This is more than terrifying. First, intentionally changing human DNA is more than fraught with dangers that we cannot yet imagine since, despite the hype we know as little about the function of the genome as we do about the planet that we are geoengineering with the same ignorance and hubris.

[“Geoengineering” is intentionally (or unintentionally changing the climate by changing the earth, without our Informed Consent, through such methods as chemtrailing, GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) monoculture agribiz, HAARP weather manipulation and the like. REL]

Second, who is to guarantee that the ONLY transhuman genetic changes introduced into the recipients of this technology will be the one on the label? No one. And you know for sure that there will be other changes intentionally introduced that will be for the benefit of…. whom? Not you and not me, that’s for sure, and ABSOLUTELY NOT our children. Third, we are living in the time of the destruction of Informed Consent and it is imperative to affirmatively assert that right under both US and International Treaty Law.

Although there are many who do not want you to know this, you actually have a legally protercted right to assert that Informed Conset to say “NO” to any or every vaccine [and drug or any medical intervention – REL] legally.*

It is essential for as many people as possible to learn how to assert that right for yourself and your loved ones and to actually do it.

General Bert and I got up early so that we could meet Humbert at 7:30 because Arturo Casteñeda, the healer we talked about in yesterday’s blog, was willing to see us for 30 minutes so that we could video tape an interview with him for the Dr. Rima Truth Reports.

After that, the plan was to head to Pisac, another astonishing Inca ruin.

Things did not turn out that way and am I glad!

Arturo opened up to the camera and to my off-screen comments and we stayed with him for about 4 hours. During that time, not only did we really get to know Arturo and his journey, but we realized that we have a great deal in common and perhaps should be working together. We realized that while a lot of people have some healing skills there are people who are the real deal when it comes to knowledge and experience of natural medicine.

So our extended time with him led us to all conclude that we have a great deal of work to do together since we have converged at this point on the same path from very, very different directions.
.

After that lengthy visit, we were famished so we went back to PachaPappa for lunch. I had an alpaca brochette with a stuffed hot-ish pepper, both of which were superb.
.
We decided to skip our visit to the Pisac ruins because it was raining and there is no shelter at any of the ancient sites. Of course, the stones are VERY slippery.
.
We went back to the hotel to begin packing up for our return to Santiago and then wandered back to the central square to visit the Weaving collective (and pay for the weaving we purchased for our office in Santiago).
.
We met the lady who created the weaving collective, now 400 families strong, and her husband, the parents of Edmund and David. We had another long conversation with Edmond and David, which I would like to share with you.
.

During our time earlier in the day with Hubert, whose parents are farmers using traditional methods, we told him about the nutritional needs of the weaving community which lives on potatoes and corn.
.
It is a remarkable video which needs a slight bit of editing but includes a ceremony of thanks to PachaMama as well as a discussion of the tea.
.
We shared Hubert’s offer to help the village with their nutritional requirements and discussed the need to restore the growing of quinoa, a plant with a complete protein profile and learned that one of their members had, indeed, been growing quinoa but had stopped 3 years ago because there was an insect plague and he was afraid that he would lose all of the quinoa to it.
.

He has about 10 kilos (approximately 22 lbs) stored and I asked him to send a small sample to Hubert so that his family can look at it and help them.
.
We also discussed the possibility of making their amazing weaving available to YOU on our website since they have no internet presence and their products are of a quality rarely seen.

They weave only in baby alpaca. Would you be interested in supporting their communities by adding their treasures to your life? I have to assume that people would want to have lovingly hand crafted traditional fabrics with a history and meaning to give and to enjoy.

This card IS your assertion of vaccine-related Informed Consent and tells all health care and other personnel that you refuse all vaccines.

Can we promise that the card will absolutely protect you? No, but we can tell you that every health care and police person knows that violating that assertion of rights will make them guilty of assault and, for health care personnel, malpractice.

Do they want to fact that? Not likely.

If your rights ARE violated (and we suggest making sure that a copy of the card is entered into your medical records, your child’s medical records and your child’s school records) then you have a powerful cause for legal action.

That evil bill abrogated philosophical and religious conscientious objections to vaccines for children going to government and “private” schools (but not home-schooled).

