Here is a look a the projects underway right now or being initiated in the near future by the Natural Solutions Foundation.
1. eDeclaration of Planetary Health and Freedom Rights
Giving due reference to the UN Declaration of Rights, The World Health Organization Declaration of Health Rights and the WHO Global strategy for Diet, Physical Activity and Health, the World Medical Association’s Declaration of Helsinki, the Wilmont Declaration and common law principles such as the The Herbalist’s Charter of Henry VIII, this document sets forth basic health and freedom principles for humanity to serve as a guide for national policy, organizational focus and NGO activity.
2. Protection Against Compulsory Vaccination and Drugging
a. A State By State Compulsory Drugging and Vaccination Exemption Handbook (in eBook and hard copy format) will be available to guide people wishing to apply for exemptions for themselves and other people
b. A Personalized Legal and Medical Consultation Program providing necessary information, guidance and documetation will be available for those whishing to have personalized help in securing exemptions to vaccination and drugging at the State levels.
c. a No Forced Drugging Forum will be created to allow people to share information and ideas to prevent forced drugging and vaccination
3. Legislator’s Health and Freedom eHandbook
In conjunction with the internationally significant Codex Two Step Process developed by our Codex Working Group and building on the existing legislative language which the natural Solutions foundation, in conjunction with advisors from other health and freedom organizations, the Natural Solutions Foundation proposes the creation of a Legislative Handbook to guide Federal and State legislators in reforming and “reframing” the legislative landscape to support health and freedom choices for consumers, purveyors and practitioners. Just as the Natural Solutions Foundation Codex Book (“Codex two Step Process”) () provides an example of the application of the legislative and regulatory framework which nations can use to protect their people and food supply from the errors embodies in Codex, so this handbook would provide a framework from which legislators can work. Other handbooks are in the planning stage.
4. New Media Communication Strategies for Effective Penetration of Information and Options
Tapping into the new internet expertise and creativity available to us, we have developed a program to capitalize on the working principles of the internet to shift from old media communications to new media ones at, as Bill Gates would say, “…the speed of thought…” Simply putting the equivalent of a page of printed matter up on the internet is no longer sufficient for effective communication. These new strategies, which the Natural Solutions Foundation is currently implementing (but which we propose for sharing with other members of the health and freedom community) include:
a. Participatory New Media Health Freedom Symposium where creatives and organizations which need their creativity can come together to create a synergistically productive outcome unforeseen by either segment before the meeting.
b. Social Networking to attract and hold the attention of the internet user community world-wide. Through video, “FaceBook” – like virtual communities, YouTube postings and other “New Media” options, the Natural Solutions Foundation is radically changing its place on the internet and becoming a world leader in Health Freedom New Communications with the highest internet traffic ratings of any health freedom site or organization.
c. Documentary film making can be part of either the old media or the new. We have chosen, with the collaboration Ecological Options Network to make it part of the new media through an innovative programmatic multimedia strategy. Instead of commissioning a full length DVD on Health Freedom and the Codex Agenda, we have instead evolved a program of stand-alone segments in a Health Freedom Library dealing with each of the current “hot button’ issues relevant to health freedom. This will allow the health freedom movement and the wellness industry to have information rapidly and accurately become available allowing us to build our circle of influence’s awareness and energy, generate funds, spur debate and educate decision makers on these issues. After completion of the rapidly generated health Freedom Library modules, the final interactive documentary/eresource will be produced as a permanent part of the new media.
5. Development of the Natural Solutions foundation’s virtual web store, www.Organics4U.org.
Because we see the potential so clearly to simultaneously support the Wellness Industry and the health Freedom Advocates and practitioners who depend on its products through the use of the virtual store that we have created, we would like to develop-p an affiliate program allowing all health freedom organizations who are members of the working coalition to participate and help fund their activities while showing their strong support for clean, unadulterated health products and services. A Supporter’s Emporium is currently being developed to allow other goods and services to become available to the growing member base of the health freedom movement.
