This bill [passed by the Delawre Senate April 18, 2016], like every other vaccine mandate, is wrong headed and dangerous. It originated as a “One Dose Meningococcal Meningitis Vaccination Program”

First, consider the cost-effectiveness of the original “one dose” meningococcal meningitis vaccination program for children ages 11- or 12- years old, or 13 to 18 years of age if they missed the vaccination at age 11 or 12, and a second dose to college freshman living in dormitories, with the understanding that the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices now recommends a second dose to all children at age 16 because the claimed but unsubstantiated 10-year protection interval used to get the vaccines approved has been found to be overly optimistic. An equally unsubstantiated 5-year period of protection is now being claimed.

Calculations are based on:

a. Cost per dose, at least $150
b. Minimum number in population segment requiring vaccination, at least 4,000,000 per year since approval granted January 2004
c. Maximum effectiveness estimated at 85% (unsubstantiated) by manufacturers for the recommended vaccines
d. Average maximum disease 0.67 strain-prevalence fraction for the covered strains, means that with a 100% coverage rate, the mass vaccination program would
a. Prevent less than 57% of the disease cases seen annually in the US
b. Would have an average cost in excess of $600,000,000 per year
c. Ignore the second shot costs for college students.

The cost for the United States mass meningococcal program significantly exceeds $1Billion US.

Before Menactra was approved in 2004 and added to the vaccination schedule, there were 1,360 cases of meningococcal meningitis. By 2008 with 41.8% of the children between 13 and 18 vaccinated, there were 1170 cases, or a maximum 0f 190 cases less at an apparent cost of about $1.4M illionn US per prevented case.

Generous estimates suggest that since approximately 10% of diagnosed cases die, the cost per each of the 19 “prevented deaths” would be about $14 Million US.

However since by 2010 CDC only claimed about 9 lives saved through this program, the cost per saved life was about $30 Million US.

Interestingly, however, the while the press rallies around mass vaccinations and vast numbers of children and young adults are inoculated with the meningococcal meningitis vaccine, the reported cases have continued to decline dramatically in both the vaccinated and the unvaccinated so that by 2010, the number of cases was at its lowest point in 67 years.

It is clear, even before any other associated costs are considered, although they must be, that there is no justification on the basis of either massive public health impact or economic cost effectiveness for this massive vaccination campaign.

But any meaningful calculation of the real costs of a public health program must also include the costs of adverse consequences of the program, both in human and in financial terms.

The US Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, VAERS47, is a voluntary reporting option which is widely believed to capture between 1 and 10% of the relevant episodes of short term vaccine-related adverse events.

Using the most conservative figures, we will multiply the VAERS data by 10 assuming an exceedingly generous 10% capture instead of the more realistic 1-2% capture rate.

From January 2005 through 2010, about 7,095 adverse events for children in the age range in which vaccines for N. meningitides were part of the ACIP schedule. These VAERS reports included:

20 deaths reported in VAERS
98 life-threatening adverse events
49 cases of permanent disability
3007 hospitalizations
19 extended hospitalizations
2,412 emergency-room visits

According to Dr. Paul G. King, “On this basis, to save less than 130 N. meningitides infections and the CDC’s about “9” deaths annually, the current ‘one dose’ vaccination program at an uptake level of about 70 % probably annually causes in excess of 66 deaths, 161 permanent disabilities, 312 life threatening events, 1,006 hospitalizations, 63 extended hospitalizations and 7,900 emergency room visits”

Whether considering the enormous public health burden, the human burden or the staggering economic burden, it is clear that this program is neither justified nor supportable except to those whose commercial interests are at stake.

I submit to you that his preventable tragedy was brought about through the financial and personal emoluments blandished on regulators and other influential decision-makers leading clinical decision-making to follow the bidding of the highest bidders with public health sacrificed to private gain.

Dr. Rima wrote one of her passionate replies to a planted pro-vaccination story that appeared out of Australia. The article was bemoaning a pregnant woman who was not vaccinated during pregnancy for Whooping Cough passing the disease on to her newborn.

In summary she says that there have been no scientific studies of what happens when the vaccine is given to pregnant women, a fact that is revealed in the vaccine package insert. Anyone who promotes use of that vaccine with pregnant women is promoting an “off label” use for which there is no scientific justification — for which there is no known adverse reaction profile. Thus Dr. Rima says,

They are quite common and, if you consider the metal, excitotoxins, sterilizants, formaldehyde and other components, the logic of injecting these materials directly into the body, bypassing the natural protective barriers of lungs, mucosa and gut is absent while the dangers are obvious.”

So what happened after Dr. Rima posted her comments? First the comment disappeared and then the comment to which she was responding disappeared. Once again it seems we’ve transgressed the never-defined “community standards” of an online control system.

