Dear Dr. Stanninger,
War has been declared against the people of Earth. But we are not ready to be the Every year for the past few years, Natural Solutions Foundation has brought people together at the beginning of the year for a War Council, to discuss where we have been and where we will be.
It was our pleasure to have you as one of our distinguished presenters at the First Annual War Council in 2010. I know that no one who heard you speak has forgotten your presentation!
This year, the 3rd Annual War Council will take place on January 8, 2012: People can attend live, via Webinar or Internet Radio. We would be honored to have you as one of our guests.
Our Mission is, in sum, “…to discover, develop, document, demonstrate and disseminate natural solutions to the impediment surrounding health and food coupled with achieving and maintaining a healthy self, community and world.”
But first, a bit of history: Gen. Bert (Maj. Gen. Albert N. Stubblebine III [US Army, Ret.]), our Foundation President and I had been growing increasingly distressed and concerned over the loss of our health freedom, briefly defined as our ability to exercise sovereign control over our own bodies through access to clean, unadulterated food, natural health options, the right to refuse coercive medial or other treatment and the free flow of information about health options.
We saw that the clearly articulated population reduction intentions of the globalists were being expressed through deadly and infertility-inducing drugs and vaccines (e.g., FDA, CDC, WHO, etc.), a degraded world food supply (e.g., USDA, Codex Alimentarius,WTO, WHO, FAO, ETC.), suppression of nutrients and related information (e.g., EFSD, FDA) and other genocidal tools deployed globally at an ever-accelerating pace.
We became so concerned, in fact, by the escalating developments and the fact that the people “on our side” appeared to be incapable of strategic analysis coupled with tactical deployment BEFORE the fact that we decided to close our highly successful medical practice (I was graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1970 and have practiced totally drug free medicine and psychiatry since then), create the Natural Solutions Foundation in late 2004 and, quite literally, marshal the forces and resources necessary to derail the genocidal globalist agenda.*
Codex Alimentarius, by the way, was created as an intentionally genocidal tool by the newly-released German genocidalist heads of IG Farben, the gigantic German civilian war machine. See my video, Nutricide, and my detailed article examining its development, The Killing Fields of Codex.
Since I had been watching the steady, and deadly, progress of Codex Alimentarius for more than a decade, and since the wildly destructive Codex Vitamin and Mineral Guideline was due for ratification on July 4, 2005, a mere half year away, one of the first things we did was approach Counsel Ralph Fucetola, JD, and ask him to solve the Codex Alimentarius problem at the legal level, creating a solution which any nation in the world, including the most nutritionally and economically fragile, could apply without engendering WTO trade sanctions.
He agreed and, with the able participation of Jim Turner, JD, these remarkable gentlemen put together the Codex Two Step Process. I turned it into a book, The Codex Book, which serves as a step by step guide and case study for the development of WTO Trade Sanction-Proof deviation from any of the Codex Standards and Guidelines for every nation which chooses this path for itself. Once the book was complete and the legal strategy was perfected (and nations which have followed our Codex Two Step Process have, indeed, prevailed at the WTO dispute resolution level), Gen. Bert and I took to the road, visiting those countries which had not yet become the practical property of the Uber Cartel: Big Pharma and Big Medica which are Big Agribiz, which is Big Chema, which is Big BioTech, which is Big Pharma and Bigt Medica. We selected those countries which we felt still had a capacity to make their own food autonomy and sovereignty decisions.
We traveled widely in Africa and Asia meeting with heads of State, Ministers of Agriculture, Education and Health. When in India, for example, we had a private meeting with then-president Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalaam through the good offices of our dear friend, Dr. Monapa Hegde, MD in which we informed Dr. Kalaam about the problem, the WTO trade sanctions, etc. In fact, we were invited to help develop the regulations for the new Food Bill passed within a few weeks of our visit.
While traveling, I might add) in those countries which we felt could break away from the stranglehold of Codex and its industrially degraded food supply we realized that the Natural Solutions Foundation needed to create an Eco Demonstration Project which we could use as a school and training center for the BeyondOrganic BioDynamic Zero Emissions™ system of agriculture which can literally feed the world’s population without the use of chemicals, increasing crop yield, decreasing water use, increasing storage life, producing positive energy flow by generating more power than used from inexpensive, safe, intuitive, totally non-contaminating technologies and accomplish two things:
1. create a local inexpensive clean food supply at the highest standards and
2. create an international market for those clean foods at a premium market.
We have been gifted by a supportive universe, it would seem, with a number of technologies with which to do exactly that and they are available for deployment at minimal cost, requiring no education, no special machinery, no replacement, but requiring attention to restoration of the fertility and diversity of the microcosm of the soil. Fortunately, we have technologies for that as well to rapidly and safely clean the soil of petrochemical residues and restore high level fertility to it.
We understand, as I know you do, that the health of a populace is directly related to the life sustaining capability and capacities of its food supply, which includes its herbs and nutrients.
We anticipate that not only will the widespread application of this program increase the effective wealth of the society, starting with its farmers, enabling them to stay on the land and earn a decent wage (thus thwarting one of the major thrusts of the globalist genocidal agenda: the industrialization of food and food production) because of the decrease in the cost of seed and supplies, but the actual wealth of the society will be increased by the decline in health care costs and the sale of affordable food on the domestic market and premium food on the international market.
Additionally, through the support of market strategies which provide a ready, and fairly priced, market system for the farmers, and a connection to their customers, the social fabric of the local and larger communities will be strengthened.
And we believe, based on our investigation of the most promising food production regions of the planet, that one of the two most important potential food production areas in the world is the Indus-Ganges Basin, despite the considerable challenges which its sustainable, responsible, clean and socially responsible exploitation presents.
Fine theory, of course, but useless unless put into action. When we established our Valley of the Moon Eco Demonstration Project in Volcan, Chiriqui, Panama, we decided to incorporate clean food technologies and techniques, natural health technologies and techniques and social structure support (including farmer education, market strategies, land reclamation, etc.
Since premium Panamanian coffee is a critically important cash crop, heavily sprayed and contaminated to prevent crop loss (and resulting in horrific health problems for workers and consumers alike, to say nothing of the ecological devastation caused by conventional coffee growing techniques), we purchased an abandoned, derelict coffee “finca”or farm and reclaimed it according to our principles, sharing then freely with all interested parties.