6. Defending against CODEX: International Health Freedom Advocacy Coalition of Health Friendly Countries and NGOs
The Natural Solutions Foundation has developed an unparalleled network of health friendly developing countries through their on-the-ground advocacy at Codex and in the home countries of the members of this emerging power center. We have developed exceptional access to health decision makers (e.g., Dr. Laibow addressing 43 Health Ministers in Mombasa, Kenya on HIV and Avian Flue prevention strategies and other related issues as well as Codex implications for their people’s health and longevity). These nations actively seek our participation in their decision making process.
For example, a large and important developing nation sought our legal and medical review of its new supplement regulations and we were able to significantly influence the proposed very low upper limits to alter them to much more liberal ones). The Natural Solutions Foundation has been invited by the entire West African bloc to conduct a series of training and policy meetings in Africa prior to codex meetings to assist that bloc in developing their positions and their choreographed responses to Codex items at the forthcoming meetings. In fact, such a meeting was scheduled which included the Presidents and Ministers of health of all 16 west African nations just prior to the last Codex Alimentarius Commission meeting (July, 2007). Funding was promised but failed to materialize so the meeting was never held. The trust and faith which the emerging pro health collation of developing nations’ places in us was exemplified when, because of scientific information provided by the Natural Solutions foundation to our friendly countries, fluoride was prevented from being approved as an additive in infant formula for healthy babies. This decision was taken through our advocacy, over the vigorous objection of the United States, the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, thus demonstrating the power of the model. and
While many issues pertain most strongly to the developing nations, there is an urgent need for leadership domestically as well as internationally on issues like vaccination, especially compulsory vaccination; other forms of compulsory drugging and limitation of factual information about the health benefits of food and traditional, natural and advanced therapies. The Natural Solutions Foundation has played a pivotal role in alerting and activating consumers and decision makers to these issues.
It is important to note that the Natural Solutions foundation’s continuing presence at Codex has allowed the Health Freedom voice to have a clear window on the interrelationship between adverse policies brought forward in Codex and the implementation of those same adverse policies through domestic regulation and legislation.
7. Creative Legislator Education (incorrectly sometimes called “lobbying”) and Litigation programs to preserve, protect, defend and restore Health and Freedom domestically and internationally.
With sufficient financial support from industry and interested donors, we believe that the legal recourses open to us are of significant potential in establishing case law to solidify health Freedom domestically and internationally.
a. The Natural Solutions Foundation has retained an experienced legislative consultant, Charles Frohman. Ideally, this activity, which currently employs the Trustees of the Foundation for 4 days a month in Washington DC . The relationships being developed have allowed us to engage in productive dialogues on a number of issues with Members of Congress.
b. We have supported the co-sponsorship of legislation to prevent parents from being forced to vaccinate or medicate their children (the importance and timeliness of which was tragically demonstrated on November 17 when 1600 parents were threatened with jail and fines if they failed to vaccinate, or in some cases, re-vaccinate, their children when either the school had lost their records or the parents did not wish to have them vaccinated.
c. The Natural Solutions Foundation has taken the lead in calling for hearings on the process of divesting the FDA of its food regulatory responsibility and numerous legislators are now seeking our input for legislative language for bills of interest to them.
8. Health Freedom Score Card
Working on the conviction that Health Freedom must be a topic of vigorous debate in the Presidential election discussion, the trustees of the natural Solutions Foundation were delighted to comply with the request they received from a Presidential Campaign to draft the Candidate’s Health Freedom Plank. Through a Health Freedom Score Card, which asks 19 tough questions of the Candidates regarding their public health freedom policies we have brought the issue into greater prominence through nearly 100,000 emails and faxes to the Presidential Candidates.
Authorized by the First Amendments, Citizens Petitions are a legal mechanism to challenge government policies. We have initiated a Citizens Petition to force the FAD to abandon its declared harmonization policy with Codex restrictions on nutrient values. About 125,000 Americans have joined the Citizens Petition through signed documents.