General Bert and I just walked back on the uneven sidewalks and cobblestone streets of Cusco from Greens Organic Restaurant, one of 7 magnificent restaurants which use the organic products they grow on their own farm for their meals.
.
Since we had a HUGE lunch which I’ll tell you about in a moment, we wanted a light meal so we each had an appetizer salad. Appetizer? Maybe for a giant. Each was totally organic, more than ample and contained things like roasted fennel, figs, roasted mushrooms and cream cheese.
.
Cream cheese???!!!??? Yup! Fantastic.

Just another example of what happens when you are in love with food and understand it deeply, as every restaurant in Cusco appears to be and do.
.
This morning, we set out to the South of Cusco and visited the so called “Sistine Chapel of Peru” at Andahuaylillas, less than an hour south of Cusco.
.
It is one of the richest churches in South America, literally dripping with gold and opulent display of the iconography of the conquistadors.
.
When Newt Gringrich and his wife wrote about their visit to Lima, Cusco and Machu Picchu last week they idolized the determination of Francisco Pizarro, the conquistador who worked so hard and so successfully to destroy the local culture, rape its riches and send them home to the Spanish Court and “save” the souls of the vanquished.
.

This church was built by enforced labor (read “slave”) and was decorated by the artists and artisans forced to the task.
.
I guess Newt and I live in different galaxies. In the one that I inhabit, the enslavement, genocide, culturecide and resource-rape of a people (which you could perfectly well call an early stage of globalization) is not something to admire.

Newt admires it. I suppose that makes sense in the galaxy where he hangs out.

I hope there is some way to make sure that my galaxy and his do not intersect in any way whatsoever.

On Thursday night, Gen. Bert and I will meet with a small group of Cechua (Incan) men and women and teach them Remote Viewing techniques so that they can find and reclaim the lost knowledge of the Incas.

Why? Is it more than curiosity?

What does this have to do with you? Quite a lot, really. Let us say that lost arts of food preservation came your way and you were able to use simple, effective non-refrigeration, non-electrical. You might be well on your way to a safety stockpile.

And suppose we have world class herbal and other natural treatments which are more effective than medicine and you know where to source them and how to make and use these long forgotten remedies. Would you then be even more free of a false dependence on dangerous and useless pharmaceuticals?

We think so, which is why we’ll be teaching these people to RV and will be supervising their development as viewers.

After we left the “Sistine Chapel of the Americas,” which I was glad to do because its opulence on the back of extreme cruelty and poverty induced by the Chapel owners, we headed for a pre-Incan site called Tipon.

No shade. Hot. Windy. Arid. Awe inspiring!

A town of about 5000 with room for many more. Since it was a way-station on one of the main Inca trails to Cusco, the capital, there were undoubtedly many more people there much of the time.
.
Their main problem was water. The Inca induced them to join the empitre without a fight, apparently by promising abundant water resources. And, indeed, they did build extensive and impressive aqueducts.
.
Gone when the Spanish came to destroy it, like so, so much else.
.
But if our Remote Viewing experiment is successful, we will soon begin to unfold the secrets of the city, like all the other secrets of this amazing area. You see, with Remote Viewing information is available anywhere and anywhen.
.
Does it work? Ask General Dozier who wes kidnapped by hostile forces. The US had not a single clue where he was so General Bert’s RV team was tasked with finding him. They did so and troops were sent to rescue him, whch they did sucessfully.
.
After visiting the ruins, we had lunch at a pretty astonishing restaurant which is a known Tourist place but there was no card, no name that I could see.
.
We all had meals and juices and so on. Jaimie, our driver, Hunbert and we had a full mean each with juices: we all ate for under $40 US.
.
Then back to the hotel by mid afternoon.
.
I collapsed for a 2 hour nap and General Bert did the same.
.
I HATE hot and the fatigue that follows it — this is part of the reason that I tend to stay away as much as I can from hot climates.
.
Tomorrow we’ll meet with a traditional doctor here and will be videotaping that interview. Apparently there is a no holds barred that with the weaving collective in the evening and will video tape our discussions of how we can use our technologies and so on to help them sustain their life way. And what we learn will help you sustain yours.
