“It is critical, when reading proposed statutory language, to see it in context. Our legislators are masters of the use of what we used to call Aesopian language when analyzing, for example, the propaganda of the unlamented former Soviet Union.
The same sort of analysis reveals the true legislative intent. You must read between the lines…
Thus, while the word “whether” is used in the Codex harmonization language, it is paired with the word “how” – and both have to be seen in the context of the FDA’s Policy Statement published in the October 11, 1995 Federal Register (60 FR 53078) that it is US policy to “harmonize” with international regulations, even before they are finalized.

I think a Vitamin D3 deficit is more likely to weaken the immune system so that influenza can manifest.
Dr. Howse fails to address the over 165 miscarriages that happened to women after receiving the Swine Flu Vaccine during the non-pandemic last year. That is 165 dead children, Doctor. During a “normal” flu year, between 0 and 7 women have such reactions, resulting in the “expected” number of dead children. Of course, what the FDA concedes is a “novel” flu virus, nonetheless not requiring safety testing, namely the Swine Flu Virus, is being added to this year’s seasonal flu vax. How many more dead children should we expect, Doctor?

If you look, for example, at the Wannsee Conference notes from January 20, 1942 you will not see any language authorizing the murder of millions of Jews, Gypsies and others… but the minutes of that meeting in fact set the bureaucratic machine in motion.
This is how genocide is engineered in a bureaucracy.
Thus, we have the “doctor” who heads the March of Dimes recently urging all pregnant women to receive the seasonal flu vax. This doctor, who is a finalist in our annual Dr. Mengele Award, knows full well that over 165 women had miscarriages after the Swine Flu Vax and that “novel” virus is in the seasonal flu vax. Nowhere does the March of Dimes support the mass killing of babies… unless you read “between the lines.”
Similarly, the new law does not say, in so many words, that the Federal bureaucrats are engaged in a major assault on the rule of law in S.510 but, nonetheless, it was always American law that we do not have “secret laws” — unlike the experience of Nazi Germany or the Soviet Union. To be a law or regulation the words must be publicly published in the Federal Register or Congressional Record.
What the new law provides in Section 106 is, “In the interest of national security, the Secretary … may determine the time and manner in which the guidance documents issued under paragraph (1) are made public…” Having uncontrolled authority to determine “time and manner” is authority to maintain the regulations as State Secrets. The law does not need to state openly what the NeoCons want: a national security state in which we are all to be Good Germans, or Good Soviet Men or whatever the propaganda is….
Similarly is the Aesopian Language used in the current occupant of the White House’s June 10, 2010 Executive Order establishing a high-level bureaucratic committee (not unlike that established in the Wansee Meeting), to oversee “Preventative Health Care.” What these bureaucrats know about preventative health care is probably close to “zero” but they will be advised by the Advisory Group of credentialed professionals, so we should rest easy… except one of the bureaucrats, current head of FDA, earned $2,000,000 the year before her appointment in fees from one of the major vaccine-pusher drug companies… wonder what type of “experts” will be chosen and what type of “prevention” they’ll endorse.
No, we are not “blowing this way out of proportion…”
The situation is probably more dire than even we imagine.

Thus, in 2009 the Federal govt spent $6.4 billion on its Swine Flu Vax program. That was when they bought (HHS) — approved (FDA) — recommended (CDC) and mandated (various state agencies) 167 million doses of the Swine Flu Vax in an almost unprecedented example of Obamacare in action (“almost” because the plan paralleled the fiasco of the 1976 Swine Flu Vax that killed hundreds). The “plan” announced on the FDA web site was to vaccinate every American. Since they only had half the “needed” vaccine, the “plan” was to adjuvant the unsafety-tested, novel virus vaccine with the deadly toxin Squaline, at 90,000 locations around the country.
This insanity failed to materialize when millions refused to cooperate; when 3,500,000 emails were sent through our system to national and state decision makers. Mass PUSH BACK stopped the “plan” that would have killed and maimed thousands, while triggering the pandemic that we had all been told was “inevitable.” Didn’t happen. We stopped it because we blew things so far out of the comfort zone of the globalists that their plan collapsed.

