDC says that kids need more shots because the shots are not working If herd immunity were a reality, you would not have to vaccinate your child since all the other vaccinated children would protect him/her. It isn’t. The ineffective vaccines are no more effective for the group than they are for the individual.

If vaccines were safe, demanding that another person vaccinate his/her child to protect yours might make some sort of public health sense. But they aren’t. Vaccination rates and neurological damage, all cause death, autism, asthma, allergies, diabetes, leukemia and a host of other diseases and disorders rise when vaccination rates rise.

Unvaccinated kids, as many as 50,000 in a study cohort, are significantly healthier than vaccinated ones. US kids have astonishing chronic disease rates: 54% of all children today in the US have one or more chronic diseases. And the incidence of these chronic diseases parallels the vaccination history of these kids: more shots, more chronic diseases.

If vaccines were free of contaminants and toxins, the idea that they should be injected or inhaled in the bodies of children with compromised immune systems and limited detoxification capacities might make sense. But they are not, so it doesn’t.

Vaccines contain, in addition to the mercury wash used even in “mercury free” vaccine vials, mercury itself in the form of Thimerisol (49.5% mercury by weight – and most vaccines are NOT even nominally mercury free, but even if they were, the aggregate amount of mercury a child receives today in the US is far greater than it would be under the pre-mercury removal revision of the vaccine schedule in 1998!).

They contain the well characterized systemic toxin aluminum, the infertility agent Polysorbate 80, formaldehyde, foreign proteins, including human fetal proteins and cell fragments, leukemia and other highly pathogenic viruses like SV-40, cyclosporan and other materials such as MSG and fluoride.

Those immune compromised and limited detoxification patients are often called by their common name: babies.

If vaccines conformed to US law, which requires them to be BOTH safe and effective, there might be some excuse for their use. They are not, so there isn’t. Not one vaccine has been tested for safety against a placebo. Typically, vaccines are tested against another, more toxic vaccine with mercury as the placebo. The CDC says that it would be ‘unethical’ to deny study children the benefits of vaccines so they are never double blind, placebo tested.

If vaccines were responsible for he decline in communicable diseases making sure that your child were vaccinated might make sense. They aren’t so it doesn’t. The data are exquisitely clear: better hygiene, including clean water and better nutrition caused communicable diseases to drop sharply BEFORE a single vaccine was introduced for each of them. When the vaccine became available, the rates did not decline any more sharply, and, in some cases, rose sharply (hepatitis B is an excellent case in point).

So if you believe in injecting poisons that your child cannot detoxify, including one of the most toxic substances on the planet, mercury, into your child in the face of no safety or efficacy data, please feel fre to do so. But allow other, better informed, parents to make the choices for their children that science, sense, biochemistry and clinical reality supports: no vaccines, ever, for anything.

England Theory A Hypothesis No Longer

September 12, 2013 – Yesterday, the anniversary of an Inside Job, the assault on the Twin Towers, Pentagon, and, most tragically, our freedoms in the US, was the date we intentionally picked for a webinar on the relationship between autism and vaccination.

There is no longer any debate over whether autism is caused by vaccines. It is.

But the question remains, why? Why would government bodies and philanthropists and everyone in between push the injection of dangerous toxins into the bodies of children and adults in ever-escalating numbers?

Money, yes, of course, since vaccines create customers for life through toxins and weakened immune systems (after all 54% of children have chronic diseases and chronic diseases are spectacular for the illness care complex’s bottom line.

But I felt there had to be more.

Then Christina England, the pioneering investigative journalist who write extensively about autism, and has two autistic grown sons, put the pieces together. Could it be that vaccines, she asked, are used BECAUSE they cause autism, not in spite of it?

Major companies all over the world are racing to employ autistic people. They can’t get enough of them. They are, in fact, the perfect Delta Workers as described by Aldous Huxley in Brave New World. In honor of her insight, I dubbed the idea “the England Hypothesis”.