Using more of same as our sole input, we have created a stunningly good coffee. We are now expanding our production to more derelict farms in the area (farmers here cannot afford the chemical sprays so increasing numbers are simply forced to abandon their fields, a situation not unlike many world-wide). Our coffee is seriously under-priced, according to the experts. Our crop has doubled each of the 4 years we have harvested and roasted our coffee.
The possibilities for other food production, animal and plant based, in Panama and around the world, is virtually limitless.
We envision a series of linked classrooms, market structures, health systems and educational inputs which are, literally, globe- and game-changing — and we look forward to discussing all this with you.

What do health and food freedom mean to us when we say they are our First Freedom, but freedom is indivisible and everything that takes away one part of our freedom and personal sovereignty erodes, weakens and, as it is designed to do, destroys the rest?
What is freedom? What is food? What is health? What is your sovereignty?
It would be so easy for us to focus on being just another vaccine-information group, an autism-prevention-&-treatment group, an anti-GMO group, a don’t-build-any-more-nuke-reactors group, a no-electronic-surveillance group, etc…
We could be a group devoted to making sure we can all have raw milk. We could be a force to make sure that we have the right – no, that we can maintain the right that we already have, to learn about raw milk or cherries, or cranberries, or curing cancer with Vitamin C or whatever truly advanced health care has to offer.