Update on S.510 – S.3767
Food Fascism is on the march and it WILL destroy your legal access to clean, unadulterated food (S. 510). Food Fascism is on a stampede and it WILL destroy your legal right to learn or share information about what food (and food supplements) can do for your health (S. 3767).
If you are among the people responsible for more than 225,000 emails in the last few days, thank you. But if you are among the “Let George Do It” contingent, I have two questions for you:
1. What do you not understand about the concept of food fascism? Europe, which is much farther along the Code compliance Super Highway than the US, has lost the right to have, make, purchase or use Colloidal or Nano Silver. They have already lost the right to use most herbs for health purposes. In Germany, any patient who wants a nutrient IV must have his doctor travel to one of two special sites, spend the day making a SINGLE IV dose for them under the view of a camera with a date and time stamp and then may administer the drip. If another drip is needed, then the doctor must repeat the process. What do you think that costs? How many doctors are willing to do this for a single patient?
Of course, if the doctor wants to give the patient nutritional therapy at all, the Federal Republic of Germany must provide prior approval after the doctor submits the entire history of the patient, and the doctors own credentials, to receive PERMISSION TO USE NUTRIENTS.
GMO food must no longer be labled as such in Europe.
Growing GMOs is becoming legal in more and more states of EU countries as it is legal, without restrictions, in the US.

We wish we did not have to say it, but deadly vaccine mandates, starting, but certainly NOT ending, with the H1N1 Swine Flu vaccines, now inserted into the seasonal vaccines are back. Not only are states like New York and employers all over the country working up to mandate vaccinations for health care workers, the Department of Defense has issued a vaccine mandate for the teachers in its overseas schools for DOD dependents AND for the children in them.
This week, the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Imunization Practices (ACIP) whose recommendations generally become mandates, discussed in a day long meeting, how to make many, many vaccines mandatory for children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. Vaccines (and re-vacciantions) like Measles Mumps Rubella (MMR of Andrew Wakefield, MD and autism fame), Hepatitis B, Chicken Pox and on and on and on.
Fascism is fascism. Freedom starts with owning your own body. If the State controls what happens to your body, you are a slave, a vaccine slave in this case. Is that what you are? S. 3767, the “Food Safety Accountability Act of 2101” was introduced on 09.13.10 by Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT). It is a companion fake “Phude” Safety Bill which brings back the horrific criminal penalties which HR 1279 imposed for doing pretty much anything at all that violated the incredibly restrictive requirements which every farm, and every farmer, would have to meet. The Senate bill, S. 510, while truly frightening, did not include these penalty clauses. The new law would lower the criminal standard, making any food producer at risk of Federal jail time; giving FDA an excuse to arrest purveyors of nutrients. Yes, all dietary supplements are at risk!
Will these draconian measures finally make S.510 too controversial to pass?
Is S.3767 a “poison pill” for fake “Phude” bills?
By putting criminal penalties back into the “Phude Safety” arena, the megacorporations which want to drive everyone out of their farmyards and supermarkets will literally be able to criminalize and jail the owners of a company which cites scientific literature showing that their product is beneficial in some specific situation or circumstance.

The Natural Solutions Foundation has been warning against just such a development when we noted with great concern that Codex, like the US FDA, was making the act of telling anyone about the health benefits of food a forbidden act. We noted that this suppression of expression and truth was directed against health and food freedom, and has nothing to do with food safety.
Well, here we are: A “Phude Safety” Bill, S. 510, will industrialize your food and its Policeman Brother Bill will put people who support any health freedom competition to the Uber Cartel away for a long, long time, threatening and cowing others who might want to do the same thing.
Not bad enough for you yet? CDC says that 1 American in 4 will become ill from a food borne illness this year – and that’s under the current system when some people are still able to eat food that is clean and unadulterated. That figure, by the way, refers to conditions like salmonella poisoning. It does not refer to cancer, a food borne illness that will kill one American in 3 and has just overtaken cardiovascular disease and stroke as the number one killer of Americans. It does not refer to cardiovascular disease and stroke, which will kill another 1/3 of Americans. Nor does it refer to obesity, diabetis and other nutritional killers. What that means, of course, is that through eating industrial “Phude”, the only kind that S. 510 and S. 3767 will permit, you WILL suffer and die from the “epidemic, preventable, non communacable diseases of under nutrition”, to use the phrase so beloved of the World Health Organization and the Food and Agriculture Organizations, who just happen to be the private, pharma-phunded organizations which run Codex! They openly acknowldge what the FDA tries to hide: fake “Phude” kills.
Consider that: the passage of these twin horror bills means that EVERY AMERICAN [except, perhaps, the elite who have their own very special food systems, as Congress has its own very special health care system] WILL be the victim of food borne diseases, including infertility, auto immune diseases, allergies, cancer, diabetes, etc., etc., etc.
And you’ll use nutrients and nutrtion to treat it, right? Not if these bills pass. Only if they do NOT pass.
Well, Who Is In Charge Here?

