Here is the story which gives more details on the harrowing attempt by the State of California to impose the will of the cancer industry on a young man who does not have cancer. The story was blogged on October 3, 2007, before a court hearing on the case but has just surfaced today.

An unholy alliance of California Child Protective Services (CPS) with a hostile doctor and judge is attempting to railroad Laurie Jessop, framed as a threat to her son and the establishment for finding a way to cure him of malignant melanoma. She is now on trial, under a gag order, since she had gone to the press. When she was arrested, she was put in maximum security, solitary confinement, in the Orange County, CA jail. They claim that everything about. her says anti-Establishment, so she was told, as she was considered a threat in starting a riot.
On the morning of Sept. 12, Gary Null read on KPFK, a Pacifica station in Los Angeles, an e-mail from Ron Miller, who had met Ms. Jessop at the Cancer Control Society annual convention during the Labor Day weekend. They had discussed this persecution by Big Brother in the guise of saving her son from this evil mother who has failed to protect him! She disobeyed doctor’s orders and found a natural way to cure her son. These forces arrayed against her and insisted he must have the cancer removed surgically and attacked with the standard chemical fare. The cancer is gone, but nobody in authority will accept that because her doctor doesn’t believe that’s possible.
The initial biopsy of the mole was done in February. Their regular doctor was on leave when test results came in. A nurse informed them of the bad news. On May 8, Chad Jessop had a follow up appointment with a medical group doctor, by the name of Dr. Masciana, who insisted he needed surgery to excise the site within a week, or he could die any day now! This doctor is a general practitioner, not an oncologist or qualified to do cancer diagnosis or surgery. Chad and his mom decided to pursue holistic treatment for him. Incensed, the doctor reported her to Child Protective Services on the grounds of gross negligent child endangerment. She yelled at Laurie “all of you Jehovah’s Witnesses are all the same,” never mind Laurie and Chad are not Jehovah’s witnesses. Dr. Masciana also told Laurie, with her son present, that his death was imminent. At the close of the appointment, Dr. Masciana informed Laurie that she was referring the case to Social Services. In further investigation, Child Protective Social Services is a misnamed government agency whose employees get paid bonuses every time they take children away from their parents.
That evening Laurie called an attorney who advised her that she had 48 hours or less before Social Services showed up. If she could not prove she was following doctor’s orders, they’d take her son. Since Dr. Masciana had created such a traumatic experience for Chad, he feared the doctors and threatened to run away. In honoring Chad’s wishes for continued holistic care, Laurie took her son to San Diego to continue holistic care using a number of various alternative treatments such as: ozone, hyperbaric oxygen chamber, hydrogen peroxide, energy work, Rife, nutritional supplements, and deep emotional work. Laurie also used “black salve” that she purchased from Canada to remove the mole tissue. Black salve was developed by Native American Indians more than 200 years ago, and used in the treatment of skin lesions, cancers, warts, and moles. Figures our FDA banned it, because it works.
When Chad insisted on hitting the road to continue alternative therapies and getting further diagnostics, that left a question as to where Laurie’s daughter Crystal would go. A close friend of the family and Crystal’s best friend agreed, and this felt like a perfect fit under the circumstances, so Laurie legally signed Crystal over to the family and gave them all the necessary medical insurance information. On May 22, the local sheriff and CPS had taken her daughter out of class, interrogating her mercilessly, telling her lies about her mother, trying to force her to reveal where Laurie and Chad had gone, and then forced her to go on a police joy ride and show them where they reside. All of this was done against her will and carried on for six hours!
They applied “Black Salve” directly to the area in question, thus giving Chad a holistic version of a large border excision. It took about two and a half weeks for the wound to heal. When it was healed Laurie took Chad to a Del Mar dermatologist for a biopsy. The test results were negative of any signs of melanoma! The next two weeks were concentrated on once again healing the tissue to get another biopsy. Upon the wound site being healed, a melanoma specialist did a punch biopsy and a complete lab analysis on Friday, June 15. Again, no sign of cancer could be found in the biopsy and the blood work was in healthy ranges with no distinguishing markers that would otherwise be present in a patient that would have advanced stage four melanoma, as had been previously reported! Was it a miracle, or an activated immune system in a healthy young man, with some useful help, that healed the melanoma?
