There’s another great option. It’s called Liposomal EDTA. To use it you put half of a two oz bottle’s worth of liposomal EDTA in a couple of ounces of juice, stir it up and swig it down. A couple of days later you do the same thing (consuming the whole bottle over the course of a week is about right for most people). The night before and on the mornings that you take the Liposomal EDTA, you don’t take any supplements containing minerals. Everything else in your regimen is exactly the same.

There’s an added benefit to doing chelation this way: the liposomes (microscopic bubbles of phosphatidyl choline filled with EDTA ) pass right through the walls of your stomach. Then the most prevalent enzyme in the blood, catalase, opens the little bubbles and the EDTA floats out to do its great work.
