LEGAL PROTECTION FROM FORCED VACCINATION
Asserting Your Right to Informed Consent
Despite Local, State or Federal Laws & Regulations
August 28, 2015 – Newton, NJ: Natural Solutions Foundation, an independent NGO, announced today the availability of a wallet-size document which preserves the Right to Informed Consent and protects against unwanted or forced vaccinations. The “Advance Vaccine Directive” [AVD] Card, a binding Advance Health Directive, follows US Supreme Court rulings that say Informed Consent may be deemed waived unless affirmatively asserted. This innovative document, when signed and carried on one’s person provides that affirmative assertion. Anyone violating the Advance Vaccine Directive is duly warned that they may be committing a crime.

Because of a recent thrust to enact vaccination mandates at State and Federal levels, the Right of Informed Consent has been under significant pressure. The Foundation, which is committed to individual Informed Consent right protection, felt the need to offer an option to those who do not agree to forced vaccination for themselves or their loved ones.

The innovative strategy to preserve the Right to Informed Consent, guaranteed under both US and binding International Law, is the brainchild of the Trustees of the Natural Solutions Foundation who are deeply concerned by the rapid erosion of personal rights, including Informed Consent. Maj. Gen. Bert Stubblebine (US Army, Ret.), the Foundation’s President, reminds us,
“Informed Consent is the defining issue of the 21st Century. You MUST carry your Advance Vaccine Directive card at all times to preserve that right.”
The AVD card, a laminated and signable plastic wallet card the size of a credit card or driver’s license definitively asserts your Informed Consent right to refuse any or all vaccinations.

Under the 2013 US Supreme Court ruling in Missouri vs McNeely, your right to Informed Consent is “waived” if that right is not definitively asserted. A “waived” right is no longer active and is considered to be nullified/cancelled/surrendered. When the right is asserted, however, is in preserved and violation of it becomes assault, battery, malpractice and may constitute a Crime Against Humanity by forcing medical treatment on an unwilling victim.

The AVD is consistent with the well-established principle of Advance Health Directives in the Common Law countries like the US where “Living Wills” or other written directives to health care personnel define advance medical choices.

In the US, for example, a document on your person asserting your vaccine refusal protects that medical choice under the law

Natural Solutions Foundation’s Advance Vaccine Directive, like any other Advance Health Directive (e.g., “Do Not Resuscitate” or “DO Resuscitate”, etc.) or any other Advance Health Notification (e.g., “I am allergic to penicillin” or “I am a diabetic and require insulin”, etc.) informs health care providers of your Right to Informed Consent, even in situations where you cannot speak for yourself.

According to Rima Laibow, MD, Medical Director of the Foundation, “It is standard practice for ER intake to review the patient’s personal effects to determine if there is an Advance Medical Directive or Medical Warning bracelet/necklace/card or similar present and follow that directive.”

Counsel for the Foundation, Ralph Fucetola JD writes, “After careful research we have created a wallet size card which is a legal document asserting, as required under Missouri v McNeely, that by signing and dating the AVD card, the person is issuing an Advance Vaccine Directive and asserting their Right of Informed Consent to refuse all vaccines. This is a legally binding declaration and, we believe, protective no matter what the status of local or even Federal law since the right to Informed Consent is fully protected under International Treaty Law which supersedes local, regional or national civil or martial law.”

Counsel Fucetola cited the Nuremberg Code which requires Informed Consent for any medical experimentation or treatment without “…the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion…” and the US Supreme Court’s 2013 holding in McNeely, noting that even a “…diminished expectation of privacy does not diminish the… privacy interest in preventing a government agent from piercing the… skin. … [T]his Court has never retreated from its recognition that any compelled intrusion into the human body implicates significant, constitutionally protected privacy interests…” [Emphasis added.]