But that would be a lot like trying to “cure” the ailment of a patient diagnosed with diabetes by taking blood sugar readings and giving, say, shots of insulin until the blood-sugar measurement is in a “normal” range and calling it a day at the allopathic office. Another case resolved…
You understand that the hypothetical patient I just made up has an endocrine disorder based in an auto immune attack based in a profound and possibly life threatening dis-regulation of various parts of the immune system and its function and that genetics, diet, environmental toxins, including vaccinations and other chronic poisoning have played a part in the development of what was diagnosed as the “disease” of diabetes.
You understand, too, that the small, medium and large blood vessels, the heart, the eyes, the kidneys and the nervous system are at daily risk of developing diagnosable diseases with separate names which are really all part of the same dysfunction.
It is the same with health and food freedom.
Do we satisfy ourselves by taking the allopathic path to simplistic “cut a-parts” and pretend we are curing the problem?
That is precisely the failure, the disaster and the shame of allopathic “medicine” – Let’s cut the patient up into specialties and reward each specialist for being as ignorant as possible about underlying causes, relationships, between the bits and pieces we have intellectually – and fiscally – cut the patient into, and just keep treating – and killing, piecemeal, shall we?
No. We will not. We cannot. We must not, you see, because we dare not.
Think about it this way: Civil disruption is used to bring troops onto American soil and to justify incarceration centers (Concentration camps) and protecting patients is used to justify mandatory vaccinations for which people who do not submit can be forced into those concentration camps because of resisting… A perfect circle of distortion and disturbingly Kafkaesque circumstances.
People who question the “safety” of their diets now have a new psychiatric “disease” (orthorexia) and can be forced to take mandatory “treatments” (forced drugging) which damage their brains and bodies and if they are deemed unfit to live with the remaining few of us can be forced into concentration camps or psychiatric prisons, guarded by those troops brought to American soil. If they refuse to vaccinate their children, they can lose not only their jobs, but custody of their children who can be forced to take those drugs and vaccines. Or, as in California, under a law signed by Gov. Jerry Brown, bribed to take the deadly shots without parental consent. At least in this case, “leftist” Brown and “rightest” Gov Perry of Texas (with his endorsement of forced vaccines) take the same sort of pro-vax stance that shows very little thinking on their parts.
And round and round we go…
Meanwhile, you are not permitted to know anything about the curative or health-promoting impact of any food or food derivative while your food is systematically poisoned through Codex and Corporate-State dicta and dictatorship behavior, but if you complain about it, or even think about it, you are a potential terrorist and we all know where YOU belong, don’t we! And certainly, don’t even think about thinking about what continues to spew into the air over Fukushima… and on the wind currents, to all North America, Europe and Asia…
Need I go on? As the Dr. Bronner’s bottles in your health food store says, “All one, all one…”
Freedom is indivisible. Health & Food Freedom & Justice, the right to chose, the right to grow, the right to use, the right to peruse, the right to HAVE rights that you do not have to fight for over and over and over again, they are all woven together.
So what is the focus we should be directing our efforts toward?
The only answer to that question has to rest with what you think the most important issues are. There are rather more than enough issues… but what is the best focus; where can we be the most effective given our resources?
We see the web of issue interconnectedness. If you do, please tell us so. If that does not make sense for you, please tell us what your issues are, what is most important to you and what you want the Natural Solutions Foundation to focus on for you so that you can reach out and take Action, bring others along and help keep health and food freedom truly, and perhaps, finally, once and for all, free.
One area where we think we can all put more focus is Social Networking… we just need to realize that, together, we have great PUSH BACK power!

Subject: FocusDr. Rima:
The Foundation is different things to different people, in part because some of us have a much greater stake in its fortunes. Specifically I am referring to the investment of our retirement savings in a share of what is hoped to be a sustainable community in the Chiriqui Highlands. It has now been nearly 3 years since hearing of the search for a large plot of land possibly exceeding 200 acres for intensive agriculture around a community of dwellings. It seems just when suitable property has been identified and an offer made the deal falls through. Has this happened perhaps half a dozen times by now?
Political, economic, sociological and ecological conditions continue “going south” figuratively speaking in the US of A, compelling more people to investigate moving south out of the country which has forsaken the values upon which it was founded. Understandably transitioning to a second world nation may involve some sacrifice of the creature comforts which the PTB use to lure people into accepting the gradual denigration of their liberty in what used to be a first class country. But everyone needs a roof over their head. That is fundamental … even more fundamental than locally-sourced food on the dinner table.
Which means that if priority is given to simply making plots available for building domiciles over acquisition of a much larger plot of land enabling full agricultural sustainability, a much greater selection of properties currently serviceable by paved streets should be available. I would imagine that the greatest single reason why the Foundation has not been able to been able to close the deal on the ideal property is that it is too much too soon in terms of matching resources currently available with properties for sale.
It is admirable to dream of stepping out of one’s front door directly onto a plot of land growing the food that will end up on the dinner table . But that dream may have to be deferred in order just to find some place for people to escape the every growing dosage of radiation from Fukushima. Another imperative to get something … anything … now is that the rush of Yanquis down to Boquete is inflating the real estate market of the entire region of Western Panama.
Using the food analogy, NSF-P should not try to “bite off more than it can chew” in terms of size and servicing requirements of the real estate. Why not estimate the cost of a plot sufficient just to provide housing + a small common area with garden and poultry facility for the current BIC holders. Acquisition will boost NSF-P’s credibility with the many folks “sitting on the fence”, holding off from purchasing BIC’s due to their uncertainty about what exactly they are buying into. The extra monies would, in turn be used to buy either adjacent plots of land or the big spread with a view towards relocating the core settlement, the prospective sale of which could be applied as collateral for either getting a loan or in the escrow for the big spread.
I should also mention in light of the recently passed U.S.-Panama Free Trade Agreement that the Foundation’s obligations to BIC holders, many of them U.S. citizens, should not be considered lightly. Other charitable endeavors to assist radiation victims as well as the continuing campaign to keep vaccinations at bay in the US of A are admirable; However with respect to BIC monies the Foundation’s obligations to the holders must be considered paramount.