Additional Citizens Petitions are in the planning stage.
10. International Decade of Nutrition: Hope for the Word through dynamic empowerment and the dissemination of natural solutions to the ancient twin scourges of mankind: hunger and disease.
Part of the solution to the health freedom threats lies in the Natural Solutions Foundation dynamic and far-reaching “International Decade of Nutrition”. Because we understand that there is enough information already available to solve the world’s hunger problems and to eliminate most of the diseases of under-nutrition and water-born, parasite and other organism-based diseases, the Natural Solutions foundation has inaugurated a program to
a. Reclaim sustainable organic farming and disseminate the necessary advanced and under-utilized, low-tech, high impact technologies to allow farmers to gain the economic advantage to resist Agribiz and stay in their communities and on their farms while growing food without pesticides and other chemicals
b. Apply already existing, but little known technologies to eliminate parasitic and other organism-based diseases without the use of dangerous and expensive pharmaceuticals, pesticides, fungicides and other toxic chemicals through the use of inexpensive, effective and easily managed options
c. Widespread dissemination of information which empowers and reinforces the autonomy of populations currently disenfranchised from access to traditional, natural and advanced therapies.
Conclusion: the time has never been more opportune for strategically significant alliance by serious and successful groups in the health Freedom movement to exploit the opportunities developed by the Natural Solutions Foundation (supported by astute and sophisticated donors who understand the gravity of the threat and the potency of the opportunity which we bring to the planetary community and the domestic one as well).

I am writing this at 7:15 AM in my room at the Steigenberger Hotel, Bad Neuenahr, Germany. General Stubblebine and I were in San Francisco three days ago in a week-long meeting with our film makers for the new DVD on Health Freedom and the Codex Agenda. We have worked out a powerful and dynamic way of telling the story which is accurate, comprehensive, action-oriented and compelling film and we are all really excited. Stay tuned for more about that in another post, but you can be sure that it will be well worth seeing and sharing! Of course, we are asking for your support to make this film. The Natural Solutions Foundation is attending the Codex Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary Uses (CCNFSDU) this week. There are two initial workshops which we will also attend. The first, a Working Group on Gluten – Free Foods will take place today (in just a few hours) and the second will take place tomorrow on “Risk Analysis”. Every day the US has a meeting for Americans attending Codex and we will be attending those, too.
The meeting itself has a fixed agenda which is sometimes adhered to and sometimes not. In our observations, it is rigidly adhered to when that serves the intent of the Codex Committee and, most especially, the rather astonishingly dictatorial Chair of CCNFSDU, Dr. Rolf Grossklaus, MD, the man who declared in 2003 that “Nutrients are not relevant to human health!”. That is, I believe, a rather astonishing position for a physician with a specialty in Nutritional Medicine! Even more astonishing, of course, is his insistence that Codex treat nutrients like dangerous industrial toxins and subject them to “Risk Assessment”, a technique taken directly from toxicology in which the maximum doses of poisons to which humans can be exposed without discernible change is determined, cut by a “safety margin” (usually by dividing the highest dose that produced no changes by 100) and then declared to be a safe Maximum Permissible Upper Limit or MPUL for human exposure. Perhaps the fact that Dr. Grossklaus is the Chairman of the Board of a German company called bFR (which specializes in Risk Assessment of toxins, or, in this case, supposed toxins) and that he just might have a vested financial interest in making every known nutrient into something which must be tested, perhaps by his own company, just might have some impact on his insistence, with potentially deadly consequences, that nutrients are toxins. Hmmm. What do you think? Just perhaps?