This is not the first time.
.
A couple weeks ago we got an email from GoFundMe telling us we had transgressed their proprietary, and thus not to be revealed to us, “community standards” and last year Dr. Rima got banned by the several hundred papers and outlets of the Murdock Media Empire as well as that one-time bastion of free speech, The Guardian. The Guardian had announced a policy of not allowing vaccine choice advocates access to their media.

Now before you Conservatives get all smug about how a Left Publication like The Guardian does not adhere to real free speech standards, you ought to know that just about the same time in 2015 Reason magazine was also toying with the notion that people who expressed conscientious objection to vaccination should not be given a forum on Reason. Little reason left in Reason.
.
Everyone knows about how Wikipedia, Google, Twitter and Facebook censor dissident communications. It’s become a common joke… of the gallows humor variety. Less well known are the rolls of entitles such as SpamHaus that defines what words are “spam” words… you know, words like “Free” as in “Freedom”.
.
We see how expression is controlled by private companies and well-placed non-governmental organizations through their control of the media. What we don’t often notice is how other aspects of the control apparatus are also being privatized.
.
Vaccination propaganda, including a series of Big Lies — that vax prevent disease; that vax reactions are only “1 in a million;” that vax are safety tested by the government; that vax are efficacy tested by the government; that vax clinical studies are done by disinterested scientists — has been used to implement government policies that the public clearly opposes.
.
Here is how the system works:

1. A drug company’s salaried researchers concoct a vaccine from various noxious ingredients, including aborted fetus, aluminum, mercury, foreign proteins, formaldehyde, etc, etc…
2. The drug company arranges for an initial clinical study where the new vax is compared to another vax (usually one of the most toxic) or to straight Thimerosal not against a true placebo.
3. The clinical trial results as interpreted by the company are submitted to the FDA. Anyone who dies is deleted from the study results (“they did not finish the study”), serious adverse events are likewise dropped as often as possible for similar “reasons”. Anticipated effectiveness numbers are generated by the company from these results or from nothing atall. Pricing levels are presented.
4. FDA rubber-stamps the data provided (80% of FDA funding comes from drug company fees).
5. After FDA approval of the vax as a drug the CDC, a branch of FDA, considers recommending the vax.
6. The CDC ACIP committee, where many members have conflicts of interest, recommends the vax (in one infamous example “ethicist” Paul Offitt made tens of millions of dollars “recommending” a vaccine in which he had a financial interest; no, he was not required to recuse himself).

.
Now things get interesting…. because various private actors, such as private prison companies, hospitals and other large employers, join state governments in multiplying vaccine mandates. At the present time we are receiving more and more communications from nurses and others who are being compelled to receive vaccines under threat of loss of livelihood. The Federal Government “recommendation” is turned into private company or state mandates.
.
This spreading-around of the ‘responsibility’ for the mandates is meant to fragment opposition and increase the cost of asserting our right of Informed Consent. It is meant to chill our expressive association rights.
.
Note though, much of the restrictions are being imposed by private actors. In every case, the issue is communication and the right to express Informed Consent. Whether we are dealing with Dr. Rima being blocked or a nurse being coerced, we are seeing the imposition of restrictions on communication rights “under color of law” by various public and private actors. The phrase “under color of law” comes from the Civil Rights Statutes and describes acting with apparent legal authority, but in a discriminatory manner.
.
When private institutions choose to use their government-granted corporate privilege to restrict people’[s expressive association rights, they are acting as governments and must adhere to the strict limitations placed on government in all civilized nations.
.
This includes strict adherence to the law of Informed Consent. As the President of the Natural Solutions Foundation, Maj. Gen. Albert Stubblebine III (US Army, Ret.) states, “Informed Consent is the defining issue of the 21st Century.”
.
It has been argued that wars have consequences. One of the consequences of World War II was that the international humanitarian law of Informed Consent was codified (by American legal scholars as part of the Nuremburg Trials and is now known as the Nuremburg Code) and continues binding on all nations.
.
What is being done in Australia, where families are being given the horrific choice of either submitting their children to unlimited vaccination or losing their access to public assistance, or in California where Gov. Jerry Brownshirt signed S277 that conditions a child’s state-constitution-guaranteed “free public education” on receiving certain shots. The traditional religious and philosophical conscientious objections to vaccination were abolished.
.
But the right to Informed Consent cannot be abolished by either a local government like California or a nation-state like Australia (or the US). It is an international humanitarian right not subject to being abolished by governments. See the UN Bioethics Declaration*.

