“In an audacious violation of national and international law, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), a part of the Health and Human Services (HHS) Department of the United States Government, proposes the adoption of a regulation giving it power of quarantine and forced treatment (vaccination) for certain unspecified “quarantinable diseases.”

The proposed regulation brings medical tyranny to a new level of danger, by specifically overriding any and all informed consent rights, despite the well-established legal right to Informed Consent…

The official Summary states:

“Through this Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is amending its domestic (interstate) and foreign quarantine regulations to [sic] best protect the public health of the United States.
.
“These amendments are being proposed to aid public health responses to outbreaks of communicable diseases such as the largest recorded outbreak of Ebola virus disease (Ebola) in history, the recent outbreak of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) in South Korea, and repeated outbreaks and responses to measles in the United States, as well as the ongoing threat of other new or re-emerging communicable diseases. The provisions contained herein provide additional clarity to various safeguards to prevent the importation and spread of communicable diseases affecting human health into the United States and interstate.”

What diseases are included? We must ask what diseases CDC has in mind. Measles (a non-quarantinable and trivial disease) is mentioned 186 times; Ebola is mentioned 330 times; Influenza (another non-quarantinable disease) is mentioned 26 times. Zika is not mentioned at all.
.
In context, generally mild, self-limiting diseases like measles are irresponsibly and irrationally equated to deadly diseases such as Ebola. The Regulation permits the CDC to include any communicable disease.
.
A close reading of the proposed regulation shows the word “consent” is mentioned 12 times, always in the context of denying the individual right to consent. Sections 70.18 and 71.40 are similar:

“§70.18 – Agreements. CDC may enter into an agreement with an individual, upon such terms as the CDC considers to be reasonably necessary, indicating that the individual consents to any of the public health measures authorized under this part, including quarantine, isolation, conditional release, medical examination, hospitalization, vaccination, and treatment; provided that the individual’s consent shall not be considered as a prerequisite to the exercise of any authority under this part.”

There is no language in the proposed Regulation safeguarding the universal right to Informed Consent, protected by international and US national law…”

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the CDC, is a lesser known, but every bit as corrupt and dangerous agency which, like, the FDA (Fraud and Death Agency) is staffed and funded primarily by special interest groups like drug companies, vaccine makers, chemotherapy manufacturers, and even drug patent owners, who all make decisions in their own favor.

Their corruption is monumental. The “rules” had to be changed so the self-interested would not have to recuse themselves and could still vote on various approval committees, or there wouldn’t even be a quorum available; now all they need do is “disclose” their self-interest!
.
Their dysfunction is legendary and now they want total control over YOUR body, YOUR medical decisions and, in essence, YOUR life.

Their proposed regulations are Medical Tyranny — permitting them to abduct anyone, at any time, for any length of time, to “treat” them. And they specifically exempt themselves from the need to honor your Informed Consent despite the fact that it is protected by US and International law.

70.18: “…including quarantine, isolation, conditional release, medical examination, hospitalization, vaccination, and treatment; provided that the individual’s consent shall not be considered as a prerequisite…”

In May, 2015 the Vaccine Injury Compensation Board found in favor of a child whose family said that parts of the Gardasil vaccine are so much like normal brain receptors that the immune system, BECAUSE OF THE GARDASIL VACCINATION, attacked a vaccinated child’s brain. With the recent cervical cancer death of a 33 year-old vaccinated Australian gold-medalist* much attention is back on the so-called HPV vaccines and their horrid adverse reactions.

Bottom Line First: Everyone has aquaporin-4 water channels in their brains. Parts of the Gardasil HPV vaccine resemble those structures closely enough so that if the HPV vaccine breeches (read: crosses) the blood brain barrier and the immune system detects those bits, the immune system will attack those receptors with possibly devastating consequences.

How would the blood brain barrier get breached? Simple. The immune system irritant aluminum is included in the vaccine specifically to put the immune system into overdrive. It does that well but it also does two other things as well: it promotes high levels of inflammation and it damages the all-important blood brain barrier.

So we have a recipe for a perfect storm: damage the blood brain barrier, put proteins that mimic the structure of brain cell receptors into the brain, facilitate a huge inflammatory response, and put the immune system into overdrive facilitating auto immune disease.

In this particular case, Gardasil-related auto immune attack on her brain ended any hope of a meaningful life for this child.

Everyone has those receptors. Everyone’s blood brain barrier is subject to disruption by aluminum and other toxins, including Monsanto’s Roundup®. Everyone is at risk for vaccine injury except those who are never vaccinated.

Here the issue is not just infertility, premature menopause, endocrine disruption or other reproductive safety concerns, although they are also valid.

Here the issue is that we know conclusively that Gardasil can cause the body to destroy the brain whether the recipient is male or female, young or old.