The following Monday, June 18th, Laurie and Chad turned themselves in to the San Diego Social Services office, with all of their documentation. They were detained for 4 hours, then told that arrest warrants for Laurie and Chad were issued from Orange County. Chad was locked up at the Palenskie Center in San Diego for one night. He had 2 guards watching him around the clock, since he was considered a flight risk. When Laurie went to visit Chad they could not have any privacy, as both guards listened to every word that was said. Laurie spent over nine thousand bucks in San Diego for the treatments done over the five week period of time, and has all the receipts as proof. A new social worker, David Harper, was put on the case. He picked Chad up in San Diego transporting him to Orangewood Children’s Home in Orange County for the next two weeks, where he got fed spaghetti and meat balls, food not fitting one healing from cancer. One aspect of Chad’s treatment was a healthy diet of living foods, but Ms. Jessop’s requests of this social worker that Chad get proper food fell on deaf ears. He did tell her she was allowed to see her daughter graduate from Junior High School. She told him nobody could keep her away without a court order, and that she would be there! The social worker informed Laurie that he completed the paper work to lift the warrant order on her.
After her daughter’s graduation, on June 21st Laurie went to make academic arrangements for her son, having missed five weeks of school. Laurie showed the documentation to the principal and vice principal. The Vice Principal knew Chad well, as Chad did his Eagle Scout project for him at the high school. Chad is now an advanced Eagle Scout. No matter, the VP called police to arrest Laurie at the school and haul her off to the county jail. The arresting deputy harassed her. When Laurie protested, the officer told her she didn’t have to like her or be nice to her. After arriving at the county jail, her first telephone call had been to the social worker, David Harper, although he did nothing to get her out of jail, nor was he willing to help correct the record. Laurie was physically abused, they spread her legs twisting her knee, when she complained they called out “Resisting…Resisting” then they pushed her violently to a cell wall (behind the cameras) causing her to twist her neck, shoulder and arm. After being worked over, they took away her jacket, shoes, socks, and toilet paper, and locked her up. Her holding cell was extremely cold and she was deliberately denied toilet paper. She asked for toilet paper, only to be answered it must have been taken for good reason and she was not getting any. She was denied toilet paper from approximately 3:30pm until 11:00pm. One has to wonder, what was she going to do with the toilet paper, hang herself? By 11:00 pm Laurie got taken to be assessed. She asked “is this a madhouse run by animals, who is running this place?” Laurie told this officer her story for half an hour. He let her talk, then said he sees all kinds of characters, his job is to ascertain threats. He told her she has the fire, the spirit and the power to overturn the system and create a riot. He informed her she’d be put in solitary confinement, but she might get a roommate, probably a drug offender. She was forced to take a chest X-ray against her will, without any explanation and ridicule from the officers. Laurie and her two children have never been in any type of trouble with the law, but were treated like hardened criminals. She was shocked to learn women taking showers have no privacy, that male guards are watching. The next night she got a 58-year old roommate charged with kidnapping her children from her husband 20 years ago, after being extradited from Tennessee on outdated bogus charges tagged with 200 thousand bail. It would appear that Orange County is desperately trying to maintain job security at the expense of the innocent!
Laurie was released on the streets of Santa Ana after midnight, in an unsafe area of Southern California for a woman, after five days of incarceration. Upon Laurie’s arrest, officers impounded her van and turned it upside down looking for drugs. She had to pay over 300 dollars in impound fees to get the van back.
Social Services approved the foster families that Laurie had arranged for Chad and Crystal. Now Laurie is on trial, forbidden to speak under a gag order, by the very judge that had issued the bench warrant for her arrest, because she refused to go along with orthodox medicine. The dermatologist, appointed by Social Services, testified in court that the melanoma is playing hide and go seek, that they’d have to subject Chad to unnecessary and dangerous further biopsies and medical procedures to find where it migrated to. The dermatologist further stated that the melanoma had become even more deadly, claiming it has now traveled to different organs. The prescription for surgery is a large border excision to the skullbone. Chad says he is old enough to defend this country’s freedoms, but he is denied that same freedom of choice when it comes to his own health and he is also under gag order. Ms. Jessop intends to sue anyone who touches her son against their wishes. All Chad’s blood tests are consistent with a healthy 17 year old 6?2? young man. They refuse to tolerate anyone trying to clear their conscience at his expense. Laurie says her record stands, she will not back down, and she wants parents to know they do not have to be intimidated by this system! The judge has stated twice that she doesn’t want Chad to die while she is on the bench; which sounds like she has bias in the case! Surgery and chemotherapy had been intended for the following week. The doctor is still of the mind Chad could die any day now. When giving testimony, the dermatologist was asked if he could perform surgery on Chad, knowing that Chad would not cooperate with any Western medical butchery. His answer was emphatic No, he could not perform an operation on anyone against their will.
