The Agency has devised new Homeopathy Guidelines intended to do just that, using the pseudo-science of “Risk/Benefit” analysis.

FDA has extended the comment period until mid-May and health freedom advocates from around the country are communicating and planning our strategy to save Homeopathy from governmental restrictions. Decades ago Congress grandfathered traditional Homeopathy, allowing a non-governmental regulatory system that works just fine. We intend to keep it that way.