In my view, the risks so far outweigh any potential, possible, imagined or imaginary benefits that no reasonable person would accept those risks for him/herself or his/her children. No reasonable person could give Informed Consent to such a medical procedure.

But the mandates roll along and pressure from pediatricians, who now report that more of their income is derived from vaccinations than from any other part of their practice, is fierce.

You have the right to refuse any vaccine for yourself and your children no matter what state or local laws have been passed IF, and ONLY IF, you assert your right to Informed Consent correctly.

GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals SA knows how to get great bang for its buck! They funded a study called “Efficacy, safety, and immunogenicity of the human papillomavirus 16/18 AS04-adjuvanted vaccine in women older than 25 years: 7-year follow-up of the phase 3, double-blind, randomised controlled VIVIANE study” which concluded that Cervarix® (Gardasil’s much more evil twin) HPV vaccine is effective at lowering HPV infection and cervical dysplasia (pre-cancerous lesions) in older women (that means upwards of 25).

This should scare the living bejeezus out of you.

Cervarix is basically Gardasil® with squalene added.
.
Yes, that squalene, the one that causes so much illness and suffering in the vets who received a top secret Anthrax vaccine which included it. [1]

Yes, that squalene which causes profound auto immune response when injected.

Now, Gardasil is both unnecessary (cervical cancer is a disease of elderly women, not the girls and young women who are being so profitably – and disastrously – vaccinated, and there is NO causal link between HPV and cervical cancer – OOPS!) and really, really dangerous.
.
The well-documented reports of post-Gardasil vaccination are legion. But Cervarix is more than twice as dangerous.
.
For example, in Japan, where the government has stopped making HPV vaccines mandatory, or even available at public expense, the statistics run something like this:
.
Compared to flu vaccines, which cause significant adverse reactions, Gardasil causes 26 times more adverse reactions of the same serious types while Cervarix causes 52 times more similar adverse reactions! That’s 52 times more dangerous than the dangerous flu vaccine!
.
There is no reason to suspect in any way that the Japanese and the rest of the world respond differently to these dangerous and toxic brews. In fact, Dr. Sam Lee and others have made it clear that international cover ups have focused on hiding this inconvenient truth, but it remains the truth none the less.
.
So why does this scare me?
.
Because like “Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) Vaccine Efficacy Trial Against Cervical Pre-cancer in Young Adults With GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Biologicals HPV-16/18” none of the many follow up criteria asked these women the right questions: “Do you now have an auto immune disease, brain fog, early onset dementia, skin rashes, arthritis, arthralgia, antibodies against squalene, mood changes, depression, lethargy, fatigue, infertility, menstrual irregularities, easy bruising, strokes, muscle wasting, etc.?”
.
In short, do these women have what we’ve come to call Gulf War Syndrome?
.
Do they have vaccine injury? YES, they do!
.
An old principle of scientific discovery, legal discovery and scientific chicanery is “If you don’t ask the question, you won’t get the answer!”
.
So here we have two manufacturer-funded studies “proving” that using Cervarix is a good idea.
.
It is not.
.
HPV is a self-limiting viral condition that goes away by itself and has never, never, never been shown to cause cancer. It may co-exist with cancer but that is not the same at all as saying that it causes cancer. [2]
.
Look, I wear blouses, shoes and glasses. If I get cervical cancer, which of them caused the cancer? Coincidence is not (necessarily) causation.
.
Oh, by the way, the women in the age groups tested in these two studies do not get cervical cancer, the vast majority of which is found in women over 65. Unless, that is, they have HPV (remember, most women do have it at some time in their lives) AND get either Cervarix or Gardasil. Then their rate of cervical cancer skyrockets by nearly double.
.
Way to go, cancer and vaccine industries!

Give a devastating toxic brew to people, forget to ask if it destroys their health and wait for nearly twice as many of them to get cancer younger in life than they would otherwise.

Last year California adopted SB277 which gave California parents a stark choice: get your kids vaccinated or do not send them to public (and most private) school.
.
The California Constitution has a provision guaranteeing each child a (so-called) free public education. Thus, legal commentators noted at the time, there was potential for a conflict between the vaccine mandate and California’s Constitution. What the legislature had done was to abolish the decades-old statutory religious and philosophical conscientious objections to school children vaccinations.
.
The new mandates become effective tomorrow, and tomorrow is when a long-planned lawsuit is to be filed in Federal Court in San Diego. The suit seeks to overturn the California law on state and federal constitutional and legal grounds.
.
Among other claims, the Complaint alleges,

“The individual plaintiffs, and each of them, have a liberty interest under the constitution in making the medical treatment choices for their minor children, in regulating their upbringing, in directing their education, and in exercising informed consent to medical treatment on behalf of their minor children…”