What Big Brother has been doing to Ms. Jessop and her children is unconscionable, beyond outrageous, a gross miscarriage of justice and an abuse of authority. Many families have been torn apart by lesser abuses of CPS and modern medicine. The Jessop family is very united and strong in their convictions, very aware of their constitutional rights, and will not give up to our corrupt system. Being a single parent for the last 11 years, Laurie has done herself proud raising her children and is extremely close to both of them. Laurie and her children have stood the test and this hellish ordeal has brought them closer together as a family. She said at the press conference, “I am a mama bear and no one is messing with my cubs!”
Laurie’s deadbeat ex-husband, Marcus, has never voluntarily paid for child support or any of the children’s medical bills, even though he is legally bound to pay for half according to their divorce agreement. She has had to drag him into court to get a judgment and garnish his wages in order to collect on past due medical bills. It so happens Marcus is in agreement with the state, he wants his son, (having had no contact for the last 10 years) to be butchered and drugged to eliminate this incredible cancer, that refuses to carry out its death sentence and is too clever to show up on tests. Marcus is in court with his own public defender, pushing for this even though he has no legal or physical custody, not even any visitation rights. If he was in agreement with Laurie’s medical beliefs, this court probably wouldn’t allow him in the courtroom. Our tax dollars, hard at work!
In the state of Virginia, a brilliant 17 year old young man went through a very similar ordeal, but won his battle with CPS. Once his case was over, he was instrumental in passing a new law in the state of Virginia. Abraham’s Law, that gives a minor the right to make their own medical decisions when they are bright and understand their choices. Laurie wants to get her story out and push through a similar bill in California, called “Chad’s Law,” so that other families do not have to go through the abusive nature of a department that is supposed to be protecting our children. As “Roy of Hollywood” stated on KPFK recently, who is protecting us from the Child Protective Social Services Department? Pushing through a bill like this may be very expensive, but once Laurie makes up her mind that she is doing something, she is all steel, determined, and will persevere to find a way to make this happen. ….
Orthodox medicine is unwilling to admit it does not know everything, and it hates competition. Its methods of treating cancer are not the only ways that can work. Ms. Jessop believed she could find another way, and her son, given a diagnosis of imminent death, is now free of cancer. Never mind, the doctor is sure it’s still there, so Big Brother intends to make an example of her as an unfit mother for disobeying her doctor, putting her son in mortal danger. That’s not happening, but truth often doesn’t matter to Big Brother, as is apparent in most government policy. If Chad were actually endangered by not getting conventional treatment, the authorities might have a leg to stand on, but in this case, it’s not his mother putting him in jeopardy, it’s the system! The doctor has egg on her face, because she was sure Chad would die quickly without aggressive conventional treatment, and she has been proven wrong! Instead of learning from her error, she wants to make Ms. Jessop and her son pay for showing her up!
I’m helping her get her story out. One newspaper did a story, but in general, very little has been reported so far. I tried to find the story online, but no luck. A press conference was held on Sept. 6th, just before court. Two of the major TV news stations and one of the largest AM radio all news stations showed up. KFWB radio ran the story immediately that day. As soon as court started the judge announced that there was a gag order on this case and threatened jail time and contempt of court to anyone (including the minor in question), that spoke to the press or anyone else for that matter. One of the TV news stations didn’t want to run the story without interviewing Chad and getting his viewpoints. The judge denied a continuance six different times, ignoring all six times valid reasons for the requests. The judge also denied Laurie the right to hire her own attorney! She retained a law firm with her own money, but the judge insisted she has to keep her Public Defender, presumably as a public servant easier to control than a private attorney not so dependent on the system.