This, a wildly inappropriate system for nutrient doses, is the very system that Dr. Grossklaus has been so very enthusiastic in driving Codex to in its determination of upper limits for nutrients. Upper limits for nutrients? Oh, yes, that violates US law since nutrients are, in our legal system, considered to be foods under the 1994 Dietary Supplements Health and Education Act (DSHEA). Under DSHEA, importantly, those very foods are generally considered to be safe since foods are generally considered to be safe and they ARE foods. Hmmm. What about the fact that the US FDA announced that it would ‘ “HARMonize” US food standards and regulation to International Standards even if not complete’ (which is bureaucratic talk for “Codex”)? Yes, indeed, what about it? We are asking people who have grave reservations about this illegal “HARMonization” to sign the Natural Solutions Foundation Citizens Petition, (http://drrimatruthreports.com/index.php?page_id=184) a legal challenge to this illegal stand by the corporate-compromised FDA.
CCNFSDU has a number of other activities besides setting upper limits on nutrition (not legal in the US, remember, but enthusiastically endorsed and supported by the FDA here at the meetings and at home). It is interesting to note that at many Codex meetings people from the FDA serve as the Delegate representing the US. (There is only one Delegate per country but they are supported by advisers from their country). Often the US Delegate at this meeting and at a number of others is Dr. Barbara Schneeman, Head of the Office of Dietary Supplements of the FDA. She is a pleasant lady who acts against the interests of makers and takers of Dietary Supplements at every turn, as far as I can see. For example, by moving the deadly and restrictive Vitamin and Mineral Guideline (ratified July 4, 2005, Rome, Italy) forward in CCNFSDU, she is setting up a situation in which the US must have, I kid you not, a “Nutrient Risk Manager” (!) who will determine the maximum dose available for any nutrient permitted in the US (!) as long as that maximum dose is NOT more than 15% higher than the dose of the nutrient found in unprocessed food (of course, that includes food grown in demineralized soils). Hmmm. Where is that FDA bread buttered? Could it be by the Big Pharma through their impact on every aspect of FDA policy whether it is for food or drugs? Consider the wisdom of divesting the FDA of its responsibilities for the regulation of food, a policy which the Natural Solutions Foundation is presenting to Congress in our Congressional Education program.
CCNFSDU also sets standards for infant formula and foods for other special groups. It was at this same committee last November that the Natural Solutions Foundation played such a pivotal role in blocking the US’s determined efforts to include fluoride (which even the American Dental Association now admits babies under 1 year should NEVER be exposed to) as a permitted additive to infant formula for healthy babies. With the help of our African and Asian health-friendly allies we kept baby formula safe from this deadly additive – except for sick babies, of course, which Dr. Schneeman made sure would be exposed to fluoride by a last minute maneuver as the meeting was closing!

FAQ’s on Our Blocked Site
As you probably know, yesterday the Natural Solutions Foundation website was blocked by its service provider www.1and1.com*
So many people have written to express support, ask questions and suggest options and solutions that I thought I would send out an update and give you the full details of what has happened so far. We are taking this very seriously, indeed. We feel that this represents a violation of our rights to speak our truth as we see fit and share that truth with you. Please make sure you read the FAQ about putting up another site. Those of you who asked if the problem could just be a technical problem will find that sectionrather interesting. (Hint: no, it was not just a technical problem.)
The number of emails you sent to the Natural Solutions Foundation was truly staggering. Your expressions of support, suggestion
on how to fix the the problem and make sure it could not happen again were wonderful. Sharing your own experiences of similar events was strengthening and extremely helpful. Every email will be answered personally but it will take a little time because of the volume of those emails.I have read every one of those emails and thought it would be useful to send out an FAQ sheet to address the questions and issues raised by so many of you in the meantime, though.
WHAT IS THE STATUS OF THE SITE NOW?
The Natural Solutions Foundation site is operational again. You can go there now. There apparently are some areas that are not fully operational so please, if you come across anything that is not working properly, email me at dr.laibow@gmail.com
IS THE SITE FULLY FUNCTIONAL AT THIS POINT?
