EMERGENCY ACTION ALERT!

On June 9, 2005 the US CODEX Manager, Dr. Edward Scarbrough announced that US Policy would defy US law. Although Title 19, USC 3512 prohibits the US from “HARMonizing” with foreign standards which violate US law, Dr. Scarbrough said that the US would support the ratification of the Vitamin and Mineral Standard at the upcoming meeting in Rome next month. Upon this declaration of illegal action, the Natural Solutions Foundation immediately appended our Citizen’s Petition to reflect US Policy. But we have done something else, too, and we need your help.

We, the People, are calling upon the people we have given jobs to, the US Congress, the hold an emergency Congressional Hearing to identify the culprits in this illegal policy decision and set US CODEX policy in accord with US law. But Congress only listens to its voting constituents. You are the key to whether this Congressional Hearing takes place. Yes, YOU! It is imperative that you send an urgent message to Congress requesting an Emergency Congressional Hearing (Emergency Congressional Hearing) to maintain the rule of law. PLEASE DO IT RIGHT NOW. And, oh, by the way, make sure that you tell everyone that you know, all over the country, to do the same thing. Remember, the CODEX meeting takes place from July 4-9 in Rome.

This really is an emergency! We need voices from all over the United States to compel Congress to act. Don’t delay. We really need every voice.