over the Food and Drug Administration in 2005, the agency had a crisis over
drug approvals that had missed or ignored dangerous side effects in Vioxx,
antidepressants and other prominent medications. Dr. von Eschenbach promised
improvements, and agency officials said they would no longer be caught
flatfooted on drug safety. But this month, The New England Journal of Medicine
published a study suggesting that a major diabetes pill, Avandia, might
increase the risk of heart attacks.Concerns over that drug and others have led Republicans and Democrats in the
House and the Senate to call for investigations. A House hearing is planned
for June 6. Dr. von Eschenbach said in a briefing on Wednesday that his agency

Yesterday had some very hopeful moments at the Codex Committee on Food Labeling (CCFL) meeting here in Ottawa. The World Health Organization (WHO) gave CCFL a bunch of action steps that is wanted Codex (through this committee and the Codex Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary Uses) to use to implement the WHO Global Strategy on Diet, Physical activity and Diet. These steps include informative labels on pre-packaged food about the caloric content (“energy”), saturated and trans fats, sodium, sugars and nutrients. The purpose of this is to allow consumers to reduce their risk for the non-communicable diseases (NCDs) of under nutrition, identified by the WHO as cancers, cardiovascular disease and stroke, diabetes and obesity and manage them via dietary strategies.
That’s right: there IS a connection, says the WHO, between what goes into your mouth and what becomes of your body! And it is up to the world’s food standard setting body, the WHO says, to do something positive about it. Who could argue with that? Well, Canada, the US, Australia, Brazil, Mexico and a host of other countries, that’s who. You see, if the world’s people knew how to reduce their risk factors for the major killers (aside from properly prescribed drugs, of course), they would not be buying the really bad foods that comprise so much of the Standard American Diet (so aptly called “SAD”, but now rapidly becoming the “SGD”, Standard Global Diet). They might choose veggies, not fried chicken wings, fruits, not dough nuts, and local foods, not Big Macs and fries.
If they understood how to prevent the highly profitable killer diseases they might not spend billions and billions of dollars on drug-based illness care because they would not have illnesses that needed treatment and if they did have those illnesses, they could manage their conditions with diet reducing or eliminating the need for drugs (an drugs to control the side effects of those drugs, of course!)
If consumers knew that giving their babies and children sweets would give them heart disease and diabetes, they might make different choices for them resulting in the loss of more billions of dollars in kiddie food porn.
And if labels contained helpful information about macro nutrients (protein, fiber, sugar, sodium) and micro nutrients (vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other big impact, small dose diet components), they might decide to regulate their health for preventive, as well as therapeutic purposes. Eating patterns would change, disease expenditures would change, corporate profits would change and consumers would be making a heap of bother for the multinational corporations and the countries that serve their interests and call it public policy.
Other countries, of course, expressed strong commitment to the implementation strategies brought forward by the WHO. But it turned into a bad day at black rock anyway for consumer health.
A Bit of Necessary Background
The Codex Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary Uses (CCNFSDU) has been headed for decades by the autocratic, anti-nutrition and very powerful Dr. Rolf Grossklaus, a physician with a specialization in nutritional medicine (which is an option in Germany). Aside from humiliating and dismissing any one at all who does not support his point of view during each and every one of the CCNFSDU meetings, Dr. G. maintains that nutrition has no place in medicine (2003) and that only super low dose nutrients, in doses so tiny that they have no impact on any human, should be permitted. Dr. Grossklaus is also the Chairman of the Board of bFR, a State owned German company that performs “Risk Assessment” on toxins of various sorts. Dr. G. has sold the Codex world a very rotten bill of goods by selling the concept of “risk assessment” for nutrients. The net result? Codex treats nutrients as if they were dangerous industrial chemicals. Of course, if it is true that Dr. G serves both as the Chairman of the Board of a company that does Risk Assessment on a contract basis for Codex and serves as the chair of the committee that requires these same risk assessments would be highly questionable ethically.
Dr. Grossklaus has applied the toxicology tool of risk assessment to nutrients. Here is a very abbreviated list of the “Maximum Permissible Levels” (MPL) which bFR proposes for everyone in the world thus assuring global under nutrition (followed by the amount that I take on a daily basis for comparison)

And Codex buys it. Right now, the CCNFSDU is engaged in setting Nutrient Reference Values (NRVs) at the dangerously low levels for vitamins and minerals.
Back to Today at CCFL
When the WHO proposal was brought forward to make labeling of both macro and micro nutrients part of the information available on pre packaged foods, some countries thought that would help their consumers and were strongly in favor of it. Others, however, including the usual gang of suspects (which always seems to include the United States), proposed that the determination of the values to be indicated on labels as necessary to prevent or manage the NCDs (caused by under nutrition, you will recall) on food labels should be left to CCNFSDU. Since they were already working on the NRVs for vitamins and minerals, the countries said, CCNFSDU would be the perfect part of Codex to refer this task to.