Autism, we realized, was also an inside job. So we set the webinar with a faculty of world famous scholars, doctors, etc., for 9/11. We announced it and the games began!

Now, the Natural Solutions Foundation, www.DrRimaTruthReports.com, of which I am the Medical Director, has been hacked and attacked plenty. But this was something different.

Clearly we are right on the money, here – Big Pharma’s money and worse – because every page we put up was sabotaged. Whole countries blocked our pages (I am honored! We are that much of a threat to the globalists! And with just one little idea: vaccines are used to cause injury and create worker drones!

So, despite the sabotage, we plunged forward and held the webinar. And then, all Hell broke lose. Echoes like you have never heard on previously tested systems. Interference in registration, in audio, in video, until, finally, the webinar system threw us off and put up a sign saying that there were no broadcasts in progress and no broadcasts scheduled in the future!

Well, of course that did not deter us.

In fact, we rather appreciate the globalists tipping their hand so clearly. I figure that if we were wrong, or our information did not have the potential to change the vaccine scam drastically, they would still be lying in the weeds, watching.

But the fact is that once anyone realizes that vaccines do not work – at all – and that there is no real science behind them, that they spread diseases and that epidemics occur in vaccinated populations because the immune systems of the vaccinated are weaker than if they had not been vaccinated AND they cause autism, cancer, diabetes and a host of other ills, why would anyone vaccinate a child or themselves? Well, of course, they wouldn’t,

So, bye bye First Amendment rights. Bye bye health freedom, bye bye the rule of law. Hello distortion, repression, lies and brutality.

We are, of course, continuing to get the information out. And we will be sending the presentations and other information out as an ebook and as video.

As far as I am concerned, the England Hypothesis, a testable idea to bang against the data in order to refute it, has now been confirmed by the vicious attacks of the globalists, and can be renamed now as the England Theory, an established idea used to explain the observable data and predict future developments in the area.

How important is this? Well, remember the old adage, “A Mind is a Terrible Thing to Waste” and a whole generation of minds is nothing short of a crime against humanity.

I hope by now you have received my email which was sent out immediately after the outside interference from those who absolutely did not want our information to get out destroyed the webinar completely.

So much for any First Amendment delusions.

The webinar was well and truly sabotaged – that is after our information page and our registration page and our payment page were all repeatedly sabotaged. However, we are undaunted.

So while the webinar was unintelligible most of the time, thanks to electronic interference and manipulation, and while it was cut off mid stream (not what any of us were expecting, but hardly surprising, given the topic) we are determined to get our information out.

In fact, what happened confirmed our hypothesis. We had proposed that IT WAS POSSIBLE that vaccines were used because of their ability to damage the brain, limit function and options and act as a sort of employment screen for the globalists, creating massive numbers of compliant, dependent and obedient delta workers.

Now, as a result of their showing their hand by making it as difficult as possible to get this word out, we have come to the conclusion that this information is massively threatening to these forces and that we are, in short, correct.

Vaccines DO cause autism. Vaccines DO generate a huge revenue in after-market sales for the cancer, auto immune, diabetes, neurological and other conditions they either create or predispose to. And vaccines DO create large numbers of disabled workers for the globalist state, ruled by its neo aristocrats and supported by its servants and delta-level technicians.

In short, the dystopican user’s manual created by the likes of Aldous Huxley, George Orwell, Bertrand Russell and their Fabian Socialist friends is being implemented in our own time with vaccination a major part of the implementation.

My personal goal is to disseminate this information and halve the pediatric vaccination rate. Autism will drop precipitously, vaccination will be revealed for the dangerous procedure of no medical value that it is and at least one segment of the globalist plan will have been derailed.

So what happens with the webinar and ebook? We will record the speakers and send you the links to both the book and the lectures. It will take a bit more time so we ask your indulgence. We are on it.

In fact, the silver lining is that we get to expand the program and allow more people to register to receive the information.
Spread the word. Knowledge is such power that the other side was wiling to tip its hand to prevent that knowledge from seeping out. Clearly, they cannot.