The Natural Solutions Foundation site is working more or less correctly except that all the pictures of items on the Organics4U store are missing and some people have been having trouble signing up for the mailing list. We have no idea why they are missing but the rest of the store is working fine. If you want to sign up and you cannot, here’s my email: dr.laibow@gmail.com. Send me an email and I will make sure you are added.
EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED?
Two days ago we got an email from a supporter saying that the site was not on line. Within a short time I had received many similar emails. I went on line, confirmed that the site was unavailable and contacted our hosting site, www.1and1.com. When I attempted to log in, I found that our site was listed as “locked”.
Two months ago 1and1.com had said the credit card we use to pay for the hosting service ($99 per month) would not accept the charge. The card was fine. Rather than hassle further with the people in their billing department, we gave them permission to use another card so I thought that perhaps they had gotten the billing wrong again.
Their billing department was closed so I called their technical support department. I waited in a stack-up for 19 minutes and 45 seconds (typical of all my calls to 1and1.com, by the way) and since I was calling from overseas the charges were escalating and I was getting more displeased by the billing unit.
Mahat Answers the Phone
Finally Mahat, a technician, answered the call. I explained the problem to him and he looked at their computer and said, yes, the site is locked. When I asked why, Mahat said that it had been locked with no information and that was unusual. I asked him to look into it and he could/would not. When I wanted to talk to a supervisor, Mahat said his supervisor was on leave. I asked to speak to his supervisor’s supervisor and he said that he was not there. I asked the higher up to call me when he came in. Mahat said he would not.
Figuring that if a site could be locked it could be unlocked, I got Mahat to ask the supervisor of another team to authorized the site being unlocked. Mahat reported that the other person said, “If it were on the weekend we would do it but it is a weekday so we won’t unlock the site.”
Billing was open only from 9-5 PM on the next business day (yesterday). However, since I am on the other side of the world, that was a long time away.
A call to billing resulted in a similar wait and then a person got on line and told me that the site was blocked because of a credit card payment problem. This is not possible. I asked why this information was not on their computer. I got no answer. A struggle ensued and I was finally told that the site would be reopened “within the hour” and that another credit card payment would be charged to my account.
SITE DOES NOT GET UN-BLOCKED
The site did not go back on line. I spent the next 6 hours repeatedly calling headquarters (which turns out to be a call center, not a headquarters according to the person on the other end who did not know the name of the President of the company or any officers of the company to whom I could speak) and calling the billing department, technical service and anyone else who might have been able to help. 1and1.com lists their technical support as a 24 hour service.
The recorded message which stayed on for hours was “We are sorry. All circuits are busy. Please try your call again later.” I did. For over 6 hours. It was not “later” enough.
DID NATURAL SOLUTIONS FOUNDATION PUT UP ANOTHER SITE?
One of the first things I did was contact my webmaster who said he would put up an informational site alerting people to what had happened if they went to our site. He did so very quickly. His server and all of the sites he hosts immediately crashed. When he took our temporary site down, the servers and sites were fine.
COULDN’T THE PROBLEM HAVE BEEN JUST A TECHNICAL ISSUE?
The problems we experienced and the ones our webmaster experienced are characteristic of a DDOS or Dedicated Disruption of Service attack in which a bank of computers is set up to fire off so many repeating and competing requests for access to a site that the system crashes. That is not a simple technical event. It requires planning and sophisticated capacity to damage of destroy site capacity.
Many of you wrote to ask if we could pursue legal action because of the disruption. Here is what our webmaster wrote to me about that question:
While DDOS are technically illegal and prosecutable, it’s basically impossible to track down the perpetrators. They could be in any country, directed by parties in any other country. They could be using a computer here, a computer there, they could even be using your computer if you’ve got a virus on your hard drive. So this route — prosecution — is not realistic (at least at this point).
1and1.com has still not disclosed whether they had locked our site because it had been the target of a DDOS but the chances are good since our URL immediately was hit with DDOS activity when our webmaster redirected it to his temporary page.