Of course, what this means is that Dr. G’s overt hostility to effective doses of nutrients is virtually certain to lead to values so low that the concept of reducing risk of disease or managing that disease through these doses will be meaningless. Winner” Big Pharma and the other components of the Illness Care industry. Looser? You and I, our loved ones and our friends and neighbors.

Powdered infant formula is contaminated on a regular basis with at least two potentially deadly microbes. Only careful handling, short limits on use after mixing, and other strict precautions can keep babies from dying in significant numbers from contaminated formula, especially if there the baby already is weakened by malnutrition, parasites, etc. The International Breast Feeding Action Network (IBFAN), an NGO which speaks for the interests of pregnant women and babies, asked that a WHO report on the proper treatment and procedures of reconstituted powdered infant formula be referenced by the CCFL in its report. “Good idea” said the predictably pro-health countries. Bad, bad, bad idea said the “Pharma Phriends”: We do not need to tell mothers, care givers, hospitals, etc.
If there were logical reasons given for sentencing countless babies to serious illness and many of them to death, I missed them and I was listening pretty hard.
The good news today, however, is that we got invited to a special regional meeting set up to allow us to share our insights and opinions in an area ripe for action — they ARE mad as Hell and the ARE NOT going to take it any more.
I think you will have an easy time understanding why saying more is premature!

Today, Saturday, April 28, 2007, the Working Group on the Proposed Draft Amendment for the Labeling of Prepackaged Food will meet in the Ottawa Congress Center, Ottawa, Canada. On Sunday, April 29, the Working Group for the Production, Processing, Labeling and Marketing of Organically Produced Foods will meet. Both meetings are a single day long each year. Both sort out thorny issues n dry as dust terms. But that dust, like the rest of Codex, contains the seeds of the future health of the planet within it. Each Working Group meets for a one day meeting held each year before the start of the Codex Committee on Food Labeling which is hosted by Canada in Ottawa annually.
After the meeting tomorrow I will fill you in on what takes place. What is going on at Codex is vitally important to your health and your planet. BUt what is going on at Codex is also going on at home, too.

Don’t be Duped: Multiple Assaults Need Multiple Responses
Our Health Freedom is threatened again. It’s been going on for centuries,
this struggle between healers and bureaucrats. Even back in the age of Henry
the 8th the surgeons of London got a law passed effectively outlawing their
herbalist competitors by granting themselves a monopoly, and, a couple years
later, after many herbalists were brought before the courts, the King had to
intervene, obtaining Parliamentary approval for what is now known in the
Common Law as The Herbalists Charter, to protect traditional methods of
healing and allow their practice “without suit, vexation, trouble, penalty
or loss…”1 As recently as the start of the Twentieth Century, one state
Supreme Court noted, “”The state has not restricted the cure of the body to
the practice of medicine and surgery — allopathy, as it is termed… that
would be to limit progress by establishing allopathy as the state system of
healing, and forbidding all others. This would be as foreign to ours system as
a state church for the cure of souls… To restrict all healing to that one
kind — to allopathy, excluding homeopathy, osteopathy, and all other
treatments — might be a protection to doctors in surgery and medicine; but
that is not the object of the act, and might make it unconstitutional, because
creating a monopoly.” 2
Just such a monopoly was created. For convenience, we can call it the Big
Pharma Cartel. It has money and powerful friends in government – who often
play bureaucratic “musical chairs” among agencies, big companies and
universities. They use that power to harass, jail and even kill their
competitors. We honor the memory of doctors Wilhelm Reich and Dinshah Darius,
among other victims of this witch hunt (as we honor the memories of those
earlier victims of witch hunts who were often Wise Women and Healers.).
In America, after decades of sporadic and arbitrary attacks on health food
stores, holistic doctors and alternative practitioners, a powerful groundswell
of public opinion surged in the early 1990s. People demonstrated at FDA
offices around the country, converged on Washington, flooded Congress with
letters and faxes. Those were heady days, when the political establishment
first took note of what has come to be called the Health Freedom Movement. The
result was congressional passage, without any negative votes, of the Dietary
Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA). That law was supposed to
protect the right of nutrient purveyors to make truthful and not misleading
claims about the nutritional benefits of their products for the normal
structure and function of the body.
This did not, however, stop the attempts of cartel and its friends in power.
