Killing Children in the NICU
.
Across the country, physicians are giving vaccines without any apparent understanding of pediatric immunology. In fact, it appears that the need to give vaccines to premature infants – even extremely low birth weight (ELBW) infants – according to the vaccine schedule for full term babies is more important than considering the impact those solutions will have on the tiny tot’s immediate and long term health.

ELBW is defined as a birth weight of less than 1000 g (2 lb, 3 oz) and usually born at 27 weeks’ gestational age or younger. Infants born with a birth weight less than 1500 g (3.3 lb.) are defined as very low birth weight (VLBW) infants.

Recently, Michelle Rowton RN, a founding board member of Nurses Against Mandatory Vaccines, reported the cavalier attitude of physicians who are administering vaccines to these tiny tots. Her interview went viral, one month before a new study published in JAMA spelled out the damage caused by vaccines given to ELBW babies.

The JAMA study Michelle references in this InfoWars interview — https://youtu.be/xPBHGa4TtUs — confirmed that vaccinations given to ELBW infants can cause serious adverse events, including fever, which necessitates painful, invasive and expensive procedures, including blood and urine cultures. Infants are then exposed to empirical antibiotic therapy for several days until the results of the cultures are known. The disruption to the gut-microbiome of a newborn can have a life-long impact of bad health and autoimmune disease. Current research provides evidence that the gut microbiome interacts with many physiological systems and metabolic processes in the developing infant. Disruptions as such a tender age can have an adverse impact on growth, development, and general health of the infant.

JAMA investigators concluded that within the first three days after being vaccinated, infants were indeed subjected to a higher incidence of sepsis workups. Vaccinated infants also had an increased need for respiratory support which often included intubation and being placed on a ventilator.

THE INFORMATION, WHILE STARTLING, ISN’T NEW.
.
The current study is not the first to describe the devastating effects vaccines can have on low birth weight, premature infants.

In 2007, a study in Pediatrics — http://drtenpenny.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/Eleveated-CRP-in-infants.pdf — included 239 preterm infants who were (on average) 71 days old when they were enrolled in the study. Each infant received either a single vaccination of DTaP, Hib, IPV [polio], hepatitis B vaccine, or Prevnar 7, OR the infant was given all five vaccines at the same time, on one day. C-reactive protein (CRP) levels and cardiorespiratory reactions were monitored for 3 days after the shots. The findings included:

39 infants had cardiorespiratory events.
.Of those:
24 children who were asymptomatic before the shots had episodes of apnea (stopped breathing), bradycardia (slowed breathing), or oxygen desaturation (lowered oxygen levels) after the injections.
15 infants who had episodes of apnea, bradycardia, or low oxygen saturation prior to immunization had an increased number of those episodes after the shots.
26 of the 39 infants needed to be given oxygen after the vaccines.
13 needed to be placed on a ventilator.
95% of the adverse events occurred within 48 hours of the vaccinations..

Infants given multiple vaccines at the same time were almost 4 times more likely to have cardiorespiratory events and 16 times more likely to have an abnormally elevated CRP.
103 infants had a CRP greater than 1.6mg/dL, considered to be abnormally high; abnormal CRP values and multiple vaccines were more likely to cause a grade 3 or 4 IVH.
Grades 1 and 2 bleeds involve a small amount of bleeding with few long term problems.
Grades 3 and 4 involve more severe bleeding, with blood clots and leakage into the brain tissue, leading to disabilities and hydrocephalus (increased fluid in the brain).

An elevated CRP in infancy may lead to health problems later in life. For example, children with an elevated CRP level are more likely to develop insulin-dependent, type 1 diabetes. The antibodies from vaccines may stimulate the production of pancreas autoantibodies, which attack and destroy the pancreas. Or, it is possible that the vaccine antibodies themselves may attack the pancreas through a process known as molecular mimicry.

Pro-inflammatory cytokine, interleukin-6 (IL-6), is elevated by CRP production. Prolonged high levels of IL-6 can weaken the immune system, increase the susceptibility of liver injury and raise the risk for cardiovascular disease. Some studies have even found a link between elevated IL-6 and an increased risk for cancer. It has been published that CRP goes up in response to the hepatitis B vaccine, given at birth, to full term infants also.

“This cohort study found an increase in adverse events after immunization of extremely low-birth-weight infants in the neonatal intensive care unit. The study found a problem, but it doesn’t stop them from injecting crap into these extra tiny beings…..May be the dumbest thing I’ve ever read.”

Why are physicians so under-educated and apparently oblivious to these risks? Why do they bully parents, with threats of dismissal from the practice or reporting them to CPS, for wanting to protect their children from this chemical onslaught? Why are legislators practicing medicine without a license, demanding that children be vaccinated when clearly the procedure causes harm?

It’s difficult to believe that physicians don’t care – but it is not hard to believe that they cover each other’s back for the sake of the status quo. Sadly, physicians are more interested in maintaining a protocol than protecting the little lives they hold in their hands from what is coming through that needle.

COMMENTS TO THE FDA RE: HOMEOPATHY

I am President of the Institute for Health Research, a recognized NGO — www.InHeRe.org, and Vice-President of Natural Solutions Foundation, a recognized NGO — www.GlobalhealthFreedom.org.
.
I have been trained in both law (licensed to practice in NJ from 1971 through 2006) and homeopathy (Five Elements Center, Mountainside, NJ and Hololinguistic Institute, Toronto). I have personally experienced, over the past five decades, extraordinary examples of traditional homeopathy supporting homeostasis and a healthy status.
.
I urge FDA to leave traditional homeopathy alone. The best regulatory decision the Agency could make would be to do nothing to disturb the grandfathered status of homeopathy. Congress has enacted a regulatory regime based on permitting traditional homeopathic remedies to be certified by the HPUS. FDA does not have authority to vary that enactment. To do so would be to restrict important privacy and associational interests of members of the public.