Introduction to the Fund
The Fund for Natural Solutions is established through the Natural Solutions Corporation, a Panamanian corporation which acts on behalf of the Foundation.
Natural Solutions Foundation (NSF) is an international NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) founded in 2004 by Maj. Gen. Bert Stubblebine (US Army, ret.) and Dr. Rima E. Laibow, MD. The Mission of the Foundation is to discover, develop, document, demonstrate and disseminate natural solutions to pressing issues of world-wide concern, achieving and maintaining a healthy self, community and world. NSF has formed global strategic alliances, including with the Songhai Foundation, in Porto Nuveau, Benin, West Africa. Songhai Center is Fr. Godfrey Nzamajo’s UN recognized “Center of Excellence” and an outstanding example of high output, low tech, zero toxic input farming. Some of our environmentally sustainable, yield-increasing technologies are currently being tested at both the Songhai African facility and the Natural Solutions Center in Panama, as collaborative efforts. Opened in; opened August 2010,. iIt serves gourmet cuisine that is both delectable and extraordinarily healthy food. In fact, it is the only truly organic restaurant in Central America and sets the standard for clean food in Panama.
The intent of the Foundation is to marshal the intellectual and financial resources necessary to establish BeyondOrganic™ BioDynamic Zero Emission demonstration and teaching farm facilities in the Panama Highlands and in locations like Benin, Serbia and elsewhere and to support worthy projects in Panama and around the world which, like the Valley of the Moon Project and its sub-projects, further the goals of the Foundation.
We have two properties in Panama and a third in process (working in close cooperation with MITA, the Panamanian government organics program), while in Benin we have a cooperative relationship with Fr. Godfrey’s UN Center of Excellence Songhai Community.
The overall Objective is to establish a national, regional and global training system to reclaim the production of clean, unadulterated food and natural health strategies.
The overall Panama Eco Demonstration project consists of several Phases:
[1] The acquisition of the initial agricultural property to demonstrate natural solutions; this was accomplished with the purchase and rehabilitation of the 20+ hectare Coffee Finca (farm), with its 20 acres of all natural coffee that contributes several about 15,000 thousand bags of coffee to the Foundation’s annual fund raising program; this phase continues with the development of the site as a tourist attraction and multi-use agricultural test station and seed propagation station.. Natural Solutions Foundation Fund
Based on advice from Natural Solutions Foundation’s advisers, including professional, seasoned, managers and strong supporters of the Foundation’s expressive association activities, the Panama Foundation has established a The Fund for Natural Solutions through our Panamanian corporation, Natural Solutions Corporation, to support these and related activities, while providing a “safe haven” for IRA, 401, trust, retirement, church or other funds, which may be considered for expatriation. Herein and elsewhere the Fund is referred sometimes to as The NSF Fund or the Fund for Natural Solutions.
Half of the Fund (Part A) will be invested by the professional fund management in approved advanced farming, health, energy and other “green” investments and half (Part B) will be invested through the Foundation in longer-term projects and Joint Ventures which are expected to become self-sustaining. The Fund management will seek to generate sufficient return on the Part A investments to meet the obligations of the Fund.
The Fund will bear 5% simple interest payable annually. In addition, current supporters of the Foundation will receive a 6% bonus for any funds they bring into the system during the 90 days after the Form D is filed [ex: if you bring $1,000 to the Fund, you are credited with $1,060]. Minimum continuing participation for Natural Solutions Foundation supporters is $500 per month. Minimum lump sum participation is $10,000 (each Fund Unit is $10,000). There is no maximum participation level. The participation is guaranteed by a Bond issued by our Panama Corporation, backed by its land holdings.

I was asked about our term, “BeyondOrganic™” which I answered this way:
Thanks for asking. BeyondOrganic™ is a very carefully chosen term.
The background – As many of you know, Gen. Bert is the President and I am the Medical Director of the Natural Solutions Foundation, the world’s largest health freedom organization. We are a global NGO with projects in the US, Africa and Panama.We are deeply concerned with the continuing contamination of food around the world through the use of agricultural chemicals, GMOs, irradiation, the use of synthetic fertilizers and modern food processing techniques.
As part of that concern, we are deeply troubled by the continuing and accelerating devolution of the regulatory and functional meaning of the term “Organic” — that is why we identified what is needed to be truly natural, which, in today’s world food market, means being BeyondOrganic™. That is also why we developed the Friendly Food Certification program, discussed below.
Codex Alimentarius, a United Nations Commission jointly run the WHO (which receives more than 2/3 of its funding from Big Pharma) and FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) and the USDA . They set the international standards and guidelines allowing food to be shipped internationally. The Organic Products Board, an agency of the USDA, has consistently succumbed to the pressures of commercial producers who make increased profits by using the USDA label and lowering their standards to increase the distance between the cost of production (down) and the cost of the product (up). The process has been continual – and totally predictable – since the NOPB (Natural Organic Products Board) was founded.