Not by a long shot! Our freedom of speech has been interfered with and we want to know why and by whom. We will keep you posted.
We will also be making changes (which many of you suggested) to make sure that this does not happen again. If it does, we’ll get past it because of your community of support just like this time!

You can be sure that there will be more attacks. Disinformation, Disruption and Deception. The 3 Ds are potent tools used by those who have secrets to keep when it comes to power and money. They don’t want the secrets out and the Natural Solutions Foundation is telling it exactly the way it is. There will be more attacks, you may be sure.
We have been very busy planning for the next stages of our fight. Now we have a new piece in the puzzle: freedom of speech. You can be sure that we will be focusing on that in our blogs and emails and asking you to help support uncensored sharing of information and ideas. Without freedom, what does health freedom mean?

ARE GENETICALLY MODIFIED FOODS NEXT IN THE FOUNDATION SITES ?
The Natural Solutions Foundation attended a Codex meeting in Oslo last month on the labeling of GM foods. We were invited to speak in Africa in June on the topic and we are now working on a White Paper on Genetically Modified Foods and their serious flaws and dangers. Right now you can buy the Codex eBook detailing the solution to the Codex press forcing countries do down regulate all effective vitamins and minerals (the other nutrient substances are under the hammer, too) which we give to heads of state, ministers of health, etc. It is beautiful book which clearly sets forth the problem of low potency nutrients and gives both clinical and legal solutions which people and countries can follow to become World Trade Organization sanction-proof. Hundreds of people wrote to say that they were grateful for the work that we are doing because this is their fight, too. They are absolutely right! Get involved.
1. Sign the Citizens Petition! Print out copies and take them to public gatherings, health food stores, your food market, your play group. Ask people to sign them. Email the link and get people talking. Take them wherever you go and help people to see that it is their battle as well.
2. Email the Nutricide link to every one you know. Tell them why they need to be involved in this issue. Arrange showings of the Nutricide Video in your home town, club or church. Take lots of Citizens Petitions with you so people can sign it when they have seen the video.
3. Use your creativity to find ways that you can help to win this battle. If you paint, or you sing or you do data entry or you do bake sales or dance recitals, or play jazz or sew or have your businessman’s club that would like to sponsor a cause take up health freedom, etc. Think about what you can bring to the health freedom battle and then do it! 4. What happens if the unique voice of the Natural Solutions Foundation is not here defending your health and your health freedom? Don’t let that happen. Practice the 3 G’s of health freedom: Get involved, Give and Germinate new interest!

What I am about to tell you will thrill you and chill you at the same time. It will thrill you because it confirms that the course set by the Natural Solutions Foundation in the US and around the world is an effective strategy which is working. And it will chill you because it confirms that your personal freedoms and mine are being curtailed at a frightening rate in the US and elsewhere. Freedom to make your own health choices and use natural products and techniques, eat clean, unadulterated food and see health care professionals who treat you naturally is clearly under huge attack. Part and parcel of that attack is the attack on our rights, given by God, according to the Constitution of the United States, to speak as we wish and contend with the views of government and industry (increasingly one entity, in the US and elsewhere) without fear of punishment because of that speech.
As advocates for what we believe (and what you do, too), we know that speaking our truth to power and to the public at large is our right and our responsibility. Apparently, for doing so, we have been marked by the “security police” as people to be treated like enemies. Our work on behalf of health and health freedom has led some cog in the burgeoning US security Gestapo to do us the favor of confirming that the Natural Solutions Foundation is on exactly the right path. We are saying and doing things the US Government is not happy about and to let us know that, they treat us like enemies of the state every time we fly in the United States!
