This is a very personal and emotional blog. Two years ago today was the last time I ever saw my beloved husband of nearly 26 years, General Bert. Two years ago yesterday was the last time we ever smiled at one another, kissed, laughed, hugged and spoke to each other. We did that during two supposed cardiac arrests. Then, with “treatment”, he lapsed into unconsciousness and died early the next morning in my arms. It was his birthday, February 6. 2017.

And two days ago I filed a Wrongful Death legal action within the 2 year Statute of Limitations against his doctors, the two hospitals whose “treatments” and “care” led to what I contend was a slow, humiliating, dehumanizing, agonizing, painful and unnecessary death for a great man who was not only a fearless, and peerless heath freedom leader, but was my Soul’s companion, the love of my existence and a brilliant, kind and compassionate healer and human.

He died because of the same things that happen to your loved ones – and you – when they are under (and I do mean UNDER) conventional medical care.
.
He died because of horrendous bedsores that were hidden from me, he died because of filthy hospitals where hospital borne infections are routine – and deadly. He died because of a commitment to save money, and dead people don’t cost anything to treat — and they don’t collect pensions — so let’s make sure the patients die quickly if they are old and sick.
.
He died because of a determined effort to refuse nutrition to him so insane that when we took JFK Medical Center, Edison NJ, to court for arbitrarily refusing all of the healing foods and nutrients that I was giving him, that his doctor had ordered and that were healing him, the judge was appalled and issued a ground-breaking Order compelling JFK Medical Center to allow me to feed him real food.

Before that incomprehensible and, to me, arbitrary feeding restriction by the Medical Director of the hospital, General Bert had come out of a coma in terrible shape with muscle wasting, pressure sores (aka bedsores) and cataclysmic de-conditioning from the “care” he had not properly received. Because of my presence there 18 hours every day, exercising him, watching over him, feeding him through a PEG tube finally placed in his stomach, he was making his way out of the disaster that poor care and conventional medicine had created for him.

His own doctor, by the way, repeatedly told me that he knew that General Bert needed IV Vitamin C but he did not “want to rock the boat”. Whose boat? I begged and pleaded and literally wept to try to get what I could not give him since we were in NJ and I am not licensed in that State.
.
Despite that, despite organ system failure, despite repeated bouts of sepsis (blood infection) and lung infections and GI infections with resistant organisms over and over again which I repeatedly resolved with my Nano Silver 10 PPM in his food, and which the doctors knew was having that effect, despite that, he died.
.
Although he was documented to NOT be willing to die, to be entitled to full resuscitation should he need it, the efforts made to resuscitate him were inadequate in the extreme according to the actual medical records which are part of the wrongful death suit.
.
He had finally, after nearly 6 months of hospitalization, through the efforts of a truly fine [although conventional] physician, received two Vitamin C infusions. The results were near miraculous. And he was supposed to receive more but “because it was a weekend” they were not administered for reasons that are deeply murky to me — and negligent in the extreme.
.
When he had two highly anomalous supposed cardiac arrests, the “treatment” that he received (and the treatment that he did not receive) resulted in his unnecessary death.
.
But General Bert has always been the most remarkable of men. Two days after his death, as I wept in the rented room that I was staying in to be near the hospital, a woman I never heard of told me that she had a message from “the General”. And indeed she did. Then Counsel Ralph received a unsolicited message from a psychic he knew, with further instructions from General Bert.
.
Ultimately, to my utter astonishment and deep doubt, several things happened to compel me to consider that General Bert was active in my life by, for example, healing an otherwise incurable condition: a confirmed, years-long deterioration of my sight leading to total blindness. I had been unable to drive since 2013 and the condition had been diagnosed at that time. There is no known cause or cure.

Eleven days after General Bert’s death, I was in the office of the head of Retinal Surgery at Columbia University. When I asked his opinion on a risky surgery for the condition, he looked quizzically at me and showed me the most recent tests: the condition had vanished completely allowing me to live independently. When he reviewed the previous tests, done on the same type of equipment, he said, in writing, that I did have it, I no longer had it and he had no explanation.

I did. General Bert was, both in life and in death, an astonishing healer.
.
Eventually, through a [now comical, then very painful] process, General Bert and I made direct contact. Daily. And, through repeated extraordinary confirmations and verifiable manipulations of physical reality outside the bounds of possibility or probability of an ordinary nature, General Bert has demonstrated to me and to others – in ways that actually can be photographed and documented – that he is very much present in a unique and purposeful way.