Clean food activists have struggled with the unremitting pressure on the NOPB but have, in general, the activists had lost the battles. Not always, of course, but in a steady advance downward the standards have been eroded. For example, the US now has the highest permitted level of contamination with GMOs for “organic” foods: 10%. Other countries in the world allow, variously, 0% contamination, 0.9% contamination or 0.1% GMO contamination.
The NOPB has continued to press for the approval of industrial sludge as a permitted organic fertilizer (recall that San Francisco recently tried to distribute this toxic substance free for local organic farmers to use). The toxins in this dangerous material include a variety of hydrocarbons, heavy metals of a truly appealing variety and concentration and wide array of other metabolic and environmental horrors.
Since the organic food market share increases approximately 20-24% annually while the conventional food share remains flat, the incentive is enormous to degrade the standards while maintaining the label.

Internationally the situation is even worse. Codex Alimentarius (some of whose meetings around the world we attend as an Observer Organization, reporting on these issues in our daily bulletins) sets standards which are “voluntary” but which are often relied upon by the World Trade Organization (WTO) for determining whether or not trade sanctions should be imposed on nations for not observing them. In practice, unless they know about the legal option available to them which our book, the Codex eBook (available here: http://drrimatruthreports.com/store/cart.php?m=product_detail&p=1191), presented to the Presidents, Ministers of Health and Agriculture, etc., in countries around the world, the bureaucrats who make these decisions tend to believe that Codex is a required standard which their countries must follow.
The US Government, not surprisingly, perpetuates this incorrect information since its multinational constituents profit greatly by this distortion. By the way, as anyone watching Codex knows, the US is the dominant dog in every Codex process with no second runner even close to it.
So, back to “Organic“: the standards by which the word is defined are now totally corrupted. The certification of the NOPB is, in my estimation, pretty close to meaningless.
The Codex Organic standard is also pretty close to meaningless as well. For example, it used to be that a farmer could not grow conventional crops and organic ones on the same land. Now pesticide, herbicide, fungicide agriculture can take place on the same land, using the same water, without windbreaks, distance or other protection.

For another example, a cow whose mother was treated with drugs and vaccines and fed on blood meal instead of mother’s milk before weaning, treated with drugs and vaccines itself, fed on chemically contaminated and GMO feeds, can still be brought onto a farm as “organic” cattle with the certification of a local official and a stamped piece of paper.
There is no way, in the professional opinion of our legal counsel and our strategic analysts, that the word “Organic” either has meaning now or can be reclaimed.
We therefore carefully considered many, many options and decided that “BeyondOrganic™” is the best option because it communicates the general intention – clean food without contamination, “Organic” is not good enough, there is something better, people need to think about what “Organic” means and the word “BeyondOrganic™” invites that consideration – thus the thread on the forum where the question was originally posted.
Fish Entree
The practical definition is that the food is either:
1. Plant or animal food grown BY us without any chemical input from open-pollinated, uncoated, certified organic, heirloom seeds
2. Plant or animal food grown FOR us without any chemical input from the best seeds we can find or produce
3. Plant or animal food which is internationally certified by organizations we have reason to trust as a higher standard setting organization than the USDA and NOPB
4. Last, least and minimally, when we currently have no other choices, we will source USDA Certified Organic foods.We use laboratory services to assure that our foods are clean which we source here in Panama. For example, we purchase our honey from a producer with hives way, way up in the mountains.

We know that honeybees travel significant distances, so we test the honey in a lab that uses chromatography and HPLC technology to detect herbicide, pesticide and fungicide residues. The honey tests out with no detectable residues and so we buy it.
We take this kind of care with all of our foods so that it is –
1. As free of chemical inputs as we can possibly make it, and we put a LOT of energy into it (despite idiotic rumors like “We saw guys wearing Valley of the Moon shirts in Cero Punta buying sacks of produce so the Valley of the Moon Restaurant is not organic!”)
2. Made with the diversity of individual dietary requirements in mind so that people can enjoy organic food that is veggie, vegan, non veggie, gluten-free, raw, whatever their bodies and their hearts desire
3. According to all reports, absolutely delicious!Valley of the Moon All Natural Coffee