State v Biggs (46 SE Reporter 401, 1903): the North Carolina Supreme Court dealt with a person who was advising people as to diet, and administering massage, baths and physical culture. In the Biggs case, the defendant “advertised himself as a ‘nonmedical physician’…[and] held himself out to the public to cure disease by ‘a system of drugless healing’…” p.401.
.
That Court held that there could be no “state system of healing” p.402 and while “Those who wish to be treated by practitioners of medicine and surgery had the guaranty that such practitioners had been duly examined…those who had faith in treatment by methods not included in the ‘practice of medicine and surgery’ as usually understood, had reserved to them the right to practice their faith and be treated, if they chose, by those who openly and avowedly did not use either surgery or drugs in the treatment of diseases…” p.402.

Further, at p.405: “Medicine is an experimental, not an exact science. All the law can do is to regulate and safeguard the use of powerful and dangerous remedies, like the knife and drugs, but it cannot forbid dispensing with them. When the Master, who was himself called the Good Physician, was told that other than his followers were casting out devils and curing diseases, he said, ‘Forbid them not.'”

As recently as 2002 the United States Supreme Court reminded FDA (Thompson v. Western States Medical Center, 535 U.S. 357) “If the First Amendment means anything, it means that regulating speech must be a last – not first – resort. *** We have previously rejected the notion that the Government has an interest in preventing the dissemination of truthful commercial information in order to prevent members of the public from making bad decisions with the information. *** Even if the Government did argue that it had an interest in preventing misleading advertisements, this interest could be satisfied by the far less restrictive alternative of requiring each compounded drug to be labeled with a warning that the drug had not undergone FDA testing and that its risks were unknown.”

FDA does not have authority from Congress to interfere with traditional homeopathy, nor does Congress have authority to permit such interference. Individuals have the right, under international humanitarian law binding on the United States, of Informed Consent to exercise their Freedom of Choice in health care without government burdening that fundamental right.

Allow me to send you a letter, motivated by my sense of mission to inform you of the worsening situation in Fukushima, which regrettably is being downplayed by our Government and does not seem to be well known internationally. My own concerns and that of many critical citizens are the planned Olympic Games in Tokyo in 2020.
.
Contrary to the assurances of the Japanese Government and the Tokyo Electric Power Company, TEPCO, the situation at the site of the Fukushima – Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant is not at all under control. Many of us therefore feel that the Olympic Summer Games under these circumstances should be cancelled and the preparations abandoned. Not only do we have a continued contamination of the groundwater and the Pacific Ocean by the unstable plant, but the brittle structure of the damaged plant represents itself a serious threat, in particular in our earthquake prone region. Given the relative proximity of Tokyo, just some 200km South of Fukushima, represents in my view an ongoing risk for our largest city, for its citizens and all visitors. You might agree that one more alarming development as the recent earthquake of magnitude 8.1 just some weeks ago might indeed increase the pressure to stop the planning process of the 2020 games all together.

I would like to urge you to discuss sending to Japan independent experts to assess the current and future risk situation emanating from the damaged nuclear plant. Personally I believe, that the IOC cannot and should not take on the responsibility to plan for the Olympic games in a region where daily 7000 workers are attempting to clean up a contaminated nuclear reactor. The meltdown of three of the four reactor cores in Fukushima, where the contamination is clearly not under control and where a natural disaster as an earthquake quickly could increase the danger, in my opinion should strongly advocate restraint.

I could gladly cooperate with you and could also help finding independent scientists and experts, who could assist the IOC assessing the current situation and the future risks. In this regard allow me to copy some Physician friends of mine. They are part of the International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War IPPNW (Peace Nobel Prize 1985) and with others have repeatedly issued critical statements on the poor management of the serious nuclear power plant accident in Fukushima.

Nobody has the power to stick a needle* in your body without your Informed Consent. The US Supreme Court says you have a “privacy interest in preventing a government agent from piercing the… skin.” (Missouri vs McNeely, 133 S.Ct. 1552, 2013).

Nobody has the power to make you surrender your Rights (such as to Informed Consent) in order to receive a public benefit (such as schooling for your children). The US Supreme Court calls that an “unconstitutional condition” (Dolan v. City of Tigard, 512 U.S. 374, 1994)
No government anywhere has authority to mandate any (even emergency) medical intervention, absent a due process competency hearing. The UN Universal Human Rights Declaration says your rights must be determined by a fair, individualized court proceeding.

Historically, legal moves for involuntary medical intervention have always been initiated by a family member, doctor or other guardian, with a due process hearing right covering both Informed Consent and competency. To the contrary, the new forced vaxx push is built on legislative enactments without individualized due process, violating Jacobson v Mass (1905).

The Petition has now been posted at Regulations.Gov as Docket FDA-2015-P-2149. A formal Petition under the Administrative Procedures Act is not just a paper plea; if FDA does not act, we can ask the Federal Courts to intervene. We need your help to make that happen.

With the advent of the profit-driven mandatory universal vaccination effort in the US and elsewhere, passing laws to force and coerce vaccination, punishing non-vaccinating persons and more, the basic legal principle of Informed Consent is being, quite literally, trashed. Act now or it will be too late.