I sit down to talk to General Bert virtually every day and we talk, he teaches, he leads, he loves, he learns and we dance the dance of love that we have always danced together.
.
But what he is bringing is far wider and more precious than our personal love, as precious as that is to him and to me.
.
When Counsel Ralph, with whom Bert is also talking, and I thought about it, we realized that there was a powerful and very important book in these conversations. At first we thought they should be called “Love Letters from the Other Side” because they are so passionate and tender.
.
Then we realized that this information was vastly larger than that so we asked General Bert what he wanted the book to be called. His answer? “The General Speaks: Intimate Conversations with the Dead”.
.

Here is the situation in a nutshell: Informed Consent is a fundamental human right protected against any diminishment through any denial of philosophical or religious conscientious objections to mandated vaccination. Informed Consent is a separate, specially protected legal concept and right. It is completely separate from statutory exemptions which means that it may not be abolished by ANY legislature. The fact is, however, that the universal right to Informed Consent is utterly meaningless without the right to refuse ANY medical intervention, including vaccination. This right is not only protected under international treaty law, which controls US law, but it is also a First Amendment-protected expressive association right: the right to express “No!” to government-mandated medical intervention.

We are happy to report that New Jersey health freedom advocates have successfully resisted attacks on vaccine freedom of choice nearly annually for over the past decade. Once again, however, the state government is poised to attempt to eliminate religious exemptions in the Garden State. This time the tactic is to amend an already unacceptable pending bill that was supposed to “reform” the traditional religious exemption by making it harder to use a religious exemption. That bill, A3818 (S2173), has been amended to abolish religious conscientious objections and is being rushed through the legislature as you read this. This push against conscientious objection is absolutely contrary to our state’s legal tradition and illegal under both the Constitution of the United States and International Treaty Law.

New Jersey has a long and honorable tradition of protecting religious conscientious objections to forced medical interventions which is completely in keeping with our tradition of religious liberty.
.
This is consistent with the larger body of American jurisprudence which has honored the right to Informed Consent since at least 1914 when Judge (later Supreme Court Justice) Benjamin Cardozo validated the concept of ‘voluntary consent’ when he noted that every human being has a right to decide what shall be done with his or her body, because medical intervention without Informed Consent is an unlawful trespass: “Every human being of adult years and sound mind has a right to determine what shall be done with his own body; and a surgeon who performs an operation without his patient’s consent commits an assault for which he is liable in damages.” Schloendorff v. Society of New York Hosp.,105 N.E. 92, 93 (N.Y. 1914)
.
In 2013, the US Supreme Court reiterated this basic legal position in a DUI blood sample case saying that even a “…diminished expectation of privacy does not diminish the… privacy interest in preventing a government agent from piercing the… skin. And though a blood test conducted in a medical setting by trained personnel is less intrusive than other bodily invasions, this Court has never retreated from its recognition that any compelled intrusion into the human body implicates significant, constitutionally protected privacy interests…” Missouri v. McNeely, 569 U.S. 141 (2013)

The right to Informed Consent is universally recognized and is enshrined in international law under the Nuremberg Code. “The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved, as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision.” http://www.hhs.gov/ohrp/archive/nurcode.html

Not only that, the United Nations Bioethics Declaration states, “Article 6 – Consent – 1. Any preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic medical intervention is only to be carried out with the prior, free and informed consent of the person concerned, based on adequate information. The consent should, where appropriate, be express and may be withdrawn by the person concerned at any time and for any reason without disadvantage or prejudice. 2. Scientific research should only be carried out with the prior, free, express and informed consent of the person concerned. The information should be adequate, provided in a comprehensible form and should include modalities for withdrawal of consent. Consent may be withdrawn by the person concerned at any time and for any reason without any disadvantage or prejudice… Article 28 – Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any claim to engage in any activity or to perform any act contrary to human rights, fundamental freedoms and human dignity…”  http://portal.unesco.org/en/ev.php-URL_ID=31058&URL_DO=DO_TOPIC&URL_SECTION=201.html

Yet somehow, the state of New Jersey wants to act as if it is not bound by these laws, treaties and principles: If Bill No. A3818 is passed as currently amended, it is poised to adopt a disastrous law which is clearly “contrary to human rights, fundamental freedoms and human dignity…”

True, the legislature may have power to repeal an exemption it granted many decades ago, no matter how unwise that repeal may be, but the legislature does not have any lawful authority to repeal the universal right to Informed Consent. Nor does it have authority to condition any other right, such as the right to a free public education, upon the surrendering of the right to Informed Consent. Such a condition is an “unconstitutional condition” which federal courts are empowered to overturn.