Here’s the story:
For about the last year, every time General Stubblebine and I travel by air — anywhere — we have been subjected to increasing, and increasingly nasty and burdensome, scrutiny at security screening points. As you know, we do a LOT of traveling so this was very, very clear to us. Up until recently, however, we were always told that it was due to “random screening procedures” and that we had been “selected for additional security”. It was, of course, a funny kind of random: the enhanced security seemed to randomly apply to anyone named Albert N. Stubblebine III and Rima E. Laibow, MD who just happened to share our seat assignments.
On January 10, 2007, when General Stubblebine and I left our home near New York City on another extended trip in the service of health and health freedom, the security thing got ratcheted up quite a large notch. Our itinerary was Newark NJ (a New York regional airport) to Asheville NC to Albuquerque NM to Los Angeles to Bangkok and beyond. Within the US we were flying on Delta Airlines. At each airport both General Stubblebine and I were treated to a level of absurd “security” unlike any we had ever experienced before. I was “smacked down”, not patted down. Our carry-on luggage was not just inspected, it was torn apart. Wires, mice, cables, combs, lipsticks, everything was opened, examined, flung around, shoved into bags in a totally disorganized, “higgledy piggledy” manner with rude demeanor and agonizing slowness thrown in for good measure. We came very close to missing our flights several times despite being at the security station a full 2 hours before take off. Nasty does not even begin to describe the manner in which we were treated.
During a lay over between connecting flights I got to chatting with a member of the Delta Airlines cabin crew staff who was “dead heading” home from an international flight. I told him about the treatment we had been experiencing and he said, “You must have a code on your tickets put there by the government. Are you speaking out about something the government doesn’t like?”
So at the next check point I innocently said to the woman checking our boarding passes and photo IDs (which is, of course, just a warm up for the “Real ID” national identification card coming our way in 2008) that we were experiencing an absurd amount of security scrutiny. She smiled warmly, pointed to our boarding passes and said, “Well, here’s why. The code is right here on your boarding cards: it says that you are to get extreme scrutiny. Are you talking about something the government doesn’t want you to say?”
At that airport, too, we were subjected to the same malicious and ridiculous “screening” as at all the others. The code was right there: SSSS. So our tickets marked us, presumably at the request of the United States Government Department of Homeland Security, as bad people, people who should have their persons and belongings searched for dangerous contents. Bad people, people who should be taught a lesson, intimidated and, most important of all, people who should be cowed into not speaking out to defend their rights and the rights of others. For speaking our truth both to power and to the masses, we have been marked, as with the biblical “Mark of the Beast”.
I say, however, that our paranoid and dangerously out of control government, the one that has forgotten that our rights are, according to the United States Constitution, conferred by God, NOT by the US government, had obviously created a process of marking the best. Those who speak out, those who tell their truth and remind our government that it serves us, it does not own us, those who keep the flame of liberty, which demands active participation to feed it, alive and vigorous, are marked “for special scrutiny”. And these are the best patriots.
If the Natural Solutions Foundation were not on target, its spokespersons would not be targets. If the Natural Solutions Foundation’s Codex activities were not right on the mark, Dr. Claude Moshe, the Codex Alimentarius Commission Chairman would not have marked us for special attack before and during the 2006 Codex Alimentarius Commission meeting last July in Geneva.
Actually, I feel pretty good about receiving this direct confirmation from the US Government at the same time that I feel enraged and sorrowing that this is what our institutionalized paranoia has led us to: speak up and be marked. Be a real patriot by defending your country from corporate tyranny and become a target. You will remember that when we returned home from another long trip (during which we met privately with the President of India to brief him on Codex), our internet and phone service had been interrupted by someone who climbed the phone pole outside our isolated and remote home, removed a filter from its insulating and water-proof boot and left the boot open. Since we live on a street with only 12 houses and virtually no traffic, the pole feeds only our home with telephone and power lines. The message? Just ask General Stubblebine, who, during his active duty military career, controlled the US Army’s counter-intelligence service and he will tell you that what it means is, “We know where you live!” So the powers that be were telling us last July that we were on a watch list, too.
