SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Larry, as a Global Executive, possesses over 20 years of leadership experience in marketing, sales, business development, relationship and operating management roles with firms including NCR, Compaq/HP, IBM, Commerce One and Deloitte & Touche. His International experience includes living and working in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Singapore and Greater China. He has also worked in Canada, Germany, Spain, France, Netherlands, Italy, Malaysia, Japan, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Panama and Norway. He has managed programs and client relationships spanning: Strategy, New Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Advisory and Risk Services, Healthcare Clinical/Financial Services and Tax. Larry’s industry experience includes Oil & Gas, Healthcare, IT, Energy, Financial and Retail. Larry excels in developing and growing whitespace opportunities.

Larry has a Master in International Management from the Gavin School of International Management (Thunderbird) and a Bachelor s degree in International Relations/Economics from the University of South Florida .

Larry serves as an active member of the Board with Zero2 Holdings, Austin, Texas; Guidry Group, Conroe, Texas; Maloof Racing, Los Angeles, California; and the Natural Solutions Foundation, Panama City, Panama. He chairs the advisory board for the Natural Solutions Foundation. He is active as a member of Palau Ministries, President’s Council, the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and the MS Society. He is a guest lecturer on International Marketing and Management for Drexel University’s LeBow School of Management each semester.