As of Close of Business Wednesday, the official US Senate Calendar does not show S. 510 on its voting schedule. S.3767 was not taken up by the Judiciary Committee on Wednesday. Given the enormous importance that Agribiz, Biotech and the globalists attach to destroying your access to clean, unadulterated food, this is very good news. But given the fact that we have a long, long drag of days between now and the end of the 111th Congress, we are clearly not out of the woods yet. We anticipate that the S. 510 and S. 3767 will be introduced close to one another so we will be watching both of them.

We wish we did not have to say it, but deadly vaccine mandates, starting, but certainly NOT ending, with the H1N1 Swine Flu vaccines, now inserted into the seasonal vaccines are back. Not only are states like New York and employers all over the country working up to mandate vaccinations for health care workers, the Department of Defense has issued a vaccine mandate for the teachers in its overseas schools for DOD dependents AND for the children in them.

1. S.510 is a CONTROVERSIAL BILL, and
2. Please, Senator, put a HOLD on it.
3. Senator, don’t let it be pushed through the Senate immediately by parliamentary means as a non-controversial bill.
4. The bill can be reintroduced in January when hearings can held to allow groups which are opposed to the bill to tell how it will affect them. And the American food supply.
The Empire, the Uber Cartel, is on the march. They are marching on your Dinner Table, Your Supplement Shelf and Your Personal Freedom.
S. 3767, the “Food Safety Accountability Act of 2101” was introduced yesterday by Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT). It is a companion fake “Phude” Safety Bill which brings back the horrific criminal penalties which HR 1279 imposed for doing pretty much anything at all that violated the incredibly restrictive requirements which every farm, and every farmer, would have to meet. The Senate bill, S. 510, while truly frightening, did not include these penalty clauses.
By putting criminal penalties back into the “Phude Safety” arena, the megacorporations which want to drive everyone out of their farmyards and supermarkets will literally be able to criminalize and jail the owners of a company which cites scientific literature showing that their product is beneficial in some specific situation or circumstance.
“Yesterday, in the waning days of the 111th Congress, as We the People prepare to throw the rascals out, Big Agra Biz’ friends in Congress have taken the unusual late-session step of introducing a criminal penalty bill. The bill reintroduces a 10 year jail term for anyone who sells what the govt later decides was “adulterated” or “misbranded” food, a provision which had been removed from the House-passed (sic) “Food Safety” version last year (HR.1279). The Natural Solutions Foundation has been warning against just such a development when we noted with great concern that Codex, like the US FDA, was making the act of telling anyone about the health benefits of food a forbidden act. We noted that this suppression of expression and truth was directed against health and food freedom, and has nothing to do with food safety.
Well, here we are: A “Phude Safety” Bill, S. 510, will industrialize your food and its Policeman Brother Bill will put people who support any health freedom competition to the Uber Cartel away for a long, long time, threatening and cowing others who might want to do the same thing.
Not bad enough for you yet? CDC says that 1 American in 4 will become ill from a food borne illness this year – and that’s under the current system when some people are still able to eat food that is clean and unadulterated. That figure, by the way, refers to conditions like salmonella poisoning. It does not refer to cancer, a food borne illness that will kill one American in 3 and has just overtaken cardiovascular disease and stroke as the number one killer of Americans. It does not refer to cardiovascular disease and stroke, which will kill another 1/3 of Americans. Nor does it refer to obesity, diabetis and other nutritional killers. What that means, of course, is that through eating industrial “Phude”, the only kind that S. 510 and S. 3767 will permit, you WILL suffer and die from the “epidemic, preventable, non communacable diseases of under nutrition”, to use the phrase so beloved of the World Health Organization and the Food and Agriculture Organizations, who just happen to be the private, pharma-phunded organizations which run Codex! They openly acknowldge what the FDA tries to hide: fake “Phude” kills.
Consider that: the passage of these twin horror bills means that EVERY AMERICAN [except, perhaps, the elite who have their own very special food systems, as Congress has its own very special health care system] WILL be the victim of food borne diseases, including infertility, auto immune diseases, allergies, cancer, diabetes, etc., etc., etc.
And you’ll use nutrients and nutrtion to treat it, right? Not if these bills pass. Only if they do NOT pass.
Well, Who Is In Charge Here?
Monsanto? Pfizer? Sen. Lehey?
NOT!
You and I and our neighbors, friends, relatives and co-workers are in charge. We, the People have ultimate Power .
Perhaps you have already taken this Action Item. The good news is that we have revised it to reflect yesterday’s surprise assault so you can take it again, once for every member of your household, and then send it forth, again to let your list know that the other side is not playing for fun, but is engaged in a deadly struggle. Whose death? Yours, I am afraid, and mine, and our children, and our future.