Is this what freedom is about? Is this what the US Constitution is about? Or is this of a piece with the same government policies and practices that are working so hard to take away your right to vitamins, minerals, natural prevention and treatment options — in short to your taking, and holding, control of your own health in favor of a pharmaceutical tyranny?
We know the answer and so do you. To the extent that you value that freedom, it is up to you to take a stand, and keep taking it, for yourself and others who may not understand yet that their freedoms, and, in fact, their very survival is at stake.
There are powerful steps you can take to support your freedoms and exercise them at the same time. Some of them will sound familiar, some will be new. They are ALL vitally important to the extent that your health and freedom are important.
Step 1: USE THE TOOL KIT
A. NUTRICIDE Watch “Nutricide” on Google Video and then get the “Nutricide: the DVD” and show it in your community. Make sure you send everyone you know this link and ask them to watch the video and then go to the Natural Solutions Foundation website, www.HealthFreedomUSA.org.
B. C. CODEX INFORMATION
Big Pharma and the other corporate friends of health fascism don’t want you to know what’s going on so there is a virtual black out on information about Codex. Day 12: June 23, 2006
Today we had another full day of meetings and had the same level of success at each of them in this bustling African commercial capital. What a day! For reasons that you will instantly understand, we cannot tell you exactly where we are but you can be assured that it is hot, difficult to arrange anything, complicated and thrilling. Today, in addition to the editors and reporters from two of the largest newspapers in this country we have seen people who know either nothing or quite a lot about Codex but who have not thought about it from our view point. Each one listens with great interest since each one appears to genuinely care what happens to the nutritional status of his or her countrymen. This is a unique and thrilling aspect of these countries: there are problems which we in the US cannot even begin to comprehend, poverty at breath taking levels, corruption in many places at a level we almost never contemplate and yet civil servents and public advocates, activists and business people, Members of Parliament and Ministers of Health are truly interested in listening to what we are saying and in making changes to further public nutrition!
Of course, we shall see what the actual actions their delegates take are during the Codex meeting. At this level, however, we are dealing with people who genuinely seem to want their countries to do the right thing. We think American can learn a thing or two!
Day 13: June 24, 2006
A major newspaper in this country runs a full page story on the importance of our stand on Codex and health freedom! We will scan it and share it with you AFTER the Codex meeting. It urges the country to take care to protect its access to healthy and natural options! In color, no less!
Then we get word that a major African country has apparently shifted its position to support South Africa’s superb initiative for the implementation of the WHO Global Strategy at Codex. Again, we shall see, but it would appear that the shift is because of the work that we have been doing! We are thrilled: hot, tired, exhausted but thrilled!
I have gotten bitten by at least 3 mosquitoes (all of which are presumed to carry malaria) and so I begin taking Artemesia annua and ionic silver to prevent the development of malaria. No one else got bitten who was near me. That’s the way it usually is, by the way.
Then a large and festive meal with our supporters in this country and off to the airport for a flight to Geneva.
Day 14: June 25, 2006
The flight started out fine but sometime during it I became sicker than I have ever been. Every orifice which could empty itself did so repeatedly. And then again and again. I assume that the problem was food poisoning since I recovered after many, many hours of sleep both in the airport waiting for connecting flights and then in the hotel room. UGH! Bert was fine. Go figure.
Oh, by the way, someone stole my Blackberry from our hand luggage so if you wanted to call me, you can’t!
Day 15: June 26, 2006
After some more extended recovery (that equals sleep), we had a leisurly day during which I went through several thousand emails. If I have not gotten to you, please be patient! We are preparing a White Paper on the Codex issue of national options to hand to the delegates whom we will be continuing to meet with with the help of our outstanding legal team.
Let me tell you, even sitting in a hotel room in Geneva is easier, but the work that we have done in Africa has gone so well that I would gladly do it all over again! Thanks for your letters of support and your donations.

We have a lot to do before us, but what we have done so far on this trip can, just possibly, change the world!