Numerous times since then efforts have been mounted in the media, through
cartel-financed schools and journals, and in the government, to discredit all
dietary supplements and all Complementary and Alternative Modalities (CAM).
The usual process includes fake science, smear and innuendo. In recent years,
add to that, very sophisticated attacks on web sites offering products or
information about nutrition and CAM.
The battle is being fought in each state, where now discredited
“quackbusters” attacked doctors wanting to practice advanced CAM
techniques; in the federal government where important therapies that can
benefit many people, such as the responsible use of silver in health 3, are
under attack; and on the international level where “harmonization” means
reducing our Freedom to some bland bureaucratic “minimum daily
requirement.” On the international level Codex Alimentarius, the World Food
Code, is the chief bureaucratic mechanism to undermine organic standards,
prevent people from knowing what foods are genetically modified – and which
are not – and otherwise make the Big Pharma Cartel agenda international
policy. Regional bureaucracies, such as the EU, NAFTA and the ominous North
American Union play an important role in imposing the harm of harmonization.

Recently, even the Journal of the AMA, JAMA, included a highly suspect
“meta-analysis” of carefully chosen “studies” to claim that taking
vitamins could be bad for your health! This article was strongly criticized
by Life Extension Foundation5 and others in the field, but the mass media
covered only the fake science, not the response. Literally tens of thousands
of good scientific studies prove the value of supplementation. It has been
suggested that those who trust the AMA and FDA should certainly not take any
vitamins, especially the mega doses many of us have used for decades. Then in
a few years, we’ll see who is still around to continue the argument!
Yes, at each turn, the attacks of the cartelists and bureaucrats have been met
with stiff public resistance. The attempt to water down organic standards gave
rise to a tidal wave of protest. The original FDA “structure and function”
regulation in 1999 was successfully opposed and the final rule was rather more
friendly to nutritional products. The public outcry in each of these cases was
similar to what is happening now with the FDA’s surreptitiously promulgated
CAM draft Guidance (“issued” on December 26th; no public notice until
February 26th; initially only a short comment period). The grassroots of the
Health Freedom Movement caught fire when the people learned that FDA’s
bureaucrats, under the guise of “just restating the law” were actually
setting the basis for handing over our supplements and alternatives to the Big
Pharma Cartel. 6
But the song continues, and big government representative Ted Kennedy, has
just introduced S-1082, a bill that may gut our Health Freedom. Curiously, we
had heard this bill was dead before submission and would not be submitted. As
soon as the current public outcry reached a very high level, along comes the
senator, with a bill intended to divert attention from the other
anti-supplement bills, Codex, the NAU and the anti-CAM guidance.
It is time to Kill the Kennedy Bill in Committee! While we won’t be diverted
from our vigilance of the FDA anti-CAM maneuver, it is important to react to
these other assaults on Health Freedom. We would like to see this bill killed
in committee. Better to knock it out in congressional committee than allow it
to waste our time. While comments directed at the FDA over its anti-CAM draft
guidance was the proper response, as required by the Federal Register notice,
this back-door effort by the senior senator from Massachusetts should be met
with a flood of messages to the chairman and the members of the oversight
committee that must approve the bill before it goes before the entire Senate.
That will be our strategy in the coming weeks. Of course, if we cannot stop it
in committee, it may be necessary to attempt constructive engagement with the
committee and senators, to amend the bill to protect supplements. Just this
step, according to postings on April 28th on the blog at Mercola.com, has been
suggested by leading nutrition attorney Jonathan Emord JD.
All of these multiple assaults are, of course, connected. They are connected
in philosophy, proponents and beneficiaries. Their proponents refuse to allow
us the freedom to make our own choices, deeming that their political power
gives them the authority to decide for us. We have had enough of such
deciders. They have given us a medical system that kills hundreds of
thousands each year. We reject the philosophy that “the leader is always
right;” that we should just shut up and take all the prescriptions Big
Pharma sells. We know that the cartel that benefits from all these rules and
regulations has plenty of money and jobs to bribe politicians and bureaucrats.
None of that matters when the people are alerted and vigilant! We assert our
“Right to heal and be healed.” 7 We will not be duped by false leaders,
naysayers and nitpickers. We are “mad as hell and won’t take it anymore!” The
time has come to assert thatfundamental right. We need, in both law and
fact, for this basic human right to be respected. We need an end to the power
of the cartel and its bureaucratic allies. And all this will come to pass
using the tools of modern communication, which will prove, I believe, in the
end, more powerful than cartels and politicians.