As of Close of Business today, the official US Senate Calendar does not show S. 510 on its voting schedule. Given the enormous importance that Agribiz, Biotech and the globalists attach to destroying your access to clean, unadulterated food, this is very good news. But given the fact that we have a long, long drag of days between now and the end of the 111th Congress, we are clearly not out of the woods yet. We anticipate that the S. 510 and S. 3767 will be introduced close to one another so we will be watching both of them.

We wish we did not have to say it, but deadly vaccine mandates, starting, but certainly NOT ending, with the H1N1 Swine Flu vaccines, now inserted into the seasonal vaccines are back. Not only are states like New York and employers all over the country working up to mandate vaccinations for health care workers, the Department of Defense has issued a vaccine mandate for the teachers in its overseas schools for DOD dependents AND for the children in them.
Today, the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Imunization Practices (ACIP) whose recommendations generally become mandates, discussed in a day long meeting, how to make many, many vaccines mandatory for children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. Vaccines (and re-vacciantions) like Measles Mumps Rubella (MMR of Andrew Wakefield, MD and autism fame), Hepatitis B, Chicken Pox and on and on and on.
Fascism is fascism. Freedom starts with owning your own body. If the State controls what happens to your body, you are a slave, a vaccine slave in this case. Is that what you are? We say “NO!” and it is for that reason that the Natural Solutions Foundation is suing the FDA in Federal Court AGAIN to prevent the use of these untested, unsafe, unnecessary and uninsurable poisons.
Remember, there is not a single – NOT A SINGLE – placebo controlled, double blind study showing that vaccines are either safe or effective. Vaccine “trials” are conducted using the shoddiest of shoddy science, as for example, when a vaccine trial uses a non-mercury containing version, shows no immediate ill effects and proceeds to market the same brew but with mercury dumped in.

Mercury (Hg) may significantly impact the pathogenesis of autism spectrum disorders (ASDs). Lab results generated by Vitamin Diagnostics (CLIA-approved) from 2003-2007, were examined among subjects diagnosed with an ASD (n=83) in comparison to neurotypical controls (n=89). Blood Hg levels were determined by analyzing Hg content in red blood cells (RBC) using cold vapor analysis, and consistent Hg measurements were observed between Vitamin Diagnostics and the University of Rochester. Adjusted (age, gender, and date of collection) mean Hg levels were 1.9-fold significantly (P<.0001) increased among subjects diagnosed with an ASD (21.4 microg/L) in comparison to controls (11.4 microg/L). Further, an adjusted significant (P<.0005) threshold effect >15 microg/L) was observed for Hg levels on the risk of a subject being diagnosed with an ASD in comparison to controls (odds ratio=6.4). The weight of scientific evidence supports Hg as a causal factor in subjects diagnosed with an ASD.
