During February 2010 Gen. Bert and Dr. Rima spoke at the School of Enlightenment in Yelm, Washington, to an enthusiastic audience. They discussed Gen. Bert’s biography as a high-ranking officer in the US Army (he retired in 1984, one of the leaders who helped free the world from the “other” Evil Empire, the late and unlamented Soviet Union) and they discussed his work with Remote Viewing.