The law and doctrine of “unconstitutional conditions” has been well developed since the 1870’s and was summarized by the US Supreme Court in 1972: “…this court has made it clear that even though a person has no ‘right’ to a valuable governmental benefit and even though the government may deny him the benefit for any number of reasons, there are some reasons upon which the government may not rely. It may not deny a benefit to a person on a basis that infringes his constitutionally protected interests – especially, his interest in freedom of speech. For if the government could deny a benefit to a person because of his constitutionally protected speech or associations, his exercise of those freedoms would in effect be penalized and inhibited. This would allow the government to “produce a result which (it) could not command directly.” Perry v Sindermann, 408 U.S. 593, 597 (1972)

This is extremely serious and goes well beyond vaccination choice.
.
If we allow the legislature of New Jersey to adopt A3818 it is adopting a law that effectively forbids parents from expressing their conscientious objection to mandated vaccines. This bill is a free speech-gagging bill that violates fundamental First Amendment rights to religious liberty, freedom of speech and freedom of association. It further attacks the universal right of Informed Consent. It places the legislature of New Jersey in (one hopes unintended) league with the Nazi Doctors who were rightly condemned and executed for violating Informed Consent, by the whole world at the Subsequent Nuremberg Trials. Ironically, these Subsequent Nuremberg Trials were conducted by just one ally, The United States because so many in the US were shocked to the core by a system and its medical servants who would, and could, take away the rights of people to exercise control over their own bodies.

We must raise our voices now and remind the legislators of New Jersey that we are still shocked to the core by any such attempt, especially here on US soil.
.
No person of conscience can remain silent in the face of this brutal attack on one of the deepest foundation stones of the fundamental moral basis of civilization. If we remain silent, and this bill passes, shame on us. Vaccines have been declared by our courts to be “unavoidably unsafe.” [1] Where there is risk there must be Informed Consent. Anything less returns us to the barbarism that was outlawed at Nuremberg.

Measlezilla Chomping on School Kids…

Be afraid, be very afraid: Measlezilla is coming! The Mass Media is stirring up mass hysteria. Measles emergencies are being decreed in state after state here in the USA, based on a handful of cases. Fox News tells us that just a couple decades ago Measles had been “eradicated” (no, that’s not quite what the data suggests) but now, because Measles Vax rates have “dropped” a bit, the vaccinated are at risk from the unvaccinated! If vaccines worked, how could that be?

American Downfall[1], a news aggregation site, joined in the frenzy and I just had to respond. Here is what I wrote there:
.

“Measles is a non-serious disease in the vast majority of cases. Research suggests that the human immune system is actually able to function better after a community-acquired bout of measles, with reduced cancer incidence in the 3rd and 4th decade of life in those who have had measles.
.
“And one of the side effects, but not a rare one, is measles itself. But, in the case of vaccine-acquired measles, it comes along with aluminum and other major toxins.
.
“Add to that the fact that before 36 months, the natural detoxification system (Cytochrome P450) is immature, [so] giving this highly toxic mixture to a child below that age is a biological assault that the child has little or no way to detoxify and the reasons to NOT vaccinate begin to stack very high.
.
“The market-based hysteria about measles is just that.
.
“Well fed children contend with measles the way they contend with a cold: briefly and lightly. Put energy into making sure all children are well fed instead of pumping ineffective toxins into them.”

.
That’s the way it’s been for centuries: better nutrition, better hygiene and better sanitation defeated all the pandemic diseases (including those that never had a vaccine, like Scarlet Fever)  that used to plague humanity — that includes the Plague.
.
But that doesn’t mean that there won’t be occasional outbreaks. When a population is ISDD2 (that’s Immune System Deprived and Depleted), through vaccination, junk phude (that’s GMO, toxic “food”), nearly ubiquitous use of pharmaceutical drugs, and insanely toxic environment (including radiation and chemtrails) along with declining standards of sanitation (think of what’s in your water) to say nothing of intentionally engineered diseases, those occasional outbreaks may well become pandemics.
.
Nonetheless, there have not been serious pandemics despite numerous outbreaks, since the 1918 Influenza — triggered, as is now known, by a “perfect storm” of poorly nourished, recently vaccinated (with an experimental live virus vaccine) American soldiers, who were infected and then sent “over there” just in time to ravage a poorly nourished, unsanitary European population, spreading the disease from there to kill more people than the First World War did, and in less time. Tragically they did not have access to my Nano Silver. You do.