It does, however, depend on you. You need to support organizations like the
Natural Solutions Foundation, www.HealthFreedomUSA.org, which shows continuing
leadership and, in fact, broke the FDA anti-CAM guidance story. Like everyone
else who unmasks the face of the Big Pharma Objective, they are currently
being smeared and defamed through disinformation and innuendo. Don’t be duped
by disinformation any more than you are by bad science. It’s up to you to see
through to the core of truth and to make your voice heard. It is time to
dream of a world where each person has the right to heal and be healed. That
is the dream we need to have, for our dream to come true.

Well-funded criminals attack health freedom groups with covert disruption campaigns

Top health freedom consumer advocacy groups in the United States are being clandestinely targeted by organized disruption campaigns and “black PR” efforts. The apparent purpose of these campaigns is to discredit, disrupt and censor their natural health and health freedom political and educational efforts. Both the Natural Solutions Foundation (www.HealthFreedomUSA.org) and natural health news site NewsTarget (www.NewsTarget.com) revealed details today of distributed denial-of-service (DDOS) website attacks, database hacking attempts, personal and professional reputation internet smear campaigns and impersonation attempts, among other tactics. “All of these well-financed activities are clearly criminal in nature and violate free speech rights, libel and slander legislation and criminal statutes.” according to health freedom advocacy attorney, Ralph Fucetola.
The barrage of attacks seem to coincide with the recent success of both NewsTarget.com and the Natural Solutions Foundation in expanding their influence in the US and abroad. NewsTarget now reaches more than half a million readers each month with its outspoken reports on natural health solutions and consumer warnings about the dangers of prescription drugs and corrupt government agencies. The Natural Solutions Foundation is an international consumer advocacy group that fights the suppression of natural health options and the global contamination of food by CODEX (Codex Alimentarius).
Codex, as it is known, is a UN-sponsored international effort to regulate or outlaw herbs, vitamins and nutritional supplements and permit high levels of contamination of the global food supply by dangerous chemicals. Natural Solutions Foundation is following a strategy to allow nations to preserve natural health and protect their people from preventable diseases while avoiding Codex-related World Trade Organization (WTO) trade sanctions.
The HealthFreedomUSA.org website was recently knocked offline for several days due to a well organized DDoS attack (Distributed Denial of Service). Emails have also been blocked in an attempt to disconnect Rima Laibow, M.D., the Medical Director of the Natural Solutions Foundation, from her readers. Simultaneously, online donations and product sales were inactivated, denying the Foundation the donations and organic product sales which are its only source of funding. Drug and pornography-related response robots have also forced Dr. Laibow to close commentary on her very popular blog.
During the same time period, Mike Adams, the editor of NewsTarget.com, has been subjected to numerous personal attacks, including email smear campaigns, bogus inappropriate emails and a bizarre attempt to impersonate Adams by a covert operative who attempted to gain entry into the offices of the company that owns NewsTarget website and content, Truth Publishing International. Automated robot scripts have hammered NewsTarget-related message boards, attempting to fill them with pornographic images and bombarding administrators with garbage posts from bogus users.
“These actions are clearly criminal in nature and are being undertaken by organized, well-funded groups who desire to censor NewsTarget articles and deny the public access to information that tells them the truth about food, nutrition, medicine and health,” said Mike Adams, NewsTarget editor and consumer health advocate.
By attacking the Natural Solutions Foundation site and Mike Adams/NewsTarget, these covert actions specifically target some of the most effective forces in health freedom today. Significantly, they are designed to silence those groups which are most effectively educating people and countries about their rights to make their own health choices, regardless of whether or not those choices result in profits to the multinational corporations which attempt to govern our health and our freedoms.

For example, at the latest Codex Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary Uses (CCNFSDU, Chiang Mai, Thailand, November 2007) the document provided by the Natural Solutions Foundation allowed health-friendly countries to override the vigorous objection of the US, Australia, New Zealand and the EU and prohibit the addition of the dangerous toxin, fluoride, as an additive to baby formula for healthy children. Fluoride causes bone cancer, leukemia and other cancers, increased tooth decay, bone breaks, endocrine damage, brain damage and poisons other major organ systems.
Dr. Laibow’s definitive Codex lecture, Nutricide, has been seen by more than 119,000 people on Google Video alone.
