BACKGROUND
.
In December 2017 FDA announced a new “Guideline” called “Drugs Presented as Homeopathics” designed to apply a scientifically and statistically inappropriate method, “Risk/Benefit Analysis” to kill future development of Homeopathic [and other] natural remedies and prohibit many existing natural remedies from the health care marketplace. This includes remedies already widely available and already protected by law.

Because so many of us told the FDA “Don’t you dare!” FDA supposedly delayed the new Guideline for a month. Despite that delay, FDA is already enforcing this unapproved Guideline. Enough! YOU and Congress must stop the FDA.