So what does this have to do with Dr. Rima being censored by Murdock, The Guardian, GoFundMe and Google?
.
It’s all about how private, quasi-government and government actors are combining together in the continued privatization of coercion through censorship and mandates.
.
Informed Consent, in a world where all the instruments of communication are carefully controlled through “political correctness” and similar non-objective standards, is the central right we must assert to regain – and retain — our absolute personal sovereignty over our own bodies and minds.

Perception is reality, often. People’s perception and the claims of public health authorities can, however, vary. Across the world, parents and researchers are questioning the mosquito-carried Zika virus birth defect connection and other similar stories. In Brazil, there is wide-spread disbelief, with many convinced (correctly in my opinion) that the TDaP vaccine is a more likely candidate for the cause of the microcephaly tragedy.*

Here is a reply I wrote on an Australian campaign with a mom saying she refused vaccination against Petussis when she was pregnant and now her baby is very, very sick:

It is sad to see Mom suffering and hear about the struggles of her little one and, of course, I wish both of them well.
.
There are some problems, however, with the story and the recommendation for vaccination in pregnancy.
.
First, the disease itself has been modified by generalized vaccination so that the disease is now more virulent and strikes younger children like the little baby here.
.
Unvaccinated populations have a far less serious version of the condition than vaccinated ones so that the unproven, but much vaunted, theory of herd immunity could actually be said to be working in reverser here. It was for this reason that Sweden terminated its pertussis vaccination program since it was NOT providing protection but was modifying the characteristics of the disease and causeing deaths in young children.
.
Second, pertussis vaccinations are unapproved and untested for either safety to the mother or to the child for pregnant women. What we do know is that the widely known outbreak of microcephaly attributed to Zika Virus, patented in 1947 by the Rockefeller Institute, and known around the world since that time is NOT associated with birth defects.
.
All of the Brazilian women who gave birth to those damaged children had been vaccinated “against” pertussis by their 22nd week of pregnancy by edict of the Brazilian government despite it not being found safe for either mother or child.
.
Third, the vaccine is ineffective against pertussis. The statistics are dreadful: for example, when South Korea made pertussis vaccination mandatory and acheived a 99.8% coverage rate, the deaths from that disease rose some 1300% – in a fully vaccinated population.
.
Fourth, the vaccine itself is highly toxic, containing, as it does, aluminum, foreign proteins of several sorts and a host of neuro and organ toxic materials.
.

Fifth, the supposed immunity conferred by the pertussis vaccine is mythical at best. Whenever a vaccine fails, the vaccine-driven regulators recommend booster shots which are good for business, bad for the body and brain and absolute rubbish scientifically since they do not provide any additional protection against disease.
.
Additionally, most cases of measles, pertussis and other “preventable” disease occur in the vaccinated and the recently vaccinated shed viral diseases like measles, chicken pox and similar. While B. pertussis is not a viral disease, its morbidity and mortality have been increased, not decreased, by the general vaccination program.
.
The immune system of this “organic woman” would have been compromised and so would that of her baby.
.
There are effective, non toxic means of treating and preventing infectious disases. Had the mom in this sad video given her baby a 1/2 teaspoon of Nano Silver 10 ppm and taken a full teaspoon full for herself once or twice a day, the video would not have needed to be made and we would not watch a tired, worried mom hold her tired sick baby because both would be fine.
.
Neither, of course, would be pusing money into the hands of the vaccine makers eager for it or control into the hands of a government even more eager for it.
.
So get well, baby, and get real, government. Pertussis vaccine is just one of many horrifying interventions that has no place in medicine.

I am not an untrained internet pug. I am a licensed medical doctor and your facts are simply wrong. Your assertion that people who are concerned about vaccine safety “prefer to see 100 babies die of whooping cough rather than 1 child suffer a vaccine side effect” is a pretty good indication that, however good your intentions might be, your sifting, sorting and separating of fact from public relations/propaganda is woefully inadequate and you are pusing out the party line without examining the reality.
.
Do so, and you will surely change your tune if you are, indeed, an honest and concerned medical practitioner. Of course, you will have some serious problems with your medical establishment and if you are a coward, fearful for your own interests, will back down and continue vaccinating, spreading misinformation and harm as you go.
.
Of course, since I do not know you I cannot say if you are, indeed, a person of integrety who, having had the light of independent, not corporate, science in your eyes, will, in fact, take the high, hard road and tell the truth, refusing to inject massively dangerous toxins into people for the sake of your own convenience and comfort.

Of course they don’t know if Infanrix hexa is safe for pregnant women because it’s only given to children so why would they need those safety studies? The adult DTPa vaccine is the one given to pregnant women and is quite safe in pregnancy. mayb check that you know what you are talking about before accusing others of not knowing.
