Imagine an election where YOUR freedom and mine were key issues.
Imagine an election in which politicians who want to be elected
MUST speak out on Informed Consent and commit to protect it.
Well, we can have that election and vote in the candidate who stands up best for the defining issue of our times: Informed Consent.
Simply put, the Right of Informed Consent, already a part of our national law (and the law of nearly every country in the world) means that you own your body. Not the State, not the School Board, not your Employer, not some Big Pharma crony corporation and most certainly not the Corporate State Public Private Fascism Partnership!
How does that happen? We, the People take action and we take it together:
I personally have written to every single 2020 Presidential hopeful asking for their stance on my Right of Informed Consent. The only one who has so far answered is Adam Kokesh, a Libertarian. He’s for it.
“Informed consent is essential to voluntary relationships because where it is needed and not provided, a fraud is being committed. Any government that can force a vaccine on you [is] in violation of your self-ownership…”
But not one of the others has responded. That is because I am only one vote, only one letter.
That is not how it’s done: we need mass here. Every candidate in whom you have an interest needs your emails and your calls. Repeatedly.
And then we need to invoke the [sometimes terrible] power of social media: Share this action link with everyone you can reach and invite them to take the same stance you are taking in favor of owning your own body and the same action, contacting every candidate they have an interest in.

If we believe in Informed Consent, we need to create the demand for its support from EVERY candidate.

Election season is upon us in full swing. But no one, not a single Presidential hopeful, has EVER addressed what General Bert Stubblebine called “the Defining Issue of the 21st Century”: Informed Consent. Here is our Petition to the White House:

The defining issue of the 21st Century, the Right of Informed Consent, is so far absent from political discussion in the United States. Natural Solutions Foundation petitions President Trump to direct the HHS Office of Conscience to protect the Right. Informed Consent is a fundamental right enshrined in International law and binding on the United States and each state. It is currently being undermined and attacked as parents in New York, for example, are being told that the State will “report them to CPS if they do not vaccinate their children” against their conscience and that children in California cannot exercise their right to a free public education unless they are fully vaccinated, against their conscience. Natural Solutions Foundation is all about Health Freedom, which is the closest expression of Informed Consent to your heart: it says YOU own your body and YOU get to decide what happens to it. You. Not the State, not the Corporation and for damn sure, not the Corporate State.

So here is the letter I have sent to all of the leading Democratic contenders (and a couple of Republican challengers too) and which we have modified very slightly as a White House Petition for the incumbent HERE.

The defining issue of the 21st Century, the Right of Informed Consent, is so far absent from any of your discussions or writings in this critically important campaign.
.
Informed Consent, defined as the right of anyone of majority age, or parents/guardians for their minor children, is a fundamental right enshrined in International law and binding on the United States and each state under the Geneva Conventions. It is currently being undermined and attacked as parents in New York, for example, are being told that the State will “report them to CPS if they do not vaccinate their children” and that children in California cannot receive an education unless they are vaccinated.

California, New York and a number of other states exercise health/vaccine mandates illegally forcing an unconstitutional condition on people in order to receive a guaranteed right (surrender your right to Informed Consent in order to receive a free public education for your children, for example.)
.
Vaccine dangers are very real but whether they were totally safe or not, violation of Informed Consent is unacceptable. To make matters worse, however, the US Courts have repeatedly held that vaccines are “unavoidably unsafe” and they are, like the nuclear power industry, totally uninsurable because no underwriter on the planet will insure their dangerous products.

The issue actually becomes more toxic still: when Congress passed the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Act of 1986, relieving all vaccine manufacturers of any tort liability no matter how much injury their products caused, it also required that FDA MUST present to Congress an annual report for each vaccine documenting BOTH the safety and efficacy testing of each vaccine and detailing in what manner each subsequent vaccine was determined to be safer than previous ones as required by the statute.

Recent FOIA documents produced by the Agency in Court have documented that FDA has not produced a single such report since the statutory requirement was enacted in 1986 making every single vaccine approval in the United States illegal.

Therefore, forcing illegal and improperly licensed drugs into the bodies of the population is both immoral and illegal. Recommending, selling or administering an unapproved, or illegally approved drug can be criminal offenses.
.
Those persons who wish to exercise their legally protected Right of Informed Consent for themselves and their children must be protected in order to avoid a horrifying repeat of the offenses for which a group of Nazi doctors were hanged following the Subsequent Nuremberg Trials after the close of World War II. Their capital offense? Denying people the Right of Informed Consent violates the Nuremberg Code. The US government posted that here: http://www.hhs.gov/ohrp/archive/nurcode.html.

These trials were held by American authorities under US law. Violating the Right of Informed Consent was a crime then and is a crime now.

There is great vaccine ‘hesitancy’ in the United States based on the real science and epidemiology of vaccine effects but whether one is a supporter of vaccines or not, it is my sincere hope that no one who will occupy the Oval Office will fail to support the basic human right enshrined in both national and international law as the Right of Informed Consent.
